I recently had an appointment with Dr. Zaburs zozs and I must say that the doctor's professionalism and care were exceptional. I was thoroughly impressed with their expertise and the way they explained my medical condition. However, I was disappointed with the experience at the cash and appointment counters. The staff there displayed a rude attitude, which left a negative impression. It's essential for a hospital to provide not only excellent medical care but also a welcoming and respectful environment for patients. These people are butchers..They just want your money...The first thing they wanna do is surgery....They left my thyroid worse ... should have never touched it ... should have given me thyroid hormone I needed...I am so sick I can't hardly work...Stay far away from this place.

I'm writing this review after 5 hour's of waiting. This is not acceptable. To establish a simple electronic waiting room system is not a big deal for a small ambulance, for the institution as this one, it has to be mandatory.

My dad was admitted to this hospital for a heart problem. He was treated as professionally and quickly as possible to resolve his situation. Just thank the medical staff, all very kind.

This week my 7 years old daughter had a surgery (pacemaker) and all went well, despite we are not Hungarians but from Ukraine, we had the best treatment here. I highly recommend this clinic. I had hip replacement surgery in August 2022 and spent 3 weeks in the hospital and rehabilitation center. I received the best care and attention. Because I did not speak Czech, I was given a translator who accompanied me to doctor's appointments and rehabilitation. Today, 9 months later, I have no pain and have recovered fully. I am most appreciative!

I had an appointment for an MRI today. It was still closed when I arrived. However, the lady at the reception, who was already here, kindly explained everything to me. The MR went perfectly, stress free and under the excellent guidance of the operator.

My opinion about the Golden Care Clinic is five :-) The receptionists are very polite and inform us exactly what we want to know before the tests. There are often situations when a patient cancels an appointment and we have the opportunity to schedule tests sooner. The doctors examine everything we have doubts about very carefully, are very polite and help us with a sincere smile. You must remember that the Golden Care Clinic is a private clinic, I recommend that you always ask carefully after the examination about medications, allergic conditions, the course of the disease, methods and duration of treatment. This will prevent stress, bad comments and more money spent. I recommend.

The staff first postpones the visit to an earlier time (which forces me to change my plans) and then it turns out that there is another delay. Moreover, loudly informing the patient about additionally paid tests during the visit in a full waiting room is not very comfortable.

Hey Google Appeals team!! This is not a fake review, I went there and have an invoice to prove it! Review: A 6min doctor consultation for 100eur (35k HUF). No ultrasound which is usual. Just a short talk and that's it! Dr. Papp Gyorgy had not given me the appropriate time or attention for my medical condition. 6min in and out!

I highly recommend Duna Medical Centre. Professional, efficient, pristine offices, kind english speaking staff, state of the art machine (mammogram tomosynthesis). Dr Anett Szomják. Everything was super easy.

My brother had a full knee replacement at Southern Cross on Tuesday 17/08/2021 and was expected to stay in hospital until at least Thursday 19/08/21. At 11.59pm that day New Zealand went into a Level 4 lockdown. What was Southern Cross Invercargills answer to that? They tried to send my brother home on Wednesday morning 18/08/21 saying the hospital was closed. Where is the duty of care to the patient? He was in a high level of pain and believe it or not without COVID!!! The CARE factor is zero. Even the Surgeon wouldn't carry out face to face assessments! Very, very average, Southern Cross!

Was a great stay. My surgeon was amazing and done an excellent job of my knee replacement. The staff were kind, caring, helpful and compassionate. Food was amazing, great selection tasty and very nourishing. I like that they cater to all food groups. Best hospital experience ever 😊

It depends on the staff you get as to how you are treated. I got barked at by the cook who I seemed to annoy as I’m lactose intolerant. The wait of 5 hours for surgery is not appreciated

Short wait, on time, polite and friendly nurse - horrible test (but that IS the test - so would be horrible anywhere) a but effectively and expediently performed - can’t ask for more to be honest.

I had a hip replacement on 5.12.23. Mr Campion filled me with confidence and I felt in safe hands before during and after the procedure. I can highly recommend this man. My nurses Steph and in particular Julie were so kind and friendly, nothing was too much and they made me feel safe and looked after. My physio Greg was amazingly supportive and has given me confidence in my ability to do the exercises. Thank you to all.

I have only praise for the team today in the Radiology department. They were fantastic and so attentive of my concerns and fears, they kept me informed about the procedure informing me in advance of what to expect. The swift process from booking to having the MRI made things all the better thank you team, you were great. 👏🌟

Today I visited the clinic twice, I liked the good, warm attitude, and of course the services provided were 5 stars. I did an ultrasound of the veins, an ECG, and an ultrasound of the mammary glands. All doctors are very attentive. By the way, prices for many services are lower than in other clinics. I recommend!

Fertility clinic... my 4th transfer was negative... you always have another doctor who doesn't know anything about you Even though he has the folder in front of him, examinations were always different, tablets and injections are simply forgotten or are suddenly no longer needed, I absolutely don't feel like I'm in good hands in this fertility clinic... they're just out for money. Disgusting hospital, the porter won't even let you in to see the caring doctor, because he immediately calls you to say that this is your problem and tells you that it's not urgent, you don't need to go there, I was sent twice with an x-ray referral... after 6 weeks ago, my hand hurt due to a fall, and the porter sent me 1 time , the doctor checked my hand twice at the door to see that it was not urgent... And it turned out that I have bone marrow edema... UNDORITO IS THE WHOLE AGE

Today was the first time at Güssing KH and I can only say that I felt very well looked after. The waiting time wasn't too long and I was looked after very well from all sides, both in the outpatient clinic and during the subsequent biopsy😊

I had an operation with sedation at the day clinic of the internal outpatient clinic. Kudos to the entire staff for their competence and empathy. I had the worst experience at this hospital, first they lied to me about the waiting time for my lab results. They asked me to come back in 6 hours for my result and before they told me over the phone that it was gonna be 3 hour wait. Then I called before the 6 hours to ask if my results were ready the lady said she sent me the results through email and that they were normal and I that I don’t have to see a doctor. I believed her and we proceed to return to USA after I opened my email for results and I saw my cholesterol level in red I called the hospital and they told me I have to see a doctor because they can’t read the results only a doctor. They wanted me to set up another appointment and waist another day in Tijuana. I asked for an appointment over the phone and they said because I was a first time patient a have to have an in person appontiment. I don’t agree with this because they lied to me on everything, they don’t even help you or guide you when you’re there in person. These people only care about your money please don’t go over here. I regret having my test on this place they are not transparent and not professional at all. 😢

I’ve been coming here regularly for almost 7 months to treat my tumor in my hand, I’ve hand multiple surgeries and each one has been successful and quick. The border medical pass is a huge perk which eliminates the need to wait hours in line to get back to the states.

I arrived on time for my MRI appointment. Staff very friendly and competent. After that I had to reschedule an operation date in the gynecology department. The ward sister personally took me to the outpatient clinic, where the head of the department immediately addressed my concerns and kindly and even arranged the anesthesia appointment for me. Very modern, clean and friendly. The staff were all just great! My daughter, 11 years old, has an injury to her foot and was thoroughly examined, including an x-ray - all in about 45 minutes! A huge thank you from all of us!

A big thank you to the entire staff of the Rohrbach Hospital, especially to the surgical team. As soon as I was accepted, I felt understood and I was told that I would be treated with warmth. The inpatient admission was overwhelming. Everyone was friendly, in a good mood, always concerned about their patients. In my opinion, our Austrian health system is currently sliding into the abyss, but the KH Rohrbach has proven to be well organized and stable. Thanks again for the great care.
