Gross negligence. I brought my father here because he was having a hard time breathing. The "doctor" wouldn't even examine him, told him it sounded like Covid but said testing is a waste of time, and told us to "wait it out". How are you supposed to "wait out" not being able to breathe? What do people in Vienna do when they're experiencing a medical emergency? Simply drop dead? Embarrassing excuse for a doctor and hospital. Avoid at all costs.

I highly recommend this Hospital. I had an operation and needed to stay there for 2 nights. It was my first time in the hospital ever and I dont speak German so I was double worried. Turned out that all doctors, nurses and other staff are super nice and helpful. Almost all could speak English and even people who didnt still really try. I felt very comfortable during my whole stay and you prove the statement Gesundheit kommt von Herzen!

Mixed bag ... I was here 3 times, the first one for a consultation, the doctor was very nice and clearly explained everything and he said that I need to get a colonoscopy and an endoscopy to confirm my diagnostics and based on that I will get tailored medication. The two procedures were done without any problems (here I really recommend this hospital) by the same doctor. Again he did explained everything clearly. No for the bad part: Today after waiting 2 months to get another appointment to interpret my results and get the tailored treatment and diet suggestions and so on, I've got another doctor, which rushed everything, he did not give me any treatment or any diet suggestions as I expected... he was talking to the phone during the consultation, and he ASKED ME what medication do I take and how often and he quickly wrote me a recipe for that medication and that was it, 2 minutes and done ... no tailored treatment, no diet suggestions, no other explanations nothing! because of this the mixed bag... if you are lucky to get the good doctors, well your are lucky ... if not ... Anyway not recommended ...

The service staff is good. But neurosurgeon A.M. Kakaev and Stankevich S.K. butchers. All they have to do is cut up the wild boar and separate the fat from the meat. A neuroma formed at the suture of the ulnar nerve after neuroplasty, which caused pain in the fingers. At the consultation they said that it would not be a problem to remove the neuroma, it would not affect the motor skills of the hand, and the pain would disappear. As a result, the integrity of the nerve was compromised and the pain increased two to three times.

The clinic was recommended to me in Israel. My mother has non-Hodgin lymphoma, non-GDC. We went to the clinic, already having the Israeli protocol in hand. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.

Amazing hospital - had my first big operation and prolonged hospital stay there and every single member of the staff was wonderful, especially the nurses. I very much appreciate their kindness and care during this stressful time! From the ER, to the MRI and orthopedic team to the operating table - every single person involved was highly competent, professional and empathetic. A big thank-you to all. I have to complain about the food, which was truly awful. Everything tasted of salt and wasn’t good at all. The kitchen was not flexible and I could not order from the menu unless I did so the day or many hours before. Good and healthy food is an important part of recovery and for a private Swiss hospital, what I was served was unacceptable. I am still giving the hospital 5 stars, because the medical care is exceptional and that is the most important thing when facing a health obstacle.

I write this review in order to soften someone's experience of giving birth. Try to avoid Delphine as an assisting nurse while the birth. I understand the whole physical process itself is far from pleasant. There are manipulations which should be done by the nurse regardless the pain I get all that. But she was very brutal, unpolite communication wise as well. She also tried to laugh at me while I had to push. Happily my doctor cut her on it. Delphine, remember the name and try to avoid.

In 2021 I have give birth in this hospital. I had a horrible and traumatic experience, the staff member were not professional at all, lack of communication, 0 empathy, after 2 years I am still recovering because the experience was so traumatic. I ended with emergency C-section and total anestesy, the midwife was not comunicating with me, telling me what she is doing, nurses were always having bad attitude when I was saying I am in pain, they were like: other patients are also in pain! Also no lactation consultat was available, even though when we discussed on the phone they lied that the consultant was there. No help with lactation, because of them my baby starved for 2 day, I didn't knew how to latch and received 0 help. Basic help was not provided, my husband was helping me changing the sheets when it was too much blood, also my husband was changind the baby and everything else. When the nurse was coming they were bothered that we are disturbing them. If you have another option for giving birth, please Don,t choose this hospital. Not sure if I had this experience because I am an expat and I don't speak English, but anyhow I still have nightmares and treating the ptsd, not that they even cared to check-up on me or provide any help postpartum, so I was on my own.

An elderly man was admitted for examination. Attending physician - +74954146567 - Yulia Andreevna Prus. Refuses to talk to relatives. Doesn't fit the phone. The information from the patient is contradictory. We can't get any results.

The center is huge and looks big and modern. They do rare tests here, but they told me they only paid for a referral. There is a buffet. Toilets are few, uncomfortable and without paper. From the metro to the cardiocenter, bus 660 runs about 20 minutes in time.

I was "lucky" to spend a few days in the Head and Neck Department due to a minor operation. It was like I was at the Black Forest Clinic. Unbelievable cleanliness, they walked around every day with almost white gloves to see if everything was in order even in the most hidden places (of course there was cleaning every day) bed linen was removed every 3 days. Everyone is very kind and helpful. As soon as they come into contact with a person, they immediately introduce themselves, pay attention to everything, do it gently, and help. Air conditioning in the room, I've never heard of that before. Delicious and plentiful food (Balaton slices or cookies for an after-lunch snack:) Hot sweet and bitter tea in the corridor 24 hours a day, microwave, book, so you can do it that way, please. I can only congratulate and thank you for everything.

I have been to a few state institutions as a worker and as a patient, and nowhere have I experienced such humanity from either side. I used to get my appendix out here. They're not that good. In the operating room I woke up during the operation and no excuses but since then I have had nightmares for years afterwards and I still have documents from that time and will now check for damages. Back then I was 10-11 years old and today I'm 47 and was hunting for it Nightmares whoever it happened to. And do you also have documents with the name of the treating doctor? Don't go here. Even my grandma was in there because of her hip and after that it went downhill. I'll never go to German slaughterhouses again. If you come abroad or go to neighboring countries, the doctors are better, even when taking blood there are differences. Bad doctors, some people really express their displeasure and I think that the 4-5 stars were bought by the hospital. You have been silent for years. Nowadays you can also watch it on television. In Denmark you doctors have a bad reputation. If you ever want to emigrate if you are a doctor then why not go to Denmark because it is noticeable here how bad you are and some people behave like they deliver in the hospital, they would have been sorted out here long ago. Who else is laughed at in the op? Maybe there's more than the hospital can handle. You can always start a survey that can be done publicly and at the chamber. The more you report what happened to you, the sooner the bad doctors come out and who didn't treat you well. My mother had her thyroidectomy surgery done here recently. She was hospitalised for a total of 5 days. Her Thyroid gland was exceptionally huge, but Dr Marius Kivilis managed to remove the entire gland in one surgery. He has done a fantastic job and my mother's recovery has been very smooth. It was a very difficult surgery that we passed with ease. The nursing team were exceptionally kind and attentive. They were going above and beyond their duty to ensure the patients and their families felt comfortable and cared for. You could see that they care for you as a person who is going through a hard time, as opposed to "another patient" who will be leaving the hospital soon. The ward was clean and airy, with plenty of natural light. overall, we were very satisfied with the procedure and the service, Thank you Augusta Krankenhaus! :)

if you have an emergency, run away from this place, they are the worst people, the doctor on the ambulance who got us there was begging them to accept a patient who had a big cardiac problem and the doctors from this place sent him away, later that night he had a big cardiac crysis and almost died, we went to another hospital who immediately put him in ICU, wondering how the other hospital could do this.
