Emergency services won’t take a sick 13 years old child as a patient. So please beware of this strange rule and don’t take your youngsters there. Very strange rule. Should be advertised widely so one wouldn’t waste their time on a case sensitive situation. Be good to communicate this on company’s website.

Please dont ever seek treatment here you are better of at a veterinary. Went here cause my girl friend got an bladder infection and it was hurting more than it normally would. They scared us to death with all these possible rare conditions she might have and do everything they can to do as many scans and tests possible. After all the ultrasounds and MRI they tell us they did not find anything and they give her a prescription with a rare intramuscular antibiotic(she was already 2 days in to a normal penicillin cure) the doctor tells us to stop taking the cure she was on and get a shot everyday of the intramuscular one she prescribed. The fun part is after that i went with my sick girlfriend around rio to try and find a place that has this medicine and can inject her with it but no pharmacy or public hospital was willing to do it. So she went without antibiotics for 2 days, only for us to go back to this hospital for them to change it to an oral one. So long story short we spent more then a 1000 euro's and 2 days trying to get her help and she only got more sick and ended up with the normal antibiotics we started our journey with

I'm only impressed by the price. My doctor was inexperienced, replied badly to my questions. They hardly speak any English. They did not give me the x-ray I payed for. Unprofessional, but overpriced.

Stellar. professional, humaine, attentive, caring and loving. My mother was admitted 3 times and used the hospital almost daily after discharged. From the valet parking to the doctors, cleaning to nursing staff, everyone was efficient albeit friendly.

After waiting for 2 hours, our daughter was called to help and, to my surprise, they didn't allow the father to go up, they let the mother go up alone with a 10-month-old baby and three bags. Lack of space, lack of planning, lack of training or lack of humanism? Unfortunate...

Terrible hospitalization, few employees, they make the patient do the work, you need to call or ask for sheets, pillowcases, bath towels via QRCOD, I asked for a bathtub so I could bathe my baby, it took more than an hour to arrive, the employee who brings it the bathtub cannot bring towels, the patient needs to use the hospital system to request towels, sheets, pillowcases, hygiene items... and 1 item at a time, in an order you cannot, for example, request sheets, towels and blanket, you have to order one item at a time for the companion and the patient. I am the companion responsible for my 5 month old baby, I also have the flu, I requested hot water to make tea at 10 pm and they told me that the kitchen in a HOSPITAL does not work at night, I have never seen this, an emergency room, a patient in hospitalization and not having hot water. They serve 3 meals a day, breakfast at 7:00 am, lunch at 1:00 pm and dinner at 7:00 pm, during these intervals if you want to order something via app, you cannot go down to reception to receive it, no one at reception can go up to bring your food and no staff can look at your child who is hospitalized for you to go down to reception for 3 minutes to receive the food, you are forced to go hungry or buy it at the hospital cafe. My rating for hospitalization is terrible, if I need it again I won't come back here, good accommodation but the system is terrible service, not even a public hospital is that bad.

However, when they send us to that little room to go back to the doctor, you forget about life because it seems like they will never see you. And it's not the first time. Today I ordered to cancel and left. I arrived before 8pm, it was around 7:30pm, everything would have ended quickly, if it weren't for the wait to see the doctor again. They should monitor these doctors who keep the door closed with no one inside, while mothers and fathers are waiting for a report. The structure of the building is good, but the service is lacking. In the office building there is no air conditioning and it is 35ºC hot. It is absurd that a private hospital environment does not have a decent structure to serve its clients!

I underwent a total thyroidectomy surgery on 08/17 and I was very well taken care of, from the time I arrived until I left (08/18). I would like to thank the entire team of Dr. Reginaldo Fujita, all the nurses and doctors in the recovery sector and all the nurses, physiotherapists and other employees in the hospitalization sector, for their love, care and patience. The structure of the hospital is wonderful (bedroom, operating room, recovery room)!!! My only complaint is about parking…..absurdly expensive. My mother paid 122.00 to stay 1 day with me!

I had septum surgery at this hospital and it went smoothly. Nurse Roberto took care of me with care. I stayed in room 509 where everything was organized and clean. Dr. Moacir's surgical team is very careful.

Terrible care in this hospital, I was hospitalized on May 19, I They channeled me to medicate me and left a piece of what appears to be a needle inside my right wrist where they put the channel. I am already in the city where I live. Terrible, terrible 😡 service We went to the emergency room for my son who was having seizures and to treat him they asked us for a deposit of 5000. Afterwards, they didn't even do a checkup as it is, they just put the oximeter on him and took his temperature and the doctor on duty told me that I had to go to the pediatrician but that he was going to charge me 1500 in addition to the 5000 deposit Because he is a specialist and that is aside, it also took about 40 minutes for the pediatrician to arrive and he didn't check my son, he just asked the doctor how my son was doing. Terrible service, they do not know how to weigh a baby nor were there doctors, the one who treated my baby was not a doctor, she gave us a prescription with another name from a male doctor and she was a woman, very poor care and very expensive for the poor care they provide.

