I accompanied my husband for knee surgery, we were very well looked after in all sectors, the nurses were extremely attentive, the rooms were very well equipped. We were satisfied.

I have always received very good care at Hospital Estrela, I am immensely grateful!

TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE! I was admitted due to a fall, with acute pain in my leg and the professional who was pushing my wheelchair pressed my foot, the leg that couldn't handle the pain, against the wall and without even apologizing, left. He returned with medication, applied it without any guidance or explanation and left. The doctor barely assessed it, he just said that I didn't have a fracture and sent me away without even referring me to a specialist and requesting tests such as MRI. And I still had to put up with a rude professional when I asked to leave. I went in with acute pain and came out worse.

Reception is a disaster be careful. Receptionist took me to doctor???

Very clean hospital. Went for a colonoscopy today and everyone was very nice and helpful! Doctor Georgieva is very kind and understanding! The only downside is the long wait for the examination. The whole thing took 6 hours and the exam itself is 10 minutes. But still, I'd rather wait and be treated with kindness and respect!

Horrible experience. We are waiting 2 hours already for a simple 5 min surgery. I don't even know how much more it would be. Nobody tells you at least an estimation. Too bad for the good interior. Do not go there!!!!

Wonderful people, very good and professional attention, they were fast, attentive, available and very, very kind. Don't hesitate to go there if you ever need medical assistance in Lucerne. Oh, and the emergency services, 10/10. I give them 5 stars, they deserve twice as many.

I had a carotid artery surgery. I was very happy with Dr Prof Ockert . He correctly diagnosed the root cause and the needed operation. He also invited my wife to to hear the risks for not doing it and the risks for doing it. We felt this was important as the outcomes could change our livestyles. Finally the operation was a great success. Good team work between the doctors too.

I was visiting Dubai and had to do some blood tests. I have visited CMC Dubai and informed them that I need the results the second day as I am traveling. Despite several calls and trials to follow up, I was not able to get a satisfying answer, until my call was attended by Raymond, whom he had offered the needed assistance and made sure to receive the results in a timely manner. Raymond has been very helpful, professional and proactive. He followed up on my request and called after to make sure that my case has been resolved. A good hospital with a VERY SERIOUS issue! There is no information on food for patients and companions with restrictions! The Marieta restaurant offers ABSOLUTELY NOTHING without gluten and milk. The person spending the whole day there is hungry, because not even the PURCHASED coffee has a nutritional sheet with information! We are talking about a hospitaaaaal! How does a celiac patient spend the day in a place like this?

Bad experience! We arrived with my 78-year-old mother in the emergency room. Super slow service. When we arrive at the doctor, he informs us that we can leave because there is no room, no box or even an armchair to receive medication. Avoid this place!

Terrible, zero service, an absurd delay in the emergency room, I waited 50 minutes until I lost patience and left. I do not recommend!!!

Private hospital, one of the top in Athens.

This bunch of idiots organize the covid rapid test in the international airport of Athens with only 2 (two) operators to do the actual work (but 4 to take payments). It takes 2 hs for a 10' work and then people miss their flights. Update Furthermore: thieves. They do tests to kids under 12 even though not necessary.

Nasty experience at their Corona testing center at AIA. We prepaid the tests online and still had to wait more than one hour for a simple rapid test. Somehow the prepaid line moves slower than the normal line. That's partly because they accept also people who have not prepaid in advance in the same line and they don't turn them away. The test itself is rather quick, the two testing lines sit around doing nothing because the 6 desks cannot send them people fast enough (it takes roughly 5 minutes per person to scan qr, look at documents, print consents, print labels etc). Then you have to queue for the results because that is actually quicker than receiving them on email (pictured). If we would have waited for the mail I am not sure we would have made it to the flight. I would recommend to come about 4 hours before your flight to be comfortable.

Got first-rate care, had a great experience and a positive outcome! Kudos to the Nurses, Doctors/Surgeons/Anasthesioligists, Physical Therapists, Dieticians/ Food Service, Fellows, Interns and Students.Special shout-out to my postoperative caregiver- Karina Valentine. She kept me going through the most challenging part of my surgical journey- enduring procedures to facilitate the OUT in outpatient. Lest we forget the unsung heroes that keep the hospital so hygienically safe and superior- I must now sing my praises to the custodial technicians: 🎶We could eat off of the floors But we don’t have to They give plates and forks Don’t spill dessert (I got strawberry shortcake 🍰)

