Absolute embarrassment for a medicinal center. My sister spent 7 hours in the ER with chest pain, provided doctor with all her records from other physicians. After 1 x-ray they disregarded everything, told her it's "probably" stress and sent her home. Thank you for reconfirming the public opinion in this countries medical standards. You are the heroes this country deserves.

I receivedan excellent care from very friendly and warm staffs from cardiology department.all doctors nurses and hospital staffs are so supportive. From start to end I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of care, warmth and kindness of every person I met. I highly recommend this hospital.

Worst emergency experience ever. Come here with my friend with breath problem. Waited 5 hours until he almost fainted, then they gave him ibuprofen and didn’t try to find real problem. When he decided to leave so unprofessional SOR, the nurse was rude and severely pulled out a dropper with useless saline. Works for parking counter, not people.

Worst experience I ever had in a hospital in Germany. With an appointment I had to wait nearly 5h to be seen by the doctor. Never coming back here again!

This is the best hospital, with the best MS Ambulanz! The team was very professional, reliable and communicated fluent English with me! The MS-Nurse, Frau Christine Timm, is very caring, she talks to me in a calm and grounded manner, this made my anxiethy less present during my stays in the hospital! Arrival at the emergency room with heart disease, pacemaker and thrombosis in progress, GREEN triage assignment and discharge (but return the following day for a vascular visit, the patient thrown here and there without hospitalization because "there are no beds"). The surgeon undertakes to anticipate access to the TAO, to date he has never responded (not even out of politeness). Hippocrates now seems like a distant memory of school studies......... It would be a pleasure to review this review in case something changes, but - given the trend - I doubt it.. Too bad!

People on whom medicine would have given up a few years ago, or even a few kilometers away, have a very reasonnable chance here. The hospital is second to none in interventionnal cardiology and some of the procedures in which they specialize can only be performed in a handful of hospitals around the world. They are the only hospital in France which can perform pulmonary endarterectomy. I know these facts first-hand, for having had relatives and close people being successfully attended there for life threatening conditions.

My partner had surgery in December (mitral valve prolapse) the surgery was decisive and the recovery was very fast. Within a month he was back to his usual life as if nothing had happened. I used to get my appendix out here. They're not that good. In the operating room I woke up during the operation and no excuses but since then I have had nightmares for years afterwards and I still have documents from that time and will now check for damages. Back then I was 10-11 years old and today I'm 47 and was hunting for it Nightmares whoever it happened to. And do you also have documents with the name of the treating doctor? Don't go here. Even my grandma was in there because of her hip and after that it went downhill. I'll never go to German slaughterhouses again. If you come abroad or go to neighboring countries, the doctors are better, even when taking blood there are differences. Bad doctors, some people really express their displeasure and I think that the 4-5 stars were bought by the hospital. You have been silent for years. Nowadays you can also watch it on television. In Denmark you doctors have a bad reputation. If you ever want to emigrate if you are a doctor then why not go to Denmark because it is noticeable here how bad you are and some people behave like they deliver in the hospital, they would have been sorted out here long ago. Who else is laughed at in the op? Maybe there's more than the hospital can handle. You can always start a survey that can be done publicly and at the chamber. The more you report what happened to you, the sooner the bad doctors come out and who didn't treat you well. If they are immoral to you, report them to the chamber and you'll sort out the black sheep. They paid so many to get the stars. And so many people giving full points says it all. If you don't want any damage then it's better to go to another hospital. And that will be everywhere soon. Besides the exam. I also send it to the Medical Association. My mother had her thyroidectomy surgery done here recently. She was hospitalised for a total of 5 days. Her Thyroid gland was exceptionally huge, but Dr Marius Kivilis managed to remove the entire gland in one surgery. He has done a fantastic job and my mother's recovery has been very smooth. It was a very difficult surgery that we passed with ease. The nursing team were exceptionally kind and attentive. They were going above and beyond their duty to ensure the patients and their families felt comfortable and cared for. You could see that they care for you as a person who is going through a hard time, as opposed to "another patient" who will be leaving the hospital soon. The ward was clean and airy, with plenty of natural light. overall, we were very satisfied with the procedure and the service, Thank you Augusta Krankenhaus! :)

if you have an emergency, run away from this place, they are the worst people, the doctor on the ambulance who got us there was begging them to accept a patient who had a big cardiac problem and the doctors from this place sent him away, later that night he had a big cardiac crysis and almost died, we went to another hospital who immediately put him in ICU, wondering how the other hospital could do this. These people can't treat a sore throat, or our patient arived there before our envelope of money for the doctors did.

