Best dental clinic in Tokyo, bar none. The staff took careful yet quick and decisive action on a painful tooth problem which was seriously affecting my quality of life. Conscientious and trustworthy advice given always. This explains why they are fully booked oftentimes, and yet they will flexibly adjust in case of an emergency. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The dentist and staff all speak English, the doctor's was native. Easy access from Chiyoda line exit number 5, and is in the basement of the popular Laforet building, but the entrance is from the outside on the side of the building. I had a cleaning done and my teeth checked. I had one sensitive tooth, but it had been getting better, and no unneeded treatment was suggested, so this is an honest dental office. When I was there, almost all of the patients were westerners, so this is the place to go! The reviews speak the truth!

My wife and I are traveling long-term and were looking for a dentist as we have not had a cleaning done since we started traveling last year. After looking at a few options around town we finally decided on Beverly Wilshire and could not have been happier with our decision. We were able to schedule appointments for scaling and polishing easily via WhatsApp. The appointments were quick, both of us were in and out in less than half an hour, and the cleanings were quite comfortable compared to some that we've had back home in the US. Great experience today, had a teeth general cleaning done and the dentist was very professional. Spoke great English, really good prices for a fraction of what I’d pay in Portugal, and the clinic was clean and well decorated. I was able to make a last minute appointment for the next day by sending them a WhatsApp message.

I came away with such a great impression of City Dental! I was recommended to the clinic by a fellow traveler and just wanted to schedule a last-minute cleaning. It was easy to find a day and time that fit with my schedule. They were also nice enough to call me when I was running late and didn't mind that I came an hour late. The dentist I had was a female in the very first room and she was the best dentist I've had in a while. She listened to my concerns, cleaned my teeth, then gave me great suggestions and product recommendations. I felt so heard and was smiling so hard by the end of the visit. The only confusion I had was that after using the number on Google maps to contact the clinic, I was then called back by another person at a different phone number and had practically the same conversation. Everything ended well though. Thank you!

Fantastic service here with very reasonable prices for Norway. I've had root canals , fillings & braces here. everything is under one roof it's very helpful! All the staff here are wonderful! I know it's public but Linda the hygienist/dental nurse especially is so kind and understanding if you have health problems that affect daily cleaning and it was a really encouraging experience 😃 From my understanding they speak a variety of languages including English. Have never been so glad to visit the dental office, and I avoided appointments for over 10 years! Highly highly recommend!

This clinic is great ! The staff was very nice to me and you can have an appointement fast. I was treated by Sara Bayke, which took care of me really well.

First off, read all the other 1 star reviews here. You'll see the truth. Also, read their responses. Their attitude shines through. I made a big mistake not reading them and only read the 5 star ones (I now highly suspect if they are real, who would create an account to just review a dentist highly?!). My experience was right there with those 1 stared reviews and possibly worse. My treatment was so bad that I feel traumatized. For some reason, I can't post the full story because it violates certain policy here but my bad expereince was so real. Hope this post helps someone at least not to be tricked.

I went to a few practices in the city and I ended up being disappointed by the services. Astondental is different - dr. Shahla Hassanzadeh is extremely straight forward, sharp as a blade and professional. You get a thorough first examination and after that you’ll know exactly what treatment they’ll perform, and how much it costs. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I had to reschedule my appointment with short notice and was charged 500 SEK because they claimed I was a no-show. I called the dentist to inquire why I was charged and the dentist said it’s expensive to have have a clinic in downtown Stockholm so we need to get the money in somehow and basically hung up on me. They are apparently eager to make money to cover their expenses but not interested in patient care or customer service. I would avoid this clinic at all cost.

My experience at Guatemala Dental was very pleasant. The staff was professional and accommodating. Dr. Guerra Sr did a wonderful job and I am very satisfied with the results. I can smile again! It was very emotional when I saw the results… they were incredible.

I had a crown done and it was just like going to the dentist in the USA. English is spoken and I was taken care of very well. The office will help you find accommodation, and help you with transportation. The office has the latest technology and is located in an upmarket area of the city.

The bridge came unstuck, the hope of simply putting it back did not come true - making a new one. Well, OK. But then a problem arose: during the consultation, the surgeon ordered one of the teeth to be removed. And then - bone tissue augmentation, implantation, etc.; as a result - completely different money and time. Both are important to me. And then the first miracle happened: my doctor agreed to try to save the tooth! And then the second miracle: he saved him :)) Of course, very quickly I realized that this was not a miracle. He’s just a talented doctor, he knows his capabilities and believes in success. And at the same time a caring, responsive person. How I liked his style of work: precision of movements, high speed, such a feeling of concentrated energy, and at the same time excellent quality! Great clinic! I removed tooth number 8 from Yuri Konstantinovich Lazaridi. An amazing doctor, he did everything very carefully, there was no pain, the tooth was complex and was located under the gum. I am very glad to be treated by talented doctors.

I used to be afraid to go to the dentist because of bad childhood memories. But I needed help for a long time, and I decided. The doctors were very understanding and gentle. They carried out all the necessary procedures with care, explaining what they do at each stage. I also liked the cleanliness of the office and the modern equipment. All in all, the experience was much better than I expected. Thank you for your professionalism!

Positives: -I would recommend this clinic if you're sure you need treatment and have a fear of dentists. They are calm, prepare you for every step, and ensure you're comfortable. -The dentist I saw gave me some useful advice on flossing and said that I could email with questions any time. Negatives: -Overtreatment seems to be commonplace and I suspect that each member of staff gets a cut of the company's profits. Different members of staff here recommended removing 1, 2 and all 4 wisdom teeth. Other dentists that I have visited before and after have not recommended removing any. The tooth I had removed was 'impacted'. Kristian is the most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever had. He is disrespectful and always pushes me to handle the pain during extremely painful procedures while he’s putting back the crowns of my implants that constantly falling out. I paid over 50k for having my crowns falling out every 2 months. Do not recommend to anyone.

They are just frauds. They implanted low cost acrylic crowns instead of zerconia crowns in my daughters mouth which resulted in infection and abscess again and again. They charged above lakhs from me for the whole treatment for just 2 RCTs and crowning. We come to know about the wrong treatment after getting fed up from them as we went to other Pedodontist then we come to know they implanted low cost acrylic crowns and charged us of zerconia crowns. Please be careful while visiting here. I would say don’t visit there. They are making fool of the patients.I have to give one star just to post the review. Otherwise that should go in minus.

So I had my appointment set for today and honestly I got to say, easily one of the most customer friendly, hospitable Dental care I have received in a long time. I had my appointment booked with Dr. Neluni Abeysinghe. I have heard many positive reviews from others around my day to day life so I decided to get a check & cleaning done. Upon meeting Dr. Neluni Abeysinghem her politeness and gentle care when speaking and guiding with how and what is going to be done was reassuring. She did an impeccable Job and constantly reassured whether I was comfortable to continue with the process without rushing anything. Timely and Efficient maintaining the quality of her work. Her advice and guidance after the treatment definitely reflects on her work ethic as well. Definitely happy with the Dental care and would definitely come back.

Had the best service here getting my retainers changed and cleaning. They did their best to accommodate me even though i had no prior booking! They have competitive prices for foreigners and doesnt give you the “Sudu Price” I recommend this place for all expats and foreigners.
