Place is clean. Doctors are professional. I've been there for 4 or 5 times, and the doctors have always been able to solve my dental problems in a fast and professional fashion. I’m visiting from USA and don’t have dental insurance in the states. After having a not so pleasant experience at another place with a cleaning that told me I had 2 cavities! These were my first ones and I seat them online and found Kenz dental. The dentist at Kenz and the dental assistant were so kind during the experience. Even showed me on a mode where the cavities were and barely get any discomfort during the process. I would definitely recommend!

Actually, i availed their services since dec. 2020 with dr. Yamin, he was very professional and very accomodating. Until he exit in saudi arabia december 2022. His replacement is Dr. Eram. I booked an appointment for a routine hygiene visit. When I showed up for the appointment I was checked in by the receptionist and told to wait in the waiting area. After 10 minutes I was told that the doctor didn’t show up for the appointment and that they have to reschedule. This was completely unprofessional and didn’t show any respect or regard for the patient’s time. If the doctor called in sick or wasn’t available, then I should have been notified before arriving to the clinic. What’s even worst is that they had me wait for 10 minutes before they realised that the doctor is not in for the appointment.

I gave it 2 stars because It’s my second time visiting the clinic and I don’t understand what’s the use of taking an appointment if every time you have to wait for 30min to 1 hr .

I needed to make an unscheduled visit to a dentist whilst on my travels in South America. After some careful research and a responsive conversation with the Smiles Peru over WhatsApp, I choose to book my first consultation. In this consultation, they provided the most thorough examination I have experienced, with impeccable bedside manners and more than sufficient spoken English skills. Following the consultation I opted for all advised services, including a root canal, post, and crown. They were able to fit my lengthy appointments into a very condensed period of time to best align with my travel plans. I am extremely satisfied with the service; over the course of my treatment I was seen by no less than five dentists with each reviewing and checking the quality of the others' work. I couldn't be more satisfied with the final results, it is without a doubt the best my dental health has ever felt.

I didn't expect to visit the dentist while in Peru, but had a top notch experience when I needed to. I chipped my tooth on my plane ride into Lima and walked in the next day on Saturday morning. They were able to see me, assess and fix that day. Could not ask for more. Oh and the whole space is strikingly clean and white. I've never felt at a more clean and professional dental outfit.

The Doctors and all Staff at Smiles Peru were amazing!!! I had to have very extensive dental work done in a very short period of time, and literally was in the Dentist chair from 9 am to to close in order to get everything perfect before I had to travel. From Lab work, crowns , root canals , oral surgery, and much more , they were so professional and had a plan of action everyday which they succeeded at every given turn. Every single person I came into contact with from the door men, taxi driver that they sent to pick me up, to everyone else I came into contact with throughput the week , I can not express how grateful I was for their patience with getting everything exactly perfect!!! They were so kind and gentle and very concerned with how I was doing and all wanted to make my goal happen, which was accomplished on this trip! They also have very nice apartments that you can rent, right next door to their office so when youhave breaks to go eat , it’s right next door. Thanks again for everything!!! See you in 6 months!!!! Dr. Maja is an excellent dentist and her staff are brilliant too, I met Dr. Lana also. This clinic provides a highly quality professional service with high tech equipment and an ultra clean clinical environment. There's an array of treatment available. The team facilitated my dental work despite my busy schedule of international travel, they always kept in touch throughout to ensure the appointments suit me etc... I'm a very nervous patient and I was put at ease immediately. All my questions and concerns were always addressed first. The location is extremely easy to get to, the quality of the work is high, lots of parking is available and good amenaties are very nearby, the clinic is top tier and my satisfaction is currently unmatched with the NOVA clinic. Everything about my experience with this dental clinic, especially Dr Nasar and Dr Asanga Weerasooriya is par excellence. Their location is extremely clean and sanitized, while the rest of the staff, especially the lady at frontline Ms Nirmala Motha have been very courteous, accommodating and always with a smile. Dr Nasar being the chief always directed and guided his co- dentists in a very gentle and professional manner. It’s been about ten(10) months since I had the work done as it was a dire need for me to be able to smile/speak without hesitation. Receptionist is full of nonsense, i made a booking telephonically and when i arrived on date of appointment she told me that I don't appear on booking list and my slot is for someone else who booked long time, yet she is the one who chose the available slot for me when I was talking to her. Another patient came in for her appointment, she told the old woman that her appointment is on following day but the old woman got heated up and now the receptionist remembered that she was booked for this day. That girl is not doing well at all. I am happy with Dr's service.

Absolutely top notch service. I live abroad and was coming to CT to sort out some things. My teeth needed attention. I needed to extract 5 teeth and get dentures to replace. The receptionist whom I've been chatting with via WhatsApp had been very helpful. I booked an appointment. Saw the dentist, he took the denture mould and had it ready for me in 2 weeks before I had to leave. He was very informative, friendly and gentle. It was my second time in Lina's clinic, and as good as the first one. Had my teeth cleaned and a veneer fitted on a broken tooth. Overall a superb service, Lina is very considerate, we discussed possible options (alongside the veneer) in advance, before the treatment began, and proceeded after my go-ahead. As it normally takes a few days for a veneer (essentially, a crown on a front tooth) to be made, a temporary filling was done to keep the hitherto shaped tooth ready for the final fitting. I received useful recommendations with regard to the temporary filling and after the veneer was placed on the tooth. The colour match was amazing, the tooth looks exactly like one of your own and it gives you a peace of mind every time you consider a smile :-)

The most rude, impatient condescending, dentist I've ever experienced and I've been to alot of dentists! I tried being patient with her mt first few visits bt ive had enough. I am writing this review outside of her office. If anything is inconvenient for her then she doesn't care about her patients. She laughed when I was concerned and in pain. If something isn't going correctly she will find a way to take it out out on you and start pouting. She has such a big ego and the level of unprofessionalism is insane!

The BEST experience ever! Dr. Taghizadeh is truly a professional and an artist! I had multiple fillings done which I’m absolutely satisfied. But above that, I had two wisdom teeth extracted at the same time. It literally took less than five minutes and I DID NOT FEEL A THING!!! I was still getting myself comfortable in the chair and he said done! I was SHOCKED! I would’ve given him six stars if I could :)
