NO CONSULTATION, REQUEST TO SEND A PHOTO OF THE KNEE TO CONTACT 1 HOUR LATER, FOR A DIAGNOSTIC. IT’S A JOKE !!!! AND TO LEARN THAT YOU REFUSED A PATIENT WITH AN EAR INFECTION AND THAT HE MAY HAVE TO LOSE TYMPAN (WHAT HIS DOCTOR TOLD HIM THE FOLLOWING DAY) AND THAT ANOTHER PATIENT WAS REFUSED DESPITE AN OPENING WOUND ON HIS HEAD. Had terrible pain that went from my jaw through my ear and to my head for a few days. I decided to wait until to see if it would go away, but it didn’t. Since it was a Sunday and the pain was interfering with my day to day life, I decided to call to get some advice. I was treated really well on the phone and was told to come in later that day. Once I met the doctor, it was a different story. No interest in helping me at all, told me it’s a pity I’m in pain and haven’t been able to sleep but it’s not her problem, this isn’t an emergency. Turns out I had two infected wisdom teeth. Be wary of their advice… I was lucky my GP told me to run to the dentist. 3 surgeries later and I’m in no more pain.

Lack of experienced professionals. Appointments with a year delay. Wrong assessments and rude stuff. It’s better to go to Belgium or Germany for better treatment. They don’t take their patients serious at all

Do not go here. In our experience there, they did not take our pain seriously. On top of that, they made sexist comments!! I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything.

I have visited Orthopedics department 2 times, really awesome service. Could be better, little more waiting time however currently it is really good, humble staffs and polite in nature.

Negligent in their duties, they don't follow medical guidelines. Many workers are just arogant and would want you soon out of thier way rather than trying to find the cause for your ailment. It's sad they are a university who make helathcare workers of such low quality.

This hospital is part of the inherited Mexico, with a staff with the excellence that experience provides, but fatigue periodically takes its toll, so as a patient, everyone will talk about how the fair went. The staff makes an effort for the shortcomings they work with and for such a diverse population. More hospital centers like this are needed for this city. Abroad, dozens and even a few hundred spend hours and even days waiting for care for family members, either for medical appointments and studies, as well as those who are hospitalized for days in these facilities. There are those who already go with a folding bench, others rent chairs, umbrellas and some institutions offer a tent for those who come from afar to accompany a family member during their hospitalization period.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional care and support provided by your hospital staff during my recent visits. In particular, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to (Doctor Aatif Shaikh, Consultant Physician , UROLOGY) and the entire medical team involved in my treatment. Their expertise, compassion, and dedication have made a significant difference in my recovery. I would also like to take this opportunity to provide some feedback and make a recommendation regarding the booking of required tests, such as X-rays, blood tests, and especially ultrasound appointments after the operation. I believe implementing an automated system to schedule these tests before visiting the doctor would greatly benefit patients.

Overall great facility (especially after the renovation) and very good doctors. I would have placed reviews on many of their doctors across several departments but many of them have left. Right now, I can highly speak about Dr Nathalie El Moukari, consultant radiologist. She’s confident and very thorough in her examination and takes the time to explain to the patient their situation and what they need to do. She communicates very well in, at least, three languages. Her team, I can cite Ms Mandy, is equally pleasant to deal with. The clinic is clean. Parking lots are available.

Did my regular eye checkup here. Waited for long time. The doctor said all fine but I wasn’t sure as I felt some Difficulties in reading. So went to Al Ahalia hospital for another checkup. The checkups done at Mediclinic are lesser and they didn’t go in depth for complete understanding of issues. Will avoid in future. Not worth the money paid and time Spent..

The care I received at this hospital was excellent. The doctors, nurses, and other staff were all very professional and knowledgeable. They were also very kind and compassionate, and they made me feel comfortable and well-cared for during my stay.

The worst inpatient experience! The rooms are not that clean, the nursing staff is so unorganized. They did not keep a proper log of the medications that were given to my son. I had to tell them which medicines which given and which were still to be taken. The nurse station is so loud! The nurses and doctors are extremely loud in the middle of the night and have no consideration for the patients. The quality of the food/meals is horrible too. The doctors here are good but everything else needs major improvements!

