Be careful in this clinic!!! Due to staff shortages, employees are prohibited from taking sick leave. Serves employees with ARVI, influenza and other seasonal diseases. There is a real risk of not only not being cured, but also of catching something contagious as a gift. For me, this is a so-so bonus program!

We had an appointment with the surgeon on October 23, 2023, paid for the consultation, and the operation was scheduled for October 24 at 21:00. In addition to the cost of the operation, the cost of the consultation was also included in the bill. When asked why there was another consultation if it was yesterday, and today we came for the operation, the administrator’s answer was that this was a repeat consultation. Actually, the doctor performed the operation, no so-called consultation was carried out, but an extra 2200 rubles. no one removed it from the bill. There are no complaints about the doctor’s work; the operation was performed well.

The clinic is what all of our medicine should be. I was lying in the ward and I couldn’t even believe that this place was a hospital and not a sanatorium. Everything is perfectly arranged. It’s convenient to take tests, the doctors are polite. The result of treatment is that all polyps are removed.

Terrible rules of the clinic. Doctor applied treatment for my eye that was not working so i wasted ~80 eu + medicine. When i called to ask for a recipe for another medicine (cannot purchase without a recipe) they offerred to come to consultation again and pay +70 eu. I did not need a consultation i just needed another medicine. It would take 2 mins for doctor to issue new recipe but they refused to do so. I paid for the service that did not help, clinic rules should be more flexible and user friendly. Do not recommend. There are better clinics in Vilnius.

Was turned down as an international visitor with a medical issue (disk prolapse). Reception was unprofessional and unfriendly. I do not recommend this hospital if you need urgent assistance.

Would not reccomend. Staff is rude. After waiting for the doctor apoinment more then 40 minutes I did ask reception what is wrong. She called a doctor. Told me that there is family of 3 people and thats why they cannot take me on time. No aplogies, nothing. Neither they respect you, neither they respect your time. Did not ask me maybe I can visit other day or something. Nothing. Just canceled my apointment that I was waiting about a month. When you pay such money, you expect some kinda of good service

I want to thank all the staff, especially the nurses and doctors. They were wonderful, they were funny, they had humanity and compassion. I wish you all the best for you and those you love.

Shame on this hospital, there is NEVER toilet paper in any of the bathrooms, and worse, there is never hand soap!!! How is that possible in a place that is supposed to be clean and even sterile. I’ve been here many times now (unfortunately I have to, there’s nothing I can do about it) and it’s always the same no matter if it’s 8 in the morning or 9 at night.

Be wary of this as a traveling foreigner, they will help locals first, then class you by a color. You will wait 8 hours and even in the case of a broken bone, you cannot have ice. Pushed to the bottom of the list every hour. Italians hate tourists and especially Americans. Be safe, reach out to embassy if you have issues, they can guide you

I arrived on time for my MRI appointment. Staff very friendly and competent. After that I had to reschedule an operation date in the gynecology department. The ward sister personally took me to the outpatient clinic, where the head of the department immediately addressed my concerns and kindly and even arranged the anesthesia appointment for me. There is so much complaining about outpatient clinics and hospitals, there needs to be some praise. Thank you very much and kind regards! Barbara Munzinger

Very modern, clean and friendly. The staff were all just great! My daughter, 11 years old, has an injury to her foot and was thoroughly examined, including an x-ray - all in about 45 minutes! A huge thank you from all of us!

A big thank you to the entire staff of the Rohrbach Hospital, especially to the surgical team. As soon as I was accepted, I felt understood and I was told that I would be treated with warmth. The inpatient admission was overwhelming. Everyone was friendly, in a good mood, always concerned about their patients. In my opinion, our Austrian health system is currently sliding into the abyss, but the KH Rohrbach has proven to be well organized and stable. Thanks again for the great care.

Nobody likes to be sick, but when they are, they wish they had a hospital like this. Top staff, fully motivated and friendly. It's the same with doctors. These people more than deserve my rare five stars. Only the food could be better. Otherwise, hats off and respect.

Hello, I got a new hip. Been to several hospitals but this one was great. The sisters are always ready, very friendly and helpful. You never heard an unfriendly word, no matter how many times you rang the bell. The doctors calmly answered all of your questions. I was a patient at the Department of Surgical Oncology D at NOU Klenová I want to express a huge THANK YOU to all the staff in this department for their incredibly kind attitude, empathy and care day and night. The nurses are very kind and always smiling, willing to help day and night, excellent food, beautiful environment. I felt like I wasn't even in the hospital in Slovakia. The operation was successfully conducted under the leadership of Mayor Karaba, who is a great professional. Thanks also go to the entire staff in the surgical clinics where we go as patients for check-ups. Every single patient in Slovakia deserves such excellent care.