My health, weakened by oncology, brought me to the 2nd cardiology department. And right away I encountered amazing people. The attentive team that took me from Slabodskaya (thank you for your support), the doctor in the waiting room. I actually had to spend the night in the corridor, it was completely full. But in the morning all my worries and fears were compensated. My attending physician turned out to be Maria Igorevna Guseva. Laconic and calm, warm-hearted and attentive. A true professional and a person with a big and kind heart. At 7 she is already at work. He will find something to cheer you up and how to treat you. Do an examination and consider treatment that is not even your profile. At 19 she can still walk along the corridor and remind her that tomorrow..... Truly a man in his place! And the team is mostly wonderful. Thank you very much for your treatment and attention.... And be healthy yourself.

The people in this hospital were extremely kind and helpful. The hospital is clean, nice and professional. They took good care of my daughter who was in a life threatening condition during our vacation.

Highly corrupted. A patient who can't be taken care at home, because of really bad conditions which needs healthcare specialists and a proper environment with all the tools available to keep them alive, was refused to be admitted here because he was sick with cancer and they said "we can't take care of him here, just a serum and he can get out". The patient of course needed to stay there until everything was resolved. It was weekend, and Oncology Emergency does not work on weekends so they told us to keep him alive at home. We are not professionals doctors/nurseries, we have no specialised environment in home to take care of a person in such conditions and of course the idea was absurd. After asking around, snitching in, they asked us to pay and corrupt some people so we can get him admitted in this Mother Teresa Hospital emergency. After few days our family member died, but the way we had to say goodbye to him was very degraded. We had to pay to keep the nurseries around for him, to keep the cleaners around, to enter and say something to him every now and then, to get the doctor to check him every now and then. And we slept few nights outside in the cold, in turns, because there is no normal way to support such patients in such a structure. Overall I thought to share our story, maybe I have made some mistakes in my writing due to emotions, but this is the reality in this place. And it has not changed! HIghly corrupted, no one cares unless you pay them and still you get worst quality treatments ever!

This place is corrupted, as most of the public health structures in Albania. The doctors refuse to see the patient unles you give them some pocket money. People need to go up and down for days to get a medics appointment and at the said day they ask you to go and run some tests at the private hospitals/clinics with which the doctors are connected to. (no prior indications on what tests the patient needs to present to the doctor). They even say it to your face, unles you run the tests where they say, they won't accept you as a patient. This country is going down and those who work in the medicine are becoming even more SHAMELESS! Looks like they took the HYPOCRITE oath instead of Hippocratic one.

I can Dr. Highly recommend Fähnle Head Physician Endometriosis Center. Dr. Fähnle has a great deal of specialist knowledge, takes a lot of time for his patients and responds to their needs. A doctor that you can hardly find these days with the enormous time pressure. Simply great!

Apparently you have to be a VIP member or have private insurance to be treated reasonably well there. It's a pity that it's not only in this hospital/profession that customers are treated unfriendly and employees are bullied.☹🙁

It should be possible to give no stars at all. I had a very bad experience at the surgery department. The surgery department gave me the wrong medication and as a result the X-ray of my stomach was not what it should have been. The doctor did not write the whole truth in my report, which prompted me to contact the ombudsman. I asked for a new appointment at another hospital. Since he didn't write why I have to do a repeat of this whole investigation. Of course I had to take the 6 pills again, but without the wrong medication, and my X-ray showed a completely different picture. I will never, ever recommend this doctor and department!

The surgery area and staff were great, the room was clean, and the doctor and nurses were very efficient. The rest of the ground floor public area was dirty, especially the toilets, where there was no toilet paper and no hand drying facilities. There was no hand sanitiser throughout.

Went after a hart attack and needed a triple bypass. Everthing was no problem and staff very frendly three days of tests opration on the fourth taken home by amblance a few days later. Would highly recomend if your are having a hart attack.

Great experience with the oncology department at Hospital Del Vinalopo. I was diagnosed with a breast cancer by Dr Lucia Hernandez Sanchez who was sensitive and knowledgeable. The surgery went well and appears to have been successful. All the support staff was very helpful and professional. They ensured I had a smooth preparation for a surgery. I appreciate that my oncologist, Dr Pablo Salches Ortiz, not only speaks English language but also listens to my concerns, taking time to go over the diagnosis and treatment options clearly. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout all my treatment. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Zero Stars. This hospital should be shut down immediately. Came in via Ambulance who by the way, pulled over in the middle of the drive so tell me go to an ATM to get cash… Hello my fiancé is dying here… Get to the hospital and immediately get separated and told she can’t have her phone because she’s not in good enough condition… excuse me? Wanted to know when i could see her and translate because she’s japanese and knows very little english… Wasn’t allowed to do that. No status updates, and waited hours with drunk, sick, agitated homeless people for her to walk out feeling no better at all… Nothing positive at all

