I have been visiting The Clinic for over a year now, and always felt that the patient care was excellent. My dentist, doctor Studeny looks after me and my teeth health. He has carried out various dental procedures over the months, always painlessly and very skilfully, and I have always been very happy with the outcome. As a consultant, I am very busy and constantly on the road, so I really need a tailor-made service. And I got it. From initial contact over the phone with the front desk, my queries and subsequent appointment was handled efficiently. Dental staff were very professional, communicated well making the whole process as easy as possible. All The Clinic‘s team is very professional and delivering the best care I‘ve ever known. I would not believe that visiting a dentist can be a very enjoyable experience. Thank you for your care and great approach.

I came here 5 or so years ago and have finally come back. After 3 different private dentists in the past 5 years, none of them were as good as this dental practice. Dr Martina Tóthova and her team were incredible. I will never go to the dentist in the UK again. Nothing is impossible for these guys. Honest, excellent work. Fabulous high tech practice and I slept through most of it. I look forward to coming to this dentist and am so happy with the results. Thank you to Dr Jakubenko and his practice. I initially went there for increased sensitivity in my teeth. This is the opposite of what anyone can expect at the dentist, considerably high prices, i am even wondering if they are real dentists, no eye protection(i could not even breathe or open my eyes during the procedure(he made an injection that was painful for 3 days(painful injection site and I got numb for 5 hours afterwards), dentists go to the bathroom between anesthesia and procedure to pee then touches your mouth, dentist doesnt speak english, he asked me if I am in pain, and then started drilling, my tooth was healthy and he started to perform a root canal, which was unnecessary. He did not even completed it, he drilled then used temporary filling and gave me an appointment after 2 weeks despite that there is no infection !!!! Also nobody informed me of anything, when he finished his work(5 minutes) he told me to go to the reception to figure out what happened so the receptionnist had to explain to me that he did a root canal and that I need to pay 12,000czk, 3 meetings and no infection. In fact the receptionnist was the only kind person and she even tried to get me another doctor just to explain to me what happened Now after 1 week, the temporary filling got loose I am in excruciating pain and I can't do anything, he left my root canals opened because of lack of time( i had the appointment at 4pm, arrived at 3h45 and got admitted at 4h15, intervention went from 4h25 and 4h30), it litterally took 5 minutes, and I was in shock afterwards. This year I spent more than 50k czk on my teeth, and I AM REALLY STUCK! I am frankly tired of these supposedly 'czech dentists' who think they know better than anyone, is this how the medical field looks like here? Expensive and unefficient, what a shame, do not get impressed by their hardware, lasers, they dont use them, I am loosing my second tooth in 3 months and they were perfectly healthy before going to the dentist. Cash machine. ALSO, IF YOU READ THIS COMMENT, Run!

The first time I came to the clinic the doctor treated my tooth well. That’s why when later I had issue with another tooth I came there again. But unfortunately the doctor who did the procedure (plomb) first time was not working there anymore and I was very unlucky to be treated by another doctor (Kazakov). First of all no X-ray was done to check my tooth, he just put the plomb. After some time the tooth started to hurt more and more so I came again and he said (after the X-ray) that the nerves should be removed (sealed). He did the procedure. Later on I started to have again issues with the tooth. I had fistula. So obviously I went there again. They tried to open the tooth and roots to treat and re-do the procedure (reseal). It was very long process. There were no necessary instruments to re-open the roots and I had to wait while they were ordering them. Then, finally, when the I nstruments were there they could not reopen the roots, it was painful, no microscope was used (not sure if they have one, at that moment I didn’t know that it should be used in such procedure). Everything was done manually there were no special instruments which are helping to open sealed roots. In the end the doctor has invited another doctor to do this. Somehow they managed to open roots and put medicament and again sealed the roots and tooth. Unfortunately, I started again to have an issue. The tooth wasn’t hurting but when I touched it I felt some discomfort. I didn’t want to go to this clinic anymore, as it was obvious that they don’t know what they are doing. I went to another clinic to check. And on X-ray it showed that in my root there was an instrument left by the doctor and it’s started inflammation. And they didn’t even said me that the instrument has broken and it had to be removed. Obviously, they couldn’t do it because they don’t have required equipment and I doubt if they even have experience to do this. But if they would not hide this I would rather go to another clinic straight away and treat it properly. But now after more than one year I have to treat the tooth again. I just hope that now another doctor can save me the tooth. And yes I spent in Artstom ~ 10k, and now I need to spend much more. I totally agree with all the comments about smoking, rush and that doctor is not sensitive, did not explain anything and even more hid that I have broken instruments (they were 4 pieces there!) in the tooth. Definitely, I can’t recommend this clinic after such a terrible experience. Maybe it depends on the doctor but I would not play roulette. I hope that my comment will help someone and save from such an experience which I was unlucky to have there.

