One of the worst hospitals in the country. I went here for some blood tests and came out of the office with two broken veins because the nurse was determined to draw blood at any cost regardless of the severe dehydration that I was going through. Fast forward to the week after, I went back to get the results ( you need to go there in person because there's no such thing as getting them via e-mail in 2023!!!!!) I wanted to have a chat with the doctor who saw me thinking that she's going to explain what the results actually mean so that I can take approximate action. Because she wanted to keep the diagnosis a secret from me and talk to my mother this doctor refused to explain my results to me hinting that ' this particular test wasn't within normal limits'. I eventually managed to get my mother out of the office and asked the doctor for clarification and she refused to say a word. I keep wondering what happened to patient confidentiality?! . In the end I would say if you want to know exactly where you stand health wise do not and l mean do not visit this place. Another thing worth mentioning is that in the midst of a pandemic there is no mandatory face mask rule and everyone is left to move around freely in a highly contaminated building as they keep moving patients back and forth. Worst hospital ever, avoid at all costs if you value your health

The nephrology section is simply one of the best in eastern europe. The doctors are emphathic, patient, always double checking and well organised. This is the only hospital in Romania i trust 100% and would deffinetly recommend over private care.

I had very very bad experience at king Hussein Hospital.After flying ten hours from London Heathrow to King Hussein Hospital to attend a doctor's appointment. My sister received a breast cancer diagnosis in Iraq while I was residing in London. Based on numerous online recommendations regarding its cancer treatment success, I decided to have my sister travel from London to Jordan as a private patient. Regrettably, I can’t in good conscience recommend this hospital for a multitude of reasons: Lack of Compassion: As a healthcare professional myself, I was deeply disheartened by their patient care. When dealing with cancer patients, it is vital to consider their mental well-being: a. Prior to receiving the results of an axillary biopsy to confirm the extent of her breast cancer, one of the doctors made a premature, unconfirmed statement that "it looks like it's probably positive." Such a diagnosis should never be made without proper medical confirmation, as it can significantly impact the patient's prognosis. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. b. My sister chemotherapy treatment discussion was rushed, with a doctor listing all possible side effects in just three minutes. While it might be a formality for healthcare professionals, for the patient, this information is life-altering. A more sensitive and considerate approach would be more appropriate. Lack of Organization: c. The results of biopsies brought from Iraq took an astonishing 10 days to be released, despite such tests typically having a turnaround time of three days. d. Communication regarding result availability was lacking; we only received information after persistently inquiring about it. e. The critical result of the axillary biopsy, determining whether the cancer had spread to the lymph nodes or remained localised in the breast, was not provided by the doctors. Instead, we had to request all results from the international relations assistant, and by sheer chance, we discovered this particular result. Imagine having to uncover your own results through administrative channels? f. During an ultrasound appointment scheduled for 12:30, we were not called until 2:30, and this was only after numerous complaints. Even then, my sister was left waiting alone for an additional hour. It appeared that the call was made at that time to forestall further complaints from us. Cancer treatment requires a patient-centered approach that emphasises comfort and well-being. Unfortunately, at The King Hussein Cancer Center, my sister never felt at ease. Consequently, we decided to relocate her to another hospital due to the substandard treatment received.I don’t recommend this Hospital at all.

They will not accept you if you don't have private insurance. They only accept payment from the insurance company, no credit or cash. If you are traveling here, go to a public hospital. The lady working there was extremely rude to me and was not willing to help me at all when I asked her where I can go to get medical help. I asked her for a hospital name and she essentially told me to F off. Luckily, I contacted a Spanish school for Spanish lessons and asked them where I can go. They gave me the name of a public hospital, and I was able to get my wound treated.

