Non-melanoma skin cancer treatment in 61 Oncology clinics in Europe with additional parameter

I was with my child in the hospital due to a procedure under general anesthesia. Starting with the receptionists: nice, helpful and professional. Admission to the ward went smoothly, nurses provided exemplary care. The ladies had a great approach to the child and their behavior significantly reduced the stress of the child and the parent before the procedure. The preparation for anesthesia itself was well organized - the parent could be with the child until the last possible moment before entering the operating room and immediately after the patient woke up. The food is very good - a variety of breakfasts and dinners (vegetables, cold meats, cheese, yogurt, etc.) and enough for both children and parents. Doctors are patient, helpful and cordial. I give it a well-deserved 5 - the child only shed tears before leaving - that it's over and it's time to part with the new friend from the room :)

The appointment was made for a specific time of 2:20 p.m., but on arrival it turns out that the doctor is not there yet and it is not known when he will be there. A queue of 10 people, some with an appointment for the same time. No information from the clinic about the situation before arrival. I asked for a refund, if someone doesn't have time to wait 3 hours for their turn, I don't recommend it.

Although I only had an MRI in this hospital, I had a really positive impression. Everyone is very nice :) the hospital makes an impression, everyone should look like that. And most importantly, the deadline very soon (and on the National Health Fund)

It would be nice to start doing something with the parking spaces, there are few of them, drivers stand where they shouldn't and block the passage of ambulances. The institution itself is great, but due to the ill-conceived parking for so many people, I give it 3*.

Good day everyone. I have been here for more than three days for radiation. And I am very satisfied with how the doctors are very kind in all respects and the nurses are the same. And they cook very well here, so I also thank the chefs or cooks who cook here and the kitchen support staff. And I also thank all the sanitary workers for their willing actions. It was great here. On November 24, I was at the emergency clinic. The approach of the nurses and doctors was very professional and humane. Thank you for everything and I wish them good health and patience in their demanding work.

I was there in the emergency room with my 1 and a half year old son when he cut off his belly on his finger. We didn't wait, they took us right away, there were wonderful nurses who calmed me down too. They played songs and sang to their son while they sewed up his finger, and there were also students trying to cheer him up. Before I left, they also packed bandages, gauze, etc. if I needed it at home. I was very surprised by the approach and I'm glad that I came across a great shift.

Today I went to ORL department at ST Michaels because of the pain in my left ear. While sailing on Danube we were just passing by and I had to run and jump in without appointment. Not only did the MUDr. Matúš Čentéš find the time for me, help me with spot on diagnose and best treatment, but he also went his way to show me where the pharmacy is, he took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to explain prescribed medicine. Hospitality perfect, the servis too. In different hospital they wanted to operate my hernia discs, i relocated here and in 3 days they fixed me up prkperly wothout operation. Thumbs up! Also food is much better then other hospitals and doctors are very friendly and will always properly explain whats going on and discuss various options for you. I will reccomend this hospital anytime!

4.11.23 I came at 8:00 to donate blood. As a result, the nurse arrived only at 8:30. I went to the receptionist twice and asked where the nurse was, she said she went to give an injection in the emergency room. Such a mess. I paid the money and waited another 30 minutes for the nurse. Is this a high tech clinic???

I took tests at the WMT clinic on Postovaya and registered at the reception without any problems. The administrators helped me connect my personal account, which received all my test results the next day. I was pleased with the cafe and water coolers on each floor. Can't say was impressed by attitude of Kondratishko service. We not living in Latvia any more and have adopted to western culture and would like to have better service and customer skill service from person who charges such a big money for 5 min consultation. Very dissatisfied. Would not let my other half to have operation done by person like that. Hope clinic's bosses are reading this and some measures will be taken to put her on the right way how to provide her service.

