a hospital has it's own aura decorum. the medical staff here are really powerfull not obeying the rules, wich is one of the main building blocks of great morale here and the overall success rate here, where you are in a care of true proffesionals

I tried to contact them for several days!!!! I sent emails, I called to the reception and she redirected me to a wrong department. There they gave me another phone number but they don't pick up for 2 days!!!! Hopefully their emergency department works faster.

Unfortunately we had to visit Stomatochirurgic department on Sunday evening in emergency with our kettle nephew who had an accident and the tooth got broken. The nurse was very nice to us whilst we were filling up all the paperwork. Meanwhile doctor A. Ščerbová arrived and told us her opinion about the necessity to take out the tooth. We were worried to make the decision quickly and she was so nice and patient that didn’t mind to explain everything to our family friend (dentist) over the phone. Whilst the procedure started she was communicating with our nephew, explained him everything and shortly it was done. Really amazing experience and lovely professional, but still kind attitude of the nurse and the doctor. Thank you very much again!!! PS: there is massive car park with 50czk fee.

I want to thank all the staff of the ENT Clinic, the inpatient department, from the doctors to the support staff. Their professionalism, care, empathy and human approach made my stay at the clinic after surgery very, very easy. Special thanks to Doc. Good day, on 11/14/2023, I underwent a prostate biopsy at department 8/3 in Martin. I can't help but write this review for such a super professional approach of all involved. It started already at the reception, the nurse was incredibly empathetic. It's a shame that I don't know her name, she would definitely be named. Also, big thanks to all the nurses, especially one, I think they called her Deniska. Doctor Kliment topka, golden person. Oh and I can't forget the anesthesia ladies, I wanted to thank them right away but I couldn't speak....thank you in addition, you were great! And what to write at the end? Mr. Director, you have such a great staff.

Hello, my son was operated on 3 years ago at the Martin University Hospital, Department of Surgery. We had a personal interview with Mudr. Adamik - surgeon. A doctor with a high level of professional education. Just a top. Now 3.11.2023 again after 3 years we contacted him again. He was extremely willing and accessible. He planned an operation that is difficult and is only performed in Martin and Prešov. The disease is called Hydradentis suppurativa. Since Martin is closer to us, i.e. 300 km from our place of residence, we chose this hospital again. If you suffer from such a disease, I highly recommend it.

Worse service ever. I had covid symptoms and couldnt breath, the receptionist was unpleasant and sent me to another hospital and from that hospital sent me back to Ružinov Hospital. Half day was wasted and i had to eventually wait for 7 hours while still waiting here and doctors are closing the door so strongly that it just shakes my mind. Toilets are broken no toilet paper even. While im waiting here my health condition has gone worse. I wouldnt even give one star so far.

"internal" Some patients are tied to the bed. They don't give them anything to drink, eat, anything... they give the patients crap... this hospital is a death factory. On the day of discharge, when the patients are supposed to go home, they are fine in the morning, but in the afternoon they are unrecognizable when picked up. After discharge, in the report, they are supposed to give home medicine equipment for the patient for 3 days....they give empty containers. Apparently, this is how the insurance company makes money... the hospital charges for something it doesn't even give. At the time of the spread of the coronavirus, no nurse even uses a mask and in the isolation room where there is covid I do not use protective suits... now I also caught covid from the hospital. If I don't have empathy and feeling for people.....get the hell out of the job! You might get away with it now....but karma.....it works....one day you will also be lying on your shoulder blades and begging for help...

