The hospital is immaculate, and their service is excellent. It is also one of the most modern hospitals in Bangladesh, with extensive car parking. Parking fee is 50 taka for car and 20 taka for motor cycle. The fee is for the first two hours. After two hours, the price will be increased. They have a canteen for the patients, relatives and visitors. They have a diagnostic centre. The environment inside the hospital is quite good. Their treatment is also reasonably good. They have many experienced doctors and nurses. The use of doctors, nurses, and staff is satisfactory. However, the cost of treatment is relatively high. From my observation, the flagship doctors are excellent, but the many duty doctors, most of the nurses and support staff are not as good. The behaviour of the supporting staff could be more pleasant, and few are very helpful and well-behaved. Again, this is my observation only; somebody may have a different word based on the service received.

This is a top level hospital in Bangladesh. The hospital is very clean and their service are very good. They have very large car parking. Parking fee is 50 taka for car and 20 taka for motor cycle. I feel that the hospital is very expensive. Outside food is not allowed in the hospital. They have single cabin room, single luxury cabin, double shared room. Room rent is very expensive.

Give a birth here on September. All employees were very professional, helpful and nice to me, during the birth and during the staying.

The Nurse Lady at the Evidence Pacientu was so rude, I was trying to speak in Czech even tho I understand just a little, she was literally shouting at me, while I asked how long after doctor is coming because I was going through a pain, She really doesn’t know how a nurse should talk with a patient who comes for a emergency treatment. It was such a bad experience.😕 No complains to the doctor, he was so helpful and Understanding.

The ophthalmology emergency service of the hospital, situated at floor 16, is quite bad,in the sense of the attention from the part of nurses and doctors, I went several times, and just two doctors from 6 where nice to me, I don’t speak czech perfectly and I was trying to make me understand talking in czech, majority of them didn’t want to understand me.... recommending sant Anne.. the crew there it’s seem more profesional and trying to find a solution to my health problem.

In May 2022, we urgently arrived from Kazakhstan to the clinic. It was necessary to install a drainage to remove bile from the liver. The condition was quite serious, bilirubin was more than 500 units. In Kazakhstan it was not possible to install drainage, it did not work. Ivan Mikhailovich Davydov did an excellent job with this complex operation, many thanks to him and the clinic for this. Excellent care, modern equipment, competent, experienced doctors.

At the beginning of August, I underwent a full check-up at the NACFF clinic. I really liked the clinic, the level of high professionalism of all the doctors. Despite her young age, Zhavgar Magomedrasulovna is a professional in her field and helps resolve all issues related to my health! A very sensitive and responsible specialist. A good clinic, competent doctors, I really liked Nelegach Tatyana Vladimirovna. Competent professional, patient and very polite. He tells everything on the shelves, a very pleasant person. I also liked the ultrasound specialists, the comfortable atmosphere. The neurologist who did the echocardiography of the heart is very charismatic and attentive. I didn’t really like the gynecologist, Khugaeva, the feeling that I consulted not with a doctor, but in the market) I don’t like gynecologists, it’s difficult for me to have examinations, my body twitches reflexively, that I can’t do anything about it and I have to endure through force. (And I already tried to endure as best I could and lie still) this is when you try to insert lenses into your eyes and the eyelids begin to close themselves. They did a screening of the cervix, I thought I would burn with shame, during the examination, constantly “well, why are you twitching, I don’t hurt, you are having sex, but what’s terrible” post-Soviet attitude entered the chat) inappropriate questions about earnings, etc. ) Most likely, as a specialist, she is really competent, she has gone through so many institutions in her practice, but her attitude towards patients should be improved. My dad had called the nurses on the buzzer 20 times they did not attend so he called me. I had to leave my apartment to come and see him so he could go to the toilet very unprofessional.

I made an appointment for surgery with general anesthesia in 16.30. I didn’t eat and drink for almost a day before the anesthesia. I called the clinic twice before the surgery to make sure everything was ok. When I arrived at the appointed time, my time had been moved to 11.30! Of course, the operation was canceled. Very unprofessional attitude towards patients.

