I had to be in the hospital for knee surgery of my son. The experience of us surpassed all the expectations.
The doctor, an ex army officer, Dr Bura Sindhupakorn, took care of my son as if the patient is his relative. His care, empathy, motivation and overall the positive thinking of the treatment plan was simply outstanding. His continuous monitoring after post operative was unexpectedly good.
The international marketing manager, Ms Masha was too caring for my son. Looked after regularly about everything with a very positive attitude. With her, her staffs also were highly professional and caring.
The nursing staffs were highly qualified and professional, who took care of my son always.
The staffs of King of Bones were polite, dedicated, proactive in proving seevice and professional.
The staffs of foreign cell, splecially Mr Nur Hossain and Ms Diya were very much helpful to us.
The cleanliness, procedure, follow-up and the ambience of the hospital is really world-class and we were more than satisfied.
Thanks to the hospital authority, Doctors, nurses and staffs for such good care of my son.

Not taken seriously as an advocate for my late father. Many issues with his care. Issues with miscommunication between the teams. Complaints process very long and arduous. I would give zero stars if I could, however the ICU department are a different calibre, they were amazing and tried everything to save him.

I have only positiv experiences here, the doctors are very friendly and have a lot of knowledge. The same for the nurses. Indeed if you have to go to the emergency you have to wait, like every where in the world. This is depending on the screening, some cases are more urgent, just accept that. Would be nice to have something to read due the waiting time, but that is the only thing. I was several times here, also for a longer time, and the care is just very good, that is the most important thing.

The hospital is hit miss like all of NSW Health. The nurses have mental health issues so depending on which nurse you get, either you will receive good care or be subjected to abuse like having your meds not given, information not provided, details not passed to your doctors (who often review remotely so you don’t see them every day). The outsourced food is not relevant to your needs and not replaced with adequate nutrition if you have allergies etc. I saw one new father deliberately kept outside because the nurses didn’t like him then watched them laugh at the struggling new mum who was doing things without support and the nurses just watched, didn’t help her. Same with trying to get information from Doctors, they simply don’t talk to you. The information provided by the nurses is often half-truths designed to placate people not be honest with them.

He not even have power for sit down or walk after been diarrhea and vomiting without any food for couple days but the nurse still asking him to wait. And she said they need to taking care more worse patients and I don’t know how could more worse my husband will be? Maybe till he die cause lack of fluids then they will taking care of him.
He paid higher tax every year, is just so hard to get something to stop his diarrhea and vomiting in that hospital.

I was delighted with the treatment I got at Joe Brant last Wednesday, the 18th of October. I arrived around 4PM with a finger I had cut off (I had it with me) and one that was basically dangling. It was a table saw accident. I was greeted immediately and directed to the waiting room. I did have to ask if they should put my finger on ice with the hopes it could be reattached. That was done. The triage nurse was great (sorry, I didn’t get her name) and the person who wrapped my hand the first time equally as great.
I eventually got to the back (it was a busy time) and Dr. Terry Hatch came in and assessed my fingers. He told me exactly what was happening and what was going to happen. And then set the wheels in motion. I was re bandaged, sent for X rays given tetanus shots, and then Dr. Hatch came back in and began to work on shaving the bone etc and stitching up my fingers. It was decided that the one would not be reattached, but the other one was to be repaired.
I felt very well looked after by the main nurse assigned to me, Dr. Hatch and pretty much everyone else. Dr. Hatch was calm, professional, pleasant and excelled at what he did. All my questions were answered simply and calmly, no matter how silly they may have been. I had some prescriptions for pain and antibiotics, and a referral for an appointment for a plastic surgeon (follow up) before I left.
I can’t say enough about Dr. Hatch and the nursing team in Emergency.
Thank you so much for what you do, and the way you do it.

I would like to appreciate the help we got from Reynelle and Janelle during the birth process on Sept 12th evening to night . My wife was in lot of pain and it was getting harder to deal with the situation . As soon as we got these two professionals, it became easier . Reynelle was experienced Nurse and she observed my wife and discuss with the doctor what should be the next steps in order to help my wife. She was quick decision maker . Her student was excellent help as well. I could not tell that it was her first time to see delivery. She was so helpful.
I would like to thank both of them for the help they did . They definately made difference and I wish them all the best for future. Keep up the great work.

