Functional hemispherectomy in 412 Neurosurgery clinics worldwide

I treated my spine here. Made micro-discectomy of the herniated disc. Operation was done by dr. Nejat Akalan. Everything was super well. Doctor, clinic and personnel shifted all expectations. I connected with them from outside of Turkey by whatsapp. Sent them my MRI and explained the problem. They gave me a preliminary price for the operation and a series af analysis required. In fact when I came and visited the doctor he said I need no additional analysis and the problem is clear to him. That saved my money, I paid less than they estimated. The clinic itself, at least the neurology dept is just great - they are very fast, I didn't wait anywhere more than 5-10 min. All the appointments were in time. After the operation they visited me every hour, checked blood pressure, something else, recorded how I feel. Everyone was very kind with me. Payment included my transfers from the airport and back, all transfers from the hotel to a hospital and a translator.

My patient ID number is 2607859. I have recently visited your hospital in Istanbul. I must say that you have worst and terrible customer service, my treatment experience was so disappointing. I and my wife made general check up i.e. I had problem similar to prostatitis and my wife had health issues with her waist. First of all, doctors' attitude to patients was very unprofessional and rude, secondly doctors could not tell us any specific detailed diagnosis about our health issues. My doctor Onur Alp Karaaslan informed me that I did not have prostatitis but when I returned to Uzbekistan and made detailed check-up, I had clearly this illness. The doctors in Medipol are unprofessional, rude and their noses are in the air, especially therapists and USG specialists. I am so disappointed to be recommended to come to Medipol Mega hospital. I never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Came with a TMJ problem, the doctor gave me injections in the face without sterilization. Then I got an infection that moved to the tooth. I'm not talking about the price, which is overpriced 5-10 times. Of course, the problem of TMJ has not been solved

I have an 8-year-old girl and I went to this hospital through three agencies, it was the worst experience, we are from Romania and I said that there are good hospitals in Istanbul, but I didn't stay for four weeks on the cardiology ward and didn't give him any diagnosis and made fun of us, we stayed from November to December 7 for 4 weeks for a patient who in Romania does it in one day he doesn't have to stayAll parents who have children with heart problems do not go to this hospital

Had an appointment through E-Nabiz for Covid vaccination. Apparently they only give this vaccinations of 5 people are waiting. After 1 hour we were with two, so no vaccination. I guess they don't want to open vial since this contains 5 doses. In short, this hospital put money before health!! Avoid when possible.

Выше всяких похвал. We had a family emergency. My grandfather had a health complication that required urgent ICU unit hospitalization. We had travelers insurance (Альфа-Страхование) Aplha-Insuranse from Russia. Their representatives in Istanbul arranged Ambulance that delivered my grandfather to HISAR. In HISAR there was a person(assistant) assigned to our situation. His name Sadik. He helped us during entire process while being patient with our stressed behavior. He was our liaison between our family and hospital’s personnel. He did his job very good! Dr.Hasan was also very helpful, because we gave him hard time with all questions and requests. Also, I can not say enough about nurses there. They are extremely knowledgeable, sensitive and proactive with our grandfather. He can not speak at all due to his healt condition. But nurses understood his self-made sign language better than we (his family) did.

It was a bad experience i took my wife at 8 o'clock of the evening as an emergency case, but her health was stable but need specialist doctor to examine her they didn't even take her temperature they only make ct scan, first thing ask about 6800tl for ct scan, and no one told us to wait in a room we wait in the waiting hall. And even there is no translator, the nurses are good, no hate but i think they only care for money and forget to look after us.

The service in this hospital is at the highest level. if you are from another country and do not know Turkish, you will be provided with a translator. Your medical examination will take place in the most comfortable conditions. Believe me, you will want to be examined here again. I would especially like to mention the girl who helped me, Ilvira. A kind, sweet, smiling girl who was more worried about my problems than her own. At some point it even seemed to me that this was my loved one. She is very caring.

We had a great experience at Liv Hospital Ulus. Pick up and drop off every time we had an appoiment. On top the staff is very profesional and friendly. I highly recomnend them. They also offer a translator who was amazing and help us to have a better understanding of our situation. The building looks like a 5 star hotel, very clean and equiped with the latest medical technology 🙂

My mother suffers from type 2 diabetes but over time we have seen that it was degenerating while respecting the diet and taking the medicines.I contacted doctor Recep Aktimur he gave me all the information for the gastric bypass ,he was clear and professional.We fixed a date, from the airport they transferred us to the Liv hospital.After the surgery, mom's recovery was quite fast, she removed the medicines and the diabetes is stable.I highly recommend Doctor Recep for his professionalism and dedication to work. Explanations and present for any doubts. The hospital staff are very good, helpful and professional.The hospital deserves 5 stars for cleanliness and hygiene, all very polite and well organized.