I have read the other negative reviews and they mirror my esperience. I too was a visitor to Paris from the U.S. I was transported to this hospital after tripping and falling on the sidewalk. I was subjected to blood tests , an ECG and a cranial x-rays and the staff never answered my questions about why the tests were necessary. Just like the others on this site they paid little or no attention to the contusions on my face or my clearly apparent swollen wrist- no ice packs or wraps. After waiting in the ER for approximately 6 hours after arriving I informed the doctor I was leaving. She became angry , said they were busy and she asked that I remain in the ER for another hour to await the test results. When I refused she told me to leave. When asked would someone assist me with finding a taxi to return to my hotel, she just walked away from me. I will have my doctor look at my wrist when I return to the U.S. If I could have given them a zero or no stars I would have done so.

A visitor to Paris, I had a fall and hit my head on some steps. I was taken by ambulance to this hospital. Ambulance I could fault, spoke English and was very caring. Different matter when they dropped me off at this disgusting hospital. I have spent time in a hospital in Ghana West Africa, third world, it was streets ahead of this filthy disgusting hospital. There were no redeeming features, staff awful and rude. They would not let my husband accompany me so I was on my own with people who spoke on English. Took blood without gloves or washing hands. No access to water and was told I was very dehydrated, hello where do I get a drink, when I asked for water was told this is not a hotel. Many X-rays,scans, reports ( 7 hours) I walked out. They initially would not let me out but I made such a fuss they let me go. I did not pay a cent. I have now arrived back home in Australia and I find a bill waiting for me. I m not going to pay it they should be paying me for the trauma I endured. I had a fracture in my hand and they totally ignored that, went to a pharmacy and they bandaged it up for me. I would be prosecuted if I took my dog there. Thankfully this did not spoil my visit to Paris.

I want to thank all the staff of the ENT Clinic, the inpatient department, from the doctors to the support staff. Their professionalism, care, empathy and human approach made my stay at the clinic after surgery very, very easy. Special thanks to Doc. To Čalkovská and all the nurses, for whom I was not just "another piece" that they had to take care of. Here they change the term "must" to "want", because they care about each and every one of them. Good day, on 11/14/2023, I underwent a prostate biopsy at department 8/3 in Martin. I can't help but write this review for such a super professional approach of all involved. It started already at the reception, the nurse was incredibly empathetic. It's a shame that I don't know her name, she would definitely be named. Also, big thanks to all the nurses, especially one, I think they called her Deniska. Doctor Kliment topka, golden person. Oh and I can't forget the anesthesia ladies, I wanted to thank them right away but I couldn't speak....thank you in addition, you were great! And what to write at the end? Mr. Director, you have such a great staff.

Hello, my son was operated on 3 years ago at the Martin University Hospital, Department of Surgery. We had a personal interview with Mudr. Adamik - surgeon. A doctor with a high level of professional education. Just a top. Now 3.11.2023 again after 3 years we contacted him again. He was extremely willing and accessible. He planned an operation that is difficult and is only performed in Martin and Prešov. The disease is called Hydradentis suppurativa. Since Martin is closer to us, i.e. 300 km from our place of residence, we chose this hospital again. If you suffer from such a disease, I highly recommend it.

I would like to thank the doctors and nurses who took care of me for the last 4 days at the ENT department at the Antol Hospital. They sent me here and there from the reluctant hospital in Ružinov, until I finally got to the Antol hospital through 3 emergency rooms. At the internal reception, they took me within 15 minutes and immediately sent me upstairs to the ENT. the young lady doctor examined me within the next 30 minutes and immediately recommended an operation to remove the abscess, within 3 hours I was on the operating table, very pleasant staff and Mr. The doctor who operated on me, and in the evening everything was selected and the treatment started. All the nurses and the other workers were great, attentive, they came to ask how the person was doing, if I had enough of everything and even gave me an extra blanket for the night because they had not yet heated the room and it was cold. If it weren't for them, I still wouldn't be able to swallow. But I give 4 stars to the management of the hospital and the cooks - it really can't be cooked better? 4 days the same for lunch and breakfast, if only it looked/tastes like it was served to pigs (to put it politely). Sometimes you can make a good meal with little and cheap, you don't have to serve a 5-star course. I've already eaten everything and I won't indulge in specials, but maybe it would be enough to change those foods as well. What is sad, and this applies to all hospitals, is that they don't even have toilet paper anymore? It's about time the Ministry of Health wakes up, because it's a shame that people who spend so much money on health insurance have to wear toilet paper and soap. Everyone from politicians, through state secretaries and companies knows how to pour money into the bag, after agreements behind closed doors, but to provide people with at least basic equipment in hospitals, there is no money for that, tell your high politicians salaries for NOTHING and will be found immediately.