Duke has reached a new low in Health Care. I'd give them stars in the minus categories if I could. My son had eye surgery and every time we went for an appointment we waited over 2 hours to be seen. I can tell you I read 150 pages of a book on one visit. We actually saw people leave without being seen because they had waited so long. My son objected to the long wait one day and was told by the surgeon that he was ruining her day. Because of the wait he asked to talk to the manager or an administrator. While waiting the police came made him leave because they said he raised his voice. He was not allowed to talk to the administrator and was escorted out. This is not the first problem we have had with Duke. My son was in the emergency room waiting for the specialist on call when the Emergency Doctor came in and told him that the specialist on call was already home and refused to come in to see him. We were told he should go to the specialist's off the next day. We did that and he was seen for less than 10 minutes and told to go back to another doctor. Seems the specialist could have cut through the chase and just told us that to begin with. My impression is that almost every one in the hospital system is very impressed with themselves and seems to think it below them to interface and deal with patient who have some real problems. I can, in no way, recommend any Duke Service. I could continue with examples but it would sound repetitive. I practiced Nursing for 45 years and never came up against any care that is this poor in quality. Giving them -5.

There is good and bad. I recently gave birth at Duke University Hospital and I want to say that my experience with Doctor Clifford, and nurses Lexi, Brenna, Tabitha, Josephine among others was phenomenal. I was blown away by the care and compassion I received so I will say it was a four star experience. However, I have one major complaint about the experience and feel it's important enough to try to voice it. The postnatal recovery rooms are terrible. They are the size of walk in closets and if you have a support person such as your husband staying with you, they have to sleep on what is essentially an airplane chair. My husband could not do it, and it made the end of my experience at Duke hard because I needed him there with me. I felt like me and my baby were locked in a cell and I was going crazy by the time I was discharged. Thank god I was discharged early. There were many people coming in and out of my closet those last few days and nights, and it was definitely too many people. After receiving an emergency C section, I felt I was improperly educated on the repercussions. I had no idea I would have trouble producing milk after my blood loss in surgery and I was not informed about any of the medication I was prescribed. Again, it would have helped if my husband could have been there because maybe I actually was given information but was too out of it for it to sink in.

Excellent staff and facilities. I have been to two rooms which had a smart TV that has Netflix among other things on it, which of course make the stay there pass quicker than otherwise. Other nice thing in the rooms i have been to is that they had a mini fridge in them.

You get appointment for specific time and then you are waiting at least 40 minutes!!!! Today our appointment was at 3:40 p.m. Now 5:54 p.m. and we are still waiting!!! And it's not for free!!! Bills they always sending on time. We are leaving in 21th century where medicine service is not only about doctor doing his job right (and this is also a big question), it's about careful and respectful attitude to the patients!!! I'm paying for service and deserve to get my appointment ON TIME. Didn't see worse hospital in Europe!!! Never again Im coming here

I visited Leuven as a traveller, and they were very helpful and fast. We waited no longer than 20 minutes to see a doctor and get blood tests. Thanks to the doctors and nurses for doing a great job.

Meeting with Doctor G Lefebvre, I was received like a king, secretary, the doctor and the nurse who took my blood test very welcoming and very very simple I have never had such a welcome in a hospital from Valenciennois...It's good to see that there are people who love their job..Thank you..

Dated, small, unwelcoming rooms. Unpleasant staff, you have the impression of annoying them all the time. You have to beg for information or even get angry to get it. Little consideration of the patient, their pain, their dignity. In our time, this is unacceptable.

Followed since 2011 in Professor Pattou's department, the only hospital where I feel calm when I know that I have a hospital appointment even if it is currently for IVs and injections 🤣. My name is Minal and I was hospitalised at UCLH from 21st October 2023 until 28th October 2023 with a nasty infection. I was put on sepsis protocol and I was eventually diagnosed with abscesses. The care and treatment I received from the time I arrived at A&E until I was discharged was exceptional. I was in such a bad state that I cannot remember all the names of the staff who looked after me, but I have to mention the nurse in A&E majors, Davinia Sabater Guijarro, as she took care of me with a lot of kindness and compassion. She was brilliant! Eventually, I was admitted to medical ward only briefly and then gynaecology ward. Nurse Reena from the medical ward was very kind, although I was only there for a very short time. Some of the nurses on gynaecology ward who looked after me were Nurse Erlou, Nurse Sidikat, Nurse Jordine, Nurse Kawser, Nurse Olu, Nurse Nishma, Nurse Bushirah, Nurse Antonio, HCA Maureen, Ward physio Bethany and many other nurses and healthcare assistants to whom I am very grateful to for the care and support they gave me whilst I was on that ward. The Gynaecology team led by Dr Naaila Aslam were fantastic and I feel that I am here and alive today because of them. My local hospital had sent me away with Trimethoprim and a wrong diagnosis just the previous day. Had I not gone to UCLH that Saturday evening, I wouldn't have made it, as my CRP was 400 and I was septic. Thank you to Dr Aslam and her team including Dr De Braud, Dr Tatiana, Dr Neha, Dr Julie, Dr Omar, Dr Hannah, Dr Alison and everyone in that team. They saved my life! When I had my procedure to drain the abscess, the nurses were so supportive including nurse Kit and nurse Emma. There were other nurses in that room too, but I don't recall all the names. All were wonderful. I would not have got through that procedure without their words of support and encouragement, in particular Nurse Kit and Nurse Emma. I hope the above mentioned staff and anyone who looked after me reads this review. I am forever grateful to them. UPDATE (5th December 2023): I spent a further two nights at UCH when the infection returned. Lots of wonderful nurses and healthcare assistants in A&E majors and same day emergency care (thank you Dr Maria Marouli and Nurse Jennifer). Another positive experience on gynae ward. Nurses Warda, Queen, Alena and Clare were all very kind, attentive and extremely competent.

