This is the fourth time in this institution, two hip replacements, two repeat hip joints, each time it gets worse and worse, initially cups of the wrong size were placed, when asked why they were asked, there was no other answer at that time, the result dislocations of the left joint began, they underwent re-endoprosthetics in 2019, the right leg turned out to be 2 cm shorter, which caused the ankle to fly, in 2022 dislocations of the right joint began, I was admitted to the clinic on August 30, I just lay in bed for four days, they took a blood test, did an x-ray, That’s it. The attending physician came once and asked what and where it hurt, where the dislocations were going, that’s all. No one really reads the stories, right before the operation they asked which joint should be operated on, right or left, if he hadn’t said that it was right, they would have operated on the left one, since the dislocation of the left joint is indicated everywhere, even in the discharge the left joint appears everywhere, in the department no one bothers to read the medical history, the prescription list contains contraindications for injecting NSAIDs, which I cannot take until the allergy begins and I asked the question what they are pricking, the lack of professionalism of the treatment nurses is off the charts, they punctured all the veins and were unable to place a catheter; a nurse from the intensive care unit placed a subclavian catheter without anesthesia, because... I’m allergic to lidocaine, the second nurse on duty didn’t come on time to the call, the IV ran out, the result was that the catheter was clogged, they couldn’t flush it out, they removed it, they tried to put the catheter in the arm, they punctured all the veins again, they couldn’t put it in, the nurse from the intensive care unit put it in again, for that I thanked her very much, I told her to warn the nurse on duty when she was administering the medicine so that she would press on the vein because the whole boat didn’t go in because of adhesions in the vein, when I tried to show what needed to be done, she threw my hand away and started yelling that she knew better what to do, she started tugging at the catheter, naturally she pulled it out of the vein, and refused to put another one in for me, she screamed rudely that she knew better what to do, he sent her away and told her not to come close to me anymore, my brother came, tried to put an intravenous drip, again nothing worked, the nurse from the intensive care unit did it again, my hands were punctured into rubbish, blue, more than 30 punctures, they react disgustingly to calls, as if you can’t go out into the corridor, the sisters and nannies sit in their little room, either drinking tea or gossiping in the corridor, in general, I was left with a disgusting impression of the work of the LLP2 staff, management conduct a staff certification, many of the staff do not correspond to the position, what they do. There are no complaints about the surgeons, anesthesiologists, operating room nurses, everything was done clearly, conscientiously, for which many thanks, special thanks to the intensive care unit for their care. Hernia operation. I had a hernia for years. It started to be worst so i decided to go for operation. Waiting time to get operated was 4 months. Not great. Not great ... I read somewhere it is result of cutting staff. Experience with the doctors was however great. I was operated by a young Female doctor M B (thanks again you are great and talented) I stayed altogether 3 days in hospital (one day before operation and 2 days after ) they removed 2 hernias, one lomparoscopy and one net stitching. The nurses were great and helpers too. I would have liked being helped to the door for exit process. I walked out with spinning head. Very very very bad experience was front desk administrative nurse. miss J. She either hate people or her job. Who knows maybe both. Her approach and the words used were conflictual and distasteful even if i was nice. Pain was very manageable 3/10

Crazy person on the line. Just not normal to talk to people like that. Why do you work in the hospital if you hate them so much?

I went to this hospital several months ago to run some tests. Upon trying to reschedule an appointment for a checkup, I was told that they do not accept foreigners, despite the fact I have Czech residency, and was referred elsewhere. The level of unprofessionalism is frankly appalling; it appears the staff at this hospital has forgotten the fall of communism was over 30 years ago.

Worse service ever. I had covid symptoms and couldnt breath, the receptionist was unpleasant and sent me to another hospital and from that hospital sent me back to Ružinov Hospital. Half day was wasted and i had to eventually wait for 7 hours while still waiting here and doctors are closing the door so strongly that it just shakes my mind. Toilets are broken no toilet paper even. While im waiting here my health condition has gone worse. I wouldnt even give one star so far.

In May 2022, we urgently arrived from Kazakhstan to the clinic. It was necessary to install a drainage to remove bile from the liver. The condition was quite serious, bilirubin was more than 500 units. In Kazakhstan it was not possible to install drainage, it did not work. Ivan Mikhailovich Davydov did an excellent job with this complex operation, many thanks to him and the clinic for this. Excellent care, modern equipment, competent, experienced doctors.