Visited for consultation with a very senior doctor. However felt the procedures here were like money extraction machine. I had got MRI and CT DVD which the doctors didn't view themselves and asked for review (as per their procedure) from their team of Radiologists. It was very costly TBH. Don't get confused by the name it's a private hospital and super expensive.

Hospital staff is very helpful n polite. You would get the best doctors and nurses out here…. It is clean and hygienic. Car parking can be a problem out here but you can park your car outside the hospital. You can find ample space to sit with your relatives outside the building. I visit here for blood donation and the staff is very polite.

I had an incredible experience with Emma as our midwife for our home visits. From the moment she arrived, it was evident that she had a wealth of knowledge and expertise in her field. She took the time to understand my situation, addressing any concerns or questions I had with genuine patience and compassion. The reassurance she provided during her visits was truly unparalleled. Her individualized approach to care made me feel like a valued patient, and I never felt rushed during our appointments. In the end, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Emma and her services. My experience with her was not only informative and reassuring, but genuinely enjoyable for myself and my baby. Thank you, Emma!

Mediclinic (all hospitals) offer exceptional healthcare services. We opted for ParkView and I have to say that Doctors and nurses are truly amazing, demonstrating professionalism in every interaction. The rest of the staff also maintain a high standard of professionalism, ensuring that patients feel good throughout the process of being admitted.
What stands out is the patient centered approach. The staff is patient and attentive, making sure that what you need they deliver with kindness and efficiency. This level of care extends to the discharge process as well, where they thoroughly inform patients about necessary paperwork and follow-up steps.
The hospital itself is impressive. It's well organized and meticulously maintained, creating a comforting and reassuring environment for patients and visitors alike.
In my experience, Mediclinic, as a private healthcare provider, it’s very good and I will continue using their services.

I recently had a surgery there. The staff really made it as easy as possible. I had a delay with my insurance and the surgical coordinator Claire was incredibly compassionate and tried her best to sort it out so that I was able to have the operation as scheduled.
The surgery went really smoothly, thanks to Dr. Zakir and the rest of the surgical team. The nurses (Rose, Reshma, April and many others!) who took care of me were really helpful and made my stay as comfortable as it possible can be.
Overall it's been a highly positive experience. Thank you for the exceptional care and support!

This hospital prefers earning money rather than customer service and support. The personel is not well educated for patience support. The staff didn't know their mr machine is out of service. After the complain about the hospital communication problem about the mr machine, the receptionist told us the doctor will give you some pain killer, then we went to dr office and get some pain killer prescription. If you are not a doctor dont suggest pain killer. That is unprofessional

If there is anything below 1 star I would give it to them. This is my second visit where I have to take my son to do some simple stiching due to injury in his forehead. Firsr I paid a high amount of money just to see doctor and instead of doing his job stiching the injury. He wanted me to do CT Scan and suggest to arrange an appointement with plastic sergeon and make the thing bigger than it supposed to be! And of course for the sake of making you paying extra amount of alot of money! Anyway left the hospital to went to another devlet hospital where I got all of that done within less than 20 minutes free of charge.
Don't let yourself fooled with this hospital. They are only care of charging you alot of money on all levels hospital and even parking. Especially if you are foreigner.

My doctors were helpful, skilled, professional and provided me a lot of information. After operation services and information is complete with high priority to the after operation services. The urgence for post opération patients was fast and of full service. The nurses when I came before the operation were too busy, they let me in, gave me my wrist tag and gave me 3 medicines but let me waited 2 hours and no one came back to me to update me that the operation will within 2 hours of waiting . I came at 8h50 and the actual operation is at 11h15, in between the waiting hours, no one has came to re assure me and update me of the schedule that made me nervous and worried for 2 hours. All nurses were so busy that morning and talks a lot to each other without double checking or just to give a quick short words to me for 2 hours in the waiting room before the Anesthesist picked me up. Thank you.

