I am writing about my experience at ENT. The waiting room is always full and the waiting time is excruciating. But I don't think it's a personnel problem. He is very pleasant and accommodating. I am in awe of Dr. Anna Rumanová. Pleasant and very nice.

We visited the hospital with our son (3 years old) on October 28, 2023, he had an acute ear infection. At the ENT, a full bakery, or not a bakery, but a chair right by the elevator, my son cried there for an hour, but no one even noticed us, and the staff was constantly barking around (obviously with a snack or wallet in hand). Total disinterest. Waste of time for me, we went to Prague and I will never visit this hospital again.

I have two experiences, one when I collapsed from overwork (exhaustion) and I spent one night directly in the Interna. Amazing staff, hats off. The second experience is when the grandmother's rectal tumor was cut out and she was sent home without a stoma, after many emergency calls (from the general practitioner and from us) and threats (that we will not take grandmother back into care), the doctor apologized that it was a "communication problem" "The noise and the stoma were performed after a few days. Thanks to this, Grandma became so weak that further follow-up cancer treatment was not possible, and she died after 2 months of being bedridden at home. Despite my good experience with this hospital, I give only 1 star for obvious reasons.

On November 21, 2023, I underwent knee arthroscopy. Heartfelt thanks for any help, care, advice and, above all, the professionalism of the doctors, nurses and staff on duty.

On November 24, I was at the emergency clinic. The approach of the nurses and doctors was very professional and humane. Thank you for everything and I wish them good health and patience in their demanding work.

I was there in the emergency room with my 1 and a half year old son when he cut off his belly on his finger. We didn't wait, they took us right away, there were wonderful nurses who calmed me down too. They played songs and sang to their son while they sewed up his finger, and there were also students trying to cheer him up. Before I left, they also packed bandages, gauze, etc. if I needed it at home. I was very surprised by the approach and I'm glad that I came across a great shift.

I want to thank all the staff of the ENT Clinic, the inpatient department, from the doctors to the support staff. Their professionalism, care, empathy and human approach made my stay at the clinic after surgery very, very easy. Special thanks to Doc. To Čalkovská and all the nurses, for whom I was not just "another piece" that they had to take care of. Here they change the term "must" to "want", because they care about each and every one of them. Good day, on 11/14/2023, I underwent a prostate biopsy at department 8/3 in Martin. I can't help but write this review for such a super professional approach of all involved. It started already at the reception, the nurse was incredibly empathetic. It's a shame that I don't know her name, she would definitely be named. Also, big thanks to all the nurses, especially one, I think they called her Deniska. Doctor Kliment topka, golden person. Oh and I can't forget the anesthesia ladies, I wanted to thank them right away but I couldn't speak....thank you in addition, you were great! And what to write at the end? Mr. Director, you have such a great staff.

Hello, my son was operated on 3 years ago at the Martin University Hospital, Department of Surgery. We had a personal interview with Mudr. Adamik - surgeon. A doctor with a high level of professional education. Just a top. Now 3.11.2023 again after 3 years we contacted him again. He was extremely willing and accessible. He planned an operation that is difficult and is only performed in Martin and Prešov. The disease is called Hydradentis suppurativa. Since Martin is closer to us, i.e. 300 km from our place of residence, we chose this hospital again. If you suffer from such a disease, I highly recommend it.

Worse service ever. I had covid symptoms and couldnt breath, the receptionist was unpleasant and sent me to another hospital and from that hospital sent me back to Ružinov Hospital. Half day was wasted and i had to eventually wait for 7 hours while still waiting here and doctors are closing the door so strongly that it just shakes my mind. Toilets are broken no toilet paper even. While im waiting here my health condition has gone worse. I wouldnt even give one star so far.

I would like to thank the doctors and nurses who took care of me for the last 4 days at the ENT department at the Antol Hospital. They sent me here and there from the reluctant hospital in Ružinov, until I finally got to the Antol hospital through 3 emergency rooms. At the internal reception, they took me within 15 minutes and immediately sent me upstairs to the ENT. the young lady doctor examined me within the next 30 minutes and immediately recommended an operation to remove the abscess, within 3 hours I was on the operating table, very pleasant staff and Mr. The doctor who operated on me, and in the evening everything was selected and the treatment started. All the nurses and the other workers were great, attentive, they came to ask how the person was doing, if I had enough of everything and even gave me an extra blanket for the night because they had not yet heated the room and it was cold. If it weren't for them, I still wouldn't be able to swallow. But I give 4 stars to the management of the hospital and the cooks - it really can't be cooked better? 4 days the same for lunch and breakfast, if only it looked/tastes like it was served to pigs (to put it politely). Sometimes you can make a good meal with little and cheap, you don't have to serve a 5-star course. I've already eaten everything and I won't indulge in specials, but maybe it would be enough to change those foods as well. What is sad, and this applies to all hospitals, is that they don't even have toilet paper anymore? It's about time the Ministry of Health wakes up, because it's a shame that people who spend so much money on health insurance have to wear toilet paper and soap. Everyone from politicians, through state secretaries and companies knows how to pour money into the bag, after agreements behind closed doors, but to provide people with at least basic equipment in hospitals, there is no money for that, tell your high politicians salaries for NOTHING and will be found immediately.

