It is a terrible service from the Vigilante, who brought two dogs to the Hospital (what a hygiene thing) they serve you in waiting chairs where they give you medicine and they are not waiting to remove it when they are finished, even where they place the serum there were more medicines other patients who were no longer in the Hospital and do not pick them up to leave them in the trash. Most of the doctors and nurses, if not all, are inexperienced. I was treated by Doctor Walter Antonio Lopes Torres who diagnosed me with a kidney infection and pneumonia (with pneumonia but he sent me home) despite continuing my bad condition, I came to Barranquilla of my own free will, feeling very little improvement after the medications where, surprise, I have dengue. And then what kind of service do they provide in this clinic?

The facilities are spacious, illuminated, with air conditioning and with staff always ready to help. The parking lot is large and free.

Everything went pretty fast and the team seemed Professional, the doctor came to check on me couple of times and I could really feel she cares. It’s a pretty good hospital for South America standards .

Terrible service in the laboratory area…. Too long waiting time for fasting patients, which makes the results of some exams very unreliable. Two hours to care for only 25 patients. We arrived at 7:30 and we got file 82... it's 10:26 and they are only on file 57. At that rate, 6 hours waiting for a blood sample to be taken from the patient

Many people. The attention is not friendly upon admission, however in external insult it improves a little and in hospitalization it improves considerably more. The medical equipment and technology are good.

After entering the emergency room, they delay people up to 3 hours for a simple injection. The staff meets in the offices to talk on the cell phone and chat; Very few give priority to what is really an EMERGENCY service.

Terrible human attention, lack of humility on the part of doctors in the intensive care unit 2 floor beds from 1 to 25, especially women, my mother as a family member went to ask something, and addressed the first uniformed person calling her "woman "Do me a favor" and the lady responds, "I'm not a woman, I'm a doctor" and she leaves without saying another word. My brother, as a patient, takes too long to perform assisted position changes and personal hygiene. It lasted more than 1 hour being with him. the dirty diaper, but they do see a cell phone in the family member's hands and they run to tell them to put it away, and they use it as if nothing had happened, what a lack of respect.

For 5 consecutive days they make me fast all day waiting for a surgery around 5 pm in a rude way and without any tact that they will not operate on me, if I approach them respectfully they get indignant and respond horribly, I feel imprisoned I have been hospitalized for 12 days for some calculations .

Terrible facilities, the room we paid for without heating, the chair old and hard, the recliner broken... a 29-inch television located almost on the ceiling of the room. Not to mention that those who visited us had to wait on the street because their waiting areas do not know who they are designated for... a complete mistake to have chosen this hospital to give birth to my daughter.

The doctor is excellent, but the security personnel are disgusting, zero common sense, they treat you as if you were begging them for alms, at 8pm my sister arrived to greet my husband, but my brother-in-law was there and as he was leaving I went down to wait with her, my idea was to wait in the entrance room, which by the way was empty, and they didn't let us, they told us we had to wait outside, the truth is, that had never happened to me in a private clinic 😡 the security people were very rude

TERRIBLE SERVICE from the guards, they have ZERO empathy, AGREE in all areas, because before going I contacted them to see if they would let me in, the nurse said no problem, to mention that it is on the second floor in the short stay When the security personnel arrived, they asked me and I told them where I was going. They asked me for the name of the patient and when I told them they started searching and told me in an annoyed tone: “IT'S NOT TRUE.” A tall lady with glasses who was sitting there started rude to tell me that there was only for pregnant women, so I dialed to confirm and the RUDE lady started telling the other guards not to let me in because there was another person there that I was talking to, they really treat you like If you were committing a crime, instead of having empathy, the lady who works there is super rude, YOU KNOW WHO SHE IS because they told me that "THIS IS SHE WAS" I mean, she has several complaints, I told them that they had told me that it was possible, that I would not have gone there without asking, and they would not let me in, and they told me that the nurses and doctors DID NOT HAVE A VOICE OR VOTE, that they should dedicate themselves to their own thing, I asked them to file a formal COMPLAINT or at least a suggestion and With a mocking tone they told me: THESE ARE NOT HOURS and they passed me on to the admission card, for what? If she is the same, she told me that the only ones who had “the power” were the guards and that if they said no, it was NO, so I told her that my annoyance was that I asked if it was possible to enter, before going, and that right there they asked and told me that if the corresponding area and that I had not driven there for this to happen, she told me that she could not do anything, so AGREE IN ALL THE AREAS, so I returned and They marked me again, the nurse said to let me in, OF COURSE YOU COULD, and I told the RUDE guard again along with that lady, and another man arrived and they asked him if it was possible? And he told them yes, to let me pass... COULD NOT? They really have more empathetic and kind staff, because it is a paying hospital, and one does not go there to be treated that way, learn to have adequate service and have a complaints and suggestions department so that they can see all their areas of opportunity and improve them, do not be mediocre and stay with the complaint “that in the end nothing happens” but of course what happens, because voice in voice is the most powerful…. As for the nurses, my respects, but the guards, who are the INITIAL image of the hospital, leave you wanting to burn the bad service they have EVERYWHERE... Don't go to that hospital, there are more expensive hospitals, of better quality and you will They treat you with a lot of kindness and empathy, just like places like the IMSS where the guards have more empathy than there, not like CHRISTUS MUGUERZA, they look like police officers dealing with criminals... Terrible attendance. They ignore patients who need quick care. They keep waiting and don't justify the delay. Even with very few patients to treat. Unprepared nurses don't even know how to apply a serum into a vein. Total disregard! A thousand times Unimed hospital. Even the SUS is much better.