I was very well looked after for my first pregnancy. The team was superb, whether it was for the pregnancy follow-up, the day of the birth or the aftermath of the birth. For this alone I say bravo! But above all, I love the student nurses we met, who were full of compassion and kindness, much more than the nurses themselves.
I don't give 5 stars because there is still a lot of room for improvement:
- at all my pregnancy follow-up appointments, the wait always lasted more than an hour even though we were told to arrive 30 min before the appointment 🙄
- cold administrative reception
- a lady at the analysis laboratory shouted at an old man who didn't understand the process (taking a ticket, waiting etc.) when he had just asked nicely what to do
- we were scared when our baby was born, that he couldn't latch on, that he was going to starve to death, that we had to go to the osteopath...when a few days later our baby gained weight. We didn't understand the point of scaring us so much when in the end everything was going well.

My mother was admitted to Jaslok for a small surgery. I'm really impressed with overall ease in all the processes, starting from admission to billing and TPA insurance. Staff is very polite and helpful. We had taken Class-A single occupancy room and it was pretty good. I must mention that the food served was tasty and filling. All the doctors and nurses we interacted with, were patient and guided us with all our concerns and queries. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and thankful to the entire team for their services.

My only issue is the whole maze of lifts and stairs. Out of the time spent in hospital, 50% was waiting for lifts and in transit between the checkup labs.

If I could give this hospital a 0 I would. The nursing care here on the 4th floor so far has been awful for my daughter. Just basic care and concern for patients would be appreciated. Hoping the night crew is better. The nurses are all out at the desk laughing it up and sharing their phone pics. No that I care about that but shouldn’t the patients come first? I’m afraid to leave my adult daughter here and go home because I’m not sure they will even check on her. Seriously. There are 2 people in this room. The patient next to my daughter hasn’t moved in the 3 hours we’ve been in here and no one has checked on her either. I asked for a pillow multiple times and they keep saying they’ll bring it but no one does. It’s not like I’m asking for an extra pillow. She has NO pillow. She needs her arm(that she had surgery on) elevated and I used a blanket. Really? I had to put a blanket behind her head. Thank goodness there are plenty of those on this desk by her bed. A stack of probably 8 blankets for some reason. Very disappointed Cleveland Clinic.

I knew that I wouldn't be at the top of the priority list (because I wasn't in pain, although it looked pretty bad), but I got in line very quickly. Everyone who worked there treated me with humanity, patience and kindness, both during the traumatological and ophthalmological examinations. Big and beautiful clinic, but the tests are too expensive (compared to Russia or even South Korea). The doctor I visited seemed professional. She sent me my test results the email along with drug prescription.
For the price of services, I don’t know why they are so expensive. Teeth cleaning is more expensive than in Spain. Why do they think it’s OK to rip off foreigners? Not every tourists comes from US, and not everybody is rich.

It’s horrible experience when my friend examined in Department of traumatic and orthopaedics surgery. This comes from the attitude of the main doctor who was responsible for examining my friend, just a cursory diagnose without any appointment for in-depth examination. Terribly, he not only did not find the result but also OUTRAGED my friend because she uses insurance.
More detail about this case, my friend has had a backache for a week so she decided to examine in Vinmec Time City with an advance appointment.
When she came, a doctor named Hùng treat my friend uúnatisfactorily. He just touched her back and gave a conclusion with a doubt. And then, he told my friend should move on another medical department for examining. She did followed by the guide. But, no result was found in this department, doctor in here brought my friend back to the first department.
In the second meeting, Dr. Hùng still stated that my friend was fine, just need doing more exercises, and he gave my friend an impolite attitude with a blame on using insurance in examining.
Thus, the result my friend gave through the examine was AN OUTRAGE instead of a medical conclusion.

A few years ago, I went to the orthopedic department due to inflammation in my knee. The doctor there (dr Linh) looked at the MRI images and said that my cruciate ACL were torn and that I needed surgery immediately. He told me that he would give me a discount on the surgery fee and a certain amount. Anyway, later I went to different doctors and it turned out that my ACL were not broken and the inflammation in my knee was due to the tendon. I am very healthy now. If I had believed the doctor, I would have had the surgery for nothing and paid that much money. Think twice before going to this hospital.

