I've had a pretty bad experience with the hospital, I've been trying to call the orthopedics for 3 days now, I want to make an appointment for an infant hip sprain examination, but only the machine answers, it takes hours

I don't have an unnecessary 1 hour to try to reach orthopedics without stopping. :) There is another doctor, another hospital where I get more in half the time than here. It's a bit pathetic that when you try to call them, it rings for a while, and after a few calls you can't even reach the number..😤 This is one of Budapest's "famous" garbage dumps. Rot where you are. :-*

I've been calling them for 79 minutes today! Two out of three numbers are dropped, one is not picked up! It's not enough that the waiting time is 8-10 months, but they haven't answered the phone in weeks!
We're already used to the fact that there will be adults...well, children too! 🤮

I requested an appointment at the Small Pool Center for an 18,000 HUF examination, for a pelvic floor assessment. A few other things were thrown at me without asking (the manager didn't tell me that this would entail additional costs), which were not even useful things. When leaving, it turned out that the unwanted things cost extra money, so I paid HUF 28,000. Such an unsolicited extra was, for example, an online exercise book or something, which I have not received since (weeks have passed since my visit). Not that I should, because I go to the gym, which I said.

Budaörs, blood test at Triton, appointment at 8 am. I pay for the service, but due to a change of service provider, they don't call me either, so I have to wait. It is now 8:16. I book a paid appointment so that I can plan with my precious time. This is unacceptable.

Hey Google Appeals team!! This is not a fake review, I went there and have an invoice to prove it!
Review:
A 6min doctor consultation for 100eur (35k HUF). No ultrasound which is usual. Just a short talk and that's it! Dr. Papp Gyorgy had not given me the appropriate time or attention for my medical condition. 6min in and out!

If it’s possible to give minus I would do that. I have the most horrible experience in my live. I have an issue with my foot for 4 months. During this period of time I visited THREE(!) different doctors here. The first one gave me incorrect diagnosis, didn’t pay attention to my words and refused to assign me to XRay or Ultrasound or something because (and I quote) ‘Among us only I have medical education’, so I should take her words and leave. Rude and absolutely disrespectful. I booked another appointment and it was pretty nice experience, the doctor assigned me XRay and Ultrasound examinations, proved incorrect diagnosis of the first doctor. I followed the treatment and did physio, but nothing has significantly changed. She said we were not leave it like this and assigned me to MRI examination and advised to see orthopaedic surgeon (huge thanks to her for that). I did an MRI examination which showed a lot of interesting things which I had to google myself as the third doctor didn’t check the scans! He pointed all my issues were because of my weight and I should loose it and it would be fine, but he couldn’t do anything and didn’t have any other plan for me apart from exercise to loose weight and use specific soles. He also made some assumptions about my health and was a bit surprised I didn’t have other issues. Again, he didn’t check scans, just read a brief summary, said I didn’t have any tears in my ligaments (ultrasound and MRI both said different) and actually it’s chronic (how come as I never have any issues before. Never) When I asked why it happened on a first place as nothing changed (no injuries no weight gain no anything I could notice) and why after almost four months of a treatment I had even worse symptoms now there were no reply apart from a lecture about different types of inflammation and that I used my leg every day. No treatment plan, just wait at least three months as other patients dealt with it for a year or two, it won’t be healed in a week (yeah, but it 4 months, sure). He also made a steroid injection and didn’t inform that I have to pay for it separately. When I was practically at home I got a call asking how come I didn’t pay and go away? Well, to pay for something you actually need to be informed about it, no? (The reception girl was nice, no complaints). Overall THE WORST experience ever. Waste of time money and nerves.

Didn’t have nice experience in this hospital at all! Although the doctors and nurses (some of them) were super nice we spent altogether 13 hours in the general surgery ward in the 5th floor and all they did in this time is took blood and urine analysis and did ultrasound diagnostic. It was 37 degrees outside and the person in pain did not drink or eat all this time!!! When I went arguing with them it turned out that the result was long time ready, they just didn’t feel like calling us, of course the reason of pain wasn’t found and we were sent home without any treatment or diagnosis. Not only they left the person in pain they MADE him wait the whole day after which he got worse.

I was referred by my family doctor with a problem related to water balance. I spent two days in the internal medicine department on the 4th floor of building B as an ambulatory patient.
The four stars are because, despite the circumstances, the nurses and doctors stayed where they are and try to make the best of the situation, but it cannot be denied that the conditions are terrible.
The department can only provide three meals a day, which is surprisingly good compared to the conditions, bedding, a bed, depending on the supply, infusion and adult diapers, medical examinations, water and electricity. Everything else must be brought, including toilet paper, bottled water, cutlery, hand soap, and towels.
As an outpatient, for a short time, for a complete examination, it is worth it, but not for an incontinent patient, and I definitely do not recommend hospitalization for an incontinent AND problematic patient.
Several people wrote that the nurses do not deal with the patients, are not helpful and treat the patients like prisoners.
Yes, this is true in many cases, but personally, if I had to work in such conditions, for such wages, I would behave in the same way, if not worse.