Today's experience with the "willingness" to give advice over the phone really shocked me. "Thank you" goes to the nurse and the doctor on accident. Incredible arrogance. 4 months ago surgery in this hospital for surgery, nightmare and trauma you don't want to experience. Nurses behaving arrogantly, reluctantly, unempathetic, the very bottom of humanity. When you have problems after surgery, they make a person into a psycho patient, that they make it up. Doctors are reluctant but happy to get noticed for nothing. After months of suffering, I went to a clinic in the Czech Republic, where they immediately gave me an accurate diagnosis and did not claim that my pain was in my head. Rather, they thought that I came from some developing country. Our healthcare system is a complete mess both professionally and humanly. This review is about the surgical department. I want to thank the surgical department for the human approach to patients. It helps a lot when they see how they treat people well. They give answers to all questions, calmly, without any aggression. I was there at the end of April, for a pilonidal cyst operation. MUDr operated on me. Peter Varga. I am satisfied with that doctor. As well as the overall department is good. As for patient rooms, it's fine. Other times, it may be that many of you will already have an occupied drawer, but that's not such a big deal. Those who work in surgery should be ashamed of themselves. Care is worth nothing. My grandmother is lying in the dirt, the sheet is pure blood and disinfectant, the blood is smeared on her hands. Completely dried out, his mouth is on a pot, he can't get up, he can't drink, they don't even look at them for hours. When I ask the general practitioner, the patient doesn't even know who it is until I show it to him, and even then he just blurts out something and leaves, and I don't have time to ask. My mom was amortized in a week. And unfortunately, it's not the first such experience. This is anything but a hospital!!!!!!

In May 2022, we urgently arrived from Kazakhstan to the clinic. It was necessary to install a drainage to remove bile from the liver. The condition was quite serious, bilirubin was more than 500 units. In Kazakhstan it was not possible to install drainage, it did not work. Ivan Mikhailovich Davydov did an excellent job with this complex operation, many thanks to him and the clinic for this. Excellent care, modern equipment, competent, experienced doctors.

I didn’t really like the gynecologist, Khugaeva, the feeling that I consulted not with a doctor, but in the market) I don’t like gynecologists, it’s difficult for me to have examinations, my body twitches reflexively, that I can’t do anything about it and I have to endure through force. (And I already tried to endure as best I could and lie still) this is when you try to insert lenses into your eyes and the eyelids begin to close themselves. They did a screening of the cervix, I thought I would burn with shame, during the examination, constantly “well, why are you twitching, I don’t hurt, you are having sex, but what’s terrible” post-Soviet attitude entered the chat) inappropriate questions about earnings, etc. ) Most likely, as a specialist, she is really competent, she has gone through so many institutions in her practice, but her attitude towards patients should be improved. In general, the hospital is good, I recommend. Their only disadvantage is poor management, and untimely approval of preliminary plans and estimates. The price tag is adequate, but if you go through a check, prepare for the amount not 110,000, but from 130,000 (if you are about 20 years old) and from 250,000 if you are about 60. The husband asked the clerk for lunch instead of soup for potatoes, she said that she had promised her to another ward))). For breakfast, kefir and orange))). A bathroom with a persistent smell of sewerage, which was not eliminated, even by pouring a product into it (from home, by the way). Each gesture of the staff and procedures is paid in addition to the cost of the ward. Free was only a thermometer at night)))). Well, in general .... having such prices for paid services and the state budget, the FNCC of the 90s and 2023 remained the same (with the exception of the new CDC). The same doors in the departments, the same shabby floors, the same stream in which to find a competent doctor is a lottery for a million. All good and health!

The staff is very cooperative. I visited the hospital two times with my different friends. One of my visit is in an emergency case, and they treat very well.

