We contacted PET-Technology in Podolsk on January 11, 2022 for a consultation about radiation therapy. From the very entrance I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the staff, starting with the security guard and the girls at the reception. Everyone was happy to share and advise. We would like to express our gratitude to the radiotherapist E.F. Sufiyanova, the consultation was carried out clearly, professionally, promptly, thoroughly studied the medical history, and the next day marking and radiation therapy were prescribed. After that, they turned to the nurse E.A. Sazonova. for paperwork, everything was done promptly here as well. The next day, O. V. Ryabova, an X-ray technician, arrived with a patient in a wheelchair. quickly made markings and we were escorted to the hospital. The disabled person of the second group had lunch and had a rest in anticipation of radiation therapy. In the radiotherapy room No. 2, we were met by sensitive, friendly and professional girls: Trofimova N.V., Ivleva A.S., Abramova D.A. Here, too, everything was top notch! A beautiful clinic, Dr. Gasiņš is definitely a good specialist in his field. But I was surprised by the attitude. I expected something else from a paid clinic... They spoke to me quite familiarly, the employees rushed off "to the dentist" during the visit, discussed their personal affairs, etc. , which was very unpleasant. This by far the best hospital that I know. The nurses are so professional and the smile on their faces as they do their work ,just tells you they love what they are doing. The doctors, are never pushy or in a hurry. I can go on and on. When the nurses heard that I was from Saint Martin and spoke English,they looked for a young nurse who was an apprentice and from Saint Martin, so she could speak to me and make me feel more comfortable. Turned out the young lady was my family. This hospital is tge best.

The best hopital ever

I had a good experience with Mayo Clinic's cardiology service. From my initial inquiry, the cardiology team provided thorough explanations and reassured me about every procedure. The communication with the nursing and cardiac physiologists was excellent. I'm grateful for their professionalism and look forward to my tests next year.

Doctors are nice once you get there, but the administration is horrendous. Sometimes I have had to wait over two days to just receive a call back about booking an appointment. This is not something I would expect from the NHS, let alone an expensive private clinic. I have to call multiple times just to remind them to call me back, and god help you if you miss their call

Very expensive for not a full suite of tests. You just get told to exercise, take vitamins and reduce your weight and they may well not get to the bottom of your problem, unless you're happy to pay 'the sky's the limit' for all the extras. Communication is poor, staff foreign but pleasant.

Terrible experience, completely incompetent.

God forbid you get here! No one cares at all about your condition and illness. I came for a planned hospitalization on 04/20/23 and was told to come at 7:30, but as a result, no one was there until 8:00. Then they started driving from building to building, but I didn’t come for a walk - to remove 2 tumors in my chest! I don’t think it’s worth talking about how difficult it was for me to run here and there. The doctor said that the operation would be at 11 and finally I was escorted to the department, by that time it was already 10.00 in an hour the operation. I already thought that it was all over, but no, it turns out they were not satisfied with the ECG and the doctor’s report from another hospital, and an HOUR before the operation they took me to building 3 to the general clinic, supposedly they would admit me without a queue. Naturally, I didn’t fall for anyone there. After sitting for 45 minutes in a senseless wait, I decided that under no circumstances would I return here and it would be better to take out a loan for a paid operation in a normal place! How can you be so indifferent?!! People come for last minute help, but all the staff don’t care, even if you die right there in the corridor! If possible, I advise you to go to paid clinics, because here it becomes even more scary for your life!

Of all the buildings, the RKOD Medical Diagnostic Center, building 2, has the most “mean people”, arrogant nurses, security guards, and at the reception. Be kind, people don’t come here for entertainment, a circus or to sing songs. People are scared, after operations, in a depressed state. It is this building that stands out for its staff.

The IPC is a benchmark for cancer. You can go there with your eyes closed. The doctors and surgeons are super responsive, competent, friendly, with whom you can communicate easily… The nursing staff are incredible too. Always attentive, the care is adapted and always done with precaution. The maintenance staff is competent, smiling,… The establishment is very well maintained. The only downside is that the windows let the cold in a little. We are grateful to be supported by these amazing teams!!

The cross and the banner to reach the switchboard have been going on for years, I am a medical secretary and when I call, I can stay 15/20 minutes waiting to finally have someone on the line. Whatever the time of day, no time is ideal for reaching them. The direct lines are still unavailable, it's the mission to call them!!!

Totally disappointed. They made an appointment for me to see a doctor on Saturday at 15.00, and when I arrived, the clinic was closed. The care is very bad! Appointments are given months in advance to specialist clinics, but they don't keep those appointments either! Most of the doctors are retired and overworked. The money we pay does not go where it should!