When the doctor came to talk, she had to consult a urologist with my request for medication, as I was in pain. In short, an US or CT scan would solve the problem and be accurate. But I had to go to another hospital to find out. BP Mirante for emergency care is too weak.

Only 1 attendant to open a form, 1 person doing the triage, 2 doctors attending all Emergency Rooms, patients being placed in common chairs to be medicated, only 1 nursing assistant to apply all the patients' medications and mismatched information. I thought that the fact that Mirante has premium service would never be served in this way. The doctor who attended to me prescribed the same medications I was taking at home, did he think I liked going to the ER for a walk? While I was in the medication room, I asked the person responsible for the PS, and nurse Bruna came to assist me. I informed him what was happening and he immediately took action. He transferred my care to a surgeon to analyze me, transferred me to a private place to receive the new prescribed medications, in short, he did everything possible to make my impression change. The problem is that I wouldn't have needed to complain to receive the service that should have been offered. I was extremely disappointed with BP Mirante, as it was not what I expected for this service.

I went on 11/22/23 at 11pm something (I don't remember the exact time) with a fever of 40 and discomfort throughout the body, with vomiting. To which they answer that they only attend to emergencies. Only guard is from 8am to 9pm. How can it be that a public hospital has guard duty all day and night and this hospital, which is classified as the best, only has guard duty during certain hours. The person who assists me tells me after I complained that I required medical attention that they would attend to me but I would have to wait at least 4 hours, but that it was safer in 5 hours. With terrible abdominal and body pain, I waited 1 hour and a half and left, to which they wanted to charge me for parking and with a card only. I had cash. But at night it is only with the posnet and you charge yourself. I had to go to the Lomas de San Isidro, and upon seeing my condition, they treated me in 30 minutes, where they referred me to a room and made me Urgent studies and analysis. They treated me excellently. Let's see if the hospital commission understands that the patient does not have a stipulated time to feel bad. That is why it is a guard to attend at any time. I know that the word (Guard) has a certain schedule for whoever manages the hospital. I must clarify that the hour of parking is too expensive, the hour costs more than two liters of gasoline. And the car is left out in the open. Also Sometimes to pay for parking there is a long line and there is a delay when you are in the sun or rain without shelter. It should be subsidized. But the greed is greater. I must clarify that the professionals always treated me more than well in the Austral. The issue is They give you shifts with a delay of 2 months. There are never shifts.

The hospital has excellent doctors. The serious problem that this hospital has is access to medical appointments. A patient has follow-up checks for chronic medication and the SHIFT staff, after several attempts, respond that they do not have appointments for this month and do not know when they will open the agenda for the next one. I go through the application and it doesn't schedule an appointment for that doctor and it tells me to contact me by phone. And as best as you can during your work hours, you keep trying and spend the month with the Same answer 🤷‍♀️ It's an epic to get a turn. And an almost impossible challenge to achieve medical follow-up for treatment. How to solve it 🙏🏻? How many more patients are there in this same situation? A first level hospital has to be able to solve this urgent issue.

Excellent attention from everyone, from the security person at the entrance, to the receptionists as well as the doctors, who are super professional. They treated me quickly and gave me an accurate diagnosis. There were a lot of people in the waiting room, I thought I wasn't going anymore. But the service is fast, since there are many receptionists and many doctors serving at the same time. The building is beautiful, large, clean, with coffee machines (you can pay with MercadoPago) and some things for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Good hospital but total inflated prices, they charge so high that they reach above the TOPE of your insurance. For a small one - hour surgery, they charge 7 million CLP

“Urgencia” doesn’t move with much urgency. I’m currently in the waiting room in the respiratory area of the emergency department. My mother in law arrived in bad condition and I saw no sign of triage or prioritization based on symptoms , first come first served. NONE of the alcohol hand dispensers have alcohol, staff aren’t using alcohol gel. Not just in the emergency area but also in the other buildings I passed through. Very surprised by the experience considering the cost and reputation of the hospital. Go to Clinica San Carlos de Apoquindo UC or Clínica Alemán.

I had a severe reaction to a Lyme disease infection contracted in the USA, that manifested itself when I arrived. I was hospitalized at Clinica Los Condes for 3 days. The care was superb. Since Lyme disease does not exist in Chile, the staff coordinated their care for me in coordination with the USA CDC.

I would like to note the high professionalism of the highest category cardiologist Evgenia Nikolaevna Preis and the medical staff represented by Valeria Valerievna. At the doctor’s appointment, I received qualified answers and recommendations for further treatment. An "American" hospital where they cannot even speak two words of English. I thought I had a chest infection and wanted to consult with a professional to hear his or her opinion. The staff was unfortunately not able to help because of the language barrier.

