Robotic surgery for esophageal cancer in 23 Oncology clinics worldwide with additional parameter

Shock, nurse, one, second, third.....receptionist, unpleasant, important, reluctantly, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, they think that all patients are from BB. So they exaggerate you unnecessarily, because it doesn't matter to them, never again!!!!

Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

It would be nice to start doing something with the parking spaces, there are few of them, drivers stand where they shouldn't and block the passage of ambulances. The institution itself is great, but due to the ill-conceived parking for so many people, I give it 3*.

Good day everyone. I have been here for more than three days for radiation. And I am very satisfied with how the doctors are very kind in all respects and the nurses are the same. And they cook very well here, so I also thank the chefs or cooks who cook here and the kitchen support staff. And I also thank all the sanitary workers for their willing actions. It was great here. Thank you all.

The best hospital I've been to so far. The urology department has excellent nurses. Incredibly nice and helpful. Doctors are simply top notch. Thank you for a pleasant stay

Treated at the old Peter Mac many years ago and it was beyond excellent. But my experience at the new Peter Mac includes a lost referral, lost history, lost blood results, lost u/s results, relevant medication information not given, existing medical conditions potentially impacted by proposed treatment not considered or discussed, and incorrect information documented that contradicts what my GP sent to them AND which contradicts reports from when I was there before!. Trying to get it sorted out - impossible.

Subjected to absolutely disgusting treatment at this hospital. Elective Surgery Manager was rude , terse and has no people skills what so ever. As expected when I lodged a request for explanation the Cancer Surgery Manager chose to disregard key facts and dismissed me completely. Patients aren’t just Medicare numbers . Avoid this hospital at all costs .

The peter mac staff are all awesome from the security and domestic staff to the teams of surgeons and nurses who helped me through the whipple procedure i had back on 15th March . I cant say thankyou enough. The ongoing post operation treatment has also been fantastic.

I have had abdominal liposuction and abdominoplasty performed by Dr. Tomasz Mierzwiński. I am very pleased with the results, but I have to wait a few weeks for the final result, but the surgery itself and post-operative care are at the highest level. The doctor is specific, nice, patient with the patient and, above all, an expert in his profession. the nurses are very caring and always helpful (special thanks to Mrs. Kasia and Mrs. Weronika. Living in the Paris region, in March 2023 I performed a colonoscopy at the Clinique Ste Marie (Cergy) revealing the existence of a non-cancerous polyp in the rectum. In April 2023, I contacted Doctor Mourregot at the ICM for a second opinion. The ICM then diagnosed me with stage 3 cancer. Everything is accelerating! Chemotherapy treatment (3 months) accompanied by chemoradiotherapy (1 month) are implemented. To date, I would like to share my experience with anyone who has questions about the care provided by the ICM. I was very well cared for, very well surrounded by a team of competent, professional, thoughtful, attentive and above all attentive doctors, nurses and healthcare staff. Follow-up and surgery in the context of cancer. Serious and respectful institute. The oncologists, dct fabro and dct quesada, referred me to the surgeon, prof. Colombo, a human professional and very attentive. Intensive care department with little care, same kindness once in the surgery department, apart from the head of department who should be avoided, and who could benefit from training in empathy. Despite this, I remain satisfied and grateful to the institute which has my full confidence.

I was followed by the ICM. I have never seen anywhere else the interest they show in their patient. Everything is coordinated planned. The staff is extremely empathetic, kind and attentive.

Was in Claraspital for air in stomach, I was given drip and inj in drip. Was told not to eat. What inj did they give me in drip that burned my insides from my mouth till my throat. If I eat or drink I'm in a lot of pain. Asked nurse why I'm not allowed to eat. Was told I'm having operation. Was there for 4 days without food or water. The doctor did not discuss it with me. The lady who went for operation day after I arrived never came back. I asked them where she is was told in another room. I think the Keller her. NO DOCTOR HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO WHAT THEY WANT WITHOUT DISCUSSING IT WITH THE PATIENTS. AND THIS WAS ONLY A DRS ASSISTANT. Dr told my friend she don't have blood, they will admit her to give blood in vein. When she went to spital she was given 2x document to sign which she refused after reading them. The document was to have stomach test from mouth and down. She was not given blood or Iron tablets yet she don't have enough blood the test results showed. When asked about it the dr told her it's ok. She can go home after staying in claraspital for 2 nights. How can anyone trust drs if they lie to people. PLEASE BE CAREFUL IM THINKING THEY ARE TAKING BODY PARTS FROM PEOPLE. After taking vaccine in Basel many people ended up in spital sick. Some cannot walk, some are bedridden. I must add that all the nurses was very nice to my friend. It's just that it's not nice for a doctor to lie just to make test on patient. 2022 I went to Claraspital for pain in my stomach. They did a scan after making me wait more than half an hour after the scan I got a big blister on my stomach. I told the Dr and was told it's nothing. I was very uneasy about it. There was something round on my skin. The dermatologist gave me 3 x cortisone injections but it never went away. Another Dr removed it by operation and there was something as long and thick as my small finger and was black in colour . What did they put in my body? I will never go there again. They only want to operate. The lady who was in the ward with me was so happy that she's going to get better after the stomach op. She was British. Unfortunately she never came back. The nurse was going through her handbag. It's a shame. What are they doing? Taking out body parts and selling them or reusing them like kidneys/ heart/ liver/ and so on. Please if you want to live do not go to Claraspital.clara hospital in Basel. In 2018 the Dr wanted to operate on me she tried to make me afraid telling me I will die if I don't have the op. They were giving me big doses of mofin till I stopped them. Today 2023 I'm alive, my stomach is ok by the Grace of God If you want to live DO NOT TO TO THE HOSPITAL. Every time I went there I was told OPERATE. NO WAYS