I am writing to you with a sense of sadness and deep concern because we have lost two beloved members of our family in this institution in the last year. In the first case, it was about our grandmother, who was already in advanced age and her state of health was unstable. This fact is understandable in our perception, but the second case hurts us immensely. Recently, here in this department, a young patient from our family died suddenly, without warning and without a clear explanation. We leave these experiences with a lot of unanswered questions. Despite our repeated attempts to get answers and clarity from the hospital management and Dr. Dovalova, we were ignored. At a time when we would have expected empathy and transparency, we were met with reluctance and silence. I would therefore like to express my concern and warn other families. Trust in medical professionals is key, but it is important to remember that we have a right to be informed and to demand answers. Do not ignore any doubts or ambiguities that may arise about the health status of your loved ones. Please, if you find yourself in a similar situation, don't play with fire. If you have suspicions or misunderstandings, do not hesitate to contact the relevant authorities. In moments of unexpected loss of a beloved family member, we must not be silenced. Completely dried out, his mouth is on a pot, he can't get up, he can't drink, they don't even look at them for hours. When I ask the general practitioner, the patient doesn't even know who it is until I show it to him, and even then he just blurts out something and leaves, and I don't have time to ask. My mom was amortized in a week. And unfortunately, it's not the first such experience. This is anything but a hospital!!!!!!

In May 2022, we urgently arrived from Kazakhstan to the clinic. It was necessary to install a drainage to remove bile from the liver. The condition was quite serious, bilirubin was more than 500 units. In Kazakhstan it was not possible to install drainage, it did not work. God forbid you get here! No one cares at all about your condition and illness. I came for a planned hospitalization on 04/20/23 and was told to come at 7:30, but as a result, no one was there until 8:00. Then they started driving from building to building, but I didn’t come for a walk - to remove 2 tumors in my chest! I don’t think it’s worth talking about how difficult it was for me to run here and there. The doctor said that the operation would be at 11 and finally I was escorted to the department, by that time it was already 10.00 in an hour the operation. I already thought that it was all over, but no, it turns out they were not satisfied with the ECG and the doctor’s report from another hospital, and an HOUR before the operation they took me to building 3 to the general clinic, supposedly they would admit me without a queue. Naturally, I didn’t fall for anyone there. After sitting for 45 minutes in a senseless wait, I decided that under no circumstances would I return here and it would be better to take out a loan for a paid operation in a normal place! How can you be so indifferent?!! People come for last minute help, but all the staff don’t care, even if you die right there in the corridor! If possible, I advise you to go to paid clinics, because here it becomes even more scary for your life!

Of all the buildings, the RKOD Medical Diagnostic Center, building 2, has the most “mean people”, arrogant nurses, security guards, and at the reception. Be kind, people don’t come here for entertainment, a circus or to sing songs. People are scared, after operations, in a depressed state. It is this building that stands out for its staff.

Each gesture of the staff and procedures is paid in addition to the cost of the ward. Free was only a thermometer at night)))). Well, in general .... having such prices for paid services and the state budget, the FNCC of the 90s and 2023 remained the same (with the exception of the new CDC). The same doors in the departments, the same shabby floors, the same stream in which to find a competent doctor is a lottery for a million. All good and health!

Yesterday I visited the medical department at Krasnaya Presnya. I have always been pleased with the service in other branches, but this left just a terrible impression. The slowness of the receptionist's work could have been tolerated, but the way the security guard behaved is simply a disgrace to the nurse. I was with an elderly mother and one-year-old son; we were not allowed in with our stroller. The security guard held the elevator and did not let us go up, all the visitors to the clinic swore at him, but he put on a show out of his integrity and rudeness. Then we waited 15 minutes for the stroller from the clinic on the first floor, which is why we were late for our appointment with the pediatrician. The nerves frayed for me, my mother and my son. I'm deeply disappointed. I also don’t understand what kind of rules these are so unique to the red freshwater department. In all other departments they allowed us in with a stroller without any problems. These rules were invented by an idiot who never carried rude children on himself. It was painful to look at the poor mothers who moved with mother's bags and babies from floor to floor. Why are there no free strollers for infants downstairs if you are not allowed to bring your own strollers? What does this ban on strollers save?