The long wait before taking the exam was compensated by the joy of seeing the nurse again who, of all people, made my week after giving birth wonderful. Michael's sweetness, professionalism and proactivity in 2006 always made me feel safe and pampered. I then saw her again for another operation that my son did many years ago with you. Last week my heart opened when I saw her and wanted to hug her.

Guest on the 6th floor. Impeccable ! Professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness at the top. Staying in the clinic for health reasons can never be pleasant but if it is absolutely necessary I would say that there could not be a better choice. You feel at home and above all safe. Compliments.

I did operation today. Till morning it was great. They told us we can go home at 14:00.but seems like they forgot me still here in the room… now it’s 17:30 still waiting the doctor pass by…. Till when we have to wait…. And when I came here to check for operation the hospital gave me the lettere for the operation, written if we want to pay before operation should be 3 days before, but we asked how much will be for the operation nobody reply….. I feel as private hospital and the end we paid so much money and I have no word to say such a bad organization…….

The Nurse Lady at the Evidence Pacientu was so rude, I was trying to speak in Czech even tho I understand just a little, she was literally shouting at me, while I asked how long after doctor is coming because I was going through a pain, She really doesn’t know how a nurse should talk with a patient who comes for a emergency treatment. It was such a bad experience.😕 No complains to the doctor, he was so helpful and Understanding.

The ophthalmology emergency service of the hospital, situated at floor 16, is quite bad,in the sense of the attention from the part of nurses and doctors, I went several times, and just two doctors from 6 where nice to me, I don’t speak czech perfectly and I was trying to make me understand talking in czech, majority of them didn’t want to understand me.... recommending sant Anne.. the crew there it’s seem more profesional and trying to find a solution to my health problem.

a hospital has it's own aura decorum. the medical staff here are really powerfull not obeying the rules, wich is one of the main building blocks of great morale here and the overall success rate here, where you are in a care of true proffesionals

I tried to contact them for several days!!!! I sent emails, I called to the reception and she redirected me to a wrong department. There they gave me another phone number but they don't pick up for 2 days!!!! Hopefully their emergency department works faster.

Unfortunately we had to visit Stomatochirurgic department on Sunday evening in emergency with our kettle nephew who had an accident and the tooth got broken. The nurse was very nice to us whilst we were filling up all the paperwork. Meanwhile doctor A. Ščerbová arrived and told us her opinion about the necessity to take out the tooth. We were worried to make the decision quickly and she was so nice and patient that didn’t mind to explain everything to our family friend (dentist) over the phone. Whilst the procedure started she was communicating with our nephew, explained him everything and shortly it was done. Really amazing experience and lovely professional, but still kind attitude of the nurse and the doctor. Thank you very much again!!! PS: there is massive car park with 50czk fee.

In May 2022, we urgently arrived from Kazakhstan to the clinic. It was necessary to install a drainage to remove bile from the liver. The condition was quite serious, bilirubin was more than 500 units. In Kazakhstan it was not possible to install drainage, it did not work. Ivan Mikhailovich Davydov did an excellent job with this complex operation, many thanks to him and the clinic for this. Excellent care, modern equipment, competent, experienced doctors.

At the beginning of August, I underwent a full check-up at the NACFF clinic. I really liked the clinic, the level of high professionalism of all the doctors. A good clinic, competent doctors, I really liked Nelegach Tatyana Vladimirovna. Competent professional, patient and very polite. He tells everything on the shelves, a very pleasant person. I also liked the ultrasound specialists, the comfortable atmosphere. The neurologist who did the echocardiography of the heart is very charismatic and attentive. I didn’t really like the gynecologist, Khugaeva, the feeling that I consulted not with a doctor, but in the market) I don’t like gynecologists, it’s difficult for me to have examinations, my body twitches reflexively, that I can’t do anything about it and I have to endure through force. (And I already tried to endure as best I could and lie still) this is when you try to insert lenses into your eyes and the eyelids begin to close themselves. My relative is dying of cancer without treatment. She is either admitted to the clinic or sent home without starting treatment due to bureaucratic delays. A person counts every day, but apparently this is not as important as a new piece of paper, right?

Above all praise, specialists of the highest class, service personnel deserve the highest marks. There is order and goodwill in everything.