At the beginning of August, I underwent a full check-up at the NACFF clinic. I really liked the clinic, the level of high professionalism of all the doctors. A good clinic, competent doctors, I really liked Nelegach Tatyana Vladimirovna. Competent professional, patient and very polite. He tells everything on the shelves, a very pleasant person. I also liked the ultrasound specialists, the comfortable atmosphere. The neurologist who did the echocardiography of the heart is very charismatic and attentive. I didn’t really like the gynecologist, Khugaeva, the feeling that I consulted not with a doctor, but in the market) I don’t like gynecologists, it’s difficult for me to have examinations, my body twitches reflexively, that I can’t do anything about it and I have to endure through force. (And I already tried to endure as best I could and lie still) this is when you try to insert lenses into your eyes and the eyelids begin to close themselves. They did a screening of the cervix, I thought I would burn with shame, during the examination, constantly “well, why are you twitching, I don’t hurt, you are having sex, but what’s terrible” post-Soviet attitude entered the chat) inappropriate questions about earnings, etc. ) Most likely, as a specialist, she is really competent, she has gone through so many institutions in her practice, but her attitude towards patients should be improved. My dad had called the nurses on the buzzer 20 times they did not attend so he called me. I had to leave my apartment to come and see him so he could go to the toilet very unprofessional.

I made an appointment for surgery with general anesthesia in 16.30. I didn’t eat and drink for almost a day before the anesthesia. I called the clinic twice before the surgery to make sure everything was ok. When I arrived at the appointed time, my time had been moved to 11.30! Of course, the operation was canceled. Very unprofessional attitude towards patients.

According to the profile of treatment, they were satisfied with the doctor and the attitude towards the patient. Nice and professional doctors. Ambiguous opinion about a paid hospital. 6600 rubles a room. Disgusting food. True, how can you feed "it"? Cold jelly soups made from some kind of pasta, with a hint of defrosted chicken meat, half-dried pies. The husband asked the clerk for lunch instead of soup for potatoes, she said that she had promised her to another ward))). For breakfast, kefir and orange))). A bathroom with a persistent smell of sewerage, which was not eliminated, even by pouring a product into it (from home, by the way). Each gesture of the staff and procedures is paid in addition to the cost of the ward. Free was only a thermometer at night)))). Well, in general .... having such prices for paid services and the state budget, the FNCC of the 90s and 2023 remained the same (with the exception of the new CDC). The same doors in the departments, the same shabby floors, the same stream in which to find a competent doctor is a lottery for a million. All good and health!

A real life saver!

I went there twice to get some treatment. Both of my problems were solved as quickly as possible and never bothered me again. Very professional staff. Not sure if they all speak good English, since I spoke Czech but they were trying hard to understand me, a foreigner.

I just want to say that Dr. Parkes is extremely attentive and professional. He knows English is not my native language, so he made a conscious effort to slow down his speech to ensure I understood what he was saying. Throughout the process, all the nurses and staff at the front desk were also very attentive and friendly. This has been an amazing experience for me, probably the best I've ever had in a hospital.

Awful service, took over 45 mins for a blood test as the staff were just chatting behind the counter. The place wasn't even busy. Staff were incredibly rude too. Better off using the NHS. Avoid at all costs.

I would like to thank all the staff at The London Independent Hospital who were involved in my treatment. I was informed regularly of any updates to my surgery. Dr Jones was amazing and I am so great full to have finally been listened to after years and years of pain. Dr Jones understood this was not normal investigated and treated me. Thank you all for making me feel welcome, at ease and felt like i was in the best care.

My Mom has just spent the last week at Parkside Hospital and I have nothing but praise for the hospital and staff. Special mention must be made of Sylvia and Eric, they are amazing. I found all the Staff very friendly and the hospital was lovely and clean, the food was great too. Thank you for making this week so pleasant for all of us.

