We are very impressed and happy to see the nursing team members very helpful at all the time especially Ms. Shiny and Ms. Florence. I did my knee surgery there with Dr. Nadir Darwish, one of the best Knee Consultants in the region and Dr. Waleed along with their professional team including Mr. Nasser Jadallah who was very helpful. Ms. Tarteel the nurse on duty during my hospitalization was very friendly, polite, and helping.

I was here for my first operation. I was a bit nervous, but all the staff made me feel at ease. Couldn't fault a thing. Operation went well, aftercare all organised.

I couldnt have asked for better care from the time i arrived until i left. Staff right down to kitchen were so kind and professional. Thankyou so much.

I have just got home from a 3 night stay at Southern Cross Hospital in Wellington after a scheduled operation. I was blown away by the skill, care, attentiveness, professionalism, kindness and generosity shown by ALL the staff. It was very conducive to facilitating a fantastic recovery. The food was wholesome & delicious and I wanted for nothing. They were welcoming and relaxed as other family members visited and I am so grateful to have had the pleasure of such fine care...and very pleased I didn't cancel my private health insurance when I was about to need it the most! It would be nice to start doing something with the parking spaces, there are few of them, drivers stand where they shouldn't and block the passage of ambulances. The institution itself is great, but due to the ill-conceived parking for so many people, I give it 3*.

Good day everyone. I have been here for more than three days for radiation. And I am very satisfied with how the doctors are very kind in all respects and the nurses are the same. And they cook very well here, so I also thank the chefs or cooks who cook here and the kitchen support staff. And I also thank all the sanitary workers for their willing actions. It was great here. Treated at the old Peter Mac many years ago and it was beyond excellent. But my experience at the new Peter Mac includes a lost referral, lost history, lost blood results, lost u/s results, relevant medication information not given, existing medical conditions potentially impacted by proposed treatment not considered or discussed, and incorrect information documented that contradicts what my GP sent to them AND which contradicts reports from when I was there before!. Trying to get it sorted out - impossible.

Subjected to absolutely disgusting treatment at this hospital. Elective Surgery Manager was rude , terse and has no people skills what so ever. As expected when I lodged a request for explanation the Cancer Surgery Manager chose to disregard key facts and dismissed me completely. Patients aren’t just Medicare numbers . Avoid this hospital at all costs .

The peter mac staff are all awesome from the security and domestic staff to the teams of surgeons and nurses who helped me through the whipple procedure i had back on 15th March . I cant say thankyou enough. The ongoing post operation treatment has also been fantastic.

My mother was treated there 1716 years ago for her mother's cancer and thank God she was saved. They are all very professional. Today he has cancer again and thank God the treatment is giving results and the doctors are loving and excellent professionals.

I can't thank all the staff at The Christie enough. I had a minor procedure with them and during my time there felt truly cared for and supported. I cannot praise The Christie too much. Although I'd rather not have to visit there, the amazing team make it so much easier and I actually look forward to seeing them. They are efficient, caring, compassionate, honest and help me so much. If I want to talk, someone is always available, my specialist nurse always gets back to me if I have an issue or need results. Want to give a shout out to the nurses and staff on the 17th floor. I was briefly there this past Thursday to pick up my uncle Juan who received treatment. It felt very welcoming and calm on the floor. I am assuming that they were nurses (I apologize if they’re not) as they were sitting in the central location and also running around taking care of patients. When we asked for a wheelchairs, they processed the request with a smile. One of the folks even asked how my day was going and asked about the Buffalo Bills. I know this may sound small but it’s the little things that can make a difference. I had some anxiety coming to visit and was exhausted from my 8 hour drive to get here, but all that went away when I entered the 17th floor of this hospital.

