Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

We needed a wheelchair for a patient with a disability. You will be sent to the department where you are to be treated at the Utgen primary. In our case, the 15th floor. On the 15th, they told us that we should ask for a wheelchair at the central department. Then go back downstairs and convince the staff there to lend it to us. Ingeniously solved services for patients who waited outside in winter for 35 minutes leaning against a pillar because they couldn't move. It's a shame that I can't post a photo of this communist truck!!!

We didn't wait, they took us right away, there were wonderful nurses who calmed me down too. They played songs and sang to their son while they sewed up his finger, and there were also students trying to cheer him up. Before I left, they also packed bandages, gauze, etc. if I needed it at home. I was very surprised by the approach and I'm glad that I came across a great shift.

I feel sorry for the old people. I brought my grandmother to the emergency department of this hospital on December 1, 2023. My grandmother was bitten by a street cat and needed to be vaccinated. We were told that she would be discharged tomorrow. 1. Left until Monday. 2. THEY HAVEN’T TREATED THE HAND ONE TIME IN 3 DAYS!!!!😡 Grandma asked to treat it, but no one moved. THE HAND HAS FALLED!! Now you need to see a surgeon urgently! 3. In the emergency department, they took blood from a vein and left a huge bruise. We sent the grandmother to the toilet to give urine, it didn’t close, the plastic jars for giving urine were not new. 4. A neuroma formed at the suture of the ulnar nerve after neuroplasty, which caused pain in the fingers. At the consultation they said that it would not be a problem to remove the neuroma, it would not affect the motor skills of the hand, and the pain would disappear. As a result, the integrity of the nerve was compromised and the pain increased two to three times.

The worst hospital I have ever visited, the staff is thinking that they can figure what problems are important and which are not. They just thought I have nothing important to work with, so just said to visit another doctor. The next day morning another doctor said that I should have come earlier 🫠 I hope they will be treated like they treat other people!

No complaint about medical stuff. They are kind and very professional as always, however woman at reception with red hair at that info point kiosk at entrance is very arrogant and rude not only to us but while i was waiting there same behavior with all other patients.

It’s cheaper to order some types of medicines this way than in our pharmacies, I’ve tested it myself. Prices for treatment are really not low, but by regional standards, we are from Krasnodar. In Moscow, believe me, these are standard prices, there is something to compare with. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.

Yesterday's emergency reception at the ophthalmology department was quite nourishing... At the reception, the lady told us on the "spokesman" that the doctor was operating and we would have to wait at least an hour. they left it outside where 2 more patients arrived, so we wouldn't all be able to fit in if the weather was bad. The treatment itself then proceeded quickly, the doctor was pleasant, professional and everything went perfectly well.

My story is for expats and foreigners in Moscow. Yesterday night my wife had a feeling of intense burning in her chest. She just recovered from covid (having made negative test that day). So, I took her to EMC to be faster than a state ambulance. We were at their premises at ca. 22:15. The place was not busy at this late hour. We explained our situation that we fear of heart attack or stroke. A receptionist first invited us to take a sit and wait for in-house emergency doctor. But then he realised that less than 14 days gone since first positive test. He told us urgently to leave the premises, saying that they can not help us in any way. He did not bother even to offer calling state ambulance. So, EMC pushed its patient, who might have had a life threatening condition, onto a street at midnight without any help. Beware, you should always have a plan B (and C) who you call in Moscow in such situations since evidently EMC can fail big time. Luckily for us we had other options, an ambulance from a competing private clinic arrived within 30 minutes and they helped my wife, so her life is not in danger anymore.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Visited the clinic for an emergency situation treatment. At the entrance a lady stops me asking are you aware of the fees. Minimum would be 165 euro then she says even for emergency cases we have to first fill up all the forms and formats, scan passports, take all data then we will listen to your problems. Upset about the service level given the prices. Big turn down. Also to add. I had been there after not finding a traumatolog doctor in their Arlovskaya clinic where the receptionist did same price detailing, holding me in pain at the gate and then says doctor needs time to be called even if emergency. Finally after suffering in both the EMC outlets I had to go to another local clinic. On the way in pain right now.

Absolute embarrassment for a medicinal center. My sister spent 7 hours in the ER with chest pain, provided doctor with all her records from other physicians. Worst emergency experience ever. Come here with my friend with breath problem. Waited 5 hours until he almost fainted, then they gave him ibuprofen and didn’t try to find real problem.