This is a research hospital that serves thousands of women every year. I have been seen by a doctor within two days from my mammography and with what seems to be a fixed delay of three weeks between cosnultation-operation-reconsultation I am now on my way for radiotherapy. It is unbelievable that you get this level of expertise for free, in the states you would have to pay a fortune. The doctors are understandably buzy and will not spend too much time with you, however, there is psycologists, nurses, sophrology classes and all sorts of stuff that you have access to. It is a world class centre and we are all very lucky to have access to it in times of need.

My partner is in the hospital, he is French. I have come from Scotland to be with him. Is there any reasonable priced accommodation near the hospital. Thank you

You really become convinced of this when you are faced with the question: leave everything as it is or take the chance that talented and attentive masters of their craft can give you, now I mean the doctors of the clinic. Give a chance for happiness, because as Mikhail Bulgakov said: “What elements make up happiness? Only of two, gentlemen, only of two: a calm soul and a healthy body.” I thank all the clinic staff for hearing the questions: is there a chance, is it possible to do something? It costs a lot, and not everyone is capable of it. Only those who are modest in their speech, but decisive in their actions are capable, such as the doctors of the clinic Kazakov Maxim Petrovich and the chief physician Pylev Andrey Lvovich. We chose this clinic solely based on reviews and I can say that the Euroonko clinic really lives up to my assessment. We came here with a serious diagnosis. We have been examined here for more than six months, the doctors performed a complex operation. Thank them very much. They gave us hope. The attitude towards patients is really decent. Yes, Expensive..., but life is at stake - this forces you to take the right step.

In 2020, after the closure of hospitals due to Covid, I was only admitted to Euroonco. They provided the necessary assistance and began treatment. After CT, surgery was performed. Very high quality treatment, after which I felt good. Now the situation has developed that I have applied again. Other clinics could not help me. I am very grateful to the attending physician Kazakov MP and Pylev AA, Zhandarva AA and all the medical staff... They treat me here.

I am currently undergoing chemotherapy as an inpatient at this hospital in the Ellis ward. I can only speak from my experience and I would say I am extremely happy with the care I am receiving. All staff from the reception desk to the oncologists are friendly and attentive. I believe I am in very good hands and feel all of my needs and fears are cared for. The staff all love what they do and nothing ever seems to too much trouble for them. I would recommend this hospital highly to anyone who unfortunately gets struck by this ba%tard disease. Excellent theatre staff and informed follow up by doctors. Wilson Ward is however very noisy. Visitors are allowed to talk loudly and lights on until 11pm so difficult to sleep. Nursing staff (bar 1) is excellent. Food is good. Cleanliness is also very good. Well run. Helpful volunteers.

Having had very long and complex medical history I have come to thoroughly dislike doctors and hospitals, so it takes something quite extraordinary to garner 5* from me. The Marsden is definitely that extraordinary place with equally amazing care and fantastic team work throughout. For me care was co-ordinated and faultless. Also the food wasn't bad, which is a small miracle in itself!

My comment only concerns the space which serves as a cafeteria.... a long wait... in the cold!! Talk to you about it, we send you for a walk, I hear the security agent making fun of my request, and tells his colleague that he is under the air conditioning, ... in short, frozen radiator, when wait, and we eat in the cold, I can tell you that it is most unpleasant

SCANDALOUS!!! Where does our money go??? In an obscene parking rate, only one cash register at the end, puddles everywhere, a swimming pool (1 meter wide, 2 meters long and 10 centimeters deep) to get out and reach the ICL, and a Pyramid staircase Mayan slippery, because the totally necessary elevator for people with reduced mobility is BROKEN.

Operated by Dr. HEJL at the end of July, I have excellent memories of my brief visit to the 5th floor just after my operation. The nursing staff (and non-nursing staff) were adorable... I take my hat off to them for their work which is not easy every day. A little nod to this duo of caregivers with whom one morning we imitated the meows of the 😸 in front of the anesthetist! (I occupied room 502 until August 3) Really thank you for your good care! The meals were of high quality and appetizing (which is rather rare in hospitals). I can say that in my case the support was perfect.

Dr. Florescu Nicolae performed my mother's coronary angiography. The anesthesia was not done well, severe pain of course, he didn't even care that he almost killed his mother!! The tension had dropped to 6!! How is it possible that you don't care?? I do not recommend this clinic in any way! Shame on this individual! The world complains about this doctor because he is very bad! He should look for another job if he doesn't like this one and behaves badly with patients!!!