There were so many patients in the A&E, i suffered with severe pain with kidney stone sym on Wednesday night 08/12/2023,staffs are well trained and doctors and nurses are very helpful. I had my CT scan and blood test results with in two hours. specially thanks to Dr. Bolloju and Dr. Galica, they are such nice doctors showed their professionalism, kindness, caring and excellent management skills.

Amazing service was feeling really unwell seen unbelievably quickly. The doctors and nurses were great very sympathetic and understanding. MESSAGE FROM AN ANGRY MOM. WHAT A SHAME ! TO BE RECEIVED IN THE EMERGENCY, YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. FOR ACUTE KNEE PAIN, WHICH MAKES WALKING VERY DIFFICULT, YOU DISMISS THE PATIENT BECAUSE HE DID NOT TAKE IBUPROFEN! NO CONSULTATION, REQUEST TO SEND A PHOTO OF THE KNEE TO CONTACT 1 HOUR LATER, FOR A DIAGNOSTIC. IT’S A JOKE !!!! AND TO LEARN THAT YOU REFUSED A PATIENT WITH AN EAR INFECTION AND THAT HE MAY HAVE TO LOSE TYMPAN (WHAT HIS DOCTOR TOLD HIM THE FOLLOWING DAY) AND THAT ANOTHER PATIENT WAS REFUSED DESPITE AN OPENING WOUND ON HIS HEAD. IF THE PATIENT WERE MIGRANTS, THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN WELCOME WITH WIDE OPEN ARMS.

Had terrible pain that went from my jaw through my ear and to my head for a few days. I decided to wait until to see if it would go away, but it didn’t. Since it was a Sunday and the pain was interfering with my day to day life, I decided to call to get some advice. I was treated really well on the phone and was told to come in later that day. Once I met the doctor, it was a different story. No interest in helping me at all, told me it’s a pity I’m in pain and haven’t been able to sleep but it’s not her problem, this isn’t an emergency. Turns out I had two infected wisdom teeth. Be wary of their advice… I was lucky my GP told me to run to the dentist. 3 surgeries later and I’m in no more pain.

Lack of experienced professionals. Appointments with a year delay. Wrong assessments and rude stuff. It’s better to go to Belgium or Germany for better treatment. They don’t take their patients serious at all

Do not go here. In our experience there, they did not take our pain seriously. On top of that, they made sexist comments!! I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything.

I have visited Orthopedics department 2 times, really awesome service. Could be better, little more waiting time however currently it is really good, humble staffs and polite in nature.

Negligent in their duties, they don't follow medical guidelines. Many workers are just arogant and would want you soon out of thier way rather than trying to find the cause for your ailment. It's sad they are a university who make helathcare workers of such low quality.

This hospital is part of the inherited Mexico, with a staff with the excellence that experience provides, but fatigue periodically takes its toll, so as a patient, everyone will talk about how the fair went. The staff makes an effort for the shortcomings they work with and for such a diverse population. More hospital centers like this are needed for this city. Abroad, dozens and even a few hundred spend hours and even days waiting for care for family members, either for medical appointments and studies, as well as those who are hospitalized for days in these facilities. There are those who already go with a folding bench, others rent chairs, umbrellas and some institutions offer a tent for those who come from afar to accompany a family member during their hospitalization period.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional care and support provided by your hospital staff during my recent visits. In particular, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to (Doctor Aatif Shaikh, Consultant Physician , UROLOGY) and the entire medical team involved in my treatment. Their expertise, compassion, and dedication have made a significant difference in my recovery. I would also like to take this opportunity to provide some feedback and make a recommendation regarding the booking of required tests, such as X-rays, blood tests, and especially ultrasound appointments after the operation. I believe implementing an automated system to schedule these tests before visiting the doctor would greatly benefit patients.