Operated in this clinic at the beginning of October, I learned that their administrative services are overwhelmed and that I have to wait on average 1.5 months to obtain the care billing slips to be reimbursed by the CPAM and the mutual insurance company. On the other hand, the clinic has no difficulty in requesting immediate payment of fees upon your admission. Good to know!

I have been trying to obtain an invoice since June, several calls telling me that I will receive the document by email, still nothing. Today I call and talk with someone who says she is checking my email address, but communication is cut off. I call back, and I've been waiting for an hour to get someone! It's scandalous ! I have been tryi by to call the clinic for the whole week.I have a problem with my registration and I wanted to clear that up. After one week somebody answered… my french is not perfect and the staff on the phone couldn’t wait until I noted the correct phone number. They just hanged up and I still don’t have a number. It would have been hilarious if it wasn’t like a serious medical place.

I am writing about my experience at ENT. The waiting room is always full and the waiting time is excruciating. But I don't think it's a personnel problem. He is very pleasant and accommodating. I am in awe of Dr. Anna Rumanová. Pleasant and very nice.

We visited the hospital with our son (3 years old) on October 28, 2023, he had an acute ear infection. At the ENT, a full bakery, or not a bakery, but a chair right by the elevator, my son cried there for an hour, but no one even noticed us, and the staff was constantly barking around (obviously with a snack or wallet in hand). Total disinterest. Waste of time for me, we went to Prague and I will never visit this hospital again.

I have two experiences, one when I collapsed from overwork (exhaustion) and I spent one night directly in the Interna. Amazing staff, hats off. The second experience is when the grandmother's rectal tumor was cut out and she was sent home without a stoma, after many emergency calls (from the general practitioner and from us) and threats (that we will not take grandmother back into care), the doctor apologized that it was a "communication problem" "The noise and the stoma were performed after a few days. Thanks to this, Grandma became so weak that further follow-up cancer treatment was not possible, and she died after 2 months of being bedridden at home. Despite my good experience with this hospital, I give only 1 star for obvious reasons.

I have to agree with most of what has been said here about the OdCH ward primary, as we have been to this ward far too many times over the past three years, we have had the opportunity to experience her condescending behavior first hand. This person really does not belong in healthcare.

Allow me to draw your attention to the experiences that we, as a family, experienced in the Department of Adult Diseases (ODCH) in Rožnav, under the leadership of Dr. Dovalova. I am writing to you with a sense of sadness and deep concern because we have lost two beloved members of our family in this institution in the last year. In the first case, it was about our grandmother, who was already in advanced age and her state of health was unstable. This fact is understandable in our perception, but the second case hurts us immensely. Recently, here in this department, a young patient from our family died suddenly, without warning and without a clear explanation. We leave these experiences with a lot of unanswered questions. Despite our repeated attempts to get answers and clarity from the hospital management and Dr. Dovalova, we were ignored. At a time when we would have expected empathy and transparency, we were met with reluctance and silence. I would therefore like to express my concern and warn other families. Trust in medical professionals is key, but it is important to remember that we have a right to be informed and to demand answers. Do not ignore any doubts or ambiguities that may arise about the health status of your loved ones. Please, if you find yourself in a similar situation, don't play with fire. If you have suspicions or misunderstandings, do not hesitate to contact the relevant authorities. In moments of unexpected loss of a beloved family member, we must not be silenced. Please keep us in your prayers and thank you in advance for your support and understanding during this difficult time.

Well, I was lying in the surgical ward after a rather demanding operation, but I have never experienced such an approach, the doctors were willing, kind, they constantly checked us 3 times a day, and the primary doctor Kyslan one topka, thank you very much, nurses? nurses like there should be helpful everywhere , nice, willing to help if you just close the window, friendly, communicative, but the bomb and the nurses were your top... sensitively treat wounds, help, joke... the cleanliness of the ward, the food is a bit worse, but that's in every hospital. I hope that I will never have to undergo any surgery, but if by any chance I would go there again, and I am from KE, where I do not have good experience, and basically, the rests that were done to me at the KE hospital were put together with willingness and high expertise. To begin with, I want to give credit to the doctors and other staff who want to help and care in this hospital, but I want to point out the other side of people who just go to work a shift. Access to patients is at freezing point. Getting information about the patient (family), what kind of health problem he has, how to proceed with the treatment, how to help him is difficult, you'll rather win at sports. Calling competent people is an art, with the result that you have to come in person, and it is still doubtful whether you will find someone who is in charge of the patient in question. The family is forced to visit the patient daily and help him if they want him back healthy. It is not for nothing that people go to this hospital to die. The hospital is in urgent need of reconstruction, so that the staff can work better, but the patients can rest. If I can advise, immediately take the patient somewhere else, even though it would cost money, which is not equal to the health of the loved one (patient).