Great hospital, do all the truly necessary procedures, pretty good communicating staff and waiting time is ok. Running a hospital to this level is quite an achievement. Many thanks to the staff, it is reassuring to have you around.

There are people everywhere who like bullying and harassment. Ruthless bullying and harassment of elderly people, patients, and their families Bullying and harassment from people wearing white coats is especially sad. Even though I only have 10 minutes to enter, I feel like I want to get out of the center as soon as possible despite being bullied. I don't want to stay here and have my soul hurt. Also posted on YouTube etc. Bullying and harassment by medical personnel really amazing Where should the elderly, vulnerable, and cancer patients go? Will you be saved?

Due to lung cancer, he was abandoned by other hospitals and went to a cancer center. The survival rate has reached 10%, but thanks to the care of my doctors, I will soon be in remission. The route is easy to find if you use the Tomei Expressway. I was able to buy ekiben at the in-hospital convenience store. If I have a chance, I would like to try the observation restaurant as well.

Emergency services won’t take a sick 13 years old child as a patient. So please beware of this strange rule and don’t take your youngsters there. Very strange rule. Should be advertised widely so one wouldn’t waste their time on a case sensitive situation. Be good to communicate this on company’s website.

Please dont ever seek treatment here you are better of at a veterinary. Went here cause my girl friend got an bladder infection and it was hurting more than it normally would. They scared us to death with all these possible rare conditions she might have and do everything they can to do as many scans and tests possible. After all the ultrasounds and MRI they tell us they did not find anything and they give her a prescription with a rare intramuscular antibiotic(she was already 2 days in to a normal penicillin cure) the doctor tells us to stop taking the cure she was on and get a shot everyday of the intramuscular one she prescribed. The fun part is after that i went with my sick girlfriend around rio to try and find a place that has this medicine and can inject her with it but no pharmacy or public hospital was willing to do it. So she went without antibiotics for 2 days, only for us to go back to this hospital for them to change it to an oral one. So long story short we spent more then a 1000 euro's and 2 days trying to get her help and she only got more sick and ended up with the normal antibiotics we started our journey with

I'm only impressed by the price. My doctor was inexperienced, replied badly to my questions. They hardly speak any English. They did not give me the x-ray I payed for. Unprofessional, but overpriced.

De. Hoba Siddiqui has been my therapist for the paat 3.5 months. I couldnt not have asked for someone more patient, knowledgeable, kind and yet firm. Its been hardwork for me and therapy days make me feel sick after but I look forward to my weekly appointments with her impatiently. Great place for medical emergency

Got my Covid (#5) vaccine at this facility. Vaccination center is located in building/pavilion E next door from entrance E7. Hospital is easily accessible via public transport/trams. The service and staff are very efficient. Dr. Mankovecky (fluent in English) and his nurse are extremely friendly and pleasant. Appointment is required and recommended for the vaccination services. I recommend this facility!

This review is for the ULZ department in this hospital. I went several days to the hyperbaric chamber. The team was the best one I've ever encountered in Czech Republic, doctors, nurses, technicians, everyone was nice, positive, polite, helpful, and dedicated. They took the time to explain everything to the patients, are nice and smiling everyday. For the first time I felt they loved their job for both the medical part and the human contact. Special thanks to Mila, the nurse who took care about me all along the procedure. Please do not change anything! And for the hospital in general please take this department as an example!

It’s really a very good hospital. As I don’t speak Czech, it may be a problem in some places. But here it is very good. It’s like an international hospital. Everyone from the reception to the examination doctors all speaks good English. There is no problem with being treated. And the waiting time is not long at all.

