Today was my first time at a Danish dentist and I was positively surprised! Due to an accident I brok 4 teeth, I got an appointment already on the next day and Rasmus took good care of me. It was no problem to get my treatment in English. I was informed about every step they are planning to do, and I got an additional x-ray from my jaw because it was hurting after my fall. I am very happy with the quick but precise and perfect solution. When a tooth was polished Rasmus did it carefully step by step, until I was satisfied with the smoothness. I would recommend this dentist to my friends and will come back in the future.

I went to this clinic for x-rays as I had a lot of pain in my tooth. I had to wait for 20 days for the appointment that I booked. After that, they told me that I need a root canal treatment which in their website they mention for a front tooth it costs 5100DKK. However the dentist that saw the x-rays has told me that it will cost from 5000-6000 DKK, and then it has increased even more when I finally decided to book the appointment for the root canal (they told me around 7000 DKK). Of course the appointment would be after 15 more days waiting. Moreover, they decided that I also need a cleaning treatment that would cost extra money. After the first appointment I was feeling a lot of pain and thus I called them and they booked an extra meeting with me just to prescribe some antibiotics, something that they could do from the first appointment. Of course I had to pay again for this consultation. Thus, I decided to find another clinic that would take more seriously my situation and an offer for the root canal treatment with almost half of the price. However the new clinic asked for the x-ray and contacted the secretary of Tandlæge ved Søerne in order to send the x-ray with an email. Of course the secretary has never sent the x-ray even when I personally called her and asked her to do so. Overall, apart from the dentists who were looking professional, this clinic looks more like a scam that offers overpriced treatments. It seems that they just want to earn as much money as possible and of course they can find the way to do it. However someone should tell them that dentistry is not a luxurious comfort but a necessity for a healthy life.

Got a root canal from Omid and I would rate the experience a million out of ten if I could. Omid kept telling me what to expect, when to expect it, etc. Superb communication and just overall a pleasure, all things considered.

What a great experience ! I came to this dentist with a painful wisdom tooth. I started the consultation with Nadia and she was really amazing and understand my pain ! I had another dentist called Ula after who came to remove the tooth. She was also really nice, professional and smiling. They both make me at ease. Top Dentist anywhere. It's hard to praise Dr. Alonso enough. Im positive there is nothing he can't do. Here is the straight scoop for Americans. Speaks amazing English so communication is simple. His website is set up so that if you follow and do what it says then you will be surprised at how easy everything is. The quoted cost was actually higher than the actual cost of my treatment. My cost in the U.S. and at a quality dental office would have been in the range of 25-30k. Yes.. no joke!! My cost was around 9k. In the U.S. the dental procedures, and they were NUMEROUS would have taken literally a year and im being conservative here. My time spent was 5 days in the office with a return visit in the future for the finished implants. Virtually painless....and the assistant was actually a Dentist as well and she was Fantastic. State of the art equipment....seriously my Dentist in Miami does not have this. I could go on and on and would be glad to assist anyone with their decision. I dont want to post my telephone info but Dr. Alonso is free to give it out at his discretion. Or email address. If you have never traveled to the Dominican Republic and are apprehensive...well don't be. I was picked up at the airport by a transportion gentleman that works for the office. Spoke English which was great because my Espanol is horrible. He drove me to an imaging center a few blocks away and back and to my hotel that was convenient to the office. Of course back to the airport when I left. The dental office will assist you with pretty much everything so no worries there. Santo Domingo is safe. Just use your head and stay in good areas like the dental office. Very nice area with a great place across the street to eat (or soup and a latte)..In my case. I can't wait to go back and finalize everything then do some hiking up north in the Jungle!!! Dr. Alonso is first-class, a dental artist and is doing a lot of people a whole lot of good. I work in the medical field and was hesitant to travel outside of the US for this treatment. I did my research and would see Dr. Alonso again tomorrow if I could. My experience was nothing short of spectacular and the results- WOW- I am complimented on my smile every single day, which means the world to me….a girl who never smiled because I was insecure that my teeth did not show. Dr Jonathan Collado is the best and most recommended dentist in Santo Domingo. His high level of professionalism and experience makes him a top dentist . His staff is amazing and welcoming. Rosana is amazing, very sweet, and professional . I’ve had veneers done and couldn’t be happier ! Also had my family’s dental procedures and braces done at this clinic .. They have it all here. Dr.Florentino is marvelous from the beginning of reviewing the reviews he had on Google I automatically knew he was the dentist I had to see, from the first visit I advised him of why I came to him I came for RESULTS , I told him how much of my confidence I lost in my life of constant bad breath from poor dental work done before he found the root cause of the problem and gave me different options to choose from with affordable prices, this Dr knew his stuff and he meant business very friendly and well spoken. I got my front teeth masked here. Asked for the color I was comfortable with but when the dentist was finished the masked teeth looked yellow in comparison to the surrounding. Considering it was a cosmetic procedure I expected the dentist to give me what I requested. Anyway before they continue with any procedure make sure to confirm after every step or expect disappointment

I was searching for the best dental Clinic in Nairobi and that's how I came across this great clinic.i called them and I managed to get same day appointment.my problem was,anytime I eat anything sweet,salty or hard I was having too much pain..Thanks to Dr mugo and her team for a great job, at least now I can eat anything after only 2 times visit.first day they cleaned my low teeth and second day they were to clean upper ones and that's when she noticed my upper one had an issue.they did an X-ray and they were able to identify my problem.one tooth was extracted and 2 tooth I had a root canal.the procedure was painless.i didn't experience any pain..many thanks to Dr mugo and your team..I can't thank u enough..I'm so glad I made the best choice...