A bathroom with a persistent smell of sewerage, which was not eliminated, even by pouring a product into it (from home, by the way). Each gesture of the staff and procedures is paid in addition to the cost of the ward. Free was only a thermometer at night)))). Well, in general .... having such prices for paid services and the state budget, the FNCC of the 90s and 2023 remained the same (with the exception of the new CDC). The same doors in the departments, the same shabby floors, the same stream in which to find a competent doctor is a lottery for a million. All good and health!

Most of the nurses working in the infectious disease department on the first floor are disrespectful and impatient with vulnerable patients. No empathy or helpfulness whatsoever. Expertise is also questionable in many cases. It is very difficult to get information about the patient's condition from doctors. It's sad that people like this work in healthcare.

They are mean nurses and I saw my grandmother...people who don't want to work...who don't care about patients.

Bit of slow process, but overall it was good. The military folks were extremely polite and helpful. Salut to them!

My mother in law was admitted in fortis hospital on18 nov 23. In ICU. On 23 nov Dr told to shift to room. Icu dept informed us that they will shift within three hours. So we waited out side ICU. But they shifted him on 24 evening. In these 36 hours we were only listening they will shift with two hours like this. In the room they were serving lunch at 3 pm. The patient was diabitic and old but they were serving not before 3 pm. Thinking fortis should improve the services.

I have been asking for my medical report that supposed to share via email last week. It's been 3 weeks since I have visited the gynae there and already called thrice to check the report status but no proper response from the clinic. Every time the answer is doctor is reviewing the report and we will call you by TODAy!!! But it never happened until today. Very disappointed with the service.

I am a stroke patient here since August 2023 and I have been doing my physio treatment at Bukit Tinggi Medical Centre, Klang. I am under the care of Ms Sharynn. She offered her assistance and expertise in her duty of work. Under her care, I got a very speedy recovery and I am very happy that I am able to walk very fast and stable. Was coming here since 7 years but the service now keeps coming down. Doctors keeps changing . Just coming here for Dr Rekha as she is the best otherwise long waiting for everything. Taking insurance approval takes at least two hours. From opening the file to taking the insurance and getting the medicine takes ages. They should work on this and give relief to people and work on customer service as counter staffs are rude. Worse insurance department you can waste whole day here.

My sister’s appointment is at 4.15 pm with the pediatric doctor and I reached the hospital and specifically the registration desk at about 3.45 pm. The area was crowded as there were 2 angry employees assigned to register patients from 5 different sections and the queue system was not working so just imagine that the same staff who are registering the patients are making manual tokens and giving them to the patients. However, I finished with the registration at 4.30 !! So I spent about 45 minutes only to register. I went to the pediatric section but the doctor was busy talking on the phone 😂 the situation is completely messy in this hospital. if you are a person who respects the time please don't come here. put honestly Dr. Ahmed Tawfiq is a very professional and respectful doctor. So two stars for the Dr only the hospital does not deserve stars

Why does a hospital labeled "World Class" provide an ultrasound schedule a month later? This issue isn't recent; they could have addressed it by adding more machines to handle the patient load. St. Luke's moved Maxicare to their HMO Concierge, despite the limited space in the small building. Only a few individuals can enter the office, leaving others waiting outside in the sweltering heat.

The service when checking in is quite nice and welcoming, unfortunately, for me it's downhill after that. Very very noisy nurses, it takes minimum of 10 minutes before a nurse comes to my room after pressing the red button because my dextrose kept beeping since it was almost empty. this happened several times. What if it was an emergency?!

I’d say majority of the staff are very well mannered and trained. Everytime I ask anyone that works there some information, they guided me immediately. I’d say the art building though is a bit old and dirty but the main building is pretty clean and sometimes confusing to navigate. Better to bring in cash or card because unfortunately their gcash doesn’t work. One of the downsides in some of the services here are usually packed with people so best to call in advance. I do love the service and the professionalism but this is definitely a very expensive hospital. Besides all this, there are food places inside where they serve really good food.

My doctors were helpful, skilled, professional and provided me a lot of information. After operation services and information is complete with high priority to the after operation services. The urgence for post opération patients was fast and of full service. The nurses when I came before the operation were too busy, they let me in, gave me my wrist tag and gave me 3 medicines but let me waited 2 hours and no one came back to me to update me that the operation will within 2 hours of waiting . I came at 8h50 and the actual operation is at 11h15, in between the waiting hours, no one has came to re assure me and update me of the schedule that made me nervous and worried for 2 hours. All nurses were so busy that morning and talks a lot to each other without double checking or just to give a quick short words to me for 2 hours in the waiting room before the Anesthesist picked me up. Thank you.

