Place is clean. Doctors are professional. I've been there for 4 or 5 times, and the doctors have always been able to solve my dental problems in a fast and professional fashion. I’m visiting from USA and don’t have dental insurance in the states. After having a not so pleasant experience at another place with a cleaning that told me I had 2 cavities! These were my first ones and I seat them online and found Kenz dental. The dentist at Kenz and the dental assistant were so kind during the experience. Even showed me on a mode where the cavities were and barely get any discomfort during the process. I would definitely recommend!

I booked an appointment for a routine hygiene visit. When I showed up for the appointment I was checked in by the receptionist and told to wait in the waiting area. After 10 minutes I was told that the doctor didn’t show up for the appointment and that they have to reschedule. This was completely unprofessional and didn’t show any respect or regard for the patient’s time. If the doctor called in sick or wasn’t available, then I should have been notified before arriving to the clinic. What’s even worst is that they had me wait for 10 minutes before they realised that the doctor is not in for the appointment.

I needed to make an unscheduled visit to a dentist whilst on my travels in South America. After some careful research and a responsive conversation with the Smiles Peru over WhatsApp, I choose to book my first consultation. In this consultation, they provided the most thorough examination I have experienced, with impeccable bedside manners and more than sufficient spoken English skills. Following the consultation I opted for all advised services, including a root canal, post, and crown. They were able to fit my lengthy appointments into a very condensed period of time to best align with my travel plans. I am extremely satisfied with the service; over the course of my treatment I was seen by no less than five dentists with each reviewing and checking the quality of the others' work. I couldn't be more satisfied with the final results, it is without a doubt the best my dental health has ever felt.

I didn't expect to visit the dentist while in Peru, but had a top notch experience when I needed to. I chipped my tooth on my plane ride into Lima and walked in the next day on Saturday morning. They were able to see me, assess and fix that day. Could not ask for more. Oh and the whole space is strikingly clean and white. I've never felt at a more clean and professional dental outfit.

The Doctors and all Staff at Smiles Peru were amazing!!! I had to have very extensive dental work done in a very short period of time, and literally was in the Dentist chair from 9 am to to close in order to get everything perfect before I had to travel. From Lab work, crowns , root canals , oral surgery, and much more , they were so professional and had a plan of action everyday which they succeeded at every given turn. Every single person I came into contact with from the door men, taxi driver that they sent to pick me up, to everyone else I came into contact with throughput the week , I can not express how grateful I was for their patience with getting everything exactly perfect!!! They were so kind and gentle and very concerned with how I was doing and all wanted to make my goal happen, which was accomplished on this trip! Everything about my experience with this dental clinic, especially Dr Nasar and Dr Asanga Weerasooriya is par excellence. Their location is extremely clean and sanitized, while the rest of the staff, especially the lady at frontline Ms Nirmala Motha have been very courteous, accommodating and always with a smile. Dr Nasar being the chief always directed and guided his co- dentists in a very gentle and professional manner. It’s been about ten(10) months since I had the work done as it was a dire need for me to be able to smile/speak without hesitation. It was my second time in Lina's clinic, and as good as the first one. Had my teeth cleaned and a veneer fitted on a broken tooth. Overall a superb service, Lina is very considerate, we discussed possible options (alongside the veneer) in advance, before the treatment began, and proceeded after my go-ahead. As it normally takes a few days for a veneer (essentially, a crown on a front tooth) to be made, a temporary filling was done to keep the hitherto shaped tooth ready for the final fitting. I received useful recommendations with regard to the temporary filling and after the veneer was placed on the tooth. The colour match was amazing, the tooth looks exactly like one of your own and it gives you a peace of mind every time you consider a smile :-)

The most rude, impatient condescending, dentist I've ever experienced and I've been to alot of dentists! I tried being patient with her mt first few visits bt ive had enough. I am writing this review outside of her office. If anything is inconvenient for her then she doesn't care about her patients. She laughed when I was concerned and in pain. If something isn't going correctly she will find a way to take it out out on you and start pouting. She has such a big ego and the level of unprofessionalism is insane!

The BEST experience ever! Dr. Taghizadeh is truly a professional and an artist! I had multiple fillings done which I’m absolutely satisfied. But above that, I had two wisdom teeth extracted at the same time. It literally took less than five minutes and I DID NOT FEEL A THING!!! I was still getting myself comfortable in the chair and he said done! I was SHOCKED! I would’ve given him six stars if I could :)

Traveling through Budapest and was curious on completing a crown that I had postponed due to insurance coverage. Helvetic provided professional service like everyone said in reviews. No pressure at all to proceed with service but they provided an in depth, free, consultation on my needed procedure. Looking at my dentist quote earlier in the year, Helvetic was 50% the price of my dentist in USA. I only passed on completing here due to travel plans. I did complete a cleaning here and that procedure was on par with professional service I’ve have had in the past. The price was same as Portugal and way cheaper then in USA. Clinic is exceptionally clean and professional. I would and do recommend them. Plan your schedule accordingly!

After extensive research i decided to go with Helvetic, Had several implants and crowns done at this clinic. The whole process took 10 days over 3 visits to Budapest. The Staff there are just fantastic, caring very thoughtful and very efficient. Virginia looked after me and she was just great, so thorough in her work, never rushing. I can't recommend this clinic enough.

Disgusting clinic. I needed to put a seal on the front. They made it larger than the neighboring teeth and uniform yellow in color, it was noticeable even from afar. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the doctor said that the filling really turned out to be of poor color, since their clinic specializes in implants, and not in decorative work. When I asked to return the money to me for this bad filling, so that I could do it in another place, they offered me a refund, but after the filling was cut back. That is, I will have to walk with half of the front tooth and wait for another dentist appointment!!

I’ve had a fear of the dentist from a young age but when I met Dr Krishen Shah he completely put my mind at rest and spoke to me in detail about what he thought I should do to correct my smile. He’s a genuine lovely person who puts so much time and effort into his work. I am over the moon with the finished result. I also want to give the up most appreciation for the nurse who worked along side him. I can’t recommend Dr Shah and his team enough.

Dr Kristen Shah is a perfectionist at his work and I’m so grateful for the time he took with my case, which was rather complicated. He removed some bonding I’d had done by another dentist and redid it, and it looks so much better. Thank you Dr Shah! I feel much more confident with my smile now. Sarah Bux and her assistant (did not catch her name I’m afraid!) are absolutely wonderful! So welcoming and comforting during the not so nice bits of dental cleaning. They were both so kind today and I was able to ask questions about treatments without feeling rushed or anything. 10/10 experience truly! And I don’t usually review anything😂

Dr Krishen Shah is one of the best dentist! The clinic is super clean and all staff are very friendly, Dr Krishen was very professional and put me at ease, thoroughly explained what he was going to do and the reason for doing the treatment. He consistently checked in with me to see how I was feeling during the treatment and made sure everything was perfect. His eye for detail is incredible and the speed he works at is amazing!
