The best dentist in Copenhagen! I was surfing the internet, trying to find a dentist in Copenhagen, where the staff speak english, and I found this dentist and I am so glad thad I did

I went to this clinic for x-rays as I had a lot of pain in my tooth. I had to wait for 20 days for the appointment that I booked. After that, they told me that I need a root canal treatment which in their website they mention for a front tooth it costs 5100DKK. However the dentist that saw the x-rays has told me that it will cost from 5000-6000 DKK, and then it has increased even more when I finally decided to book the appointment for the root canal (they told me around 7000 DKK). Of course the appointment would be after 15 more days waiting. Moreover, they decided that I also need a cleaning treatment that would cost extra money. After the first appointment I was feeling a lot of pain and thus I called them and they booked an extra meeting with me just to prescribe some antibiotics, something that they could do from the first appointment. Of course I had to pay again for this consultation. Thus, I decided to find another clinic that would take more seriously my situation and an offer for the root canal treatment with almost half of the price. However the new clinic asked for the x-ray and contacted the secretary of Tandlæge ved Søerne in order to send the x-ray with an email. Of course the secretary has never sent the x-ray even when I personally called her and asked her to do so. Overall, apart from the dentists who were looking professional, this clinic looks more like a scam that offers overpriced treatments. It seems that they just want to earn as much money as possible and of course they can find the way to do it. However someone should tell them that dentistry is not a luxurious comfort but a necessity for a healthy life.

Got a root canal from Omid and I would rate the experience a million out of ten if I could. Omid kept telling me what to expect, when to expect it, etc. Superb communication and just overall a pleasure, all things considered.

What a great experience ! I came to this dentist with a painful wisdom tooth. I started the consultation with Nadia and she was really amazing and understand my pain ! I had another dentist called Ula after who came to remove the tooth. She was also really nice, professional and smiling. They both make me at ease. Went in for an emergency filling and Julieta was friendly, professional, & patient with all of my questions!! From the moment of scheduling my appointment to arrival, the front staff was very helpful & kind (English language friendly!). There was no waiting time and I immediately went in after filling out the paperwork. The lobby & equipment are all up-to-date & modern. Would highly recommend!!

Orthodontic service didn't quite meet my expectations. First of all, had to wait for 30 mins, although the appointment was arranged in advance. The consultation itself took 5-10 min. I had expected some kind of thorough analysis of my case and strategy or roadmap with detailed explanation how, why and how much it will cost. Sadly it didn't happened.

So good it can't be said I've been going for several years now and I'm still satisfied. I will continue to go for an annual inspection and cleaning! 😁

There was an offer online for a tooth implant for 1100 e, when I arrive since the price will increase to 2400

I just went for a free implant consultation. I can't imagine going to Medident for any actual treatment, because the nurse who took an x-ray of my teeth put her hand in my mouth while taking the picture, with which she had already touched at least a couple of door handles and several devices in the imaging room. So the whole time he didn't even change the protective gloves he already had when he came to pick me up from the waiting room, let alone clean his hands. When I told the nurse in question that I was uncomfortable with the situation, she replied that they wear protective gloves to protect themselves. It was easy to believe when after a while I saw that the dentist didn't even wear a surgical mouth-nose mask during the patient appointment, even though at that time there was a general mask recommendation due to the corona virus (and that recommendation was meant to protect other people). When you slip up in easy basic hygiene matters, it's hard to trust that bigger things will go well.

Molly the dentist was amazing. She really knows her job and was the nicest dentist ever. Really puts you at ease. The staff at reception were all so lovely and friendly and I didn't have to wait long to be called in. I would highly recommend this surgery

Just had the best dental experience ever. Denny David and his assistant were excellent. I’m an extremely nervous patient and he treated me with such care. I even asked if I needed anymore work done I’d come back to him next week. Thankfully I didn’t but would have definitely been happy to return. Thanks guys.

Denny David is a fantastic dentist. Always a pleasure to deal with really knows what he is talking about. Detailed explanation. Very gentle and genuine. Fantastic value for money.

First off, read all the other 1 star reviews here. You'll see the truth. Also, read their responses. Their attitude shines through. I made a big mistake not reading them and only read the 5 star ones (I now highly suspect if they are real, who would create an account to just review a dentist highly?!). My experience was right there with those 1 stared reviews and possibly worse. My treatment was so bad that I feel traumatized. For some reason, I can't post the full story because it violates certain policy here but my bad expereince was so real. Hope this post helps someone at least not to be tricked.

I went to a few practices in the city and I ended up being disappointed by the services. Astondental is different - dr. Shahla Hassanzadeh is extremely straight forward, sharp as a blade and professional. You get a thorough first examination and after that you’ll know exactly what treatment they’ll perform, and how much it costs. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I had to reschedule my appointment with short notice and was charged 500 SEK because they claimed I was a no-show. I called the dentist to inquire why I was charged and the dentist said it’s expensive to have have a clinic in downtown Stockholm so we need to get the money in somehow and basically hung up on me. They are apparently eager to make money to cover their expenses but not interested in patient care or customer service. I would avoid this clinic at all cost.

Positives: -I would recommend this clinic if you're sure you need treatment and have a fear of dentists. They are calm, prepare you for every step, and ensure you're comfortable. -The dentist I saw gave me some useful advice on flossing and said that I could email with questions any time. Negatives: -Overtreatment seems to be commonplace and I suspect that each member of staff gets a cut of the company's profits. Different members of staff here recommended removing 1, 2 and all 4 wisdom teeth. Other dentists that I have visited before and after have not recommended removing any. The tooth I had removed was 'impacted'. Kristian is the most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever had. He is disrespectful and always pushes me to handle the pain during extremely painful procedures while he’s putting back the crowns of my implants that constantly falling out. I paid over 50k for having my crowns falling out every 2 months. Do not recommend to anyone.

I am very grateful to the specialists at the Harley Street Dental Clinic. I have sought the advice of Dr. Nectaria Polycarpou, Dr. Steve O’Connor and Dr. Richard Pollock at this clinic. I appreciate that the best efforts were made to fit me into their busy schedules during my stay in London. They have been very thorough in their review considering greatly the complexity of my case and also the best way forward in the management of my issues. Given these specialists work within the same building, I appreciate that there is good communication within the team. I also would like to note that the reception personel are extremely helpful and do reply promptly to any queries I have.

I've been wanting ceramic veneers for a long time, did a ton of research and had consultations with other TOP dentists all over the world but ultimately decided to go with Dr. Justin Glaister from HSDC and I could not be happier of my choice. My first point of contact at Harley Street Dental Clinic was Eka at reception and honestly, her genuine enthusiasm, knowledge and warmth made the difference for me. She immediately understood what type of patient I was (highly demanding and high maintenance lol) and her enthusiastic praises for Dr. Justin Glaister deeply resonated with me and what I had read about him and turned out to be absolutely spot on. Dr Glaister was amazing. Most patient doctor I've ever met in my life, extremely knowledgable and committed to give me exactly what I wanted: a natural smile. He knows everything and everyone and works with THE BEST ceramists in the world, literally highest levels of cosmetic dentistry. We ultimately decided to go for 10 porcelain veneers and I still can't believe these are now my teeth. I'm usually never fully satisfied (had my nose done twice, same as my hair and the list goes on lol) but this time... I wouldn't change anything. The translucency, the texture, the size, the length, everything is EXACTLY how I wanted it and this is thanks to great communication and his unwavering commitment to delivering the most natural-looking veneers.