I am feeling sorry that I am writing this review, but that's exactly how my care experience at Parkside suite was (September 2022). I must say that the single night I had to stay there after my surgery was the poorest care experience I ever had in my life, due to extremely rude nursing staff at the night. As I was shifted at Parkside, the nurse very rudely refused for my family to see me at all since the meeting time was just over. I understood the meeting time thing but shared with her that my husband had brought my three very worried, young kids to see me for 2 min, only because the Post Op nurse herself said they would be allowed to see me after I was shifted at Parkside 'as an exception' (reason because I was expected to go home after my day surgery but was admitted due to pain issue, so Post Op nurse said that this very short meeting would be allowed as an exception), however, the meeting never happened and my kids went back after waiting in the car parking for more than 1.5 hours. Well, at least I saw my husband who reassured the kids that I was fine. After my husband left, I asked the nurse how I could call someone if I needed anything, and she literally threw the bell on my bed. I was shocked!! and worried about spending remaining part of the night while facing such rude behaviour. Later on, when I requested the nurse if she could hold my hand for going to the toilet, she reluctantly did but asked me to hold the IV stand by myself with my other hand. I can't blv how being in the care profession a nurse couldn't understand how much pain a patient possibly can be in, literally within few hours after a surgery and still asking the patient to hold & drag the stand by themselves. All the night the two nurses kept making loud noise in the ward walkway, to the extent that it was hard to sleep at all. Every time, the nurse would come in my room and would take my BP and temp, waking me up but without speaking to me. None of the two nurses who I saw introduced themselves, I myself checked their names. None of the time, anyone asked me if I was in pain or if I needed any pain killer until I myself asked for a pain relief in the morning. The way I was treated made me feel that it was my fault that I was in pain and needed to stay there, so I had to tolerate the attitude. Never expected such an experience straight after a major surgery and while going through extreme pain. The next day staff were nice as well as caring, I got discharged in the evening next day and was so grateful that I didn't need to bear the same attitude again. Please improve the facility. A patient is already in so much pain and expects sympathy and care, not stares and rude attitude. Kind regards

I was an outpatient yesterday at parkside wexham. I just wanted to say how friendly I found everyone and the food was fantastic. The lasagne was the best I have ever tasted anywhere! My only minor complaint would be that I could hear another patient’s TV the whole time, but that would not stop me from highly recommending parkside.

09/12/23 I came to pick up the child’s certificate for the pool. The result: it is impossible to get to the doctors. There are two pediatricians working for the entire clinic (one for newborns, the second in the office for a one-step certificate). At the nurses' station they send you without an appointment "on a first-come, first-served basis" - naturally, this leads to swearing in the queues. I waited for two hours, left with nothing, because people came in a stream by appointment. ))) very competent system, I'm delighted)

Many thanks to the therapist, cardiologist Dmitry Yuryevich Shchekochikhin. Doctor with a capital letter, a true professional. When other doctors shrugged and did not know what to do, thanks to the doctor, he was able to carefully analyze the medical history and build a successful course of treatment.

Very good hospital with excellent services

Everything takes a lot of time. But overall this hospital is amazing. 1 kidney stone takes 4 months to remove. The employees, cleanliness, equipments are really good.

Terrible experience! I have been waiting with my friend, who we suspect had a stroke, for more than 3 and a half hours and all the doctors and nurses have been rude and useless. They have done the same test 3 times, and still not come back with the results from the blood test or urine test they did 3 hours ago. I am not a doctors but I am pretty sure she should have had a scan by now, and if this was a pre stroke we are essentially just waiting for the real one. Doctors are meant to help people not stress them out and watch Netflix while someone thinks they might be dying. PS. We only got a bottle of water after 2 hours even though we already asked in the ambulance.

My husband underwent surgery at this hospital. Superb vascular surgeon of world renown, hence going to Spain. Excellent surgery/surgical results and immediate post op care (first few hours) but thereafter care was appalling, too few nurses, alarm calls very slow to answer, food absolutely disgusting (almost inedible), private room not cleaned daily, towels/sheets not changed. Had to beg for sheets to be changed due to blood leakage from a drain and then had to wait and wait. Wanted more soap for the bathroom and was told the hospital had no soap! Administration is very sloppy and disorganised and manager ineffective despite complaining about the poor service. Only interested in taking the money asap. For self funding private patients I would never recommend this hospital (not even worthy of the one star I had to give). Bar the successful surgery and a very fine surgeon, it was dreadful and I would not want any patient to be treated as my husband (who is a retired UK consultant surgeon) was; it was a disgrace and way below the standard of UK private hospitals.

