A very bad experience, where the professor examined the knee by palpation and established the type of injury without performing an MRI or any imaging of the knee, determined that therapy costing 500e is needed, with 5 injections at a 7-day interval, at the first examination he extracts my synovial fluid and injects, when asked if there are any side effects or if rest is necessary, he said and wrote in the report normal activity, I come home after 3-4 hours, the knee starts to swell and it hurts so much that I cannot independently I am moving, which was not the case before coming to him. The next day I call to tell about the given problem, he tells me that he can't believe it and that I am not the first one he has done this to. And that he didn't do anything special to make it look that way. And that they are there so he won't run away. The swelling doesn't go away, I go to the emergency room, I get a plaster cast from hip to foot, and the agony starts. It happens with my knee. different hospitals. Now, I am currently waiting for another magnetic resonance imaging with contrast to be performed because a piece of metal was observed at the injection site where the professor from VozdMedic poked me. So I don't have any nice comments. Very bad experience!

Excellent service, great doctors and friendly staff! I only perform examinations at Vozdmedik, for a reason. The clinic is superbly equipped and has the best equipment and technology.

Totally disappointed. They made an appointment for me to see a doctor on Saturday at 15.00, and when I arrived, the clinic was closed. Then they rescheduled me for Monday, and when I arrived, it turned out that the doctor was sick! They didn't even warn me about it! I came to the clinic TWICE for nothing. Also, one time the receptionist did not send me the MR results. Terrible disrespect for patients' time.

Very good choose if you have no insurance in Serbia, or if you need urgent help for you or your child. They are very well equipped and friendly so you will receive all the medical care you need!

Dr. Bandić is a very pleasant man, a professional and experienced doctor, patient and calm, ready to listen carefully to the patient, to explain all ambiguities and clear up doubts. A conscientious examination. Along with the advice, I was given clear recommendations and instructions for further treatment along with a medical report. Pleasant and friendly staff in the office. Any recommendation to anyone who needs a specialist in this branch of medicine.

I had an appointment for an MRI today. It was still closed when I arrived. However, the lady at the reception, who was already here, kindly explained everything to me. The MR went perfectly, stress free and under the excellent guidance of the operator.

Very satisfied, you can find here a great variety of medical treatments, or if you simply want to relax and unwind, find the balance again.

Great center. I visited Artros myself for an MRI. I must say that they called me, we agreed on a date and time, and they kept the appointment. There was no waiting. The Artros Medical Center grew out of a small practice in Ljubljana, where Martin Mikek and Mohsen Hussein performed private orthopedic examinations once a week. Already during their specialization abroad, as well as during later visits to foreign medical centers, they were repeatedly impressed by the workflow in differently organized institutions.

Today I had an abdominal ultrasound with Dr. honey spec. of radiology Metka Šavli. Very satisfied with the professionalism, accuracy and knowledge of the above-mentioned doctor. The premises are clean, modernly furnished. The employees are extremely respectful and professional. It is best to park across the street, where there is a huge (but paid) parking lot. The price of an hour of parking is 1.10 euros (as of 18.10.2023).

I want to thank the surgical pavilion, second floor, for how they behaved with the patient Pilar Sánchez Moreno (room 18) until her last moments. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, assistants and all the staff, not only for their professionalism, which is impressive, but also for their humanity and empathy. WE HAVE TO THANK THEM AND APPLAUD THEM NOT ONLY IN A PANDEMIC. It's a shame we forget so soon THANK YOU BIG

State of the art hospital and wonderfully caring staff. Amazing attentiveness from all the doctors, technicians and engineers; the staff are very professional and genuinely kind. They answer any questions and are incredibly comforting and patient. I had an MRI of 2 sections done here, was really well taken care of. Special thanks to head nurse Katarina and the engineer Zvonimir Matic. An extraordinary team. Would definitely recommend.

Billed the examination directly to me even though it was covered by my insurance. Refused to fix the mistake when pointed out. Definitely avoid

Went to the ER one Wednesday afternoon, around 13:30. The receptionist saw I was in pain and explained I had taken the wrong password ( you have to press "Consulta Permanente"). She helped me with that and in less than 5 minutes I was called and directed for treatment. Waited about 40 minutes and was seen by Dr. Ramon Maldonado Acosta. Very kind, attentive and in no rush. At 15:00 I was already home, having been to the pharmacy as well. The hospital charged 73 euros. I think it was well worth it. I was in a lot of pain & discomfort. Staff & doctor were really nice.

Amazing service. After going to Loulé public and then Faro, neither surgeons were able to get the foreign body out of my toe and I was told to leave it despite agony and not being able to walk. I attended Hospital de Loulé in desperation for a competent Doctor to assist and I was privileged to have Dr Ruben as my surgeon. What a genius! 1.5 hours from initial GP appointment, xrays and surgery and the extraction was a success. Amazing, wonderful staff and beautifully clean, calm hospital. Thank you everyone for my incredible experience.

