Jaw pain treatment in 5 Dentistry clinics in Sweden with additional parameter

In order to successfully conduct a gum graft/transplant, I first needed braces for a year. The entire process was so incredibly smooth and easy. Azam took the time to explain everything and was always open to my concerns. She also did not rush the process, but instead took the time to maximize the probability that the surgery (at Aqua Dental in Uppsala) would be a success - which it was. Jenny took great care of me during my many visits. If you are thinking about braces, Aqua Dental at Vasagatan is the place to be!

Last Thursday doctor Mir extracted my wisdom tooth. This was the first tooth that I needed to remove and I’ve been extremely stressed and anxious. Doctor Mir and surgical nurse took a great care of me. They were calling me down, explaining all steps of the procedure and making sure I do not feel any pain. Doctor switched on even a radio with some music to make this experience better. All in all I give them both 5 stars out of 5.

Isabelle is the best dentist I've met. She was mindful of my fears and struggles, very patient and kind. I wish I couldve encountered Aqua Dental & Isabelle earlier on, a big chunk of trauma would be avoided. Thank you!

This clinic is great ! The staff was very nice to me and you can have an appointement fast. I was treated by Sara Bayke, which took care of me really well.

First off, read all the other 1 star reviews here. You'll see the truth. Also, read their responses. Their attitude shines through. I made a big mistake not reading them and only read the 5 star ones (I now highly suspect if they are real, who would create an account to just review a dentist highly?!). My experience was right there with those 1 stared reviews and possibly worse. My treatment was so bad that I feel traumatized. For some reason, I can't post the full story because it violates certain policy here but my bad expereince was so real. Hope this post helps someone at least not to be tricked.

I went to a few practices in the city and I ended up being disappointed by the services. Astondental is different - dr. Shahla Hassanzadeh is extremely straight forward, sharp as a blade and professional. You get a thorough first examination and after that you’ll know exactly what treatment they’ll perform, and how much it costs. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I had to reschedule my appointment with short notice and was charged 500 SEK because they claimed I was a no-show. I called the dentist to inquire why I was charged and the dentist said it’s expensive to have have a clinic in downtown Stockholm so we need to get the money in somehow and basically hung up on me. They are apparently eager to make money to cover their expenses but not interested in patient care or customer service. I would avoid this clinic at all cost.

The best dental clinic I’ve ever been to! All treatments I’ve done (both dental and fillers) were the best quality and painless. Overall a great experience and the staff has always been very kind and caring.

Unfortunately I would not recommend the clinic. There was no nurse assisting the orthodontist. I was not provided with protective eyewear and the dentists worked also in the reception. They failed to fix my small problem and charged 2400 SEK for a simple job - fixing loose retainer. Unprofessional and does not listen to the customer.

Nicest most informative and knowledgeable dentist in Sweden that I’ve met so far. She didn’t just tell me yes or no. She showed me and explained in great detail and listened.

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dental clinic. The procedures were painfully slow, and their lack of proficiency left me exasperated. Despite waiting anxiously for over two months, the shocking news came that they couldn't operate on my case, despite the initial insistence by the doctor to take my case in. In June, I visited for a wisdom tooth check, and they offered a deal for checking and cleaning at around 689. However, the cleaning felt inadequate, barelycleaning the 4 front lower teeth. The process dragged on with various x-rays, ( many smaller and one panaromic) and again on a different day a 3D scan, only for them to later say they couldn't procced. I felt scammed, having paid over 4000 with no solution. And felt like my time was being wasted, having to visit the clinic times and times again. ( despite the above it is worth mentioning the staff were nice on my visit and that is the only good part of my experience) Next Transferring my X-rays to another clinic turned into a maddening ordeal. After at least 8 frustrating calls, the reception claimed not to know how to transfer the X-ray. They never showed concern for my case, even during rejection. (one call the reception claim it cannot be transferred - another she claimed it cannot be sent to me… among other unproffesional answers) before figuring out it can be sent to my post address! Today, discovering an error in sending my information to the new clinic pushed my frustration to its peak. When I called about the process, the receptionist callously said, "There's nothing you can do about it, bye," abruptly hanging up. It's not just bad customer care; it's a deeply disappointing situation. I plan to review this experience, after I am completely done.

disgusting. Pulpitis was treated, it was very expensive and the filling fell off in a month. We called the clinic and it turned out that there was no guarantee. For such a huge price, I now have fragments of a tooth in my mouth. I do not recommend!!