If I could give it a zero star I would. The client service is beyond bad, there is horrible management and is incredibly disorganised. I spend 2 hours in the building being bounced from floor to floor, department to department. All this to no avail. Furthermore, they scheduled a vaccine appointment for me to the 8th of August. When I arrived, I spent yet another hour in the building being bounced from floor to floor. Only to the be told the department that does vaccines is closed today. SO THEN WHY DID YOU SCHEDULE ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR TODAY. No one takes accountability, everyone shifts blame and no one ever has answers.

As someone who's Spanish is a bit limited, huge thanks to the two lovely receptionist's. They were able to give invaluable help, especially sorting out issues I had with DKV.

I had a great experience giving birth at UKE. everyone working there was super nice, cooperative and friendly at the registration and at the Kreißaal as well as in the postpartum care. We requested the family room, which became available in few hours post our request ( you do need to keep following up the availability status of the room til you get it though ) For the mom, you need to get a shirt/ dress to give birth in. And pjs for afterwards as well as the bathing supplies For the baby, you will only need to have the go home outfit and maybe a pacifier. All else will be supplied by the hospital. The meals served are really good too. Not the typical tasteless hospital food .. you will need to have some snacks with you for in between the meals especially if you’re planning on breastfeeding. All in all, i had a really good experience and highly recommend the hospital

Waste of time! I got food posioned and waited for hours! Nobody checked me and I had to leave because another patient came and told us she was waiting for 7 hours. I mean this is an emergency, it shouldn't be like that. Aside from all these stuff there was very rude. I was fighting with pain and with the people at the same time. Not even talking about the money I paid for the taxi because I thought I can get help here. I don't know what I am gonna do if I ever have more risky situations like that. This has to be changed.

18 year old friend of mine has been hospitalized due to a tumor. because of a so called "emergency" a vacation had to be cancelled and he didn't even make it into the infirmary. during the operation they managed to injure the liver (which isn't exactly spottet on the head) and he was in a critical state. he died less than a week after the operation and the doctors had the audacity to say "have a nice evening". worst hospital ever. will make sure none of my loved one's ever go there again.

AVOID - sat in emergencies waiting room for 7 hours with blood pressure 200/119 without being attended. The receptionists are rude and stated that since the pandemic more people have opted for private healthcare but the hospital won’t employ more staff. I showed my mum one video during the 7 hour wait where the video has literally 4 sentences and the skinny frustrated security guy ironically shouted at me from the other side of the room in front of everyone that no videos are allowed to be played instead of approaching us discreetly in a professional manner. My back is in so much pain from their poor facilities and waiting time that I shall have to book an appointment with the physio this week. I believe that the national health care system hospitals have higher standards than this private hospital. Awful, like someone said in the reviews a few weeks ago, I will go to IMED in Elche in the future. I also saw people who have private healthcare insurance being left until last and people who had to pay upfront were given priority.

I went to the Hospital a couple of months ago. At the reception desk I felt a pleasant attitude towards myself as a client; the administrator Karina served me. Everything is prompt and attentive. I really enjoyed my visit to this Hospital.

Saturday 11 of November 2023 , I had severe pain in my legs and repeated chest pain plus confusion as result of 4 days non sleep ! After 16 hours in the Ambulance the doctor she sent me to psychology KH nord ! She said all OK just !!! W+÷×+=% ,Big Thanks to KH Nord they discovered thrombosis in my lower body and i am still under treatment as result of wrong and late diagnosis . Guys I just got confused again what to say to this Dr ? Any one please feel free to recommend what to say and what to do ? I just got shocked.