The reception has very good service, I cannot say the same about the service provided by the doctor on duty at this hospital, she is disrespectful towards the patient! I felt that the Doctor didn't know what she was doing, the impression she gave was that my fiancé was a laboratory mouse! At the first consultation he was teased and in the end they prescribed ibuprofen and if the symptoms persisted, he would see a specialist. We went to a specialist, they treated it like sinusitis and even though we were taking very strong medication the fever came back, we went to the emergency room again, he had a fever of 39, the doctor (the same as the first time), again gave terrible care, she couldn't find what He passed the responsibility for returning it to another employee, who recommended more medication for the inflammation, but without knowing why the inflammation didn't go away. I won't mention the doctor's name, but the appointment took place on 10/06/23 at 10:15 pm. I don't know if the hospital will see this comment and do something about it, but even if it doesn't do anything (which is very likely) I want to record here my dissatisfaction with the hospital and the poor service provided. A service where we pay for a private plan, which by the way is not cheap.

As a student, I was always welcomed by hospital professionals, especially for admission to the hospital. However, after some changes at the hospital, there is a DISTURBANCE with students, delaying our entry and jeopardizing our classes at the hospital. I write this evaluation with great regret, as it is a reference hospital, we students expected more respect and not the treatment we are receiving lately. Unfortunate. I can cite two examples that occurred to me recently. First, I had to wait more than 1h30 to enter the hospital and I missed to see a surgery. Second, due to the delay of the reception staff, my group and I had to miss 30 minutes of class!!!

Good doctors, half of the nursing staff are very attentive, and the other half need a customer service course, and there are no insurance personnel on weekends... no one from the insurance takes care of you on Saturdays or Sunday. I do not recommend👎

I can Dr. Highly recommend Fähnle Head Physician Endometriosis Center. Dr. Fähnle has a great deal of specialist knowledge, takes a lot of time for his patients and responds to their needs. A doctor that you can hardly find these days with the enormous time pressure. Simply great!

Apparently you have to be a VIP member or have private insurance to be treated reasonably well there. It's a pity that it's not only in this hospital/profession that customers are treated unfriendly and employees are bullied.☹🙁

It should be possible to give no stars at all. I had a very bad experience at the surgery department. The surgery department gave me the wrong medication and as a result the X-ray of my stomach was not what it should have been. The doctor did not write the whole truth in my report, which prompted me to contact the ombudsman. I asked for a new appointment at another hospital. Since he didn't write why I have to do a repeat of this whole investigation. Of course I had to take the 6 pills again, but without the wrong medication, and my X-ray showed a completely different picture. I will never, ever recommend this doctor and department!

I visited Sta Casa on two occasions as a patient and as a visitor, they provide an excellent service with trained doctors and well-prepared staff, I was well attended to and well treated by both......

De. Hoba Siddiqui has been my therapist for the paat 3.5 months. I couldnt not have asked for someone more patient, knowledgeable, kind and yet firm. Its been hardwork for me and therapy days make me feel sick after but I look forward to my weekly appointments with her impatiently. This hospital is sub division of main Bangkok Hospital. They are specialize in treating cancer. They have very professional physicians and staff. They are well equipped with top class medical equipments which are required for cancer treatment. They are located in separate building but adjacent to Bangkok hospital which they share other facilities with. This provides the patient privacy and comfortable environment but still receive full services facilities. This hospital is one of the top in its field in Thailand or even Asia. However, its price also on the top as well.

I had a wonderful experience in getting CS delivery for my wife. The room allotted was standard suite and it was up to the mark and clean. I found the staff very friendly and cooperative as well. The hospital services are affordable with excellent quality.

I had the worst first and it would be the last experience I had a cold and asked to be seen by a dr. The Dr.’s Name was Amani Fared! I saw the dr. I told her I have cold my nose is blocked I have a green discharges from my nose. She prescribed for me 8 different kinds of medication 💊 over the counter!! I told her I have green discharges this is indecision of infection she said take these medication now and the after 5 days I’ll give you anti biotic!! I told her I will be traveling so I need medicine. She didn’t seem very interested Now after 6 days, I am still sick and traveling please think carefully before you go to these doctors and pay for privet hospital for nothing

I visited them twice for the same problem, so I had experience the first time what medication I needed as i had to go 3 tomes just to get the right medicine.the second time I visited I was trying to tell the doctor my experience but he wouldn't listen he kept saying no no, like he knew everything you don't know unless u listen to the patient. I don't recommend this hospital for anyone as my sister also had problems with them when giving birth.