Very disappointing experience. My mom fell very sick while on a bus traveling from Austria to Poland through Czech Republic. She fainted, vomited, had seizures and was unconscious for 40 minutes while waiting for the ambulance. Ambulance took her to this hospital, wasted time on checking her insurance instead of helping first and foremost, and made her wait for a check up for an hour in an emergency department. Later, after receiving medical help my mom felt very thirsty and asked for a glass of water. She had to ask several times different staff, and all of them didn’t bother to help and just said there is no drinking water available (however, my mom could see two bottles of water on a table and an electric kettle, probably the staff’s, but obviously they didn’t want to share). My mom felt dizzy and weak, and yet had to get up and go to toilet to drink tap water. Just after 2 hours of staying in the hospital the staff asked my mom to vacate the bed even though she still felt very dizzy and nauseous. Just a reminder: she was in a unknown city in a foreign country took off the bus because of an emergency medical accident. The hospital staff couldn’t care less, they just asked her to leave because according to them she already “got all needed medical assistance” and “ready to leave”. She had to quickly book a hotel room and leave. When she asked to help at least with getting a taxi, the staff again acted reluctantly and didn’t help in the end. Unempathetic, unhospitable and unprofessional. Me and my family members have experienced medical assistance a few times in several countries but never had such a bad treatment.

Definitely among one of the best teaching university hospitals in the Country, spacious, with a lot of subspecialities including cardiology, gastroenterology, ENT, etc..

Very efficient. Arrive and take a ticket then wait to be called. They take your details and then you are seen according to your needs. English is spoken.

Doctors are quite busy but friendly. On the other hand, outside staffs are rude they dont speak english , if you are foreigners or without appointment its gonna terrible .

If you come here be prepared. I came for an infusion and left whit a thrombophlebitis. I waited 11 hours in the emergency and did not get any painkillers. I am working with my lawyer to sue them, don't go here.

In May 2022, we urgently arrived from Kazakhstan to the clinic. It was necessary to install a drainage to remove bile from the liver. The condition was quite serious, bilirubin was more than 500 units. In Kazakhstan it was not possible to install drainage, it did not work. Ivan Mikhailovich Davydov did an excellent job with this complex operation, many thanks to him and the clinic for this. Excellent care, modern equipment, competent, experienced doctors.

At the beginning of August, I underwent a full check-up at the NACFF clinic. I really liked the clinic, the level of high professionalism of all the doctors. I especially want to express my gratitude to the therapist Pashayeva Zhavgar Magomedrasulovna. Despite her young age, Zhavgar Magomedrasulovna is a professional in her field and helps resolve all issues related to my health! A very sensitive and responsible specialist. A good clinic, competent doctors, I really liked Nelegach Tatyana Vladimirovna. Competent professional, patient and very polite. He tells everything on the shelves, a very pleasant person. I also liked the ultrasound specialists, the comfortable atmosphere. The neurologist who did the echocardiography of the heart is very charismatic and attentive. I didn’t really like the gynecologist, Khugaeva, the feeling that I consulted not with a doctor, but in the market) I don’t like gynecologists, it’s difficult for me to have examinations, my body twitches reflexively, that I can’t do anything about it and I have to endure through force. (And I already tried to endure as best I could and lie still) this is when you try to insert lenses into your eyes and the eyelids begin to close themselves. They did a screening of the cervix, I thought I would burn with shame, during the examination, constantly “well, why are you twitching, I don’t hurt, you are having sex, but what’s terrible” post-Soviet attitude entered the chat) inappropriate questions about earnings, etc. ) Most likely, as a specialist, she is really competent, she has gone through so many institutions in her practice, but her attitude towards patients should be improved. Well, what can I say, for the inadequate money they charge for services, the doctors are still ok, but the staff could be more polite. The attitude is as if I am in a free regional clinic. Dissatisfied faces of nurses, waiting 40 minutes for discharge and constant questions about when I will finally leave and rolling their eyes at my requests. A special gem was the cloakroom attendant who confronted me about why I left my jacket. They left me at the department because I felt bad. As if I had to run after them all, which is what I had to do

Very good medical center. The doctors are all experienced and knowledgeable. And most importantly - with a sincere desire to help people! They do it efficiently and conscientiously. They personally helped me cope with a serious diagnosis in 3 months!

Great clinic. 5 points. I have long wanted to have an operation, but I couldn’t choose a clinic... I finally settled on Sandinavia, which I didn’t regret at all! They were the only ones who offered me the support of a manager. I arranged for accompaniment during registration at the clinic. The whole procedure was so quick, simple and easy! No extra worries or hassle. In the evening I also wrote to my manager and clarified a couple of points. I felt that I was not alone)). We chose this clinic solely based on reviews and I can say that the Euroonko clinic really lives up to my assessment. We came here with a serious diagnosis. We have been examined here for more than six months, the doctors performed a complex operation. Thank them very much. They gave us hope. The attitude towards patients is really decent. Yes, Expensive..., but life is at stake - this forces you to take the right step.