I was booked on a free 15 min consultation for a chipped tooth. But when consultation was over I was told I had to pay 656kr. I was advised of this after the consultation was over. Luckily I was carrying money on me!! Didn't like the dentist's attitude at all. He felt the need to tell me I had a lot of dental work as if I didn't know it whilst I just wanted advise about one single tooth not my whole mouth but he felt the need to point it out. It wasn't a good experience...very unpleasant. The clinic is dealing with my review by lying and this is extremely unprofessional. Responding to the clinics reply. THE DENTIST DID NOT ADVICE ME OF COST UNTIL MY CONSULTATION WAS OVER. I was only told by him that the clinic booked me onto the wrong consultation...he asked me where I was registered and that was it. No advice on cost.

Today was my first time at a Danish dentist and I was positively surprised! Due to an accident I brok 4 teeth, I got an appointment already on the next day and Rasmus took good care of me. It was no problem to get my treatment in English. I was informed about every step they are planning to do, and I got an additional x-ray from my jaw because it was hurting after my fall. I am very happy with the quick but precise and perfect solution. When a tooth was polished Rasmus did it carefully step by step, until I was satisfied with the smoothness. I would recommend this dentist to my friends and will come back in the future.

The best dentist in Copenhagen! I was surfing the internet, trying to find a dentist in Copenhagen, where the staff speak english, and I found this dentist and I am so glad thad I did

I went to this clinic for x-rays as I had a lot of pain in my tooth. I had to wait for 20 days for the appointment that I booked. After that, they told me that I need a root canal treatment which in their website they mention for a front tooth it costs 5100DKK. However the dentist that saw the x-rays has told me that it will cost from 5000-6000 DKK, and then it has increased even more when I finally decided to book the appointment for the root canal (they told me around 7000 DKK). Of course the appointment would be after 15 more days waiting. Moreover, they decided that I also need a cleaning treatment that would cost extra money. After the first appointment I was feeling a lot of pain and thus I called them and they booked an extra meeting with me just to prescribe some antibiotics, something that they could do from the first appointment. Of course I had to pay again for this consultation. Thus, I decided to find another clinic that would take more seriously my situation and an offer for the root canal treatment with almost half of the price. However the new clinic asked for the x-ray and contacted the secretary of Tandlæge ved Søerne in order to send the x-ray with an email. Of course the secretary has never sent the x-ray even when I personally called her and asked her to do so. Overall, apart from the dentists who were looking professional, this clinic looks more like a scam that offers overpriced treatments. It seems that they just want to earn as much money as possible and of course they can find the way to do it. However someone should tell them that dentistry is not a luxurious comfort but a necessity for a healthy life.

Got a root canal from Omid and I would rate the experience a million out of ten if I could. Omid kept telling me what to expect, when to expect it, etc. Superb communication and just overall a pleasure, all things considered.

What a great experience ! I came to this dentist with a painful wisdom tooth. I started the consultation with Nadia and she was really amazing and understand my pain ! I had another dentist called Ula after who came to remove the tooth. She was also really nice, professional and smiling. They both make me at ease. I recommend this dental place and will definitely come back ! Mange tak ❣️

Do not recommend, there are better options such as Demajo (it is pricey though), Savina etc.

Dr Moreno has been my dentist for some years now and I consider here a top professional and attentive person. I appreciate her attention to detail and special care as I have special needs regarding my gums. I highly recommend her and consider her a reference in Luxembourg!

Booked a dental cleaning appointment with Dr Moreno. Usually professional cleaning takes approx 45min which is also what was confirmed on the phone. The cleaning took 5 mins, during which I was basically showered with cleaning solution and walked out with white toothpasty stains all over my face, hair, trousers etc. - the dentist sent me to the bathroom to clean up, it was that bad!! Never had I ever had such a messy and unprofessional experience. Was charged extra for “polish” which I didn’t request and wasn’t informed of and don’t believe my teeth were professionally cleaned anyway. Overall I’d stay away from this clinic, not recommended!

Booked an appointment for a teeth whitening…just to be told after I arrived that they don’t have the product anymore. Such a disrespect for the patients that take some time to come.