Dr Khaled Al Aal Vascular surgeon @ Medi Clinic Town Centre. One of the nicest, most humble and thoughtful surgeons I’ve encountered. He is definitely worth the visit by anyone who has been suffering with their varicose or spider veins.

It was an amazing experienced! When I go for check up for severe cough flu, due to the weather change. When I reach to Mediclinic Al ain, I was entertain directly by the reception guy who's named Javudullah Balkiaz Khan this guy promote the quality and equality of the hospital. And to mention the nurses that checking my vitals, they are very attentive to the patient, and mostly the doctor, she come several times into my room to check and explained about my status of what I fell. The injection staff in the injection room on the first floor are really bad. If they can't find a blood vessel, they just keep inserting and turning the needle back and forth. Don't you know how the patients feel? There wasn't even an apology at the end, which was really bad!

The doctor made an appointment for us to receive the second dose of the vaccine half a year ago. However, the hospital called us 2 hours before the day of vaccination to say that the vaccine was out of stock (people were already on the way from Xizhi) and said there was no need to go there. Because I have to cancel the reservation I made half a year ago, and I don’t know when it will be in stock. If I want to buy it, I can go outside and buy it myself! This kind of casual attitude towards handling things is really disgraceful! 1. If the appointment made six months ago was not "guaranteed to reserve the vaccine for administration," shouldn't it be mentioned in advance when making the appointment? 2. When you find that the stock is almost out, can you not notify us in advance? I had already asked for leave that day to get vaccinated, but ended up visiting clinics and other hospitals asking if the vaccine was available. The second dose was scheduled, and the feeling of being swayed was really bad.

In general it is old, the elevators are bad, slow and it is super big, the facilities are a little poorly maintained, the elevators and in my case to access the arrhythmia secretariat you have to go with a map and counting the steps go up to 5 and then go down to 4 because there is a closed part of the hospital. But as excellent quality specialists and within everything they comply with everything. (There is very little availability of hours).

Very undesirable environment for some of group of the employees with no SOP from HR. Without proper protocol for meal time duration. Limited food variety in-house for the group of employees. Shift/annual leave schedule planning with non standard protocol and left it to department in-charge with unequal treatment subjected to their whim and fancy. Management may need to review to provide a better positive work environment to all.

Came to one of their clinics located here. Given wrong station exit info by Goggle maps (had to wait and cross the traffic junction twice), and exit 1 is the correct exit that leads up to the hospital. Staff at the front desk should be more attentive in the morning when patrons approached the desk. Had to "interrupt" to get to the right building.

I had an ongoing ear infection. I was seen by one the Ear, nose and throat doctor. I had a follow-up appointment at 10am, I had a confirmation text the day before. I took the day off work as I also had another doctor appointment at 11.30 not in the same hospital. Anyway, at 9.55am I got a call from Acibadem, someone speaking Turkish, I said in English please and then they hung up. Then at 9.57am I had another call from the hospital, this time someone speaking English saying that my appointment had changed to 11am, because my doctor arrived at that time. 3 minutes before the appointment and then I had to wait one hour, no explanations given, nothing. Last week, I was at the hospital with my relative . We did a PET-CT and MRI scan. The oncologist wasn’t there that week, but we discussed with the hospital that we would do the interpretation of the results remotely with the doctor because we live in Tirana, Albania. However, it’s been 3 days, and they haven’t responded. I turned to your hospital with the idea that I might find a solution there. You would have to be an absolute idiot to use this hospital, especially if you are not a Turk! I called today for an appointment and was told I would have to pay in Euro because I was not Turkish, but if I was from another Middle East country I would pay the same as the Turks. I have lived in Turkey for years, and married to a Turkish man. We make the Turkish LIRA! This is not the first bad experience we have had with this Hospital. This hospital will do everything they can to cheat you out of a dollar. I'm sure the doctors are good, but reception is slow inefficient most of the windows are closed and the few people there are are gossiping with each other instead of accepting patients. I went 3hours early to be sure to have my prebooked Cardiology appointment and arrived at the nurses desk at cardiology an hour before as I needed an ECG. The rude nurse laughed at my booking and asked me if I booked it myself. Yes I answered but I need the booked ECG as that's what is writen on the doctors door. She threw my sheet to one side and said we will call you 45minutes later noone called I went to ask her again. She told me to sit down. They the 4nurses were all chatting together and doing nothing. I went to this clinic for an emergency case and an ent (ear, nose and throat) doctor saw my ear and gave me an ear drop with a nose one. The staff was very friendly and helped me with English speaking. They even have the registration form in different languages. Great.

