All the medical staff are handpicked. Friendly and polite people. Lyudmila Leontyevna is a doctor from God. I was so excited! But thanks to the attention of the girls nurses, thanks to the confidence and calmness of the anesthesiologist and microsurgeon (Kaplich L.L.), my excitement simply dissolved. The operation went smoothly, clearly, in a word, professionally! The whole team is top notch. Fantastic job!

Very nice modern building. On the ground floor there is a reception desk, paid services, a cloakroom, a cash desk, toilets, a pharmacy, a cafe, information kiosks from Belorusbank, Belpochta. Electronic queue. Comfortable corners for waiting and relaxing. Information stands with indication of specializations and layout of offices. There were no queues during the daytime. I was satisfied with the visit. Called according to appointment time. Gave professional advice and treatment. Received competent answers to all my questions. As for the prices for paid services - average.

The clinic was recommended to me in Israel. My mother has non-Hodgin lymphoma, non-GDC. We went to the clinic, already having the Israeli protocol in hand. I would like to note every assistance from the staff of this clinic, namely: Dr. Aronov in professional assistance on technical issues in the treatment of such a complex disease, dispatcher Anastasia for constant contact and sincere assistance on all issues, Vyacheslav for the timely delivery of medicines from Israel. It’s cheaper to order some types of medicines this way than in our pharmacies, I’ve tested it myself. Prices for treatment are really not low, but by regional standards, we are from Krasnodar. In Moscow, believe me, these are standard prices, there is something to compare with. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.

The outdoor COVID 19 testing facility is fantastic. Pre-register and pay in advance, and you can walk up, check-in and proceed directly to testing with a QR code. The testing is super fast with efficient, merciless nasal swabbers. The easy to access results/reports are generated within a few hours and retrievable via the hospital's app. There is usually at least one staff member outside ensuring everyone in line is (i) observing social distancing, and (ii) properly scheduled and checked in with a QR code ready before getting to the testing window.

People, don’t go to this center. A year ago, my husband had an operation there. They said it was successful, but in fact they just “killed” him. So as not to tarnish the honor of the clinic, they discharged him half-dead. A day later he died. At the autopsy they said that he was not even operated on. And they assured me that the operation was successful. Within a week he had bedsores. They didn’t let me see him. They said that he was getting up, and when he was discharged, he couldn’t even sit in a wheelchair. Neither his arms nor his legs were working. God bless them and so that these “doctors” and their relatives meet the same doctors.

Supposed to be the best private hospital in Israel... I doubt it. My recommendation - even if the doctors are great, don't go there for Mei Shafir. You will get an awful treatment of your case. Let's start by the fact that they canceled the genetic consultant a week before the mei Shafir check.. and asked me to find a docteur (genetics specialist) that could see me in the next 3 days, so they could perform the check on time.. No help on their side to help me finding of course. So now imagine yourself calling every hospital of Israel asking for a place in the next 3 days to see a specialist... and how stressed you are. Found a place in Nahariya by chance. The specialist didn't even understand why I was being canceled from the beginning at asuta (what was found in my genetics tests was insignificant) . Even the mei Shafir doctor didn't understand why the genetics consultant of asuta was ever canceled to me!! Anyway check went well and today I am receiving the results... what a shame! 2 pages of results scanned, the second page cannot even be read. The first page is not clear. That's such a shame and so embarrassing. Anyway from my experience and people that went with asuta will confirm, your case with be handled by many people, no one has the same work process, no one will answer you clearly and on a same way. Choosing asuta is choosing to add more stress to your life.

I was treated for a dislocation at this medical center. They quickly did an X-ray and an ultrasound. Anesthesia was used during treatment. The dislocation was old and the treatment process was not easy. But I'm glad that everything worked out in the end and I feel great now.

Seems like a reliable place but at 5.5 months pregnant I went to receive a regular check up and it ran me $400. Also, there were tests done in that checkup from blood work. Still have yet to receive any results from the blood work. Also I specifically told the doctor not to tell me the Sex of baby as it’s a surprise & we were doing a gender reveal and she laughs in my face and says “It’s a boy…It’s not a surprise anymore” Ruined my gender reveal for me & my son with 0 sympathy. One of the best international hospital in Bangkok. Very nice facility and management system with a very good atmosphere, unlike in the hospital. Doctors are the top notch from each type of specialist. Not a good place to visit but if you have to come to hospital, this is one of your choice.

We are tourists which wanted private hospital for urgent business. 20 minutes after we got inside the place we saw a doctor. Everything looked very professional. Have been coming here for one year plus for various reasons but I absolutely dread it every time since I would end up waiting for over an hour just to meet my doctor for 5 minutes and then the payment would take over an hour after that. Recently it has gotten so much worse. Doctor asked me to do an MRI for my ankle and they told me to be there an hour early. In the end, I had to wait for over an hour just to be transported to the MRI center. The person at the registration counter at the MRI center was really rude and gave me judgemental looks too. I was then asked to make a follow up appointment to review the MRI scan with my doctor. I tried to make an appointment online through their system but didn't get a response from them then they suddenly called me on the day itself and asked "are you coming for your appointment right now?" when I wasn't notified that my appointment is confirmed so I couldn't make it. I tried making an appointment online again, but didn't get a response through email or call. I tried calling them but was put on hold for over 15 minutes and when I finally got to talk to someone, the call got disconnected.

Was given appointment at 4pm but waited till 8pm. When ask, nurse give a very stupid excuse 'first come first basis'. If first come first basic then WHY GIVE TIME AND ASK NOT TO BE LATE???? This is ridiculous! So call private hospital but system sucks!!!! Is worse than government hospital. So many bad reviews with regards to waiting time, nurse rude and yet no improvement. Respond to review was 'cut and paste'. The management, please look into it seriously!

I m very disappointed with the system of client appointment at this hospital. Totally waste of time! 3 times was here, and all times I spent 2 -3 hrs!!! Where doctor see me only for 3-5 min. So much time takes to register, then to wait the appointment (initially the appointment was fixed, but always have to wait). And then to wait to pay for appointment. Second time the doctor was very rude when I asked him about my problem. Then he says “why I have to repeat so many times to you to understand..”. I was really trying to understand that I need that surgery he was suggesting me.

Bad experience. On Tuesday 5/12 morning, got confirmation to review my result for health screening on Wednesday 6/12, but suddenly on tuesday afternoon 6.00 pm received another message from upsc said cancel that appt change to Thursday 7/12, reason doctor on medical leave. Oo please la, where the replacement doctor. I take my AL to attend that appointment but noting. Today i re ask the hospital for confirmation, no feedback. Confirm or not i not sure, the doctor still on leave or not still no feedback. UPSC please appreciate people time, waste my AL for something not confirm.

Had a not so good experience appt. I buat health screening tapi, the Dr x explain or advise on the body composition, bmi, fat and management of diet. Dr not fully use all the diagnostic test for weight management issue. First 2 follow up ok, then being cancel last minute, meet another Dr, the Dr advice just follow up with previous Dr for any medicince adjustment. Then, esok nak jumpa Dr, appointment cancel. Cancel macam tu je, x de respect people time. 😑Please do improve and respect other people time. Whatsapp pun kadang x de respond.
