I came for a planned hospitalization on 04/20/23 and was told to come at 7:30, but as a result, no one was there until 8:00. Then they started driving from building to building, but I didn’t come for a walk - to remove 2 tumors in my chest! I don’t think it’s worth talking about how difficult it was for me to run here and there. The doctor said that the operation would be at 11 and finally I was escorted to the department, by that time it was already 10.00 in an hour the operation. I already thought that it was all over, but no, it turns out they were not satisfied with the ECG and the doctor’s report from another hospital, and an HOUR before the operation they took me to building 3 to the general clinic, supposedly they would admit me without a queue. Naturally, I didn’t fall for anyone there. After sitting for 45 minutes in a senseless wait, I decided that under no circumstances would I return here and it would be better to take out a loan for a paid operation in a normal place! How can you be so indifferent?!! People come for last minute help, but all the staff don’t care, even if you die right there in the corridor! If possible, I advise you to go to paid clinics, because here it becomes even more scary for your life!

Of all the buildings, the RKOD Medical Diagnostic Center, building 2, has the most “mean people”, arrogant nurses, security guards, and at the reception. Well, in general .... having such prices for paid services and the state budget, the FNCC of the 90s and 2023 remained the same (with the exception of the new CDC). The attending physician came once and asked what and where it hurt, where the dislocations were going, that’s all. No one really reads the stories, right before the operation they asked which joint should be operated on, right or left, if he hadn’t said that it was right, they would have operated on the left one, since the dislocation of the left joint is indicated everywhere, even in the discharge the left joint appears everywhere, in the department no one bothers to read the medical history, the prescription list contains contraindications for injecting NSAIDs, which I cannot take until the allergy begins and I asked the question what they are pricking, the lack of professionalism of the treatment nurses is off the charts, they punctured all the veins and were unable to place a catheter; a nurse from the intensive care unit placed a subclavian catheter without anesthesia, because... I’m allergic to lidocaine, the second nurse on duty didn’t come on time to the call, the IV ran out, the result was that the catheter was clogged, they couldn’t flush it out, they removed it, they tried to put the catheter in the arm, they punctured all the veins again, they couldn’t put it in, the nurse from the intensive care unit put it in again, for that I thanked her very much, I told her to warn the nurse on duty when she was administering the medicine so that she would press on the vein because the whole boat didn’t go in because of adhesions in the vein, when I tried to show what needed to be done, she threw my hand away and started yelling that she knew better what to do, she started tugging at the catheter, naturally she pulled it out of the vein, and refused to put another one in for me, she screamed rudely that she knew better what to do, he sent her away and told her not to come close to me anymore, my brother came, tried to put an intravenous drip, again nothing worked, the nurse from the intensive care unit did it again, my hands were punctured into rubbish, blue, more than 30 punctures, they react disgustingly to calls, as if you can’t go out into the corridor, the sisters and nannies sit in their little room, either drinking tea or gossiping in the corridor, in general, I was left with a disgusting impression of the work of the LLP2 staff, management conduct a staff certification, many of the staff do not correspond to the position, what they do. Here is my opinion: Regarding my stay at the hospital, I would like to highlight the excellent care I received here. The staff was friendly, professional and willing to help. The doctors and nurses showed interest in my health and did their best to make me feel as good as possible. I appreciate their expertise and ability to explain my diagnoses and treatments. Regarding the facilities of the hospital, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean environment. The hospital has advanced technologies and equipment that contribute to the high quality of care provided. I was informed about all media and tools that were used during my stay, which gave me confidence and a sense of security. The menu was varied and healthy. The staff was interested in my dietary preferences and the diet was adapted to my needs. All the food was fresh and tasty. In terms of communication, the staff tried to maintain open and clear communication with me and my loved ones. They explained all aspects of my treatment and gave me detailed information about my condition and possible treatments. I always had the opportunity to ask questions and get the necessary explanations. Access to visits was well organized. The hospital had rules and restrictions related to visits, which was understandable for patient protection. Despite these measures, I was able to see my loved ones and get the support I needed. All in all, the hospital provides excellent care and I'm glad I had the opportunity to be their patient. Their professional and friendly staff, modern equipment and careful communication create an environment in which the patient feels safe and well cared for. Cheb never again! We came to surgery with heel pain. At first the doctor said that we should wait and after 4 hours he sent us to the emergency room for adults, saying that we had to go there. So we waited for 4 hours completely unnecessarily and the doctor was even more arrogant. He acted like we weren't even there. So here I am already in life.

On July 4th, emergency admission.. we come with our son (16 months), he was bleeding from the head after a fall at home. First comes the queue lady, very unpleasant, she didn't even know how to buzz... then we sit in the waiting room, wait for 2 hours - I'm reminded of a one-year-old child with a head injury! Even the staff (probably the medical brother) found it strange that they still didn't take us!! And finally a Ukrainian woman came, she knocked, and let them take her right away, that she has a stomach ache, and they? They took her because, after all, the glory of Ukraine.. a mockery of Czech citizens and especially children.. UK is always preferred🙏🏽 I only give 1 star because of the attentiveness of the gentleman. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! We called Mulac's hospital, and despite the fact that they only treat children from 3 years old, they told us to come if they would leave us waiting like that with such a small child!!

I went there twice to get some treatment. Both of my problems were solved as quickly as possible and never bothered me again. Very professional staff. Not sure if they all speak good English, since I spoke Czech but they were trying hard to understand me, a foreigner.

The staff is very cooperative. I visited the hospital two times with my different friends. One of my visit is in an emergency case, and they treat very well.

Yesterday's emergency reception at the ophthalmology department was quite nourishing... At the reception, the lady told us on the "spokesman" that the doctor was operating and we would have to wait at least an hour. they left it outside where 2 more patients arrived, so we wouldn't all be able to fit in if the weather was bad. The treatment itself then proceeded quickly, the doctor was pleasant, professional and everything went perfectly well.