How did I end up paying 320 lei for 100 ml of ultrasound gel (which normally costs 1 lei) to Dr. Deutsch Laurentiu, a urologist. I came urgently because I was passing through Sibiu, to this polyclinic, to Mr. Dr. Urologist Deutsch because I had an infection/inflammation, according to some blood tests, and in the last set of tests, my PSA test had exploded, indicating a prostate infection. I had no other abnormalities (frequent, interrupted urination, etc., only infection, according to PSA). Mr. Doctor said that it is good to do an ultrasound, to see the situation of the urinary system (and the prostate was also needed, which is included). At the end, I was given a payment note, which I had to pay, and a prescription that included: - Pelvi Blue - a food supplement that has no value for an infection, you're basically throwing your money away if you take it - Omnic Tocas - an anti-blocker that is given when you have difficulty urinating (this was not my case). For infection, the prostate is measured (something the doctor did not do, although he did an ultrasound) and antibiotics are prescribed.

Feedback from Dr. Radu Adriana Carmen. I decided to be her patient after the positive reviews I read on google, but personally I don't have a pleasant experience. I called the doctor through the Medlife clinic, after the consultation she recommended a series of hormonal tests, which I had to do on certain days of CM. Since the day I was supposed to do the tests fell on the weekend, I contacted her through the clinic to ask her if it would be ok to do the tests on Friday/Monday or if I should wait another month. She spoke very badly on the phone, even yelled at me, reproaching me that she mentioned in the office how I should proceed, why I wasn't paying attention, and hung up on me. He showed a completely unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. She did not mention during the consultation how I should proceed if the respective days fall on the weekend and even if she had mentioned, the fact that I called her to ask is not something that deserves this behavior on her part. In the office, the consultation was superficial and there was zero empathy. I do not recommend this doctor and I will definitely go to another doctor after receiving the test results

Gross negligence. I brought my father here because he was having a hard time breathing. The "doctor" wouldn't even examine him, told him it sounded like Covid but said testing is a waste of time, and told us to "wait it out". How are you supposed to "wait out" not being able to breathe? What do people in Vienna do when they're experiencing a medical emergency? Simply drop dead? Embarrassing excuse for a doctor and hospital. Avoid at all costs.

I highly recommend this Hospital. I had an operation and needed to stay there for 2 nights. It was my first time in the hospital ever and I dont speak German so I was double worried. Turned out that all doctors, nurses and other staff are super nice and helpful. Almost all could speak English and even people who didnt still really try. I felt very comfortable during my whole stay and you prove the statement Gesundheit kommt von Herzen!

Mixed bag ... I was here 3 times, the first one for a consultation, the doctor was very nice and clearly explained everything and he said that I need to get a colonoscopy and an endoscopy to confirm my diagnostics and based on that I will get tailored medication. The two procedures were done without any problems (here I really recommend this hospital) by the same doctor. Again he did explained everything clearly. No for the bad part: Today after waiting 2 months to get another appointment to interpret my results and get the tailored treatment and diet suggestions and so on, I've got another doctor, which rushed everything, he did not give me any treatment or any diet suggestions as I expected... he was talking to the phone during the consultation, and he ASKED ME what medication do I take and how often and he quickly wrote me a recipe for that medication and that was it, 2 minutes and done ... no tailored treatment, no diet suggestions, no other explanations nothing! because of this the mixed bag... if you are lucky to get the good doctors, well your are lucky ... if not ... Anyway not recommended ...

We came with an urgent emergency during the night. They rejected us and told us we should go to the doctor the next day. Extremely unfriendly and the „doctor“ was completely overslept. We didn’t receive any medical assistance

The best ER experience I have had in my entire life. I saw the doctors about 5 times for different tests, each time it took maximum 2 minutes to be called in. I was constantly being taken care of, had things explained to me, always asked if my problem was getting any better. All of the doctors and nurses I saw spoke perfect English. Huge props to MUDr. Marek Žižka and MUDr. Klara Brezovska, they both did an incredible job. As for the prices; I have VZP and the only thing I had to pay for was 90 kč for the ER entry, other than that, everything was free. Stellar experience, extremely satisfied, truly recommend this place.