Last summer, we traveled from Croatia to Prague on holiday and unfortunately, even before the trip, problems started: inflammation of a previously treated tooth, which was repaired with antibiotics. During the trip, two more teeth became inflamed. It was a huge relief when I found out that I could be admitted to the Artstom clinic. Luckily my dentist from Zagreb sent me an ortopan. It took three visits: the endodontic treatment of the necrotic root canal (tooth 5) and extraction (tooth 8); and then the holidays truly began! I can wholeheartedly recommend the dentists from the clinic, for their professionalism, kindness, excellent communication, cleanliness of the clinic, as well as reasonable prices. I am grateful from the bottom of my heart that they helped me!

Amazing clinic; the staff is very warm, friendly, welcoming. The clinic itself is top notch; brand spanking new machines and equipment, elegant and comfortable facilities. This clinic offers an array of dental services as well as caters to foreigners (English, Spanish and Russian speakers) as well as of course to Czech patients. I highly recommend.

Had an amazing experience with clinic and specifically Dr. Rui. Had wisdom teeth extraction. Everything went smoothly, with no complications. Also, DiS. Marie Horová is the best. Definitely recommend it. 10 out of 10.

I’ve gone to Dr. Rui and his team now for a check up, putting back in a loose crown, and a dental cleaning. I have a lot of anxiety concerning dentist visits and I can’t express how comfortable an environment this practice has. Staff are highly organized, communicate procedures clearly and in detail, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Can’t suggest them enough!

Today was my first time at a Danish dentist and I was positively surprised! Due to an accident I brok 4 teeth, I got an appointment already on the next day and Rasmus took good care of me. It was no problem to get my treatment in English. I was informed about every step they are planning to do, and I got an additional x-ray from my jaw because it was hurting after my fall. I am very happy with the quick but precise and perfect solution. When a tooth was polished Rasmus did it carefully step by step, until I was satisfied with the smoothness. I would recommend this dentist to my friends and will come back in the future.

The best dentist in Copenhagen! I was surfing the internet, trying to find a dentist in Copenhagen, where the staff speak english, and I found this dentist and I am so glad thad I did

I went to this clinic for x-rays as I had a lot of pain in my tooth. I had to wait for 20 days for the appointment that I booked. After that, they told me that I need a root canal treatment which in their website they mention for a front tooth it costs 5100DKK. However the dentist that saw the x-rays has told me that it will cost from 5000-6000 DKK, and then it has increased even more when I finally decided to book the appointment for the root canal (they told me around 7000 DKK). Of course the appointment would be after 15 more days waiting. Moreover, they decided that I also need a cleaning treatment that would cost extra money. After the first appointment I was feeling a lot of pain and thus I called them and they booked an extra meeting with me just to prescribe some antibiotics, something that they could do from the first appointment. Of course I had to pay again for this consultation. Thus, I decided to find another clinic that would take more seriously my situation and an offer for the root canal treatment with almost half of the price. However the new clinic asked for the x-ray and contacted the secretary of Tandlæge ved Søerne in order to send the x-ray with an email. Of course the secretary has never sent the x-ray even when I personally called her and asked her to do so. Overall, apart from the dentists who were looking professional, this clinic looks more like a scam that offers overpriced treatments. It seems that they just want to earn as much money as possible and of course they can find the way to do it. However someone should tell them that dentistry is not a luxurious comfort but a necessity for a healthy life.

Got a root canal from Omid and I would rate the experience a million out of ten if I could. Omid kept telling me what to expect, when to expect it, etc. Superb communication and just overall a pleasure, all things considered.

What a great experience ! I came to this dentist with a painful wisdom tooth. I started the consultation with Nadia and she was really amazing and understand my pain ! I had another dentist called Ula after who came to remove the tooth. She was also really nice, professional and smiling. They both make me at ease. I recommend this dental place and will definitely come back ! Mange tak ❣️

Dr Moreno has been my dentist for some years now and I consider here a top professional and attentive person. I appreciate her attention to detail and special care as I have special needs regarding my gums. I highly recommend her and consider her a reference in Luxembourg!

Booked a dental cleaning appointment with Dr Moreno. Usually professional cleaning takes approx 45min which is also what was confirmed on the phone. The cleaning took 5 mins, during which I was basically showered with cleaning solution and walked out with white toothpasty stains all over my face, hair, trousers etc. - the dentist sent me to the bathroom to clean up, it was that bad!! Never had I ever had such a messy and unprofessional experience. Was charged extra for “polish” which I didn’t request and wasn’t informed of and don’t believe my teeth were professionally cleaned anyway. Overall I’d stay away from this clinic, not recommended!

Booked an appointment for a teeth whitening…just to be told after I arrived that they don’t have the product anymore. Such a disrespect for the patients that take some time to come.

I visited this clinic more than once: in six months I managed to get cleaning, dental treatment, and prosthetics done; and not only for yourself, but also for your family. I advise you to do it conscientiously. I found them completely by accident - I was looking for an orthodontist.
