Did my regular eye checkup here.
Waited for long time. The doctor said all
fine but I wasn’t sure as I felt some
Difficulties in reading. So went to Al
Ahalia hospital for another checkup. The checkups done at Mediclinic are lesser and they didn’t go in depth for complete understanding of issues. Will avoid in future. Not worth the money paid and time
Spent..

The care I received at this hospital was excellent. The doctors, nurses, and other staff were all very professional and knowledgeable. They were also very kind and compassionate, and they made me feel comfortable and well-cared for during my stay.

The worst inpatient experience!
The rooms are not that clean, the nursing staff is so unorganized. They did not keep a proper log of the medications that were given to my son. I had to tell them which medicines which given and which were still to be taken. The nurse station is so loud! The nurses and doctors are extremely loud in the middle of the night and have no consideration for the patients. The quality of the food/meals is horrible too. The doctors here are good but everything else needs major improvements!

Unfriendly nurses. Incompetent doctors.
I took my 80 y/o father to the ER, with high blood pressure and a heart failure.
A very rude doctor told us repeatedly, that there was nothing he could do. And he actually didn’t do anything!!!
He just kept on telling us, to go to his primary doctor.

This clinic is a joke!
I have visited this clinic several times and my experiences have been unpleasant to say the least.
The time of the appointment is not taken into account - I waited in front of the office between half an hour and an hour, the doctors being either delayed with the other appointments or completely absent from the clinic. No one seems interested in behaving respectfully with patients and keeping appointments.
The lobby waiting area is insufficient and inadequate. People crowd the corridors like in a pathetic state hospital. The building is unkempt and shabby, especially the hallways and patient toilets.
The reception staff are unprofessional, they don't know how to give you the information you need, they are disrespectful and totally disinterested.
If you don't have a recommendation for a doctor ok, it's a total lottery whether you find someone competent or not, I was very disappointed with how I was treated by certain doctors in this clinic, their level of knowledge and professionalism.
Unfortunately, it does not come close to the quality standards that a private clinic should have

The hospital is hit miss like all of NSW Health. The nurses have mental health issues so depending on which nurse you get, either you will receive good care or be subjected to abuse like having your meds not given, information not provided, details not passed to your doctors (who often review remotely so you don’t see them every day). The outsourced food is not relevant to your needs and not replaced with adequate nutrition if you have allergies etc. I saw one new father deliberately kept outside because the nurses didn’t like him then watched them laugh at the struggling new mum who was doing things without support and the nurses just watched, didn’t help her. Same with trying to get information from Doctors, they simply don’t talk to you. The information provided by the nurses is often half-truths designed to placate people not be honest with them.

Welcome to PMCH - Parkview Medical College & Hospital
Bangladesh is rapidly becoming a role model for different aspect of health care development among developing countries. It is not possible for a government alone to develop health manpower to cater the increasingly complex, diverse and expensive public health care needs of a developing country like Bangladesh. In addition to Government Medical Colleges, Private Medical Colleges in Bangladesh are performing very significant role in producing skilled medical health professionals and providing specialized health care facilities at reasonable cost to ailing people of the country. To develop a new Medical College, location is a significant factor.

I wish you a good day.
In June 2023, our 89-year-old mother was operated on in your hospital. She was operated on by Mudr. Turčan, Mr. Prime Minister of the private gynecologist. Mamma center in BB. He performed the operation in an absolutely professional manner, for which we thank him very much.
My mother, but also the family, were very worried about putting her to sleep, as she has a very weak heart and, of course, her old age. She was anesthetized by the head of the OAIM department, Mudr. Paľúch Štefan, who did his job absolutely professionally. After the operation, he gave us the necessary information, assured and reassured us that my mother was transferred to the ward in a stable condition, where he took the initiative to check her. In this way, I want to sincerely thank him for our family and my mother for everything he did for her, for his fantastic care and spiritual support. We thank the entire medical staff for exemplary care.
With thanks and respect, Anna Ľuptáková and her family and mother Emília Machavová.

I had an appointment with the leading urologist for a consultation at 12:30, came at 12:15 at the reception desk, they said that the doctor was delayed in the hospital, but now he will be at 13.00 versions, there was a difference in one, the doctor was there but didn’t see me and left... apparently not having survived such a tragedy, although I was always under the door of his office. the other version was announced so they got confused and thought that I was at 13-30, that is, they don’t see the recording 😄 but nevertheless, now the doctor was aware and finally went to the meeting .. after waiting until 13-10 I left ..