1. Nobody speaks English in the Information 2. They send me to have a corona rapid test to a apotheke/pharmacy a few meters away, while I was hurting 3. The doctor didn’t check my breathing, my heart pulses, my blood and yet he diagnosed me and gave me pills Well guess what happened after 3! Totally thrilled and equally disappointed at the same time. From the surgical team, preparation, operation and recovery room as well as the care on ward 3 B, everything was great 👍. I wouldn't be here today after 9 days without these helpful people. Thanks especially to Dr. Hessler who operated on my lumbar spine. I was very disappointed 1. that there was no physiotherapy in the house that would have mobilized me a little better. And 2. and I personally find this the worst: I had to fill out and sign a lot of forms so that everything was done for the AHB when it came to discharge management. Unfortunately everyone was sick and no one cared. Anyone can get sick, but then the work that has been left behind has to be caught up on. The patient relies on it. If I hadn't asked by phone today, I would have waited a very long time. And then I received a statement that couldn't be true. You are no longer a patient here, you must contact your treating doctor. I immediately called the health insurance company; completely wrong statement. The application can be submitted until the time for AHB is over. The discharge management was instructed by me to take care of this through my numerous signatures, regardless of whether I was still in the hospital or not. Very bad management.

Very quiet and in nature, which is a clear plus point for the location. A lot more care could be taken in the green area. Some of the staff are extremely friendly and you feel very welcome and comfortable. On the other hand, you also feel like a number or object that needs to be repaired quickly and disappear as quickly as possible. Everyone should be able to have a smile and a touch of friendliness. From the preparation in the hospital room to the immediate preparation for the operation with anesthesia to waking up after the operation, everything was very exemplary, so I felt very well taken care of. Unfortunately, in the hospital room you noticed that the next patients were waiting and you had to put your shoes on as quickly as possible and it was best to run away. The explanation for further independent treatment was like an attack for me. The light came on early, people asked for names, ran their fingers along my leg to see if I could feel everything and then, without checking whether the seams were ok, I said “then you can go home now”! There was still blood in one spot, which was then taped up and they said, now they can go home. In addition, they have never had anything to do with such tablets/medications, injections and changing bandages, explained quickly and they can handle it. When I asked again, I responded with annoyance, as if I had to know. Ultimately it's not rocket science, but with so much information after waking up, it's a challenge. The operation and doctor were great and the handling was a bit of a flop.

Not everything is perfect like breakfast for example but secretarial staff, doctors and nurses I think are the best I've ever seen! I really recommend Dr. Kamal Khativ! A man with golden hands!

Unprofessional, paid 150 NIS for a 5 minute meeting where absolutely nothing was established, Dr. Nir Hoss seemed disengaged and just looking to finish the appointment, secretary proceeded to call me after I had finished my appointment and tell me I left without paying beacause she forgot to print the receipt. Save your money and go somewhere else.

A quality hospital with professional staff.

Staff were very unhelpful and seemed to not know what they were doing everything took way too long and was too dragged out.

They took very good care of my Special Needs daughter. Thank you How ever when my son broke his leg we were treated bad, told to check out my son daily to return for a surgery that NEVER happened, just causing more heart ship on my special needs family. One Shabbat we had to sleep in the lobby because they checked out my son after Shabbat started and there aren't wheelchair cabs running on Shabbat. Very bad treatment for my special needs family!!!

Wonderful hospital - had to visit whilst on holiday in Israel. The staff were so kind and helpful. We were seen and treatment in the emergency department within 2 hours of arrival. Highly recommend

I ended up with an unnecessary c section because of negligent and uncaring staff. Bring a midwife or doula with you to advocate for you because the staff will do what's convenient for them not what's best for you.