Kudos to all nursing staff. They were a great support during the difficult times. Night staff were exceptional always running to people’s aid - I felt they were overloaded with work. Found new respect for the night staff The facilities staff were so polite, lot of patience and so respectful. They were amazing people. Over all great service and support. Worst hospital. Only because of good doctor we came here except that each and every thing here is worst. We were in the general ward and there was no nurse call option provided. My father was the attendant and he had surgery just 3 days back and he used to go near the nurse desk for help,l. Except a few nurses all others were very rude. The admission process took a long time because of insurance pre approval even if we had shared all documents 3 days before. Such a big hospital but for billing only one person was there which took a long time during discharge, Bought medicines from hospital of nearly 9k and not a single penny discount on medecine. All tests were 10 times more costly then outside. This hospital is just looting patients. If you have enough money then you can choose this hospital. There is no limit on looting patients here.

Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

Have been there twice (once for my wife and once for my father ) Very fast response and helpful team of doctors. The emergency room was clean despite being almost full and the doctors were very fast in attending to our problems. The support staff was also very helpful in assisting for all the required tests and formalities.

I have got my father treated here a couple of times. The emergency here is very informative and helpful. The staff was responsive too. Except for some small instances. The emergency’s doctors are very trained and exceedingly empathetic. Cleanliness was well taken care of too. And in case of any complain there are contact details printed all around the hospital.

Dr. Seema Jain is a wonderful gynecologist. Empathetic, knowledgeable, patient, reasonable. Really listen to the patient. My husband and I would like to thank you for taking part in the birth of our little girl... We all know that the tension was high that day. This is The Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh. The Hospital staff was good. The service was amazing. Today my mother's ultrasound was at 3:15pm but it happened at 4:30pm. So everyone has to understand that it takes time. And you have to be free from every work when you come here.

Poorest management. Hospital thinks that patients whole duty is to wait for the doctor. We took the online appointment for Dr. Anil Kumar Varshney, Urologist, but doctor was not available. I had to wait for more than 3 hrs and still there was no exact answer when the doctor will reach to attend. They charge fees before telling waiting time and then says there is no procedure to refund the amount so u are trapped with them with no other option left.

I had a very pleasant experience when I visited PHP lounge in the hospital. Mr. Jitender did a splendid job and he was very respectful and diligent.

From last 5 years I am coming here for PHP which is some time tough due to rush but PHP lounge is amazing where hospitality of Mr Jitendera is one of the reason I always comes here along with the brekfast quality is superb! This is all show no go hospital, they are there for milking the money, specially the doctors in OPD 9. The attitude doctors have is one of the worst. They will make you feel like you are nothing and they are the god. They will make you roam around doctor to doctor and cabins to cabins. Please don't go to this hospital if you wanna save you or your loved ones.

Great experience with Dr. Bhushan Nariani and his complete Ortho and physio team. My mother who had knee joint problem since 4 years is feeling really relaxed and happy after the knee replacement surgery. All love and blessings to you Dr. Bhushan sir.

Everything is too good like doctor, housekeeping and official service and treatment and all everything is too good. And also like people said it's too costly hospital but it's not costly the money they are taking in behalf of your treatment is absolutely correct amount if look on the treatment and there facilities. So I would recommend to visit over there for any treatment. And the staffs and all doctors to to polite and very much helpful.

My mom was admitted in Max Saket for a gastro issue. I am really satisfied with how swiftly the process works there. Specially the care and service provided in the ward post surgery was impressive. I have to thank floor manager Ashish Arya on how well he manages all the services on this floor. He was always looking for feedback and ensured all the patients are well taken care of. He made regular rounds of the wards and made sure that any patient needs are immediately taken care of. The billing process was also smooth. Nurse Aarif also needs a special mention for his sincerity and going above and beyond his duty. He did his best to take care of his patients.

They sound to have a good service but in reality they just tend to be friendly. They cancelled the appointment saying that the apparatus is defective. In the other Buildung Smart it may take up to 4 hours.

This care center is clean but aggressively expensive and they still don’t can’t promise if the surgery they performed on you will be successful or not. To much restrictions are there, you can’t even use the lift to meet your patient. Too many questions and formalities before they even let you go while discharging. They will create multiple files just for 5 to 10 days to show you that they did everything that they could but I don’t believe they are even that competent. When we got discharged the billing procedure was about 7 hours. You have to visit each and every section keeping that big file of bills in hand. If you are looking for an affordable care center and a place which at least tries there best to do the job then try some other places this is not the place for regular people’s healthcare. Choose wisely, spend wisely!

Good Hospital... Very clean... Food in the canteen is costly for outsiders. Samosas look stale and taste BAKWAS

Max hospital is good with infrastructure but no great patient care is there. They focus only on cash patients and I hope they will enhance their patient beds as this current hospital doesnt have much beds. We even got stale smosas at the food canteen and I lower the rating due to it.