Yesterday I visited the medical department at Krasnaya Presnya. I have always been pleased with the service in other branches, but this left just a terrible impression. The slowness of the receptionist's work could have been tolerated, but the way the security guard behaved is simply a disgrace to the nurse. I was with an elderly mother and one-year-old son; we were not allowed in with our stroller. The security guard held the elevator and did not let us go up, all the visitors to the clinic swore at him, but he put on a show out of his integrity and rudeness. Then we waited 15 minutes for the stroller from the clinic on the first floor, which is why we were late for our appointment with the pediatrician. The nerves frayed for me, my mother and my son. I'm deeply disappointed. I also don’t understand what kind of rules these are so unique to the red freshwater department. In all other departments they allowed us in with a stroller without any problems. These rules were invented by an idiot who never carried rude children on himself. It was painful to look at the poor mothers who moved with mother's bags and babies from floor to floor. Why are there no free strollers for infants downstairs if you are not allowed to bring your own strollers? What does this ban on strollers save?

My attending physician insisted on pressotherapy as part of my course of treatment (I have a venous circulation disorder in the lower extremities). And I am very glad that he insisted on this. After pressotherapy, the heaviness in my legs that had already become familiar went away, and there was such lightness that words cannot express it (only those who have similar problems will understand). This procedure helped me a lot.

Yesterday's emergency reception at the ophthalmology department was quite nourishing... At the reception, the lady told us on the "spokesman" that the doctor was operating and we would have to wait at least an hour. they left it outside where 2 more patients arrived, so we wouldn't all be able to fit in if the weather was bad.
The treatment itself then proceeded quickly, the doctor was pleasant, professional and everything went perfectly well.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!
Worst experience ever.
Father arrived to ER by ambulance around 1 PM for a heart attack!!
No doctor sees him until 5 PM.
Labs were done, notes taken for a cardiac consult and an echo cardiogram. Notes were taken but orders were never submitted!
So the next day was spent in a hospital room with NOTHING being done.
Echo finally done at 3PM. Doctor show up later and hasn't reviewed any notes or tests! He tells us now that they can't do the cath until Monday (this is currently Friday!!). If they had treated his heart attack as the emergency it was, they would have done the cath right away.
Nurse comes in at night with only 2 of the 6 medications needed for my father. Dosage is wrong! ER miswrote the notes for his medication!!
Something very wrong is happening here!!
Hoping this place doesn't kill my dad!!
Avoid at all costs!!
Cleveland Clinic has ruined the hospital!!

Horrible. Horrible experience!! If at all possible avoid this ER. Thought I was doing the right thing by calling 911 for my mother in order to have her seen asap.that might have been the case… but don’t plan on going back to be with your family member. Seriously! Insane the way I was treated. I begged everyone I could to please let me back there to be with my 78 yo mother. “Sorry.. not protocol” zero care from anyone I spoke to. No one cared that my mom was crying for me. They all just kept telling me it’s protocol to wait for an assigned doctor, that they were extremely busy. Well.. I keep pressing the issue and was finally allowed back. To an empty room, almost empty ER.. zero doctors around. Not busy as all. Disgusting the way I was treated. Horrible

I give it 5 because unfortunately I can't give it 10.
I went to the emergency room with a referral to a neurologist, the neurologist treated me at the highest level, I wish there were more doctors like her, it would be really great. The lady could have sent me home quickly, but she said she wouldn't let me go home until I had a consultation with the surgeon. What's more, I was also seen by a neurosurgeon, a surgeon and an orthopedist (each of them was also very nice and competent), I also had a CT scan, I was at the doctor's office four times, and her concern and commitment were visible! I could happily wait for my condition with such doctors for a long time and longer!!!!! when it comes to your neurologist, it's only Dr. Marzena Tomaszewska!

SKIP THIS PLACE! Hospital with old school doctors who see the need to question you inappropriately and then chastise you for coming in after hours with “nothing major.” The attitude in this hospital reflects a pre 1989 mentality when staff were unaware that ever patient is PRIMARILY a client! Omg! After living in CZ as English speaker for almost 3 years, I finally found the best hospital here. I was here mostly at the cardiology department. Most of the nurses can speak English. Even if they are not, they still try to communicate with you. And ofc, all doctor can speak English. All of them are so patient, nice, and friendly. I was super surprise that I had some chitchat with some nurses during the waiting times. The waiting time is logically make sense. I can simply say, they love their jobs. I recently delivered my baby boy at Kings College Dubai Hills. I had a memorable and an amazing experience and felt so at home. My husband and I were so humbled and couldn’t have asked for more private care. All the staff and nurses were excellent and I was in good hands. However, Leanne my midwife was exceptionally helpful and was like a second Mum to me. She went above and beyond all the time to make sure I was ok. She assisted me with everything I had to learn and know as a new Mum and always made me feel at ease. She is always so hardworking, professional and passionate about what she does. I’ve never met someone who loves what they do so much! Leanne has provided so much care post my delivery as well and she has become a very close friend of mine. I can confidently recommend Leanne as she deserves it. I am convinced that having her as a member of staff will be a valuable asset.

I delivered my baby with King's in July 2022. I highly recommend the hospital and stuff working there, everyone was very supportive and kind.
I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Esra for my delivery.
On a separate note, I sincerely want to thank Mary Grace for her kind support. As a first time mother, even whilst I was attending Antenatal classes, I lacked practical experience of how to take care of baby. Mary Grace was very attentive and showed us how to bath and change the baby, explaining many interesting life hacks. Her support and explanation how to breastfeed the baby was indispensable, without her I would not be that lucky to establish breastfeeding which I continue to date.

