Today was my first time at a Danish dentist and I was positively surprised! Due to an accident I brok 4 teeth, I got an appointment already on the next day and Rasmus took good care of me. It was no problem to get my treatment in English. I was informed about every step they are planning to do, and I got an additional x-ray from my jaw because it was hurting after my fall. I am very happy with the quick but precise and perfect solution. When a tooth was polished Rasmus did it carefully step by step, until I was satisfied with the smoothness. I would recommend this dentist to my friends and will come back in the future.

I went to this clinic for x-rays as I had a lot of pain in my tooth. I had to wait for 20 days for the appointment that I booked. After that, they told me that I need a root canal treatment which in their website they mention for a front tooth it costs 5100DKK. However the dentist that saw the x-rays has told me that it will cost from 5000-6000 DKK, and then it has increased even more when I finally decided to book the appointment for the root canal (they told me around 7000 DKK). Of course the appointment would be after 15 more days waiting. Moreover, they decided that I also need a cleaning treatment that would cost extra money. After the first appointment I was feeling a lot of pain and thus I called them and they booked an extra meeting with me just to prescribe some antibiotics, something that they could do from the first appointment. Of course I had to pay again for this consultation. Thus, I decided to find another clinic that would take more seriously my situation and an offer for the root canal treatment with almost half of the price. However the new clinic asked for the x-ray and contacted the secretary of Tandlæge ved Søerne in order to send the x-ray with an email. Of course the secretary has never sent the x-ray even when I personally called her and asked her to do so. Overall, apart from the dentists who were looking professional, this clinic looks more like a scam that offers overpriced treatments. It seems that they just want to earn as much money as possible and of course they can find the way to do it. However someone should tell them that dentistry is not a luxurious comfort but a necessity for a healthy life.

Got a root canal from Omid and I would rate the experience a million out of ten if I could. Omid kept telling me what to expect, when to expect it, etc. Superb communication and just overall a pleasure, all things considered.

What a great experience ! I came to this dentist with a painful wisdom tooth. I started the consultation with Nadia and she was really amazing and understand my pain ! I had another dentist called Ula after who came to remove the tooth. She was also really nice, professional and smiling. They both make me at ease. I’ve had a fear of the dentist from a young age but when I met Dr Krishen Shah he completely put my mind at rest and spoke to me in detail about what he thought I should do to correct my smile. He’s a genuine lovely person who puts so much time and effort into his work. I am over the moon with the finished result. I also want to give the up most appreciation for the nurse who worked along side him. I can’t recommend Dr Shah and his team enough.

Dr Kristen Shah is a perfectionist at his work and I’m so grateful for the time he took with my case, which was rather complicated. He removed some bonding I’d had done by another dentist and redid it, and it looks so much better. Thank you Dr Shah! I feel much more confident with my smile now. Sarah Bux and her assistant (did not catch her name I’m afraid!) are absolutely wonderful! So welcoming and comforting during the not so nice bits of dental cleaning. They were both so kind today and I was able to ask questions about treatments without feeling rushed or anything. 10/10 experience truly! And I don’t usually review anything😂

Dr Krishen Shah is one of the best dentist! The clinic is super clean and all staff are very friendly, Dr Krishen was very professional and put me at ease, thoroughly explained what he was going to do and the reason for doing the treatment. He consistently checked in with me to see how I was feeling during the treatment and made sure everything was perfect. His eye for detail is incredible and the speed he works at is amazing! I have had such a good experience from the clinic and everyone involved. Dr Abeer Shehadeh has done a great job on my teeth (removal of mercury fillings; other stuff) and was also really good at discussing with me what she intended to do. I recently had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Jitesh Patel, and I just had to share my experience. Dr. Patel displayed the utmost professionalism and expertise. He immediately put me at ease, explaining the procedure in detail and ensuring that I understood every step of the process. Throughout the procedure, he continually checked in with me, making sure I was comfortable and addressing any concerns or questions I had. I highly recommend him for any dental or oral surgery needs.

The whole care team is really friendly. At the same visit, Kati, Teo and Petteri took care of me. Everyone was reliable, professional and kind. I really felt that I could trust them, even if I was nervous. You could have almost fallen asleep during the tartar removal, the feeling was so peaceful in Kat's capable hands. Teo gave a clear assessment and suggested a professional solution, and he understood my situation very well in the tensions related to the removal of wisdom teeth. The removal of two wisdom teeth, one of which required surgery, did not hurt or stress me at all, as Petteri told me where to go the whole time, and together with Kati took care of my well-being. I will definitely come again! I felt really good. Special thanks for the aftercare of the removal operation. The nurses called the next day and asked how the healing started, and if there were any questions or if there were any pains or problems. It didn't hurt to remove the stitches either. The pits healed quite well, despite the severe hook roots. Edit 02/2023: Make-up boy at reception again at Hampaasi clinic. At the weekend, to my horror, I discovered that my back lower molar was chipped, a good piece came off. One of my worst fears is that a tooth will crack! I got an appointment for Monday morning from the website, this time for Johanna's treatment. Although there was no pain in the chipped tooth, the procedure was performed under anesthesia, so that pain would not come as a horrible surprise during the operation. I got a really good place to replace the chipped one, it doesn't feel strange in the mouth at all, and now 21 hours later I hardly remember the whole thing. What a great team at these clinics!