When I first came to the hospital, the reception was empty so after waiting 10 minutes a security guard had to direct me to a emergency room where I gave the staff my papers, after I was called inside the staff was extremely rude, asking me why am I going so late for a emergency and why I couldn't go yesterday. So after the doctor took some samples of my blood I had to go for a rentgen, where the staff was nice. After that I went back to a emergency room where I had to wait for 2 hrs (I was the only patient in the room for the 2 hrs). After the 2 hrs and 20 mins passed I politely asked the staff if I had to wait much longer. The rude sister told me it's going to be when it's going be now take a seat and wait.... I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone. Especially the emergency section. Truly the worst experience.

As the year is long, I don't go to the doctors. Therefore, I do not know what the procedures and approach of doctors are today. Anyway. Today's experience with the "willingness" to give advice over the phone really shocked me. "Thank you" goes to the nurse and the doctor on accident. Incredible arrogance. Raising your voice, And I was nice. According to them, the three-day head impact associated with headaches is probably not essential to solve, only 3 minutes. It was enough to advise where to call at such a time, since I need to leave on Monday and we also had a public holiday here. I am sick of it.

4 months ago surgery in this hospital for surgery, nightmare and trauma you don't want to experience. Nurses behaving arrogantly, reluctantly, unempathetic, the very bottom of humanity. When you have problems after surgery, they make a person into a psycho patient, that they make it up. Doctors are reluctant but happy to get noticed for nothing. After months of suffering, I went to a clinic in the Czech Republic, where they immediately gave me an accurate diagnosis and did not claim that my pain was in my head. Rather, they thought that I came from some developing country. Our healthcare system is a complete mess both professionally and humanly. Honor to the huge exceptions that sooner or later get trampled out of sk and thanks to which I didn't give up and kept looking for my dg. If you have a problem, go to Šaca and the emergency room.

This review is about the surgical department. I want to thank the surgical department for the human approach to patients. It helps a lot when they see how they treat people well. They give answers to all questions, calmly, without any aggression. I was there at the end of April, for a pilonidal cyst operation. MUDr operated on me. Peter Varga. I am satisfied with that doctor. As well as the overall department is good. As for patient rooms, it's fine. Other times, it may be that many of you will already have an occupied drawer, but that's not such a big deal. Food, like for a hospital - fine) after surgery it can be) When you go to the surgical department, don't worry, everything will go as well as it can be. Because good people cause it 🙂

I have been calling sporadically for 3 months (including 10 calls in a row) unfortunately without success They will evaluate the results of examinations, e.g. 10 patients and the nurse should be obliged to pick up the phone and call everyone - work for 15 min I don't know if it is more convenient for them to sit there with the phones ringing all day

Shock, nurse, one, second, third.....receptionist, unpleasant, important, reluctantly, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, they think that all patients are from BB. So they exaggerate you unnecessarily, because it doesn't matter to them, never again!!!!

Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

No one expects to get injured and have surgery however this happens to a lot of us. I'm very grateful for the fantastic treatment, care and attentive guidance from pre to post opp over a span of 12 months. The staff are excellent and took extra care of me, special thanks to Mr Mellor, Omyini and all their teams for turning what has been a physical trauma into a strength. Highly recommended.

I had my surgery at this hospital a week ago, and I had a great experience; from the pre-op assessment, the nurse was fantastic and kind. On the day of the surgery, everything started on time; the room was impeccable, and the staff was kind and attentive. They made me feel safe at every minute, and after my dressings changed, I also received the best care possible from the nurses. I felt so good overall; I got the best surgeon, Mr. Floyd, and this hospital experience at every stage was excellent! Thank you!

A fantastic hospital! I had ACL surgery -all my appointments were on time and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Post surgery I have done physio with Gladys Ojugo who has been exceptional. Gladys is always very thorough, and her physio plan for me has been absolutely excellent! Thank you

A good looking place.

The greatest healthcare experience I've had since moving here. The doctors and nurses were comforting through my eye procedure, much more than I had expected.

No complaints!! The staff were great, the clinic itself had a welcoming atmosphere. Mr Rajpal was our consultant - incredibly polite and straight to the point. I really didn’t feel like leaving!

I've arrived way too early for my physio appointment and have been sat for nearly half an hour. I can honestly say that the lady on the MRI/CT & Radiology reception is the most lovely lady. She's greeted everyone, including myself, with the warmest smile and has been really helpful to other patients. When she realised I'd been waiting a long time, she checked that I was ok and offered refreshments. Deserves a raise!

The whole experience from beginning to end has made this procedure bearable, excellent facilities, excellent surgeon, anaesthetist, aftercare staff and not forgetting the whole team of physiotherapists. The physio team had compassion and understanding and were extremely supportive throughout, as especially without them I would have taken much longer to recover. A big thank you to one and all.

A hospital that has everything there. You are well taken care of when you need it there.