Extremely negative experience with Dr. Anil Kumar Bajaj on Sept 13th. I was informed I had diabetes but the way he treated me was horrible! No empathy or compassion. Not even an understanding tone of speaking. Mocked, belittling attitude. The nurse was witness to the whole thing. You go to a doctor because its supposed to be a safe space but I walked away in between of the appointment. Not a safe space at all. It was terrible

Doctors are quite busy but friendly. On the other hand, outside staffs are rude they dont speak english , if you are foreigners or without appointment its gonna terrible .

If you come here be prepared. I came for an infusion and left whit a thrombophlebitis. I waited 11 hours in the emergency and did not get any painkillers. I am working with my lawyer to sue them, don't go here.

I bought earlier at1030 am. I bought our breakfast and lunch. That cost 417. I have 1k but the change she gave me is 83 only I forgot that my money is 1k. Shoutout to the fat lady with long hair. The worst service I've ever experienced with a government hospital. The staff lack empathy to ailing patients, talking to them in a condescending manner. Instructions are given in sparse, showing lack of organizational skills. Patients who have been waiting to undergo procedure tend to wait more, asking them to go back after completing yet another instruction. The patient I'm with- a 71 year old, who was instructed to fast for 10 hours (last meal was dinner the day before) has not eaten anything yet considering it's already 3:19pm - no breakfast and lunch at all. Now, we were instructed to drink something and wait another hour for the chemical to take effect and be seen in the CT scan considering that we've been waiting for more than 2 hours. Then, they ask us to purchase something for the patient to take before the actual procedure. I mean, why didn't they tell us beforehand? I would've given a 0 score but the review doesn't allow that. Really terrible. If someone from this department is reading this, I'd like for you to take note of the photos of the staff inside the MRI & CT scan that need some sort of counseling or a refresher on customer service and empathy.

The surgery area and staff were great, the room was clean, and the doctor and nurses were very efficient. The rest of the ground floor public area was dirty, especially the toilets, where there was no toilet paper and no hand drying facilities. There was no hand sanitiser throughout.

Went after a hart attack and needed a triple bypass. Everthing was no problem and staff very frendly three days of tests opration on the fourth taken home by amblance a few days later. Would highly recomend if your are having a hart attack.

Great experience with the oncology department at Hospital Del Vinalopo. I was diagnosed with a breast cancer by Dr Lucia Hernandez Sanchez who was sensitive and knowledgeable. The surgery went well and appears to have been successful. All the support staff was very helpful and professional. They ensured I had a smooth preparation for a surgery. I appreciate that my oncologist, Dr Pablo Salches Ortiz, not only speaks English language but also listens to my concerns, taking time to go over the diagnosis and treatment options clearly. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout all my treatment. I would highly recommend this hospital.

They don’t give an estimated waiting time for surgery- they kept pushing my surgery. I had to stay without eating any food or drinking any water for 24+ hours as they kept pushing my surgery. But overall the staff and doctors are very kind. They took care of me really well even though I didn’t speak German!

This place really deserves 0 stars. I’m sure there are hospitals in third world countries that have better service than this place. First of all, the Emergency Room receptionists don’t speak even basic English . Which is unbelievable being in a large international city with a high population of foreigners. They were basically unsympathetic and useless despite me being doubled over in pain. Where do I even begin with what I experienced here? I was admitted at 5am on Monday morning. The place was empty. Despite this, no one ever came to check on me for hours after putting in my IV and I woke up to it sucking my blood out. My toilet didn’t work which was a nightmare with constant vomiting and diarrhea . There was no toilet paper and despite me bringing this up to someone several times throughout the night it was never replaced. Because I had no way to flush the toilet or given any alternatives (even a trash can to vomit in would have been nice) I was forced to just keep stacking all my expulsions into the blocked toilet. For my second IV the nurses put it in wrong, no one noticed until the doctor came in hours later and saw it. I decided to discharge myself and when I left I saw all the nurses and support staff in the hallway chatting about their weekends and playing around on their phones. Absolutely despicable. Since this has been noted by several other reviewers, I believe there needs to be some firing of personnel and change of management. The room itself was also very unhygienic and reeked of urine and homelessness (similar to Hauptbahnhof) which made my already bad nausea even worse 🤮🤮🤢. The negligence at this hospital is out of this world and should be called out.

My sister had a serious operation in this hospital 4 days ago. After the operation, she spent the first night in the intensive care unit. My sister was very satisfied with the treatment in that department and felt calm. After transferring to the public sector, everyone is still very kind and helpful. Very clean hospital, with professional and lovely staff. And also the atmosphere is beautiful.