My attending physician insisted on pressotherapy as part of my course of treatment (I have a venous circulation disorder in the lower extremities). And I am very glad that he insisted on this. After pressotherapy, the heaviness in my legs that had already become familiar went away, and there was such lightness that words cannot express it (only those who have similar problems will understand). This procedure helped me a lot.

My son is 6 months old, there is slight muscle hypertonicity, our pediatrician advised him to get a massage. We completed a course of procedures in the children's department of the Medsi CDC on Krasnaya Presnya. The impressions from the specialist were exceptionally good, he was very attentive to the children, it was immediately obvious. He behaved carefully and attentively with the child. I will keep this institution in mind for the future.

Today we were at the children's ENT emergency, all the staff we met were very nice. From the receptionist, through the nurse to the doctor. We didn't meet the cleaning lady, because we hardly waited and immediately took our turn, but I believe she would be smiling too :-) I was surprised by the modern environment - we are not local. Despite the fact that I hope that we will no longer need the local hospital, when the need arises, I will not hesitate to drive here even if it is 80 km away. Thank you

I recently had the opportunity to spend a few days at the hospital, and I would like to share my experience and write a review of this hospital. Here is my opinion: Regarding my stay at the hospital, I would like to highlight the excellent care I received here. The staff was friendly, professional and willing to help. The doctors and nurses showed interest in my health and did their best to make me feel as good as possible. I appreciate their expertise and ability to explain my diagnoses and treatments. Regarding the facilities of the hospital, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean environment. The hospital has advanced technologies and equipment that contribute to the high quality of care provided. I was informed about all media and tools that were used during my stay, which gave me confidence and a sense of security. The menu was varied and healthy. The staff was interested in my dietary preferences and the diet was adapted to my needs. All the food was fresh and tasty. In terms of communication, the staff tried to maintain open and clear communication with me and my loved ones. They explained all aspects of my treatment and gave me detailed information about my condition and possible treatments. I always had the opportunity to ask questions and get the necessary explanations. Access to visits was well organized. The hospital had rules and restrictions related to visits, which was understandable for patient protection. Despite these measures, I was able to see my loved ones and get the support I needed. All in all, the hospital provides excellent care and I'm glad I had the opportunity to be their patient. Their professional and friendly staff, modern equipment and careful communication create an environment in which the patient feels safe and well cared for. I would recommend the hospital to anyone looking for quality healthcare.

Cheb never again! We came to surgery with heel pain. At first the doctor said that we should wait and after 4 hours he sent us to the emergency room for adults, saying that we had to go there. So we waited for 4 hours completely unnecessarily and the doctor was even more arrogant. He acted like we weren't even there. So here I am already in life.

If I were to evaluate the surrounding area and the outside of the hospital at the moment, it looks like a battlefield in terms of repairs and modifications, but the hospital itself is more important 🏥, and I already evaluated it once and my evaluation has not changed, i.e. I will never allow it to go to the FN, great doctors and, of course, nurses, with whom my patients communicate first. Above-standard care, just great respect and admiration for me. Thanks to all the medical staff 👍💐👏👌

On July 4th, emergency admission.. we come with our son (16 months), he was bleeding from the head after a fall at home. First comes the queue lady, very unpleasant, she didn't even know how to buzz... then we sit in the waiting room, wait for 2 hours - I'm reminded of a one-year-old child with a head injury! Even the staff (probably the medical brother) found it strange that they still didn't take us!! And finally a Ukrainian woman came, she knocked, and let them take her right away, that she has a stomach ache, and they? They took her because, after all, the glory of Ukraine.. a mockery of Czech citizens and especially children.. UK is always preferred🙏🏽 I only give 1 star because of the attentiveness of the gentleman. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! We called Mulac's hospital, and despite the fact that they only treat children from 3 years old, they told us to come if they would leave us waiting like that with such a small child!!

I went there twice to get some treatment. Both of my problems were solved as quickly as possible and never bothered me again. Very professional staff. Not sure if they all speak good English, since I spoke Czech but they were trying hard to understand me, a foreigner.