Dr. May Ali has been an incredible support throughout my twin pregnancy journey. Her professionalism and unwavering support guided me every step of the way. Her expertise and care during the C-section brought my beautiful baby girls into the world safely. I'm immensely grateful for her dedication and expertise. Additionally, her assistant Princy was always attentive and supportive, making the entire experience even more reassuring. I'm definitely continuing as Dr. May's patient for any future needs🙂

All the nurse in 2B like everyone own them billion dollar, they are not come to help their patient nor patient family members. All your nurse will only know how to restrict you to do anythings.. without suggest alternative solution.
Hey... Patient and the patient family members paid money for treatment...not paid money come here and let you order or instruct them with nonsen reason of yours.. but when the family members ask your nurse to do things, they will just know how to say
" I not sure",
" You just wait Doctor",
" You wait 1st I come later"
" You need to wait"
Eventually nothings your nurse manage to help nor they really successfully help.. Cause after 1000 years also they didn't come to help the family members.
.... Such lousy service in nowdays, you think how long your hospital can sustain..

I am very grateful to Dr Mogan for he has done a great job in getting right in the whole diagnostic process. He is very detail, sincere and capable in addressing the rootcause of my illness with proper proposal to me. I am a difficult to treat patient with precondition of 3 years serious iron deficiency anemia due to heavy menstrual disorder. I came all the way from KL to Ipoh see Dr Mogan for
second opinion as recommended by
my mum and sis. This is the best O&G specialist I have seen so far compare to a few gynae I met. Kudos to Dr. Mogan and all Fatimah Hospital nurses and staff. Two surgery in less than a week, I wouldnt be able to make it through without your support. Thank you for helping me in regaining my health. My heartfelt gratitude to all. God bless all of you.

Last month on 17/6, I was admitted to Hospital Fatimah into emergency ward due to intestinal problems gets me into pain for a day. The request is from me to the one of hospital in Ipoh due to family also at home. The surgery has happened on 18/6, and it is OK but I’m not get used to this due to after abdominal surgery, so I was able to get help from the nurse in charge on day and night. The doctors in charge are helpful for the first time into surgery process and it’s been over 3 weeks, I’m moving on for abdominal recovery. But one thing it is discomfort is, the private hospital is becoming other’s patients private hotel. Usually there will be less noise but the patients nearby are quite noisy. But whatever, I hope that I am on smooth and get well soon.

AVOID THEIR ER.
They will give you test and procedures that has nothing to do with what you came for.
Pregnancy Test and CT Scan for cough and sore throat?! Come on!
Stop scamming people! If you really must visit them, always ask and check first what they want to do. If it's irrelevant, just SAY NO!

My relative was confined in this hospital for four days. In those four days, her doctor only visited her twice but charged us P8,000 as PF. Nurses only came in when called--via phone because the nurse call button was cut. We were monitoring our patient's fever ourselves.
I've reviewed the bill and there were questionable charges as well like gloves, tape etc. It's not as if the nurses finished all of those supplies but we were charged for the whole amount nonetheless. This would have been okay if the excess supplies were given to the patient upon discharge.
ER charges were unreasonable as well. There were only three patients when we came in yet the whole process of admitting the patient took 2 hours, meanwhile incurring more and more charges in the ER.
But the worst part of the experience was requiring the patient to have a companion for the purpose of having someone actually take care of the patient.
Doesn't that negate the purpose of going to the hospital? You go to a hospital to get medical treatment and care. But it seemed like we were only there for the convenience of having labs done and having IV fluids--which to be honest can be done at home--because the actual care of the patient came from the companion.
In effect, companions need to miss work to take care of the patient. For as long as the patient is confined, they miss the opportunity to earn money--which they need in the first place to be able to pay for the high hospital bill. It's an oppressive system.
This set-up would have been forgivable if companions had a comfortable bed if they are required to be with the patient 24/7. But no, they are only given a plastic chair. And even if we get the private room, a companion is still required.
People go to private hospitals for better service, but it seems like the only difference between DLSMC and a public hospital is that this hospital has aircon. What a waste of hard-earned money.

The worst hospital ever. Staff is great but the organization is all about profit. We could’ve been discharged by 11AM. We followed up multiple times. We had to wait til 5PM for someone to show up and check on the patient. Billing said we had to wait til 7PM to pay so they can account for the “necessary” charges. They want to keep you here, I’m telling you. Obviously, the longer you stay, the more you need to pay.

I had a positive experience at this hospital. The guards, nurses, and staff were all very accommodating, and I felt well taken care of. The ER Doctor was particularly impressive, as they took the time to explain everything in detail.
However, there were some drawbacks. The ER bed areas were a bit small, with only one chair, no table, and limited space to walk around. This made the waiting area less comfortable than I would have liked.
Nevertheless, it was still a good experience.