Payed online for antigen test. Came for the scheduled time. They wouldn’t able to did it in time, so I had to wait. After this they did NOT ANTIGEN, but PCR test. As a result they told that I should wait even more, to do the Antigen, which I’ve paid in advance, they had to know about this. At least it was cheap

Had a caudal epidural at this hospital yesterday. The care and attention that I was given from start to finish was exceptional. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. From registration to leaving everyone was amazing. They always are. Mr. Hilton is so nice, as is Dr. Wee. My nurse was Alison, I think. All the staff are just so nice and happy to chat and have a laugh. I hope I don’t have to go back, but if I do I know I will be looked after and happy.😘🥂

All the staff were excellent. They were friendly and incredibly supportive. From the consultant, Mr Harvey and anaesthetist, Mr Snow to all the nursing staff - particularly Karina, Margaret and Sally - there were many others, Vanessa, Abby and Bernard who all took such care. Claire was excellent and most attentive. All the staff were amazing. The rooms are lovely (albeit a bit noisy road side but I was a day patient so didn’t matter). Theatre nurses were so kind. Ms Rajeswari saw me before, immediately after and before I went home and was most reassuring. Anaesthetist K O’Connor kept me chatting while putting me under so I never had any stress or tension. It was overall an amazing experience and makes me grateful for my private medical. Thank you all. Down to the sandwich and tea. Everything was perfect and ran so smoothly and got a phone call 9am next day to ensure I was ok. Thank you.

I was so impressed with my care at Princess Margaret. Every single member of staff I encountered were absolutely fantastic. Right from the receptionist on my way in, then the porter who showed me to my room, the lady who took my lunch order and then of course all of the HCA’s, Nurses, Theatre Practitioners etc. Miss Predolac was a star as always and my anaesthetist was also great at putting me at ease from the get go. Unfortunately I’m rubbish with names but I would like to do a special mention of the breast nurse - she was absolutely fantastic and tipped my experience over the excellence edge. Thanks so much.

From the moment Isle of Wight NHS transferred my care to The Hampshire Clinic, the level of communication and care was excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way with extra care and thought about the length of my stay and the need to travel to and from the Island to Basingstoke. When there was an unavoidable delay in my operation, the whole team ensured that it was rescheduled and happened within 12 hours of the original time. When I responded badly to the anaesthetic, the night team were kind and patient, keeping me hydrated and comfortable until I could tolerate fluids. I received outstanding care and feel fortunate that the NHS referred me after being by in their waiting list for so long. It has made me seriously question the benefits of private hospital care and should I need treatment again in the future, is a route I would definitely explore. The staff , nurses and receptionist are all amazing and super friendly . My consultant DR George Goumalatsos is just fantastic . I have had a previous surgery with him in 2019 and I honestly feel I couldn't have asked for a better doctor . I know my road isn't closed just yet as awaiting on some rest result , but he has reassured that we will do another surgery once he has my test results back and help me feel like a brand new woman and free me from this horrible disease. Living in the Paris region, in March 2023 I performed a colonoscopy at the Clinique Ste Marie (Cergy) revealing the existence of a non-cancerous polyp in the rectum. In April 2023, I contacted Doctor Mourregot at the ICM for a second opinion. The ICM then diagnosed me with stage 3 cancer. Everything is accelerating! Chemotherapy treatment (3 months) accompanied by chemoradiotherapy (1 month) are implemented. To date, I would like to share my experience with anyone who has questions about the care provided by the ICM. I was very well cared for, very well surrounded by a team of competent, professional, thoughtful, attentive and above all attentive doctors, nurses and healthcare staff. I responded very well to the treatments offered. I have complete confidence in this healthcare facility. Follow-up and surgery in the context of cancer. Serious and respectful institute. The oncologists, dct fabro and dct quesada, referred me to the surgeon, prof. Colombo, a human professional and very attentive. Intensive care department with little care, same kindness once in the surgery department, apart from the head of department who should be avoided, and who could benefit from training in empathy. Despite this, I remain satisfied and grateful to the institute which has my full confidence.

I was followed by the ICM. I have never seen anywhere else the interest they show in their patient. Everything is coordinated planned. The staff is extremely empathetic, kind and attentive.

The clinic was recommended to me in Israel. My mother has non-Hodgin lymphoma, non-GDC. We went to the clinic, already having the Israeli protocol in hand. I would like to note every assistance from the staff of this clinic, namely: Dr. Aronov in professional assistance on technical issues in the treatment of such a complex disease, dispatcher Anastasia for constant contact and sincere assistance on all issues, Vyacheslav for the timely delivery of medicines from Israel. It’s cheaper to order some types of medicines this way than in our pharmacies, I’ve tested it myself. Prices for treatment are really not low, but by regional standards, we are from Krasnodar. In Moscow, believe me, these are standard prices, there is something to compare with. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.