This one is hospital where you can see combinations of unprofessional and rude employees and specialists doctors. Once you visit the hospital even at the time of emergency security guard force you to park the car in parking which is half kilometers away from the hospital (other hospitals appointed drivers to assist you), receptionists will suggest you unnecessary things and don't want to inform the doctors regarding their own patience even after 1.5 hrs.
My overall experience is not enough good even after my several visits to Medanta hospital in last three years. May be this hospital don't have the people's to educate their own employees basics of the service industry.

One of the best hospital in town, with a wide array of speciality doctors and well equipped ICU.
Rooms are clean n hygienic, nursing staff and security personnel are very courteous and helpful.
Although its lacking few things in hospitality and facilities to attendants n visitors. Such as -
1. More sitting space in waiting/reception area is required.
2. Central AC or proper ventilation in lobby areas of all floors
3. ICU waiting area or lounge has just 12 beds for attendants of 40+ ICU patients, which is not at all sufficient.
4. Attendants have no place to sleep except floor area
5. 2 ACs and no ventilation in Super high ceiling of ICU lounge makes it suffocating with so many people.
6. House-keeping staff is not upto the mark.
Rest all is fine.
Ignoring these things, it’s one of the top medical facility provider of the town.
N highly recommended.

Failed to admit me, despite my being covered by my international insurance. It seems they are pricey for walk-ins, and the experience is not exactly awesome. I went over to Hospital Beneficiencia Portuguesa for a way faster, cheaper, more attentive care. Recommend you do the same.

Very good hospital!! From parking, reception and emergency room service. Polite and willing people to help and practice their profession well. My father was in the ICU surrounded by a multidisciplinary team who welcomed him very well. Everything clean and organized. It wasn't difficult to talk to the doctors, as they were there when they visited the ICU and then in the room. Dr. Giaseni (sorry if I got the name wrong, cardio), Adriana, psychologist (I suggest she explain it to the companions in the auditorium, she is great)., Gildazio, Bruna, Rodrigo, Fernanda (proactive nurse on the 6th floor), Adriana (a nurse affectionate and very professional on the 6th floor), Dr Flávia and Dr Luiz Fernando among other names that I did not identify. They were precious, attentive and precise. May you continue your missions and be rewarded accordingly. My father left and will continue his appointments with a neurologist at the hospital.
I hope that the hospital preserves this organizational climate and focus on the well-being of those who seek health and human comfort there.

I arrived at the unit reporting my symptoms to a doctor who didn't even touch me or look at my face. He told me to do tests and take a lot of medicine, after waiting for 1 hour, the person who came back with me was another doctor, who didn't introduce himself and arrived saying that my tests didn't show anything and that he would give me medicine for the pain. He redid all the questions because he arrived talking about a symptom that only appeared today and he didn't know anything about what I was feeling, he clearly didn't bother to read my file. He said he could ask me for more tests and that it would take a long time, with a tone of voice and an expression that said he didn't really want to give me the tests. Because of this, I said I preferred not to do it, he left and returned with a prescription containing medicines that I had already taken and I reported to the first doctor that they had no effect and focused on a single symptom that was not my main complaint. When I said that he PULLED the prescription out of my hand and said he wasn't going to give me anything then and that he was going to give me a bunch of tests and I should wait a long time, all of this in an aggressive way. I left as quickly as possible after more than 1 hour of wasting my time being treated like trash.
The nursing team is incredible, extremely competent and professional people, they treated me in the best way and work with the quality and rigor that we expect from an institution like this. However, due to the attitude of the medical team, I intend to never set foot in that place again.

I have to compliment this hospital. I had a genuine emergency with palpitations and was diagnosed with SVT. Despite being Asian and a tourist, they kindly accepted me and admitted me immediately! The receptionist, nurses and doctors were all super professional, I was extremely impressed. Thank you for providing me with life-saving healthcare, I will be forever grateful. It was expensive but necessary treatment.

The best experience in an hospital in my entire life. Came in at 13:00 with a leg injury and got X-ray, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment in less than 3 hours. Every single person of the personnel I dealt with was nice, professional and friendly. Special thank you to Miss Müller at the Notfall, she was the first one to see and check me and even took the time during the visit to explain me literally everything I needed to know. What a truly passionate person, thank you!!
