It is a hospital with very good facilities and good medical staff. It is noticeable that they are trying to improve many aspects, but they have failures at the level of internal logistics, since they frequently drop hospitalized patients hours in advance for diagnostic imaging and other tests, clarifying that in the waiting room for Imaging diagnostic rooms have air conditioning, which ends up making some patients more sick; The truth is that in this regard there is a great deal of disregard for patients and a great lack of organization on the part of the hospital. There is also a large overpopulation of patients in the emergency room that obviously exceeds the capacity of the hospital, since even in the emergency corridors there are stretchers with patients and companions who do not even have a place to sit.

The emergencies of this hospital are chaos! The disrespect towards the patient is total, you must stay 3 to 4 days in the emergency room under undignified conditions so that they give the patients a bed there is a doctor Moros who is the head of the emergency room and the man does not appear! No one provides a solution or an answer!

Rude guards that don't know medical status but won't allow access or questions to medical personnel. This goes for guards outside and inside. Doctors do not provide status to patients and send students to relay status. Students can't answer questions. Poor communication and follow up by all personnel which have led to 3 wrong diagnosis by doctors. Once realized we asked and the staff blamed the family members of making up stories and medical visit history missing information. This review is based on the past year with various family members appointments and emergencies I am basing my rating. This rating applies to various areas: emergency room, intensive care, critical area, and maternity ward.

Many people. The attention is not friendly upon admission, however in external insult it improves a little and in hospitalization it improves considerably more. The medical equipment and technology are good.

They take good care of patients, they are treated as they should be. The facilities are well maintained. The parking lot is ample.

Madhouse, worst service at ER

This hospital is terrible!!!! I had an ear problem last month and I went to this hospital that charged me for a consultation without first telling me that they did NOT have an ENT doctor available who could help me (even after having gone through the screening), and now even having spoken to the ombudsman, they claim that I was notified, which is an absurd lie. What I take away from this is that in addition to having terrible service and incompetent nurses, they also lie. Don't go to Santa Paula, they won't solve your problem, and then they will claim that “you were too stunned to understand” which is an absurd lack of empathy and humanity for a hospital to say something like that.

Second time this week I spent this week in the emergency room of this hospital, because the medicines prescribed by the doctors are not relieving my pain, I have flu-like symptoms. I haven't slept almost at all this week and today in particular, I stayed up all night feeling a lot of pain. It is not possible that I will have to go to the emergency room for the third time. If I go, it won't be in this hospital. Update: I went to the emergency room for the third time this week, but in another hospital, I was howling in pain, I knew something was wrong, as I was feeling very ill and didn't get better with any prescribed medication. I was diagnosed with sinusitis in another hospital, I remember that the last doctor at this hospital said it was nothing serious and didn't even give me an antibiotic and said it was influenza. They gave me nausea dosage in the amount for a child and not for an adult and in a greater number of hours. I no longer trust this hospital and will not return again.

Good afternoon everybody. My 18 year old daughter was hospitalized on 10/06 with teratomas on her ovary. A huge scare, because we went to the emergency room with suspected kidney stones. We were very scared and very worried, but I would like to record here the excellent and extremely humanized care provided by everyone, without exception, at the hospital. My daughter had recently turned 18 and so I couldn't sleep with her in the hospital, imagine my despair and worry? So, in addition to never being hospitalized, she had to be alone. But, all (without exception) the nurses, receptionists, doctors, were very careful, loving, attentive and caring. I would really like to remember everyone's name (and I recommend that the hospital look at the days of this shift to really recognize these professionals from 10/05 to 11:20 pm to 10/08), but I was very nervous, but, I remember Carol, Kelly, Luana (in the emergency room), Dr Manoel and the team that successfully performed the surgery to remove the teratomas on my daughter. Those whose names I don't remember (especially a nurse who attended to us in the early hours of 10/06 who was so loving), please forgive me, they are no less important in my gratitude, as I said to some of you, for For me, it is not simply a profession but rather a gift of caring for others. I couldn't spend 24 hours with my daughter in the 3 days she was there, but I'm sure that God chose all the people who took care of her correctly. Congratulations to the hospital, which recognizes its team and always values ​​the people who work there. I also mention the cleanliness of the hospital and the rooms, which are cleaned constantly. My daughter continues to recover very well. I am grateful for Dr. Manoel's assertive clarifications, which left us calm and confident as my daughter continued. staff is very friendly, everything is kept clean and sanitary. the nurses care about their patients and everything is done quickly. when we first checked how long the waiting period will be, it said 3 to 5 months, my gp sent a mail, agreeing to the waiting period, and around week later i got a letter with my appointment scheduled for 3 weeks later. very happy with all the help and support i got from the staff!

The staff is really friendly and can speak English very fluently. Appointments are on time. I really like hospital environment. It’s very clean and tidy.

I broke my finger on 11/19/23 and went to the HSVP emergency on 11/20/23, I went in and was seen, the fracture was confirmed by the RX and the doctor, he directed me to another doctor and asked to come in the next morning, With a broken finger, the doctor told me to buy a wrist glove that holds the finger at the pharmacy. The next doctor asked me to do an MRI and it was also found that the ligaments were broken! OK! But until now the finger is doing nothing...lol and just asking me to go there, and look, like UPA, health center or even on the island of Marajó, where I lived for years, I went through this situation of being attended to entering through the emergency door and solving the problem of a simple broken finger in installments..."Break your arm with an open fracture? Come by tomorrow!" ...or... "Have you broken your head?, come by tomorrow!" ...it's not a joke because I've already been through this and received immediate care! I'm going to another hospital today, 11/26/23 because the finger is still purple and swollen and very painful!