I had a great experience here and was able to book the same day on a Saturday, which I really appreciated. The dentist was knowledgeable and did a thorough job with my cleaning. It was also very affordable too compared to other dentists in Nairobi.

Dr.Jyoti Bahra is a great dentist that understood my needs from the time i stepped into her clinic as she was honest with alot of compassion and took time to explain what needs to be done and indeed provides valuable advice. She is always warm and welcoming and not satisfied until their patient is happy with whatever work may have been needed. My gratitude for Dr. Jyoti Bahra and her staff goes beyond the stars! Had a cracked tooth on the side of my cavity filling and they were able to fix it the same day! Obviously, it was bothersome day one because of the drilling and fill, but the next day I felt nothing and it's great to have a tooth I can use again! Highly recommend!!

I can not stress how bad this clinic is. I did 3 years of braces when I was young, 0 to little communication, vocalization & care about the patients wants and needs from the dentist. My teeth got ruined: got a gap between my teeth, the dentist pinched them back to place the 3 times it happened, and insisted I couldn’t get an internal retainer, this caused surrounding teeth to move; result is I have bunny teeth that are not aligned. My teeth are also slightly swayed to the left, they don’t go down straight from my gums. The dentist doesn’t care about the aesthetic. Cold responses to inquiries, concerns, and emails. And I payed 4.500$. I still struggle with my teeth to this day. And I have to undergo another round of treatments to fix my teeth. I probably will never be able to get nice teeth and fix everything, only what’s possible. Forget about this clinic and go to AUBMC.

This is by war the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. After being a loyal customer of Dr. basho back when I was 10, I expected a better treatment and a unique experience. Since Dr. Bacho doesn’t treat adults, I was told that Dr. Bassel doughan is the one who’s responsible for all adults. So, I took an appointment with him and I wish i never did. After arriving to my appointment on time, I had to wait for 35 mins and then I was surprised to see another doctor who did my checkup. She was his assistant. Im sorry, but I signed up for Dr bassel, not his assistant. He only showed up at the very end of the checkup for about 5 mins and introduced himself. What a showoff!! He didn’t even bother asking me about my problem! Even his assistant did an x-ray to see if I have any dental cavities, and then she told me that I had 5 dental cavities on my left side, I was devastated! Only when I thought that things that cant get any worse, on my way to the gate, they followed me to the door and charged me 50 dollars for the x-ray images. What the hell? I mean, the doctor didn’t even bother looking at these x-ray images to tell me what my problem is, he blindly relied on his so-called “assistant” who i believe misdiagnosed me. A few days after that, I visited another dental clinic, they did panoramic x-ray images and it turns out that I had only one dental cavity on the left side!!! Wow, Dr. bassel doughan and his assistant and this whole stupid clinic should be shut down!! All they aim for is stealing people’s money and misdiagnosing them!

I have known Dr. Riad Basho from more than 20 years when he had a private clinic in Bristol and I can sincerely vow that he is the best dentist for kids and this is not coming only from my feedback but also from the feedback of every mum I recommended Dr. Basho to her. Besides being professional he is also a friendly and courteous doctor who cares about his patients.

Dr Moreno has been my dentist for some years now and I consider here a top professional and attentive person. I appreciate her attention to detail and special care as I have special needs regarding my gums. I highly recommend her and consider her a reference in Luxembourg!

Booked a dental cleaning appointment with Dr Moreno. Usually professional cleaning takes approx 45min which is also what was confirmed on the phone. The cleaning took 5 mins, during which I was basically showered with cleaning solution and walked out with white toothpasty stains all over my face, hair, trousers etc. - the dentist sent me to the bathroom to clean up, it was that bad!! Never had I ever had such a messy and unprofessional experience. Was charged extra for “polish” which I didn’t request and wasn’t informed of and don’t believe my teeth were professionally cleaned anyway. Overall I’d stay away from this clinic, not recommended!

Booked an appointment for a teeth whitening…just to be told after I arrived that they don’t have the product anymore. Such a disrespect for the patients that take some time to come.

Update: The administration returned the money for the prosthesis. Thank you) I had a crown installed here in August. The installation was surprisingly painful, and the prosthesis itself was too high, so that the remaining teeth did not fit together despite significant filing, which is already a bad sign. A week later, she returned with complaints of a strong putrid odor from the tooth and inflamed gums, which did not go away even after professional cleaning by a doctor. Oleg Nikolaevich, without even sending me for an x-ray, prescribed a mouthwash, laughed and sent me home. I had to go to another clinic and it turned out that there was a GAP between the crown and the tooth, where bacteria bloomed and pus collected. The symptoms went away as soon as it was removed. I have had no problems or discomfort with a new crown from another doctor for a year now. I can understand why complications arose; the tooth was not easy. But I still don’t understand why all the complaints were ignored, although they pointed to poor quality work. The arrogance and unwillingness of the doctor to correct his mistakes is simply amazing. It’s worth mentioning separately how my appointment was canceled without warning, which I found out about when I arrived at the clinic, and how my prosthesis during fitting was confused with someone else’s because they didn’t even sign them.

I categorically do not recommend this clinic for several reasons: lack of professionalism, ethics and deontology - zero, poor knowledge in the field (the name of the doctor is not specific). The child was left untreated and with a psychological trauma after the following ordeal: Examination, the child is crying, the attempt to give anesthesia (with inappropriate doses and in the wrong place) - obviously the child is crying They tried to clean it - the child couldn't resist the pain, the hysterical doctor says: I think it's a bigger problem and we can't do anything! Pay for the anesthesia! Goodbye! At the next clinic, the doctor solved the problem! He contradicted the unprofessional approach from Clasic Dent! Be careful !