Overall great facility (especially after the renovation) and very good doctors. I would have placed reviews on many of their doctors across several departments but many of them have left. Right now, I can highly speak about Dr Nathalie El Moukari, consultant radiologist. She’s confident and very thorough in her examination and takes the time to explain to the patient their situation and what they need to do. She communicates very well in, at least, three languages. Her team, I can cite Ms Mandy, is equally pleasant to deal with. The clinic is clean. Parking lots are available.

Obstetrics and Gynecology Dr. Chen Fangx is rude and has no medical ethics Ask a group of patients and family members to go in first and wait. I don’t want others to hear about my condition I didn’t speak too quietly either. The injection staff in the injection room on the first floor are really bad. If they can't find a blood vessel, they just keep inserting and turning the needle back and forth. Don't you know how the patients feel? There wasn't even an apology at the end, which was really bad!

The doctor made an appointment for us to receive the second dose of the vaccine half a year ago. However, the hospital called us 2 hours before the day of vaccination to say that the vaccine was out of stock (people were already on the way from Xizhi) and said there was no need to go there. Because I have to cancel the reservation I made half a year ago, and I don’t know when it will be in stock. If I want to buy it, I can go outside and buy it myself! This kind of casual attitude towards handling things is really disgraceful! 1. If the appointment made six months ago was not "guaranteed to reserve the vaccine for administration," shouldn't it be mentioned in advance when making the appointment? 2. When you find that the stock is almost out, can you not notify us in advance? I had already asked for leave that day to get vaccinated, but ended up visiting clinics and other hospitals asking if the vaccine was available. The second dose was scheduled, and the feeling of being swayed was really bad.

The place is old, but the people who serve are super friendly, they went overboard!!!

In general it is old, the elevators are bad, slow and it is super big, the facilities are a little poorly maintained, the elevators and in my case to access the arrhythmia secretariat you have to go with a map and counting the steps go up to 5 and then go down to 4 because there is a closed part of the hospital. But as excellent quality specialists and within everything they comply with everything. (There is very little availability of hours).

Very undesirable environment for some of group of the employees with no SOP from HR. Without proper protocol for meal time duration. Limited food variety in-house for the group of employees. Shift/annual leave schedule planning with non standard protocol and left it to department in-charge with unequal treatment subjected to their whim and fancy. Management may need to review to provide a better positive work environment to all.

Came to one of their clinics located here. Given wrong station exit info by Goggle maps (had to wait and cross the traffic junction twice), and exit 1 is the correct exit that leads up to the hospital. Staff at the front desk should be more attentive in the morning when patrons approached the desk. Had to "interrupt" to get to the right building.

I had an ongoing ear infection. I was seen by one the Ear, nose and throat doctor. I had a follow-up appointment at 10am, I had a confirmation text the day before. I took the day off work as I also had another doctor appointment at 11.30 not in the same hospital. Anyway, at 9.55am I got a call from Acibadem, someone speaking Turkish, I said in English please and then they hung up. Then at 9.57am I had another call from the hospital, this time someone speaking English saying that my appointment had changed to 11am, because my doctor arrived at that time. 3 minutes before the appointment and then I had to wait one hour, no explanations given, nothing. This is not a free hospital, I'm paying as an international patient more that I would pay back in my home country. Why do they feel like they can play with my time, no apologies. Nothing

Last week, I was at the hospital with my relative . We did a PET-CT and MRI scan. The oncologist wasn’t there that week, but we discussed with the hospital that we would do the interpretation of the results remotely with the doctor because we live in Tirana, Albania. However, it’s been 3 days, and they haven’t responded. I turned to your hospital with the idea that I might find a solution there. It is crucial to start treatment as soon as possible and you need to understand that the days that go by are not in his favor. I urgently need a meeting with the oncologist

You would have to be an absolute idiot to use this hospital, especially if you are not a Turk! I called today for an appointment and was told I would have to pay in Euro because I was not Turkish, but if I was from another Middle East country I would pay the same as the Turks. I have lived in Turkey for years, and married to a Turkish man. We make the Turkish LIRA! This is not the first bad experience we have had with this Hospital. This hospital will do everything they can to cheat you out of a dollar. If you are looking for terrible Doctors that don’t listen to your concerns, and to be treated like a walking bank, then it’s the hospital for you!!
