That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. They played songs and sang to their son while they sewed up his finger, and there were also students trying to cheer him up. Before I left, they also packed bandages, gauze, etc. if I needed it at home. I was very surprised by the approach and I'm glad that I came across a great shift.

At the consultation they said that it would not be a problem to remove the neuroma, it would not affect the motor skills of the hand, and the pain would disappear. They just thought I have nothing important to work with, so just said to visit another doctor. It’s cheaper to order some types of medicines this way than in our pharmacies, I’ve tested it myself. Prices for treatment are really not low, but by regional standards, we are from Krasnodar. In Moscow, believe me, these are standard prices, there is something to compare with. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.

At the reception, the lady told us on the "spokesman" that the doctor was operating and we would have to wait at least an hour. they left it outside where 2 more patients arrived, so we wouldn't all be able to fit in if the weather was bad. The treatment itself then proceeded quickly, the doctor was pleasant, professional and everything went perfectly well.

I was in the emergency room due to a sports injury to my eye, and I can report very good experiences. I knew that I wouldn't be at the top of the priority list (because I wasn't in pain, although it looked pretty bad), but I got in line very quickly. Everyone who worked there treated me with humanity, patience and kindness, both during the traumatological and ophthalmological examinations. The emergency room is cultured (you can read, there is a coffee machine, etc.) and modern (the equipment and the environment are well-kept, new). The tests also went down quickly. I am not saying that I will come another time (because health is important and that no one should be in trouble), but I am saying that then I will work there with an excellent attitude and - as far as I can judge - they did their job professionally. I thank them again.

It proves a deliberate deceptive and exploitative procedure that they collect the money in advance because they know that the person is sick, i.e. tired of the long wait in the crowd of non-paying patients, possibly covid or something else catching an infectious disease, he leaves them anyway. And of course the "kissers, friends" enter before you, even if they arrived after you!