I had a emergency where I had to get surgery straight away to repair my broken jaw,Unfortunately my insurance didn't go through so i dont know who I'm angry with. I was waiting two days in one of the bedrooms until some bald guy in a white coat entered my room asking me for €3400 in card or cash, I thought it was a nightmare but I didn't wake up. He explained to me that I was not covered by insurance and that I should start making payments, I went down to the office and they confirmed he was in my room asking for money, The result was me getting up in the worst state to go sort out my insurance so that I could get my emergency operation done a little later and be covered by my insurance so that Inkasso won't chase me for like €30.000 Note that nobody at this point told me to stay in hospital get your jaw fixed first and sort your insurance out later because they can back track everything, instead I was set into confusion when they asked that I pay them cash or card. I was there for two days in the worst pain and didn't receive surgery but a bill for £3400 which was not covered by my insurance I left the hospital and sent all the rest of my documents to AMS and OGK and sorted my insurance. Later I arrived at hospital to find out that they checked me out automatically and wouldn't treat me straight away. I was sent home and a swelling started to occur on my face where I realised that I was sent home with a medical emergency so I went back to the hospital as soon as I could and eventually they accepted me back. I spent from 29.10.2023 to 15.11.2023 waiting for my jaw treatment, after the swelling went away they decided to give me the operation and they told me the waiting time is because there where other patients in need more then me and I had a swelling. Now I'm recovering from my surgery but I'm not sure if my surgery went one hundred percent correctly, the results are yet to come. The point is if your not Covered by insurance stay in hospital regardless if they start asking for cash or card and sort your insurance out later because if you leave the hospital you might not get the treatment you really require being a Austrian citizen won't help you get the free medical treatment you really need if you don't have insurance. However they must treat you if you have a medical emergency and you can get it sorted out later. Also Google maps didn't let me post this information so I wrote it in English let's if they block this info this time it's not right people shouldn't of gone through what I went through at the beginning when I had a medical emergency. My wobbly jaw was waiting to get repaired but I was plagued by the though of no insurance and having a struggle of my lifetime as a result. I was promised an operation from day 1 but ended up having it on like day 16 Long waiting times for operations beware make use you have insurance but if not stay in hospital and get your insurance sorted out later if I'm wrong let me know Anyway it's like day 20 after my injury and spent like 18 days in hospital, regardless of how my hospital stay started I come to a realization that I was treated very well at this hospital and I'm thankful for my surgery and all the hospital stuff for taking care of my issues I had a bad start because my insurance was not going through but however the operation did go well, after my wound heels I'll have to go to a specialist to see if they can straighten out my jaw so that I can have a better smile.

I went to emergency at 9 pm. I got bleeding from my uterus and very painful Stomachache, I am bleeding non-stop like 3 days continuing and the doctor asked me "Why are you here?" Asked me two times and I explained my symptoms and she told me to take pain killers without checking my bleeding things. PS. I am not on My period right now and I am still bleeding until now! What a Unprofessional Doctor! No any patients would like to go to Emergency if they really do not need help!

We were in an emergency situation where we were informed to reach the BDU department. Unfortunately it was the wrong department for the treatment which was needed but the BDU department saw to it that they won't even touch the patient who is in excruciating pain. They didn't even try to give the patient some kind of pain medication. After an hour we reached the right department and they were in horror to see the patient and surprised why the BDU department didn't do anything. Thanks to the urology department, we got the right treatment on time but the negligence of the BDU department and how they shrug their shoulders off is something I had to write here. I hope no one else goes through this..

They’re just fiddling around back there, no sense of urgency, just want to finish their shift and go home. horrible really. at the heart of the city centre. deplorable.

Terrible. FXXXING terrible. I came with my son who was struggling to breathe at 8pm. My son is 9 months. First they made me wait 3 hours in the main area when I told them he is not breathing properly. Then they moved me to another section and made me wait another hour. When I asked how long they kept telling me they don’t know. If they don’t know who does???!! They just sitting there talking about life rather than looking at my son. 12:30 decided to leave and go to a private hospital. Never again.

During our holidays in denmark we had to go to the emergency in aalborg two times. The doctors and nurses there were always very kind, capable and caring.

I, or we, would like to thank the doctors and nurses who looked after and cared for our father and husband from the bottom of our hearts. The situation wasn't easy for us, but everyone always answered our questions openly and honestly, even if they asked the question 20 times. They stood by our side in his and our most difficult hour. They are really unfiendly. I am learning German because I live here but my german is not sufficient enough to book medical appointment. If you can't understand me that is okay but you don't have to be rude!

Nurses are kind, the place is clean. You must speak german at least on a minimum level and understand what they say to use the services.
