Bad services, appointments are always delayed, the billing area is very poor. I have an appointment that I have been waiting for for more than two months because there is no agenda, it is supposed to be at 9:20, it is 9:35 and I am in line to be able to check in from 8:40 and nothing is moving forward. The tedious thing about the place is always in the billing area. The appointment is practically lost.

In the emergency room the service is complicated, especially because of the nurses, but in hospitalization things change and it is very nice, the doctors are always kind and the little angels are sweet.

The worst hospital arrived due to an emergency of a cut finger at work since 8pm and it is 330am and no doctor or anyone shows up to take the respective points, the doctors sleeping and the worst people on the floor

Be careful in this clinic!!! Due to staff shortages, employees are prohibited from taking sick leave. Serves employees with ARVI, influenza and other seasonal diseases. There is a real risk of not only not being cured, but also of catching something contagious as a gift. For me, this is a so-so bonus program!

We had an appointment with the surgeon on October 23, 2023, paid for the consultation, and the operation was scheduled for October 24 at 21:00. In addition to the cost of the operation, the cost of the consultation was also included in the bill. When asked why there was another consultation if it was yesterday, and today we came for the operation, the administrator’s answer was that this was a repeat consultation. Actually, the doctor performed the operation, no so-called consultation was carried out, but an extra 2200 rubles. no one removed it from the bill. There are no complaints about the doctor’s work; the operation was performed well.

The clinic is what all of our medicine should be. I was lying in the ward and I couldn’t even believe that this place was a hospital and not a sanatorium. Everything is perfectly arranged. It’s convenient to take tests, the doctors are polite. The result of treatment is that all polyps are removed.

If you're a tourist, for your safety please DON'T go there. No English, not helpful, non professional and most of all they insisted that I pay although I was explaining to them that I have a proof that I have a European insurance card. After a lot of time, they called the only doctor that could speak English and he explained to me that there was a misunderstanding because they didn't believe that I was a citizen of the European union. How is that possible while I gave them many time my ID with belgian nationality and proof of European insurance??? The second doctor also gave me pain killers and apologized that the first doctor didn't give me any and didn't explain me what happened. I will file a complaint mentioning the name of the incompetent nurse and doctor because it's not normal to be so incompetent while having a big "European union" flag in front of the hospital while not knowing the applicable rules. I had to stay there until midnight to solve it while I was I pain. My attempt to give them my phone with Google translate where useless because they didn't want to help. A big thanks to the second doctor.

Was treated with much care and professionalism. In 5 minutes the procedures had alread started and everyone did their best to overcome language barriers. Thanks!

We have been unable to find a doctor who will accept English-speaking patients and I HAD to use the hospital emergency today. My daughter was ill. I didn’t know which area to take her - adult or children’s - she is 15. The intake clerk downstairs was obviously a bit irritated that I didn’t understand her but she was willing to use her phone to translate and instructed me to go upstairs to the children’s ward. I was a bit confused because there isn’t a check-in window in what appears to be a waiting room. You must press a buzzer next to the closed door. I had to watch someone else who came in after 🫣 to see what to do. The nurse didn’t speak English but the PA (or perhaps she was a doctor) spoke well enough that we managed. (I got the impression that if we had been Ukrainian, we would have had to go somewhere else for treatment. But we’re American and have foreigner’s insurance.) We were treated kindly and well. Fortunately it wasn’t a busy morning so my daughter was seen immediately. I was also pleased by how nice the lady at the pharmacy downstairs was. She spoke English and made sure I understood how to take the medicine prescribed and also that I had a copy to give to insurance for reimbursement. I didn’t know to ask for that and am grateful.

I want to thank all the staff, especially the nurses and doctors. They were wonderful, they were funny, they had humanity and compassion. I wish you all the best for you and those you love.

Shame on this hospital, there is NEVER toilet paper in any of the bathrooms, and worse, there is never hand soap!!! How is that possible in a place that is supposed to be clean and even sterile. I’ve been here many times now (unfortunately I have to, there’s nothing I can do about it) and it’s always the same no matter if it’s 8 in the morning or 9 at night.

Be wary of this as a traveling foreigner, they will help locals first, then class you by a color. You will wait 8 hours and even in the case of a broken bone, you cannot have ice. Pushed to the bottom of the list every hour. Italians hate tourists and especially Americans. Be safe, reach out to embassy if you have issues, they can guide you

I arrived on time for my MRI appointment. Staff very friendly and competent. After that I had to reschedule an operation date in the gynecology department. The ward sister personally took me to the outpatient clinic, where the head of the department immediately addressed my concerns and kindly and even arranged the anesthesia appointment for me. There is so much complaining about outpatient clinics and hospitals, there needs to be some praise. Thank you very much and kind regards! Barbara Munzinger

Very modern, clean and friendly. The staff were all just great! My daughter, 11 years old, has an injury to her foot and was thoroughly examined, including an x-ray - all in about 45 minutes! A huge thank you from all of us!