Teo and Petteri and their nurses are very professional and friendly. I had two implants put in there and numerous other procedures. I had a couple of damages, but Teo repaired them with his first-class expertise. I highly recommend.

I'm afraid of going to the dentist. The first time in my life that the procedure didn't hurt, even anesthesia. Both the doctor himself, Luis Hernández, and his assistant were very professional and pleasant. I was able to take a breather between procedures and was told the whole time what would be done next. Incomprehensible work organization. A time deficit is created on purpose. I waited patiently for three months until it finally came to me dental checkup time. The dentist took approx. 5 minutes to find out I don't have cavities. But it is necessary to remove tartar. Instead of spending the rest of the booked time to remove the tartar, the dentist referred me to a dull-faced receptionist to make another appointment with a dental technician... In other words, another month of waiting. During this time, of course, I may also develop a cavity, which unfortunately the dental technician cannot or does not want to deal with... So you have to book a new appointment with the dentist. And that's how this calendar fills up nicely.

I have been to this clinic twice and I had wisdom tooth removal both times with Dr Mihhail Mihhailov. both times were fast and smooth. He also speaks English. FYI fellow English speakers. The clinic is clean and with professional staff. About booking, I just emailed them and they immediately set an appointment for me.

Very clean clinic and quick replies to inquiries. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Mihhail Mihhailov. The dentist was quick and skilled, and respected my wish to minimize the number of travels to Tallinn (by removing two wisdom teeth during one visit). I initially worried a bit about the communication as I don’t know Estonian or Russian, but everything turned out fine (the dentist knows English, they have English forms and other things can be taken care of by Google Translate). There is a pharmacy and a supermarket conveniently located downstairs the clinic.

Poor customer service. I had an appointment and even received an SMS reminder about it one day before. But when I came to the clinic, I was told the x-ray was out of order. Ok, shot happens but why didn’t you call me or send an SMS about it? I won’t visit you ever again and cannot recommend anyone doing so.

I would like to share my experience and possibly protect someone from a similar experience. I was a client of Adenta for 10 years and entrusted my smile to the clinic's specialists. It is only logical that I plan to have the restoration done by my treating doctor, Dr. Adentas, who continued to convince me throughout the years that he cooperates with the best laboratories and leading technicians of different countries. During the restorations, an implant was placed with a crown on one of the back teeth and two crowns on the front two teeth. During the restoration planning, various options were considered. I will add that the cost did not worry me, I wanted to put crowns on the dark front teeth faster, thus protecting them from breaking and improving the overall color of the smile. The bite of my teeth is not perfect, but it has never bothered me. Several times Dr. I asked how my bite can affect the restoration process and maybe the teeth need to be straightened, but I didn't hear any arguments about the need for orthodontic treatment from the doctor. dr. all the time the emphasis was only on cost. Since the bite didn't bother me either before or then, I decided that I can leave it as it is for now. Later, when the restoration on the front teeth failed and after several visits for almost a year, I asked the Dr. whether I should straighten the teeth, DR. prosthetist-orthodontist, I was told that it was too late because I had an implant in my back tooth. Orthodontic treatment is not possible. This was never explained to me at any visit. If I knew that I would never be able to straighten my teeth after the implant, I would probably have orthodontic treatment before restorations. The crown on the implant is chalk white, when I asked why it was already glued in since it was too late to paint it. I don't think this is an excuse to install a dental crown in an inappropriate color. The front teeth were made unaesthetically large and in an inappropriate color. Fortunately, they were not glued. Later, in several visits, various not better options were offered, which did not satisfy even the prosthetist himself. The crowns were made by a laboratory located in the clinic's courtyard. To my question, why front teeth are made in the 21st century without relief and natural transparency, the Dr answered that I have too high requirements and he is tired of my teeth, so I should look for another clinic. I understand that as a patient I am one of thousands and neither I nor my two teeth will stop the business. Quantity is more important and profitable than quality these days. I have paid for the service and no one was even interested in returning the money. My advice, think carefully in which clinic and with whom to get treatment, there are good actors who play doctors.