Yesterday's emergency reception at the ophthalmology department was quite nourishing... At the reception, the lady told us on the "spokesman" that the doctor was operating and we would have to wait at least an hour. they left it outside where 2 more patients arrived, so we wouldn't all be able to fit in if the weather was bad. The treatment itself then proceeded quickly, the doctor was pleasant, professional and everything went perfectly well.

I have only positiv experiences here, the doctors are very friendly and have a lot of knowledge. The same for the nurses. Indeed if you have to go to the emergency you have to wait, like every where in the world. This is depending on the screening, some cases are more urgent, just accept that. Would be nice to have something to read due the waiting time, but that is the only thing. I was several times here, also for a longer time, and the care is just very good, that is the most important thing.

One of best places in Budapest to get the Covid vaccination. Very efficient and attentive service in a clean and tidy place. All doctors, nurses, IT specialists and soldiers work the help incoming people. No preliminary registration required. Large parking lot located in front of Uzsoki hospital free on weekends only.

Most of the nurses working in the infectious disease department on the first floor are disrespectful and impatient with vulnerable patients. No empathy or helpfulness whatsoever. Expertise is also questionable in many cases. It is very difficult to get information about the patient's condition from doctors. It's sad that people like this work in healthcare.

I was "lucky" to spend a few days in the Head and Neck Department due to a minor operation. It was like I was at the Black Forest Clinic. Unbelievable cleanliness, they walked around every day with almost white gloves to see if everything was in order even in the most hidden places (of course there was cleaning every day) bed linen was removed every 3 days. Everyone is very kind and helpful. As soon as they come into contact with a person, they immediately introduce themselves, pay attention to everything, do it gently, and help. Air conditioning in the room, I've never heard of that before. Delicious and plentiful food (Balaton slices or cookies for an after-lunch snack:) Hot sweet and bitter tea in the corridor 24 hours a day, microwave, book, so you can do it that way, please. I can only congratulate and thank you for everything.

Hats off to the institute workers (my colleagues), who work tirelessly every day for the patients and to improve their quality of life. I have been to a few state institutions as a worker and as a patient, and nowhere have I experienced such humanity from either side. Today, I would like to give special thanks to the Department of Head and Neck Surgery of the Institute, especially Dr. to Márta Szalai, dr. To Edit Szívós and Krisztina Kovács, who did everything to help me get back on my feet and professionally treated an infection that did not belong here, which unfortunately could not be treated professionally in the other institution designated for this purpose. I was in the emergency room due to a sports injury to my eye, and I can report very good experiences. I knew that I wouldn't be at the top of the priority list (because I wasn't in pain, although it looked pretty bad), but I got in line very quickly. Everyone who worked there treated me with humanity, patience and kindness, both during the traumatological and ophthalmological examinations. The emergency room is cultured (you can read, there is a coffee machine, etc.) and modern (the equipment and the environment are well-kept, new). The tests also went down quickly. I am not saying that I will come another time (because health is important and that no one should be in trouble), but I am saying that then I will work there with an excellent attitude and - as far as I can judge - they did their job professionally. I thank them again.

Emergency is extremely slow. Minimum waiting time is 4-5 hours.

From October 10-12, I was under medical treatment at the hospital's urology department. I only had to wait a little over a month for the operation under spinal anesthesia. I can only praise both the doctors and the nursing staff (there was one exception). Their professional preparation and human attitude made it much easier to get through the often vulnerable and humiliating situations. Since I am otherwise in good physical condition, I tried to be a "good patient" as well, but those who were more down than me were also treated fairly patiently. Could this be the "ruined" Hungarian healthcare system? Or was I the only one being given VIP treatment without my knowledge, as part of a secret conspiracy?

Tonight will be three weeks since my adopted baby literally tore my nose off, scarred my face 2mm from my eye. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to say a grateful THANK YOU to the doctor of the Emergency Department IV, Dr. Zsolt Hunor Sütő, for the quick reaction, intervention, work and help, as well as to Dr. Tamás Rácz Rácz, head of the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat, who was on duty that day, who sutured the "torn bitten" wounded nose, stitched up my wounded face. I went to the emergency room with a referral to a neurologist, the neurologist treated me at the highest level, I wish there were more doctors like her, it would be really great. The lady could have sent me home quickly, but she said she wouldn't let me go home until I had a consultation with the surgeon. What's more, I was also seen by a neurosurgeon, a surgeon and an orthopedist (each of them was also very nice and competent), I also had a CT scan, I was at the doctor's office four times, and her concern and commitment were visible! I could happily wait for my condition with such doctors for a long time and longer!!!!! when it comes to your neurologist, it's only Dr. Marzena Tomaszewska! A doctor by vocation and, above all, a human being! Thank you very much. ❤