A big thank you to the entire staff of the Rohrbach Hospital, especially to the surgical team. As soon as I was accepted, I felt understood and I was told that I would be treated with warmth. The inpatient admission was overwhelming. Everyone was friendly, in a good mood, always concerned about their patients. In my opinion, our Austrian health system is currently sliding into the abyss, but the KH Rohrbach has proven to be well organized and stable. Thanks again for the great care.

Nobody likes to be sick, but when they are, they wish they had a hospital like this. Top staff, fully motivated and friendly. It's the same with doctors. These people more than deserve my rare five stars. Only the food could be better. Otherwise, hats off and respect.

Hello, I got a new hip. Been to several hospitals but this one was great. The sisters are always ready, very friendly and helpful. You never heard an unfriendly word, no matter how many times you rang the bell. The doctors calmly answered all of your questions. Terrible service, absurd delay at reception of more than 40 minutes. Unprepared employees with no information on service protocols. Both for scheduling by phone and in person. I scheduled an MRI and confirmed the information before making the call and when I arrived to be seen on the second attempt (as the first time I was unable to be seen because the exam was 2 hours late) the attendant gave me completely different information, stating that I would need to change the order on behalf of the council, and I confirmed it with the telephone attendant twice regarding the council. Anyway, on top of that, I agreed to take the exam because I was urgently required, but it was 1h30 late, which ended up being a little longer. The hospital used to be excellent, but it has lost its quality, I don't recommend it.

Terrible in terms of hospitalization... I arrived at the hospital with my daughter with blood in her stool... I was well looked after in the ER and, after carrying out the tests, the doctor informed me that hospitalization would be necessary. We were directed to the infirmary and here I have been ever since. I was admitted to the hospital on 11/27/23 at 7:58 pm. I signed the authorization for hospitalization on 11/28/23 at 01:48 and now it is 15:50 on 11/28/23 and we are still here in the infirmary... They should warn you before admitting you about all this! A lack of respect. My daughter has been on a stretcher for 14 hours and I was sitting in a chair for hours and after a lot of complaining, they put an armchair...

DON’T HAVE CHILDREN IN THIS PLACE😡😡 Worst experience possible, we signed a maternity plan at this unit, everything was wonderful when presented, I thought it would be a good place for my wife and daughter. My wife went into labor so we went to the hospital. Arriving at the location, my wife went to the service. There was no room available, so we did the whole process by pushing our bags around the hospital. I asked the receptionist who informed me that this is quite common at the place, as it happens every day and so I asked someone from management (both rude) and said that I would only have a room around 9 am and at that time it was around midnight. night and a half. Of course it didn't happen, he only got to the room around 2:30 pm. In short, my wife had our daughter, I continued through the hospital pushing suitcases, all of this was nothing close to what my wife went through. THEY SIMPLY LEFT MY WIFE FOR 5 HOURS IN THE RECOVERY ROOM ALONE WITH THE BABY AFTER A RACHI BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ROOM I CAN'T GET OUT OF MY HEAD HER CRYING TELLING ME Several women passed through the recovery room and went to their rooms, and they remained there with no one to help. We arrived at our room after much insistence and were poorly attended to by the staff while my wife went through what she went through. I was a patient at the Department of Surgical Oncology D at NOU Klenová I want to express a huge THANK YOU to all the staff in this department for their incredibly kind attitude, empathy and care day and night. The nurses are very kind and always smiling, willing to help day and night, excellent food, beautiful environment. I felt like I wasn't even in the hospital in Slovakia. The operation was successfully conducted under the leadership of Mayor Karaba, who is a great professional. Thanks also go to the entire staff in the surgical clinics where we go as patients for check-ups. Every single patient in Slovakia deserves such excellent care.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who is undergoing chemotherapy treatment at Apollo Hospital. We are extremely disappointed with the quality of service she has received. On multiple occasions, including today, she was served food infested with rice weevils during her stay at the cancer day care center in Apollo Hospital, Bhat. To make matters worse, my mother even contracted typhoid last month while undergoing chemotherapy. As her son, I am deeply concerned about her well-being. It is crucial for cancer patients to have access to proper nutrition and a sterile environment, and Apollo Hospital has failed to provide this. I urge potential patients and their families to think twice before choosing Apollo Hospital. The recurring issue of rice weevils in the food and the subsequent health risks are simply unacceptable. The trust we placed in this hospital has been shattered. I kindly request the hospital administration to take immediate action and address these issues. Patients deserve the highest standard of care, and the fees charged should reflect the quality of service provided.