The nurses, admin team, patient care team I have no complaints about. I dread thinking how the doctors here have handled my Dads care since the very beginning of his AML diagnosis in April. To begin when he was initially admitted, he received his chemo and was discharged with oral meds that he was told to keep taking upon going home. Doing some basic internet research we discovered he was taking the meds for 20 days longer than he was supposed to. We had a teledoc visit with his doctor, she described it as a “misscommunication” and that he indeed took it weeks longer than he was supposed to. Also during this period, he was doing outpatient in New Jersey and never had any follow up from his doctor until weeks after discharge his initial diagnosis. I do not think this is standard. He was discharged with no Oncology follow ups scheduled or anything. When we finally did talk to his Doctor she said to move to a clinical trial that had not been successful on anyone, nor was it even available. She gave him more chemo that did not make any progress towards treating his disease. To say she was hands off is an understatement. I personally messaged about clinical trials that had success with patients with similar diagnosis and subtypes. We were told to reach out to hospitals that had them while she continuously kept stringing my father along without any real plan besides what was already not working. I asked about transplants she said it could kill him, now they have no viable plan as the chemo and lung issues (related) are too much to overcome. I continue to seek treatments for him. In short, I feel like we experienced a 1980s treatment plan, with no creativity or critical thinking applied to treating my Dad. He is a number to (most) of the doctors. They also will scheduled him for blood transfusions once a week on outpatient when he got them daily in the hospital. Extremely frustrating. Their bedside manner was also… abysmal. Offered little hope this whole time and didnt give confidence to other centers that would have been more capable in treating him. I would not recommend MSKCC and wished he went somewhere like Mayo or MD Anderson. Maybe they can be helpful for more straightforward treatment plans, but my Dad has a very rare subtype that made it complicated. Several doctors come off as thinking they are the end all be all of what is known about my father’s disease. Newsflash - we’re all capable of reading studies that show efficacy of treatments but your heads are too far up your own you know wheres to listen to family. They also give off a vibe of thinking they are the Almighty as well and it breaks my heart to see how they spoke to him and how it affects his mood, graces, and personal outlook.

I had knee meniscus arthroscopy surgery at RNOH hospital in Stanmore (via the Private Care Unit) and I was truly satisfied with the results. All of the staff were genuinely amazing in helping me feel welcomed, relaxed and taken care of. ***FYI, I found this hospital through the NHS hospitals reviews website as being the best in the UK when dealing with joints issues like mine.*** Special thanks to Dr Chethan Jayadev (my surgeon) and his team in the operation theatre. Also special thanks to the Senior Nurse Sima who made sure everything is prepared and ready for me before and after the operation - she was amazing in every given moment even when I was leaving the hospital she made sure I can hop in the car in a safe for my knee way... I mean wow it does not cost much to be nice to others. Frankly speaking my experience as being positive matched with the reviews I read about this hospital few years ago. It is nice to see that they are keeping up with the reputation and level of service. I wish you very best if you are planning to go for a surgery at this hospital and I am sure whichever path you choose either funded through NHS or though Private Health Insurance Provider you will be treated very well - saying that as I had the opportunity to see and experience both pathways and levels of treatments. ❤️👍

I recently had a spinal procedure under the care of Mr Leong. I am extremely grateful for the level of care and attention I received, from being offered alternatives before I was ready to take the plunge with surgery, to the surgery itself and after care. It was lovely to feel complete faith in my consultant but also to hear other doctors speak so highly of him. I visited Wooridul Spine Hospital in January 2017 and treated for Posterior Foraminotomy C6/7 and also PELAN at L4/5. Prior to coming in to Wooridul, I had been suffering terrible neck pain for 5-6 months prior to visiting Wooridul and have visited 3-4 Doctors in Singapore and Indonesia, went to 2 Chiropractors, etc with no result. I was lucky, I was referred to Dr. Sang-ho LEE and decided to go to Wooridul Hospital. I am very impressed with the whole procedures from the time I entered the hospital until I was discharged 4 days later. The surgery, done by Dr. Sang-ho LEE and Dr. Keum, went very well and I was out of the hospital like a new person. The equipment is first class, all nurses are very nice and professional, and while I was there, Ms. Sujung Lee was always ready to help. She is a very nice person. 4.11.23 I came at 8:00 to donate blood. As a result, the nurse arrived only at 8:30. I went to the receptionist twice and asked where the nurse was, she said she went to give an injection in the emergency room. Such a mess. I paid the money and waited another 30 minutes for the nurse. Is this a high tech clinic???