Staff are very polite, but to get through to the Hospital on the telephone is almost impossible. The recording is absolutely a waste of time, if you listen carefully it says ‘your call is important to us and we have recorded your number and we will call you back’ They never call back so you try again and wait for them to answer, which can be over 30 minutes .

And if there were even more stars I would click them, a doctor who is not only competent but of infinite humanity which combined with professionalism makes a doctor an exceptional man

I would like to thank Dr. Mattia Glauber, an extraordinary doctor and sensitive person. My partner had surgery in December (mitral valve prolapse) the surgery was decisive and the recovery was very fast. Within a month he was back to his usual life as if nothing had happened. Top notch emergency facility.

We been in hospital for over 4 years and we are verry happy and satisfied with everything the doctors the nurses the ladys who are cleanining we are like a family but ,is a big But ,in San ildelfonso the chair for familly to sleep over the night need urgent change.is impossible to sleep.we have back pain, legs pain, over so many days in hospital is hard for us to rest .please help us ,on behave of familys

Before the reform this hospital was so unnerving that it looked like it came out of a horror film. After the reform it is much more colourful and has much more life. From what I have seen kids are way less scared of going to the hospital thanks to the reform. My only complaint is that with all the paintings navigating it has gotten a bit annoying. Overall if I had to take any children to do anything at a hospital near me this would be my first pick.

They giving your personal data to Delta Generli bank, after that operators from bank call you every 3 weeks and trying to sell you insurance, avoid this clinik....

My dad had called the nurses on the buzzer 20 times they did not attend so he called me. I had to leave my apartment to come and see him so he could go to the toilet very unprofessional.

I made an appointment for surgery with general anesthesia in 16.30. I didn’t eat and drink for almost a day before the anesthesia. I called the clinic twice before the surgery to make sure everything was ok. When I arrived at the appointed time, my time had been moved to 11.30! Of course, the operation was canceled. Very unprofessional attitude towards patients.

Waiting times of more than 9 hours!! Cannot recommend going there if there is any other option. Absolutely understaffed. No air conditioning in the waiting room. The vending machine only takes coins, therefore big risk for dehydration. Haven’t had a worse experience in a hospital ever.

Being a tourist in Bologna and having to attend Pronto Soccorso was daunting, however my experience of the treatment I received was first class. Most of the staff spoke English at a level that I could understand what was happening regarding my treatment, from doctors to porters. I am very grateful for the medical care that was provided during a time of stress and pain.

Dr. Maja is an excellent dentist and her staff are brilliant too, I met Dr. Lana also. This clinic provides a highly quality professional service with high tech equipment and an ultra clean clinical environment. There's an array of treatment available. The team facilitated my dental work despite my busy schedule of international travel, they always kept in touch throughout to ensure the appointments suit me etc... I'm a very nervous patient and I was put at ease immediately. All my questions and concerns were always addressed first. The location is extremely easy to get to, the quality of the work is high, lots of parking is available and good amenaties are very nearby, the clinic is top tier and my satisfaction is currently unmatched with the NOVA clinic. DenTech has saved me a couple of times. I had an abscess and needed an emergency appointment a few months ago. They were very forthcoming, caring and provided professional care with the most up-to-date dental services. While I was there, I met Dr. Tamara Sugic, a consummate aesthetician. I have had two separate appointments with her. She really knows how to enhance but not overdo. She has Botox, fillers and boosters available and knows the latest techniques. It was very convenient as DenTech is in the same office. I am quite pleased with the results. I will come see her whenever I visit Split for my dental appointments.

I have been coming to Dentech since 2020, during which time I have had 3 implants, 6 crowns, 1 bridge and one root canal. Always pleasant and professional service in a modern, bright clinic. Maja, the receptionist and liaison for foreign clients is always helpful and accessible and speaks excellent English. Split is a great place to stay whilst having your treatment. We stay out on the beach in Kaštela about 20 minutes drive from Dentech, and 15 minutes from Split airport. You can park round the back of Dentech, for 1 euro an hour.

I recently completed my treatment with Dr Belinda at Sonrisa. I am not very fond of the dentist but her reassurance and total professionalism ensured my new smile was a painless as possible and I couldn’t be happier Thank you (I will never use another dentist) 😜

Thank you Sonrisa for the absolutely superior treatment and service you provided. While on vacation I had a hard fall and hit my mouth on stone stairs. I broke an existing crown and four other front teeth. I chose to contact Sonrisa because of their good reviews and also that I would be able to communicate comfortably in English. I am so glad I did. They gave me an emergency appointment almost immediately and were so kind, especially Raquel, as I was pretty shaken up. Their office is ultra modern, welcoming and immaculate. Dr. Belinda Pamos was compassionate, very professional and reassured me that she could repair all the damage. A week later, once my cut mouth had healed, I had temporary bridges and after another week I received permanent crowns on three top teeth and a permanent bridge on the bottom. Really, Sonrisa Clinic deserves more than five stars, I honestly believe I had a better experience here than I would have had at home in Canada. I am so pleased with the results, my teeth have never looked so good! Thanks again to you all.