In 2020, after the closure of hospitals due to Covid, I was only admitted to Euroonco. They provided the necessary assistance and began treatment. After CT, surgery was performed. Very high quality treatment, after which I felt good. Now the situation has developed that I have applied again. Other clinics could not help me. I am very grateful to the attending physician Kazakov MP and Pylev AA, Zhandarva AA and all the medical staff... They treat me here.

I have recently had a total hip replacement, carried out at the Wellington Hospital. I found the standard of care excellent at each stage, from the scan, to the pre admission meeting to my inpatient stay. The nursing staff were kind, supportive and friendly. My room was comfortable and the food was amazing,. Before I went I read the reviews on here and was surprised by the range of comments. I think some people have very unrealistic expectations of a hospital stay. This place is great!!!

I visited the Wellington for a scan and consultation. From the first meeting with the reception staff, everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. The staff answered all my questions clearly and in the right amount of depth. I felt able to trust them immediately and my confidence grew as the process moved forward. I have no hesitation in recommending the Wellington as a first class centre for excellent healthcare

I can't thank all the staff at The Christie enough. I had a minor procedure with them and during my time there felt truly cared for and supported. I was kept up to date every step of the way, my doctor and the nurses all listened to me, answered questions and I'll be forever grateful for their help!

I cannot praise The Christie too much. Although I'd rather not have to visit there, the amazing team make it so much easier and I actually look forward to seeing them. They are efficient, caring, compassionate, honest and help me so much. If I want to talk, someone is always available, my specialist nurse always gets back to me if I have an issue or need results. Husband on last day in China had a seziure he was taken by ambulance 3 ks away to Puhua hospital. Only waited 15 min as roads were quiet at 6am . The treatment was first class from room staff.. office staff to tests . MRI CT EEG from talking to 2 doctors given medication we were able to get flight home that night . Saying to hotel receptionist ... travel insurance... tourist hospital... English speaking are the main words to relay in any country.

Maybe someone reads this opinion? People take away stars from you, but in these cases a star can mean life. Today we are talking about telephone registration. After visiting a chemotherapy doctor (chemotherapy, radiotherapy from 2020), my wife calls with a referral to schedule a CT scan (next visit to the doctor in January). Answer JUNE, because according to her, she is NOT undergoing treatment. Has this lady worked in an emergency room before?

I recommend that people with cancer and their families avoid this place. Due to the doctors' slowness and their selection, my mother, who trusted them, passed away 4 months after the first visit, even though her condition was not that bad at the beginning. They gave hope and deceived. More important was the doctor's leave - in fact, the doctor was never available to the patient. Apart from the procedures they themselves did not follow, there was no treatment. And when the condition worsened, when I asked for help, the answer was, "What can I do? A private visit is scheduled for me in a month, you can cope on your own?" This is a doctor? I especially do not recommend a doctor from the thoracic surgery and cancer department. When I went with my wife to the gynecological oncology clinic. The queue was respected. The attitude of the doctor, Mr. Dzwoniarkiewicz, deserves reprehensible behavior. This hospital prefers earning money rather than customer service and support. The personel is not well educated for patience support. The staff didn't know their mr machine is out of service. After the complain about the hospital communication problem about the mr machine, the receptionist told us the doctor will give you some pain killer, then we went to dr office and get some pain killer prescription.If you are not a doctor dont suggest pain killer.That is unprofessional

If there is anything below 1 star I would give it to them. This is my second visit where I have to take my son to do some simple stiching due to injury in his forehead. Firsr I paid a high amount of money just to see doctor and instead of doing his job stiching the injury. He wanted me to do CT Scan and suggest to arrange an appointement with plastic sergeon and make the thing bigger than it supposed to be! And of course for the sake of making you paying extra amount of alot of money! Anyway left the hospital to went to another devlet hospital where I got all of that done within less than 20 minutes free of charge. Don't let yourself fooled with this hospital. They are only care of charging you alot of money on all levels hospital and even parking. Especially if you are foreigner.

Unfriendliness is basic, and sarcasm is a bonus because they ignore patients and criticize them. Also, they don't even know the quantity of supplies they have to manage, so they confidently say they are bragging about it, and when I ask if that makes sense, everyone tells me to put up with it because they don't have any.