I then waited two years for an operation. After the operation, I did not receive any information about the course of the successful operation, its success, nothing that a patient could expect from his doctor. In addition, the one who operated
he took me under his care for the third time, this also shows that I have the utmost confidence in him as his patient. However, I'm sorry that the doctor didn't have enough humanity to even ask if everything was okay after the operation. I understand that we only want a piece of meat at the slaughterhouse, but I don't like it.
I had no problems with the nurses. They do their job as best they can.
That's why I was lucky with other doctors here, who do excellent work, and a bit of humanity was squeezed into them, which, let's face it, doesn't hurt if you have it, it's half a cure for the patient.
Unquestionably, I trusted him to the fullest.

I chose Medicover for my Child Birth Due to below reason.
1. Language Barrier: Medicover People Speaks English so it should be easy.
2. Reviews and Facility : With 1st visit you will be impressed with the facility and I aggree facility was good.
What Was good:
1. Initial Checkups to check baby heart Rate.
2. Few Nurses(I can count on fingers) which were really good and served really well (be it Delivery or after care)
3. Alertness of Pediatrec Doc: Thanks to his alertness we caught hold of my baby's sickess at very early stage.
What was worst:
1. Except one Nurse : No Nurse speaks English in Baby Care Department and except few no nurse speaks English in mid wife section
Inspite of knowing that neither me and nor my wife speaks Hungarian : Out of 3 nights Spend: for 2 Nights there were none of nurse were speaking English and my wife had to make them understood using google translate and that too her already painful condition.
2. Food Quality: Worst possible food is given for vegetarians.
One on hand doc was saying to avoid food which could cause gas and on other hand Gaseous foods are being served from Medicover!
3. Here comes my worst nightmare which is still not stopped:
My wife's sutures were not done properly and got infection in 2 weeks. for that Medicover re did them again(At Medicover cost) at 3rd week and after that start charging us for control appointment(2 times) and by that time Medicover just wanted to get rid of this case and finally doc said every thing is ok and come back after 3 months but my wife is still in pain so looking at such behavior from medicover we had second opinion and seems there the sutures done for second time also is not done correctly and there is gap and now it might need to lead another round of sutures.
So in the end my wife's medical case is ruined by Medicover so I would put second thought for people who wants to go for them and inspite for paying an hefty amount of 800K HUF we are still doing rounds of hospitals just because team in medicover could not do their job properly !

I'm from the UK and had a hysterectomy operation done in Budapest. The operation was carried out in the utmost professional and skilful manner. I couldn't have ask for a better treatment or outcome. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive. I'm very grateful for the first class service I received.

I traveled almost 4 hours to get to the Medicover for my appointment, from Baranya. And waiting 10 minutes for me, because I was in a traffic jam, was clearly too much for this doctor. I recently had a consultation at Dr Rose. I was told several times before going in for the examination that the price is 210 EUR. I even confirmed at the reception again before going in.
After the consultation I was told it is now 360 EUR as the doctor did an ultrasound. I did not ask for this extra test nor was I told during the consultation that this test will add an extra cost to the agreed 210 EUR. After querying this I was told that I should’ve asked what my consultation includes as it’s my first time at the hospital!!
I find this very bizarre as I book for what I need and confirm the cost before and they just take it upon themselves to add extra tests without asking the patient first and then request payment as the test is done now.

The ENT missed everything possible to miss .. probably bc he barely looked into my nose and mouth due to being scared of covid which is utterly reliable but he accepted patients yet I had my covid test so I refused to pay a penny more than 210€ which I assumed will take longer than what I had... missed my sinusitis in 2022, constantly felt ill and since the ' prestigious dr rose said nothing is wrong with my nose or throat ' I went to everywhere else..ended up having GERD from post nasal drip for months ....literally the ghettoest place for hight price..the view is beautiful but that's it...

I have only positiv experiences here, the doctors are very friendly and have a lot of knowledge. The same for the nurses. Indeed if you have to go to the emergency you have to wait, like every where in the world. This is depending on the screening, some cases are more urgent, just accept that. Would be nice to have something to read due the waiting time, but that is the only thing. I was several times here, also for a longer time, and the care is just very good, that is the most important thing.