I was very well looked after for my first pregnancy. The team was superb, whether it was for the pregnancy follow-up, the day of the birth or the aftermath of the birth. For this alone I say bravo! But above all, I love the student nurses we met, who were full of compassion and kindness, much more than the nurses themselves. I don't give 5 stars because there is still a lot of room for improvement: - at all my pregnancy follow-up appointments, the wait always lasted more than an hour even though we were told to arrive 30 min before the appointment 🙄 - cold administrative reception - a lady at the analysis laboratory shouted at an old man who didn't understand the process (taking a ticket, waiting etc.) when he had just asked nicely what to do - we were scared when our baby was born, that he couldn't latch on, that he was going to starve to death, that we had to go to the osteopath...when a few days later our baby gained weight. We didn't understand the point of scaring us so much when in the end everything was going well.

Reliable clinic with qualified professionals in one well-equipped building. However, prices are rather high, so private medical insurance is recommended. I mainly used insurance with franchise % (partial cover) during the past few years to make all doctor appointments and urgent care. Also I like to buy pirozhki with coffee in a local cafe 🥪 :)

Very accommodating, friendly and helpful staff. It is straightforward to locate the necessary directing signage. clean and well-maintained. The restroom is everywhere. In the waiting spaces, there are couches and drinking water stations. There is a cafe with free internet access and spacious waiting area.

Nice outer image, but Soviet Union on the inside! Customer service is tantamount to what you would expect from the good old Cold War days, with "doctors" that immediately give you the impression that you are beneath them and unworthy of their attention. Very disappointed with my most recent experience despite using them once before and being generally pleased. Come prepared to deal with third-world customer service, a bedside manner that leaves you unsure of what to expect, and doctors that have no empathy much less interest in being kind and professional.

I have been in the anti-tuberculosis dispensary since April 25, of these 16 days I was treated (examined) for only 4-5 days. The conditions here are terrible (the best word I could find). Cockroaches, food, as well as the negligence of the attending doctors and staff, is worse than ever. If it were possible to put stars in minus, then we would have collected all -5. I don’t advise anyone to come here, or even end up in the hospital.

I had a great experience giving birth at UKE. everyone working there was super nice, cooperative and friendly at the registration and at the Kreißaal as well as in the postpartum care. We requested the family room, which became available in few hours post our request ( you do need to keep following up the availability status of the room til you get it though ) For the mom, you need to get a shirt/ dress to give birth in. And pjs for afterwards as well as the bathing supplies For the baby, you will only need to have the go home outfit and maybe a pacifier. All else will be supplied by the hospital. The meals served are really good too. Not the typical tasteless hospital food .. you will need to have some snacks with you for in between the meals especially if you’re planning on breastfeeding. All in all, i had a really good experience and highly recommend the hospital

Waste of time! I got food posioned and waited for hours! Nobody checked me and I had to leave because another patient came and told us she was waiting for 7 hours. I mean this is an emergency, it shouldn't be like that. Aside from all these stuff there was very rude. I was fighting with pain and with the people at the same time. Not even talking about the money I paid for the taxi because I thought I can get help here. I don't know what I am gonna do if I ever have more risky situations like that. This has to be changed.

18 year old friend of mine has been hospitalized due to a tumor. because of a so called "emergency" a vacation had to be cancelled and he didn't even make it into the infirmary. during the operation they managed to injure the liver (which isn't exactly spottet on the head) and he was in a critical state. he died less than a week after the operation and the doctors had the audacity to say "have a nice evening". worst hospital ever. will make sure none of my loved one's ever go there again.

Very bad hospitality.

My girlfriend went to their E.R. It took them seven hours to accommodate us. A nurse misplaced her chart adding to the delay. I understand that there is a triage system that prioritizes severe or emergency cases but waiting for the whole day is absurd. It was especially hard for us, since we are foreigners and cannot speak fluent German. Honestly, it was a horrible experience.