It was strange. I came there with my boyfriend. I mentioned two times on the two phone calls what we want (lazer, botox, heliuron) and both times the administration assured that 20min is enough for each of us. It is not the first time we do injections or lazers, but we would most of the time receive numbing cream. It hurted a lot lazer around nose, but I guess the doctor had no time to wait for skin to get numb. It took over all 50min for both. The doctor was very nice but very stressed. It felt she had no time to be detailed on us. It felt we need to leave and there is no time for client to ask extra question or to make sure if we feel ok after the procedures. We came back home and we were wondering about many things how should we take care of our skin now. And then consultation is 40€ for one… 50min - 800€ for both. Maybe they could be more dedicated for this amount of money.

About what the consultation costs and how much I already found out at the cashier, 15 minutes of consultation cost 35 €, although the price indicated in their price list is 25 €. In the end, I got the feeling that they wanted to specifically impose additional. Service. Also, when paying for hygiene, I learned about the price of 75 €, although on the website it was 65 €. Therefore, be prepared to pay more, and not at the prices that are on their official website and even in the price list. The aftertaste of the impression is that the main thing for the clinic is to make money and there is no individual approach to the client, the service is like an assembly line. No comments to the woman administrator, very kind, thanks to her. So far, the only positive thing I can say about the clinic is the woman administrator.

I got broken tooth while was on vacation in Europe. Tooth previously had huge filling. Dental Art was able to fit me in almost the next day, its easy to find them in Riga down town (i am not very familiar with Riga), front desk girls are friendly and helpful. Nice interior with water, coffee and tea provided at the front desk area. Doctor performed x-ray, explained the situation to me, and rebuilt the tooth with a new filling (luckily nerve wasnt damaged). Doctor performed some lidocaine local anaesthetic so i would not feel the pain from a needle as it was a huge work on a tooth and several injections had to be done. I literally felt nothing! Zero pain, no needle pinch, nothing.But my gum was burnt by lidocaine eventually so i had to go back 2 days after the procedure, i called them in panic as my cheek was swollen and i was in pain and i didnt know what was that. They were able to fit me in within next couple of hours, another doctor took a look, explained what happened, put some cream on my gum, prescribed the special gel, suggested herbal mouth wash, offered prescription for a pain killers for my flight (i didnt take it i personally trying to avoid it) and i safely returned back to USA with my tooth fixed and gum healing quickly (i follow their suggestions) . Paldies! Thank you!

Orthodontic service didn't quite meet my expectations. First of all, had to wait for 30 mins, although the appointment was arranged in advance. The consultation itself took 5-10 min. I had expected some kind of thorough analysis of my case and strategy or roadmap with detailed explanation how, why and how much it will cost. Sadly it didn't happened.

There was an offer online for a tooth implant for 1100 e, when I arrive since the price will increase to 2400

I just went for a free implant consultation. I can't imagine going to Medident for any actual treatment, because the nurse who took an x-ray of my teeth put her hand in my mouth while taking the picture, with which she had already touched at least a couple of door handles and several devices in the imaging room. So the whole time he didn't even change the protective gloves he already had when he came to pick me up from the waiting room, let alone clean his hands. When I told the nurse in question that I was uncomfortable with the situation, she replied that they wear protective gloves to protect themselves. It was easy to believe when after a while I saw that the dentist didn't even wear a surgical mouth-nose mask during the patient appointment, even though at that time there was a general mask recommendation due to the corona virus (and that recommendation was meant to protect other people). When you slip up in easy basic hygiene matters, it's hard to trust that bigger things will go well.

If you are afraid of the dentist, but want to be greeted by nice receptionists, caring dentists DO NOT (!!!!!!!) go here!!!!! Here, BOTH those at the counter AND the dentist roll their eyes and sigh (audibly!!) When either the sedatives or the anesthesia don't work on you!(me) I had a tooth pulled (one of the times I was there) where the male dentist was visibly annoyed as I was still scared after a while. He then thought it was a clever idea to tell me (who has a fear of dentists) that this was no stress. He had even pulled a tooth on himself! When I told this to the reception afterwards and said that I found it uncomfortable and certainly NOT reassuring for me as a patient, she just said "Yes, he's a bit "like that", we just call him the butcher" (!!!!! ) WHO says that?!?!?! This was just ONE of the incidents that happened when I was there, but there were more, believe me... After this I did not go back and was called several times to get a new appointment. I postponed and postponed, which eventually ended with the receptionist scolding me, loudly over the phone! You will be looking for a more irresponsible, rude and terrible place for a long time!! I hadn't even fixed my dog's teeth there! SHADOW THE TRACK!

What drags it down: They said partial payment over 6 months was completely interest-free- they didn't mention anything about the fees associated with partial payment, and the interest on these fees.. Other than that, nothing to complain about! I got answers to whatever I wondered, and was very well looked after by the skilled dentists. Say goodbye to dental fear 😁