I was seen super quickly at the doctor..When it was time to do the dressing..I was waiting for 45 minutes..Shift change..No one to be seen, just me and one other person..I thought it was disrespectful..And I had to pay plus an hour of parking..

The structure of the hospital looked great after the renovation. Access and exit very well organized. But in the emergency embarkation and disembarkation part, it was abandoned. We have been waiting for two hours to be seen in the emergency room by Unimed. My son is classified as “blue”. This is considered not serious. All, I repeat: all the people who have arrived so far have been attended to before him. Does this mean: we arrive, register and wait for new patients to come in and go before them??? That's right? Knowing that we will always wait a long time, because another color gets in front of it. ABSURD.

I went to the obstetric emergency because I'm 13 weeks and there was bleeding. Another pregnant woman and I waited for 2 hours of service, we went to ask and the girl said that it was protocol according to the assessment, finally I arrived at 7:35 and was seen at 9:41 pm and the chairs were empty and they weren't even attending!

I accompanied my husband for knee surgery, we were very well looked after in all sectors, the nurses were extremely attentive, the rooms were very well equipped. We were satisfied.

TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE! I was admitted due to a fall, with acute pain in my leg and the professional who was pushing my wheelchair pressed my foot, the leg that couldn't handle the pain, against the wall and without even apologizing, left. He returned with medication, applied it without any guidance or explanation and left. The doctor barely assessed it, he just said that I didn't have a fracture and sent me away without even referring me to a specialist and requesting tests such as MRI. And I still had to put up with a rude professional when I asked to leave. I went in with acute pain and came out worse.

At the emergency services you can hear load noises from plumbing work inside of the hospital! Wow! Do not come here when they have done their job finished.

We arrived today via the emergency area, my 1.5 years old son fall into glass. We had to wait over 40minutes, I understand there is a waiting time, the real issue was the rudeness and lack of empathy of the staff, whom after we check how long it will take the answer was “the doctor will come, when he will come, the nurse checked and its not deep” it turns out it is deep, so much he will get operated in 4h. My feedback here is to train your staff, specially in the emergency area, where people its full of worry and stress, be kind and empathetic, next time it could be you on the other side.

Nice and friendly staff ( even ask you to use their first name ). competent doctors and nurses. You don't feel like just a number. Can be crowded at times and appointments therefore can run late. Nice modern and spacious rooms.

This hospital was a huge letdown. My aunty had a major brain surgery here on September 13th, but things went downhill from there. She was moved to a normal ward after 24hrs. They completely failed on monitoring her reoccurring symptoms like vomiting and headache on September 16th. Sadly, my aunty passed away due to their poor care. The doctors and nurses were absolutely useless and couldn't even figure out what went wrong. Plus, the staff wasn't polite at all. It's just really disappointing!

A wonderful hospital and a wonderful medical staff, nice and smiling, and they have the best doctors. Their services are great and I felt like I was in a hotel.

This hospital sucks, avoid this hospital as much as possible!!! Hygiene is extremely poor. In my experience the floor was wiped with mop out of toilet. Literally, excrements are on the floors all iver the rooms. The personnel is rude, shouting to patients. They don hide their hate towards the patients, it feels like the just want to get rid of you. Nurses are very rude.

Great doctors, nurses are hit and miss. Sometimes nice and sometimes very mean. It seems they have very long shifts and it depends on when u catch them.. which is a shame. Treat ur nurses better or pay them more it seems their morale is low. Otherwise great healthcare.

There is no time management. An appointment is only for you to pay the charges. After that, you are at their mercy. Patients recommended jump the que and are seen beforehand. Staff are impolite, and there is no courtesy. As a fellow medical professional, I see a total lack of dignity and respect when talking to patients. The lady who did the ECG literally manhandled me and threw the report on my jacket. Bottom line, no one was smiling. Would rather go back to the UK for treatment. Paying for a low class derogatory service. Punctuality means nothing.

Taking appointment is completely useless. We had an appointment at 12:10 and we had to wait until 14:30. When you ask about when they are gonna take you in, they are making fun of you. Worst healthcare experience that we ever had. And we missed an important business meeting thanks to their irresponsible behaviour which cost us a lot of money. Never again!

I was sent here after a fall resulted in a deep gash in my chin. As a foreigner, I had no idea what was happening and waited a very long time. Part of the issue was that they had trouble comprehending that we were willing to pay cash. When I finally was treated, the doctors seemed quite competent, although quite young. I later had the stitches removed on a cruise ship and the wound has healed very well. The total cost, including an x-ray was $65. In the US, the service probably would not have been any better and the cost would have been 20 times that or more. Says a lot about healthcare in the USA.

For the first time in my life i wish to give 0 star review for the "best" hospital in Bulgaria. If you have been sent here it meena you are in dire need of medical attention. But with 3 people before me i have been waiting here for 3 hours..... things need to change bring more staff or increase the room capacity.

It is clean and I was accepted almost immediatly. However, the nurses were rude and their attitude was very unprofessional! They treated me and other patients like we work here and know everything and refused to respond adequtely to questions we had! I would reccomend for Pirogoff to not only update its look on the outside, but also to hire adequate personnel.