I was "lucky" to spend a few days in the Head and Neck Department due to a minor operation. It was like I was at the Black Forest Clinic. Unbelievable cleanliness, they walked around every day with almost white gloves to see if everything was in order even in the most hidden places (of course there was cleaning every day) bed linen was removed every 3 days. Everyone is very kind and helpful. As soon as they come into contact with a person, they immediately introduce themselves, pay attention to everything, do it gently, and help. Air conditioning in the room, I've never heard of that before. Delicious and plentiful food (Balaton slices or cookies for an after-lunch snack:) Hot sweet and bitter tea in the corridor 24 hours a day, microwave, book, so you can do it that way, please. I can only congratulate and thank you for everything.

Today, I would like to give special thanks to the Department of Head and Neck Surgery of the Institute, especially Dr. to Márta Szalai, dr. Traveling through Budapest and was curious on completing a crown that I had postponed due to insurance coverage. Helvetic provided professional service like everyone said in reviews. No pressure at all to proceed with service but they provided an in depth, free, consultation on my needed procedure. Looking at my dentist quote earlier in the year, Helvetic was 50% the price of my dentist in USA. I only passed on completing here due to travel plans.
I did complete a cleaning here and that procedure was on par with professional service I’ve have had in the past. The price was same as Portugal and way cheaper then in USA.
Clinic is exceptionally clean and professional. I would and do recommend them. Plan your schedule accordingly!

I don’t normally write reviews, in fact this is my first. So this should be a good sign to anyone who is debating a visit to Dental Expert.
Simply put Dr Ficsor is the best dentist I have ever been treated by. Having Dental Expert in his company name means he has a standard to live up to, which he certainly does.
Dr Ficsor quickly worked out a treatment plan for me and whilst his assessment was fast he was thorough and detailed inhis explanation of exactly what was needed. He took the time to ensure I knew what the process would be in terms of both treatments and costs, comprehensively answering any questions I had. Dr Ficsor speaks fluent English - my Hungarian extends to ‘hello’, ‘please’ and ‘thanks’ - so I was very pleased at that.
Throughout my treaments Dr Ficsor demonstrated great skill, application and attention to detail. His incredible work rate meant the time I spent in the dentist chair was much less than I anticipated.
I was exceptionally pleased with the final outcome of my dental work and would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Ficsor.

I had a lip surgery there and the sample was supposed to be sent for hystology test, and it was agreed to be sent me by email, but after 3 months it was never done. By phone after multiple calls (where I was asked to wait for “5 minutes” and promised to be called back and was never called back though) I was told that I need to come to have a control examination which I didn’t have in the end. And I received a paper that looks like it is not original at all, so I don’t really believe that they did any testing, for which I paid extra 30k HUF. The whole situation was really weird.

They are very friendly, professional people. You can get an appointment easily, they are flexible. I had an appointment with Dr. Patai, she was kind and helpful.I suggest them!

I had a very great experience with Dentium Implant Center. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, I even had my nerves calmed down. The clinic is well equipped and has a feel-good vibe, and I'm completely satisfied with the dentist's work. Painless, professional and beautiful. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience!
The clinic interior is modern, impeccably clean, and has some great interior design features.
All the staff, including Janos Geller the facilitator, the transfer drivers, receptionists, and dental surgeons are polite, engaging, and chatty.
I have total confidence and trust in Dr Kaman and Dr Lantos, who are both highly skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate, and humourous.
I look forward to completing my treatment over the next two visits to this amazing dental clinic.
Thank you to everyone.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this dental clinic, and I must say, it has been an absolute game-changer in my perception of dental care. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for the exceptional experience that followed.
The standout feature of this clinic is undoubtedly their commitment to providing painless treatments. As someone who has had a fair share of dental anxiety, I was pleasantly surprised by how gentle and skilled the entire team was. The procedure I underwent was virtually painless, and I couldn't believe how comfortable and at ease I felt throughout the entire process.
What sets this clinic apart is their dedication to delivering the best possible care. The staff is not only highly trained and knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate. They took the time to explain every step of the treatment, making sure I understood the process and addressing any questions I had. It's evident that they prioritize patient comfort and well-being above all else.
I can confidently say that this is the best dental clinic I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The combination of painless treatments, top-notch professionals, and a welcoming atmosphere makes for an unbeatable experience. If you're someone who has dental anxiety or simply seeks exceptional dental care, look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to everyone seeking the highest quality care with a touch of compassion.
Kudos to the entire team for creating a positive and unforgettable dental experience. I'm genuinely grateful for the outstanding care I received and will definitely be returning for all my future dental needs.

I had 5 fillings done here. FOUR of the treated teeth hurt now (most of them did not hurt before the treatment). The doctor kept saying she does not see any problems. I do not recommend this place.
UPD: @ImplantCenter: you had not answered the last three of my emails while I WAS your client, so why would I even try contacting you now?