I took tests at the WMT clinic on Postovaya and registered at the reception without any problems. The administrators helped me connect my personal account, which received all my test results the next day. I was pleased with the cafe and water coolers on each floor. It’s convenient to eat after taking tests on an empty stomach

I had a gastric sleeve procedure at that clinic almost a week ago, and the entire experience has been excellent. Five months ago, we sought healthcare services and were requested to make an upfront payment of 9000 EUR. We complied with the payment. Additionally, an administration fee of 200 EUR was mentioned in case our travel plans changed. Regrettably, circumstances prevented us from traveling to Poland for the medical care. Despite this, the hospital declined our refund request and intends to retain the full 9000 EUR, despite not providing any services. Our attempts to contact them by phone have been unfruitful. Based on this unfortunate experience, I cannot recommend their services. I'm now considering escalating the matter to the Ministry of Health in Poland and prominent news agencies

We were privileged to attend an antenatal workshop arranged by the hospital for to be parents. It was a day long workshop and carefully addressed all the concerns and worries a new parent may have. It was an interactive and a very insightful workshop. Many thanks to the team working at Mediclinic Welcare for their compassion towards new parents. Would totally recommend this hospital for a joyful pregnancy experience.

Good treatment center. The doctors and medical staff are wonderful. They performed an operation on my husband and gave him back the ability to walk. My great gratitude. There is a minus, but it relates to the city authorities; parking spaces have not been thought out. This is some kind of horror!!! Parking is impossible. A line of cars along the road from stop to stop and beyond. There are no places for disabled people at all.

26.10. In 2023, I had an operation to remove a neuroma (neurosurgeons Kakaev A.M. and Stankevich S.K.), everything went well and I am very grateful to them, professional, polite and attentive doctors. All the service staff are good and know their jobs. Thanks to this center for its work.

The service staff is good. But neurosurgeon A.M. Kakaev and Stankevich S.K. butchers. All they have to do is cut up the wild boar and separate the fat from the meat. A neuroma formed at the suture of the ulnar nerve after neuroplasty, which caused pain in the fingers. At the consultation they said that it would not be a problem to remove the neuroma, it would not affect the motor skills of the hand, and the pain would disappear. As a result, the integrity of the nerve was compromised and the pain increased two to three times.

Went to the ER one Wednesday afternoon, around 13:30. The receptionist saw I was in pain and explained I had taken the wrong password ( you have to press "Consulta Permanente"). She helped me with that and in less than 5 minutes I was called and directed for treatment. Waited about 40 minutes and was seen by Dr. Ramon Maldonado Acosta. Very kind, attentive and in no rush. At 15:00 I was already home, having been to the pharmacy as well. The hospital charged 73 euros. I think it was well worth it. I was in a lot of pain & discomfort. Staff & doctor were really nice.

Amazing service. After going to Loulé public and then Faro, neither surgeons were able to get the foreign body out of my toe and I was told to leave it despite agony and not being able to walk. I attended Hospital de Loulé in desperation for a competent Doctor to assist and I was privileged to have Dr Ruben as my surgeon. What a genius! 1.5 hours from initial GP appointment, xrays and surgery and the extraction was a success. Amazing, wonderful staff and beautifully clean, calm hospital. Thank you everyone for my incredible experience.

Staff are very polite, but to get through to the Hospital on the telephone is almost impossible. The recording is absolutely a waste of time, if you listen carefully it says ‘your call is important to us and we have recorded your number and we will call you back’ They never call back so you try again and wait for them to answer, which can be over 30 minutes .

Everything about my experience at Mt Alvernia Hospital was first class. All the nursing staff were brilliant - very professional, caring and thorough. Nothing was too much trouble. The hospital was spotless.

Had a caudal epidural at this hospital yesterday. The care and attention that I was given from start to finish was exceptional. All staff, from reception, catering to nurses and theatre were wonderful. So kind and genuinely caring. Have been to this hospital 3 times now and would absolutely recommend it.

Recovering from a total knee replacement and could not have been in safer hands than at Beardwood. All the nurses who looked after me were a credit and nothing was too much trouble for them. I was very well looked after and I am sure will recover more quickly as a result.

Everyone from the receptionist through to the surgeon made my stay a brilliant experience. The nursing staff (different on all 3 days) were nothing short of being Angels. The catering staff 1st class. Please note your full English breakfast was excellent. The night shift team were brilliant, nothing was to much trouble. Great hospital where I was well taken care of during my ankle surgery. The only slight criticism is please wait after knocking before entering the room, a couple of times the person came in straight after knocking when I hadn't given my consent, one time I was not dressed. Other than that I had a lovely stay and everyone was really friendly and nice.