To all ONGCians, Don't go APOLLO HOSPITAL Bhat if you have life threatening disease as they will make a case as ONGC provide free medical and even temporary doctors in ONGC dispensary are involved in this. Special Note: Don't take treatment from Dr Vishal Choksi as before Biopsy he spoke very rudely with my father who was 4th stage cancer patient at that time and this doctor talk very badly with him. Dr Vishal Choksi did blunder during biopsy too which we can understand doctor are humans and they can make mistakes but this doctor is not good human as he don't know how to talk with patients. I am writing this review at 3:37 am you can understand how I am going through even after a year of my father's demise. All cancer patients need utmost care esp from doctors and staffs. Please choose wisely and don't seek treatment if that doctor name is Vishal choksi.

My advice don't don't go this Hospital. I completed my radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment this Hospital. Treatment is Good and the staff but the doctor doesn't ask your problems and try to cure it only for money he is getting money with out bill and medicines without prescription and the medicines are too expensive. He is doing chemotherapy treatment in his own hospital near his home without bill only. Try to avoid go there

Few nurses are not well trained, no bedsheet and pillow for one relative that stay with patient. I will update my review later also.

I am a cancer patient . I thought the name CBCC is very huge but this hospital is very bag. I dnt know who these people are giving them 5stars they are all fake . No one going on these hospital it is very risky for patient health. When some one goes to this hospital he not care his patient his ICU unit is very bad. I have wrost experience in past few month 5-7 patient died in front of me. His management is rudely behavior with patient colleges it is very dangerous hospital.

This is a research hospital that serves thousands of women every year. I have been seen by a doctor within two days from my mammography and with what seems to be a fixed delay of three weeks between cosnultation-operation-reconsultation I am now on my way for radiotherapy. It is unbelievable that you get this level of expertise for free, in the states you would have to pay a fortune. The doctors are understandably buzy and will not spend too much time with you, however, there is psycologists, nurses, sophrology classes and all sorts of stuff that you have access to. It is a world class centre and we are all very lucky to have access to it in times of need.

My partner is in the hospital, he is French. I have come from Scotland to be with him. Is there any reasonable priced accommodation near the hospital. Thank you

We chose this clinic solely based on reviews and I can say that the Euroonko clinic really lives up to my assessment. We came here with a serious diagnosis. In 2020, after the closure of hospitals due to Covid, I was only admitted to Euroonco. They provided the necessary assistance and began treatment. After CT, surgery was performed. I just went there for biopsy. There is no proper communication. Absolutely greedy. Exorbitant charging. Please do not prefer the hospital. Staffs are arrogant. A 2 ml syring is coating rs. 18. Shamless hospital. They suck your blood say it is not tasty.

I am currently undergoing chemotherapy as an inpatient at this hospital in the Ellis ward. I can only speak from my experience and I would say I am extremely happy with the care I am receiving. All staff from the reception desk to the oncologists are friendly and attentive. I believe I am in very good hands and feel all of my needs and fears are cared for. The staff all love what they do and nothing ever seems to too much trouble for them. I would recommend this hospital highly to anyone who unfortunately gets struck by this ba%tard disease. Excellent theatre staff and informed follow up by doctors. Wilson Ward is however very noisy. Visitors are allowed to talk loudly and lights on until 11pm so difficult to sleep. Nursing staff (bar 1) is excellent. Food is good. Cleanliness is also very good. Well run. Helpful volunteers.

Having had very long and complex medical history I have come to thoroughly dislike doctors and hospitals, so it takes something quite extraordinary to garner 5* from me. The Marsden is definitely that extraordinary place with equally amazing care and fantastic team work throughout. For me care was co-ordinated and faultless. Also the food wasn't bad, which is a small miracle in itself!

My comment only concerns the space which serves as a cafeteria.... a long wait... in the cold!! Talk to you about it, we send you for a walk, I hear the security agent making fun of my request, and tells his colleague that he is under the air conditioning, ... in short, frozen radiator, when wait, and we eat in the cold, I can tell you that it is most unpleasant

SCANDALOUS!!! Where does our money go??? In an obscene parking rate, only one cash register at the end, puddles everywhere, a swimming pool (1 meter wide, 2 meters long and 10 centimeters deep) to get out and reach the ICL, and a Pyramid staircase Mayan slippery, because the totally necessary elevator for people with reduced mobility is BROKEN.

Operated by Dr. HEJL at the end of July, I have excellent memories of my brief visit to the 5th floor just after my operation. The nursing staff (and non-nursing staff) were adorable... I take my hat off to them for their work which is not easy every day. A little nod to this duo of caregivers with whom one morning we imitated the meows of the 😸 in front of the anesthetist! (I occupied room 502 until August 3) Really thank you for your good care! The meals were of high quality and appetizing (which is rather rare in hospitals). I can say that in my case the support was perfect.
