I have a sad experience. They lure you with experience and the first reception is always positive. Then everything happens quickly and the client is not allowed to come to his senses that he has already agreed to the operation. After the operation, when you signed, they are not interested in you. I have suffered from back pain periodically since 2005. For the last month, I suffered from terrible pain, which was transferred to my left leg, the pain was unbearable, no medicine helped, and blockades were performed, which did not give results. I decided not to suffer anymore and went to the clinic with Dr. Purina, who encouraged me to do the operation. Doctor Kārlis Puriņš was able to convince me and told me everything delicately, that there was no longer any doubt about the surgical intervention, that after the operation my excruciating pain was over and that I could finally live normally. The doctors are all very kind and responsive, the attitude of the nurses was simply excellent, I really felt at home, I was never left alone. After the operation, he could stand up and walk on the second day. Many thanks to Dr. For the staff of Puriņa private clinic, everything was really excellent. Special thanks to Dr. To Karl Purin! If I were to evaluate the surrounding area and the outside of the hospital at the moment, it looks like a battlefield in terms of repairs and modifications, but the hospital itself is more important 🏥, and I already evaluated it once and my evaluation has not changed, i.e. I will never allow it to go to the FN, great doctors and, of course, nurses, with whom my patients communicate first. On July 4th, emergency admission.. we come with our son (16 months), he was bleeding from the head after a fall at home. First comes the queue lady, very unpleasant, she didn't even know how to buzz... then we sit in the waiting room, wait for 2 hours - I'm reminded of a one-year-old child with a head injury! Even the staff (probably the medical brother) found it strange that they still didn't take us!! And finally a Ukrainian woman came, she knocked, and let them take her right away, that she has a stomach ache, and they? They took her because, after all, the glory of Ukraine.. a mockery of Czech citizens and especially children.. UK is always preferred🙏🏽 I only give 1 star because of the attentiveness of the gentleman. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! We called Mulac's hospital, and despite the fact that they only treat children from 3 years old, they told us to come if they would leave us waiting like that with such a small child!!

I went there twice to get some treatment. Both of my problems were solved as quickly as possible and never bothered me again. Very professional staff. Not sure if they all speak good English, since I spoke Czech but they were trying hard to understand me, a foreigner.

Can't say was impressed by attitude of Kondratishko service. We not living in Latvia any more and have adopted to western culture and would like to have better service and customer skill service from person who charges such a big money for 5 min consultation. Very dissatisfied. Would not let my other half to have operation done by person like that. Hope clinic's bosses are reading this and some measures will be taken to put her on the right way how to provide her service.

Payed online for antigen test. Came for the scheduled time. They wouldn’t able to did it in time, so I had to wait. After this they did NOT ANTIGEN, but PCR test. As a result they told that I should wait even more, to do the Antigen, which I’ve paid in advance, they had to know about this. At least it was cheap

Yesterday's emergency reception at the ophthalmology department was quite nourishing... At the reception, the lady told us on the "spokesman" that the doctor was operating and we would have to wait at least an hour. they left it outside where 2 more patients arrived, so we wouldn't all be able to fit in if the weather was bad. The treatment itself then proceeded quickly, the doctor was pleasant, professional and everything went perfectly well.

After the operation, I did not receive any information about the course of the successful operation, its success, nothing that a patient could expect from his doctor. In addition, the one who operated he took me under his care for the third time, this also shows that I have the utmost confidence in him as his patient. However, I'm sorry that the doctor didn't have enough humanity to even ask if everything was okay after the operation. I understand that we only want a piece of meat at the slaughterhouse, but I don't like it. I had no problems with the nurses. They do their job as best they can. That's why I was lucky with other doctors here, who do excellent work, and a bit of humanity was squeezed into them, which, let's face it, doesn't hurt if you have it, it's half a cure for the patient. Unquestionably, I trusted him to the fullest.

Always busy but always proper treatment.

Most of the nurses working in the infectious disease department on the first floor are disrespectful and impatient with vulnerable patients. No empathy or helpfulness whatsoever. Expertise is also questionable in many cases. It is very difficult to get information about the patient's condition from doctors. It's sad that people like this work in healthcare.

They are mean nurses and I saw my grandmother...people who don't want to work...who don't care about patients.

Very Good Hospital Equals With The Englands National Health Service.

If you're a foreigner without the local medical card/number you end up sent to emergency here. I had a sore throat for a week and no other doctor would see me, all pointed me here. I found it very difficult to navigate, having to ask people on footpaths for directions even to find the emergency building. Before entry a metal box building near the entrance had someone ask me questions then perform a covid test. When inside, with much language difficulty they sent me to the nose/ear/throat building. Again not easy to find. Here I was told off for using the ground level entrance, being directed down stairs to a door. When opening the door I was yelled at to wait. After waiting a while with others queued up, another person opens the door and gets let in. Several locals who arrived after me instantly jumped the queue. I asked how long the wait time was, they laughed and said "long". Asking if that meant over an hour they said yes more. I was fed up and left. Came back in the afternoon going other staff are there, the same people were there, they remembered me and my Hungarian friend said they were all saying that I must've not waited through the queue in the morning. They were not helpful in any way, instead all trying to prove to each other that they did their job correctly. I left again. Eventually with local help I found a nose/ear/throat specialist who does private consultations for cash. If you can, avoid this place.

Awful service, disrespectful staff who speak to patients in an extremely unprofessional and belittling manner (most of them anyway). At other healthcare clinics this kind of behaviour would result in termination of employment. Looks like in this clinic, unfortunately, this is the norm. We've visited at least 4 buildings at the clinic and we had the same awful experience at all of them. They send you from one building to the other and no one knows what's going on, wasting SO much of their patients time. On top of that it's very sad that their employees feel the need to power trip at patients. I understand they might not get paid too much, but still they should be respectful to others.

I was in the emergency room due to a sports injury to my eye, and I can report very good experiences. I knew that I wouldn't be at the top of the priority list (because I wasn't in pain, although it looked pretty bad), but I got in line very quickly. Everyone who worked there treated me with humanity, patience and kindness, both during the traumatological and ophthalmological examinations. The emergency room is cultured (you can read, there is a coffee machine, etc.) and modern (the equipment and the environment are well-kept, new). The tests also went down quickly. I am not saying that I will come another time (because health is important and that no one should be in trouble), but I am saying that then I will work there with an excellent attitude and - as far as I can judge - they did their job professionally. I thank them again.

Emergency is extremely slow. Minimum waiting time is 4-5 hours.

Even though I don't speak Hungarian, I felt very well looked after in this hospital. Very good doctors and the care was friendly, professional, pleasant - my highlight was of course the English-speaking nurse. I only have good memories!

Stay away at all cost ! Or they will destroy your life !!!!!!!!!

I had a consultation with Dr.Siklós Pál. Until now I don't understand why I was treated badly! It breaks my heart that a doctor treat you like that when you are going through hard time, no empathy! I was not treated like human.