Even when not busy, waiting 8+ hours, no one answers questions, absolutely terrible care and service! The vital signs monitors have leads that become disconnected and alarms go off for hours and yet no one checks the monitors. Disgrace! Each time we ask the staff for help they walk by and ignore us. The nurses literally sit around laughing and joking as patients call for help. At the check in desk employees can't be bothered to look way from their phones. No interest in helping people. I am literally horrified. As someone else said, better to stay home and die than come here.

Terrible place. In emergency we was more than 4 hours, and we was alone. My wife was in condition when she can be only in horizontal position. But personal says that we can't use bed. This clinic and clalit - never again!

Because the nurses were nice enough to let me * steal* milk from the orthopedic ward? Cauae after trauma n ..stuffstuff? They knew how to get me back home. So now i go as DNR.

Your average hospital. But worse!!! Sometimes, if u get extremely lucky u won't need to wait 4+ hours for your turn, the staff are not the friendliest, it's an extremely old beat up place, nothing like I've ever seen before. The place looks and feels like it has not been renovated in maybe 3 or 4 decades As u can see in the picture below Nasty, very dirty, and not clean at all. I don't know how they are legally open🤔 I guess it's the only place available in the area. There is a mini mall practically connected to the place, so its easy access for food and other stuff like clothing and other shopping needs

Amazing hospital and stuff! I’m very satisfied with my experience in Wolfson Medical Center. First of all I wanna say that Main nurse Boris from ICU, social workers Valery and Ola are extraordinary and outstanding professionals. They are truly angels who surrounded me and my family with so much support, kindness, patience, understanding and compassion. I never experienced something like this in my life. I live in USA and work in medical field and had different experiences too, so I can tell that looking from the inside point of view, I can definitely say that these people work really hard and go above and beyond their human powers to do everything to help patients and their family. I’m writing this because I wanna share my good experience and send kind message since I feel that, a lot of people who get good experience always forgot to share positive energy and reviews. My mom was in critical condition in Intensive Care Unit and I was coming from USA to see her to say my last goodbye and was pleasantly surprised how good she was taken care of! Medical stuff let me and my family stay inside with her as long as I needed, didn’t rush me at all, always patiently answered all my questions, supported me and always was there for me. With that being said I also wanna say that everyone there knows how to do their job, and I’ve seen so much kindness and compassion from total strangers there, and I can confidently say that Wolfson Medical Center did everything possible to save my mom. I truly appreciate their help! They threat patients and their family with a lot of respect and professionalism no matter how hard people from family can be, and they always do their best to help and save patient life.

Disgusting place. Five days at the maternity ward, room was not cleaned once. We cleaned the bed from blood and dirt. I'd call that a scandal!

I would not recommend to seek medical treatment at the Galilee Medical Centre in Nahariya. It is old, dirty and the Russian doctors & nurses are unkind & cruel. My daughter was in the covid unit so we could not visit with her, she was very poorly and was left in tears and begging for pain relief on many occasions. She was under the care of an ENT specialist who said she needed to stay in hospital until she could swallow food and drink but some of the doctors kept telling her that she shouldn’t be there and needed to go home. Thank God I could get through to the department by telephone and would be persistently calling for the staff to attend to my daughter. The area where my daughter was put only had 2 other patients, so it was not busy. The ENT specialist advised that she drink very cold water or suck ice and to eat very soft cold food like ice-cream or yogurt, she was not given anything. They took another covid test which came up positive but because it had been 5 days since her first test they discharged her from the covid unit and transferred her to the internal medicine ward for observation. The ward was very small with 4 old beds, broken equipment and the toilets were dirty with no toilet rolls, but the doctors were friendly and helpful, even though my daughter was never given the food that she asked for. The other patients in her ward had relatives staying all night so it was noisy and my daughter could get no rest with all the loud talking and videos being played out on their phones throughout the night. She had been on intravenous fluids and the doctors left the needle in her arm which caused severe bruising and was very painful. The release procedure was relatively short and we were thankful to get her home and never to return there again!