Very clean and structured hospital, but there is a chance that the doctor who attends to you makes a mistake and the delay is certain! We had such an experience that the doctor did not see the bacterial plaque in my relative's throat, which was very visible... which made it worse and the other doctor confirmed the mistake. There is a lack of quality management, but the structure and service are effective. It takes a few days unnecessarily and that's hell! Unfortunately, i have encountered biased towards forwigners attitude here. I had an appointment at Hasan Ünlütürk on october 6th 14.40. We were late, but registration was completed, payment made and we were waiting in front of doctor's room at 14.55. Doctor was not there, the woman that works with doctor (i will call her hostes) said since we were late he went to another side of the building to treat another patient. I said ok, then doctor came at 15.07. Hostes said that since we were late, she cannot accept us to doctor's room and took TWO other patients in front of us. This was unfair and rude attitude which resulted in us waiting for almost 40 minutes.

I don’t recommend this place for foreigners at all. Their staff are very rude and kind of racist. After reception didn’t help, we asked their information desk and they sent an English translator (a very good person) with us. In reception the staff again start fighting with the translator and especially one of them, a woman with hijab, start yelling at us. I asked the translator the reason and she said they are saying”Turkish people are priority!!!” A very regular doctor appointment and a blood test took us 4 hours to wait and we were very exhausted. I’ve been leaving in turkey around 5 years and that’s first and the only time I’ve seen such a bad behavior from Turkish people.

Should be avoided by foreigners. Irresponsible reception service. My sick son and I visited this hospital at night (3am) in emergency because of high temperature (40 degrees). No one person at reception knew English, no one knew how to apply insurance, no one was interested to help my son quickly - they offered me to wait at reception 2 hours, when pediatrician arrives. Only after pressures by insurance support service they took us to the doctor (very good one, to be honest). If you need to emergency help and professional organisation, chose another hospital.

This hospital is very bad. They don’t know what communication is. This is not Medicana (International) but MediKill Turkey. Stay away from Selin Merih Urlu and Ugur Sahin. these two are not doctors but butchers. They killed my best friend with cancer treatment. Gary from Holland.

Had an operation at the orthopedics department and stayed for a day. The close attention of the medical staff (especially Ms. Ece, my nurse) and the competence level of my doctor, Prof Dr. Şadan Ay were amazing. I don't recommend anybody to get sick but if you are sick this hospital is the right chouce to receive the best treatment

I was really disappointed about the service,my wife had to wait for more than 30 minutes to perform a PCR test even we were the only ones looking for the PCR test. The day after I went to get the results they couldn't even have the results paper in an envelope. They just gave us the paper. I hope you will improve your services and pay attention on those observations.

Disrespectful and unprofessional Long waiting time (3 hours) after which the Opthomologist decided he will not perform any additional test since this is a follow-up visit. He is rude, unprofessional and deserves to be notified for his unhumane behavior.

I went along with my antibiotic medication. Despite having private health insurance, they charged me 150 TL for just one injection. Other private hospitals are charging only 45 TL. I will definitely not choose this place next time.

I went through a horrible botched surgery at this hospital by Prof. Dr. Necmettin Kutlu. I am left with necrosis, ischemia, and skin ulcers. Yellow liquid does not stop coming out. I can't move, walk nor sleep. He caused a permanent damaged to my skin so I have to redo another plastic surgery to fix all those issues up. He left me with no surgical corset as he did not have my size so after healing, my skin will be wavy, I was near death and God kept me alive. Do not go there please. Besides translation team makes fun of patients. Very poisoned environment.

We have been there for my sister’s problem . She was in great pain and she was struggling a lot for a long time . We have paid a great amount of money for the doctor and for the most basic blood tests. Doctor woman was so rude , she did not even look at our face and in the middle of the conversation when my sister was trying to explain the situation about her pain , the Doctor just stood up and left the room .She does not even want to listen to what the patient says. My sister was begging for painkiller medicine . A rude doctor said that she does not want to give painkillers today. Doctor name is Pınar. Treating her patients without respect. After they charged great amount of money , She does not even think about a solution to kill the patient’s pain she did not say anything just left the room and and just give the message to us that ‘if you paid us go to another hospital to find your cure because doctors in this hospital are incompetent and greedy They do not care about your health , they only want your money. Doctors and employees are rude , not knowledgeable and respectless . I do not recommend it at all. If you care about your health do not go there.

No enough parking space, bad reception experience, waiting 40 minutes while having a scheduled appointment, not clean, nurse interrupting the patient while talking to the doctor without knocking the door or asking and no stock of medication.

Horrible experience. They have advertised for early breast cancer detection offer,really nice promotion but when you get to the hospital nobody seems to be aware. The reception team at the emergency is friendly and professional. The reception at the radiology department is extremely un professional,completely clueless about the offer, I suppose simple phone call amongst the hospital team could have resolved the issue. Eventually they sent me to gynaecology department, here the nurses though seemed not to be aware of the promotion handled the issue professionally, but were not able to assist. The service was ok. Doctors were friendly. But for a private hospital they should be ashamed of the facilities they have. The toilets are absolutely disgusting. Very old furniture. Not well maintained at all. There is a smell of mold. The rooms look like the 60s rooms. Everything was old and in very bad shape.

They are well equipped with top class medical equipments which are required for cancer treatment. They are located in separate building but adjacent to Bangkok hospital which they share other facilities with. This provides the patient privacy and comfortable environment but still receive full services facilities. This hospital is one of the top in its field in Thailand or even Asia. However, its price also on the top as well.
