Yesterday I visited the medical department at Krasnaya Presnya. I have always been pleased with the service in other branches, but this left just a terrible impression. The slowness of the receptionist's work could have been tolerated, but the way the security guard behaved is simply a disgrace to the nurse. I was with an elderly mother and one-year-old son; we were not allowed in with our stroller. The security guard held the elevator and did not let us go up, all the visitors to the clinic swore at him, but he put on a show out of his integrity and rudeness. Then we waited 15 minutes for the stroller from the clinic on the first floor, which is why we were late for our appointment with the pediatrician. The nerves frayed for me, my mother and my son. I'm deeply disappointed. I also don’t understand what kind of rules these are so unique to the red freshwater department. In all other departments they allowed us in with a stroller without any problems. These rules were invented by an idiot who never carried rude children on himself. It was painful to look at the poor mothers who moved with mother's bags and babies from floor to floor. Why are there no free strollers for infants downstairs if you are not allowed to bring your own strollers? What does this ban on strollers save?

My attending physician insisted on pressotherapy as part of my course of treatment (I have a venous circulation disorder in the lower extremities). And I am very glad that he insisted on this. After pressotherapy, the heaviness in my legs that had already become familiar went away, and there was such lightness that words cannot express it (only those who have similar problems will understand). This procedure helped me a lot.

My son is 6 months old, there is slight muscle hypertonicity, our pediatrician advised him to get a massage. We completed a course of procedures in the children's department of the Medsi CDC on Krasnaya Presnya. The impressions from the specialist were exceptionally good, he was very attentive to the children, it was immediately obvious. He behaved carefully and attentively with the child. I went there twice to get some treatment. Both of my problems were solved as quickly as possible and never bothered me again. Very professional staff. Not sure if they all speak good English, since I spoke Czech but they were trying hard to understand me, a foreigner.

Every hospital should work like this, with staff like this. They are helpful, understanding, supportive and professionals in their profession. You can easily trust them. And yes, sometimes you really have to wait for hours, but you have to prepare for it this way. We can be sure that they will do everything for us

It may sound strange, but it was a positive experience to have a short treatment and then to experience the professional operation of one of Hungary's leading hospitals, the true professional teamwork of dedicated young doctors, nurses and administrators. It was an uplifting feeling to feel this positive, serious, focused, tense atmosphere, as they work tirelessly for the benefit of the patients 12 hours a day. If you're a foreigner without the local medical card/number you end up sent to emergency here. I had a sore throat for a week and no other doctor would see me, all pointed me here. I found it very difficult to navigate, having to ask people on footpaths for directions even to find the emergency building. Before entry a metal box building near the entrance had someone ask me questions then perform a covid test. When inside, with much language difficulty they sent me to the nose/ear/throat building. Again not easy to find. Here I was told off for using the ground level entrance, being directed down stairs to a door. When opening the door I was yelled at to wait. After waiting a while with others queued up, another person opens the door and gets let in. Several locals who arrived after me instantly jumped the queue. I asked how long the wait time was, they laughed and said "long". Asking if that meant over an hour they said yes more. I was fed up and left. Came back in the afternoon going other staff are there, the same people were there, they remembered me and my Hungarian friend said they were all saying that I must've not waited through the queue in the morning. They were not helpful in any way, instead all trying to prove to each other that they did their job correctly. I left again. Eventually with local help I found a nose/ear/throat specialist who does private consultations for cash. If you can, avoid this place.

Awful service, disrespectful staff who speak to patients in an extremely unprofessional and belittling manner (most of them anyway). At other healthcare clinics this kind of behaviour would result in termination of employment. Looks like in this clinic, unfortunately, this is the norm. We've visited at least 4 buildings at the clinic and we had the same awful experience at all of them. They send you from one building to the other and no one knows what's going on, wasting SO much of their patients time. On top of that it's very sad that their employees feel the need to power trip at patients. I understand they might not get paid too much, but still they should be respectful to others.

09/12/23 I came to pick up the child’s certificate for the pool. The result: it is impossible to get to the doctors. There are two pediatricians working for the entire clinic (one for newborns, the second in the office for a one-step certificate). At the nurses' station they send you without an appointment "on a first-come, first-served basis" - naturally, this leads to swearing in the queues. I waited for two hours, left with nothing, because people came in a stream by appointment. ))) very competent system, I'm delighted)