Nearest hospital to Incheon. Came here for emergency. Staff spoke English. Reacted fast and professionally. Never had CAT scans so quickly in my life Needed emergency medical treatment - every step of the way was handled efficiently and concern for patient care. Am an in patient. Medical facilities and rooms are very good. Staff are superb - language is an issue. But Papago helped! When it was critical they found English speakers who could explain the medical terms in English. Very impressed

Don't get fooled by the name "international" since there's nothing international about this hospital nobody speaks any international language Russian German or English and it is super frustrating.

Now that I remember, I'm writing a review. It's already been over 10 years... On my way home from Taekwondo when I was 8, I was crossing the crosswalk when a person riding a bicycle next to me hit me at a very high speed and I haven't remembered anything since. When I opened my eyes, I was in a hospital bed. The right side of my head was injured to the point where it was pressed with my hand. I was hospitalized for about 6 months. While I was hospitalized, I also went to the neurosurgery and psychiatry departments within the hospital. Every morning, lunch and dinner, a nurse came into the room and told me to clench my fists, and then pricked the back of my hand with a needle. It was very painful because it had no flesh on it. But why was this happening? The nurse sister was very pretty. She told me to close my eyes because I was scared. And since I was crying in pain, she brought me a candy and told me to eat it. Maybe it's because I was young, but I still remember the big hit. Even after that, I go there very occasionally, and when I go to this hospital, they ask me if I was hospitalized here. It's the best hospital.

This is the worst emergency room response in the country. I sat on a chair instead of a bed for 11 hours and waited without doing anything before being discharged. I understand that there are only interns with no real role and there are a lot of people, but I really don't want to go to Chonnam National University Hospital again.

The hospital offers good services but the nursing staff is callous and their treatment towards their patients is outrageous. If you find yourself at the chemotherapy ward, avoid nurse 서해원 at all costs as she will take multiple attempts to draw blood only to fail and get upset at the patient for her failures. Ultimately she leaves you punctured and the head nurse steps in. Heart breaking to see the experience for these sickly patients made even worse by incapable nursing staff.

You need to pay for all your movements if you are a foreigner. They even charge you for issuance of a medical report which is absolutely ridiculous, amazing and intolerable. Better go to another clinic. Even more better - have treatment in your own country. Also no one speaks English so you need to learn Korean prior to coming in here

Went here for my pre-departure PCR test. Absolutely terrible experience. Firstly, no medical sense to separate testing suspected cases and administrative cases. Secondly, testing is extremely slow. Registration, queuing and final tests takes about 45mins per pax. Thirdly, the testing centre is out in the open. I was freezing out in the open whilst waiting. Lastly, there seems to be no sense of urgency around this place. Highly recommend you to stay away from this hospital, especially for you PCR tests

I recently gave birth at St Vincent's Private hospital and was impressed by the level of service and care I received during my stay. I was very well looked after by all the doctors, nurses and hospital staff. Not only did the staff provide me and my husband with lots of knowledge and insight as first time parents, they were caring and empathetic too. I highly recommend this hospital and I'd come back to deliver another baby in the future. Thank you

We had our first baby over a year ago at St. Vincent’s in Fitzroy and we had a great experience. Everyone was lovely from the nurse in the room who helped me to get ready for my c- section to the anaesthetists. I didn’t want to breastfeed and no one absolutely no one judged me or pushed me. The room was great. The care was great. Food was great and the night nurses did a wonderful job taking care of our Bub. The paediatrician was amazing and just so calm and encouraging. We are now planning to have our second baby at St. Vincent’s.

I had to spend a week in St Vincent's Private Hospital. The staff were just wonderful. Felt well taken care of at all levels. Nothing was too much trouble. The meals were basic but fresh and of good quality.

Good service. Staff's are very friendly to the patients. Good doctors. There are more than 2 pharmacy. Clean and hygienic wards. There are wending machines which we can get our snacks quickly. Good cafeteria. Theres a children play area in the 8th floor. There are fish tanks in every floor to entertain the kids. There are bill paying machines where you can pay your phone bills or any other bills quickly. There's no free parking, slow elevators.

The service of this pharmacy at the ground floor is terrible. I had to wait about 20 minutes in the front desk to handover my prescription. There is no clear procedure to purchase the medicines. The front pharmacist guy takes too much time to read the prescription. Once you pay, still have to wait like another 20,25 minutes in the queue to collect your meds. Certainly, not satisfied at all about the service from the ground floor pharmacy.

No one can do wrong. Worst experience I've ever had with an online appoinment. By mistake I had set up a physical appointment for an audio appointment. But there is nothing else to do but act like that. Shame on you Durdens. keep my money.

My wife and I go for a medical check up every year to Durdans Hospital due their quality service over the years. However, I was surprised about their service level this time. No one is caring for us and no one to guide us. There was a meal for our package. We waited more than half an hour in the cafeteria to receive our meal like beggars. But nothing received. Then we left the hospital without having breakfast even though we had paid for it. Highly disappointed.
