Gross negligence. I brought my father here because he was having a hard time breathing. The "doctor" wouldn't even examine him, told him it sounded like Covid but said testing is a waste of time, and told us to "wait it out". How are you supposed to "wait out" not being able to breathe? What do people in Vienna do when they're experiencing a medical emergency? Simply drop dead? Embarrassing excuse for a doctor and hospital. Avoid at all costs.

I highly recommend this Hospital. I had an operation and needed to stay there for 2 nights. It was my first time in the hospital ever and I dont speak German so I was double worried. Turned out that all doctors, nurses and other staff are super nice and helpful. Almost all could speak English and even people who didnt still really try. I felt very comfortable during my whole stay and you prove the statement Gesundheit kommt von Herzen!

Mixed bag ... I was here 3 times, the first one for a consultation, the doctor was very nice and clearly explained everything and he said that I need to get a colonoscopy and an endoscopy to confirm my diagnostics and based on that I will get tailored medication. The two procedures were done without any problems (here I really recommend this hospital) by the same doctor. Again he did explained everything clearly. No for the bad part: Today after waiting 2 months to get another appointment to interpret my results and get the tailored treatment and diet suggestions and so on, I've got another doctor, which rushed everything, he did not give me any treatment or any diet suggestions as I expected... he was talking to the phone during the consultation, and he ASKED ME what medication do I take and how often and he quickly wrote me a recipe for that medication and that was it, 2 minutes and done ... no tailored treatment, no diet suggestions, no other explanations nothing! because of this the mixed bag... if you are lucky to get the good doctors, well your are lucky ... if not ... Anyway not recommended ...

Super-delayed patient care, I don't want to imagine where a calamity happens and more than 30 people arrive, they will die here, I have a pain in my stomach since 4 in the morning, diarrhea, vomiting, fever and chills, I arrived at 3:00 pm and it's 6:00 pm and they don't attend to me, I have to writhe in pain to be attended to.

God bless every health worker in this hospital, those in surveillance, those in cleaning, those in the nutrition department, and especially the ophthalmological doctors, the retinologist, and resident doctors, and Yenny at the reception. And social work. Excellent service, in care and procedures, hospital, and control. Thank you very much for the great service you provided us on the two occasions we came. Thanks to the timely intervention they gave my mom, she is doing very well. We didn't do well in the children's cardio, nor in the clinic at the national university. Good hospital services

They should burn this place and build a real hospital with real doctors. If you enter this hospital on a holiday, you will be left to die.

The international clients WhatsApp line is the worst I have experienced within the business in Medellin. I was trying to get an appointment for an MRI and responses were just like automatic system that left you for hours with no responses. If you call nobody answers. When finally someone responds your multiple messages, leaves again with no answers. I never expected such a poor service from such a reputable institution. I started around 10:00 AM and at 2:48 PM still wasn't able to get any availability for the appointment. I told them never mind and they respond to that message at 5:35 PM! I understand if the people is to busy, but so that means they need to hire more people for the job.

I paid for an Antigen COVID test and haven't received the results from the examination even as they promised to send them within 3 hours to my email address and provide access on there website! On requests I couldn't reach anyone. Thats fraud and should be a 0 Star Rating!

They do not do their job well, 7 hours in the emergency room and do not attend and then say that they cannot attend to a patient

Undoubtedly one of my best experiences, location in the center of the city, excellent medical and administrative staff, old but well-kept infrastructure, spacious with gardens.

This opinion is directed to block 6 of the hospital, which is in an area where you can see people who consume drugs, although there is surveillance and once inside the hospital it is safer, if it is scary, at least walk to the hospital at dawn, and block 6 is opened at 6 in the morning and meanwhile everything is dark or with little light, a perfect place for homeless people, you have to travel with great caution and at least if you are patient and come from somewhere other than Medellín, it is not advisable to be in line before 6 in the morning to check in at block 6, arrive with 5 minutes left or at 6:00 am, there a guard opens the door and when you are already inside the place is much more pleasant and neat, there is a waiting room with chairs where you can wait for them to call you for the billing card, there are elevators, there is natural ventilation in that waiting room, almost all the staff there are friendly to the extent they should be. I give it a 3 star rating, for a not very pleasant event that I had to go through in there, I think that of all the possible days in which that bad event had to happen, it happened just on the day of my appointment, I don't know who it was from the fault of that negligence but thanks to a call to my eps I was able to quickly solve that difficulty so as not to continue in that unpleasant situation in that hospital block.

After a car accident I have been transferred to this hospital and I haven’t doubted for a second if I were in good hands. The doctors and nurses looked after me very well, from the first moments being in the ambulance to the last minute leaving the hospital a few days later. Grateful for the good care I got here.

Fast and professional service. The hospital seems very new and welcoming.

Everyone is very helpful, except for the Doctor who was constantly going for smoke breaks, not taking any time to analyse and completely missing my diagnosis.

Ski Accident, got here directly by helicópter. I leave few days after very happy and satisfied. I never felt alone, even my family was 300 km away. High profesionals , motivated and open to support on anything that may help. Infrastructure is new and clean. Many thanks!!

I would like to write a letter of gratitude to the all staff of the clinic, especially Dr. Peter-Michael Krieger. During the restriction of COVID, I wasn’t able to say big thank you to everybody at the hospital. My mother had an operation in this hospital in August 2022. She has problem with her arteries of the legs. Everything was done at an excellent level before the operation during and after. My mother is shocked by such a caring service. Highest level and professionals. Once again many thanks to all your team who were involved in helping my mother.

I broke my leg snowboarding and was hospitalized here. The team knew exactly what they needed to do, very experienced, efficient and professional. I cannot imagine there being a better service than this. Very grateful to the people who work here.

The women from the reception are so rude and didn't even listen to what I had to say. I waited 30minutes for an invoice because the only person who can do that was on the lunch break. Also, the doctor who did the sonography which takes 2 minutes told me "it is what it is" after I told him that I have pain in the area that he checked. Never again.

I was staying on the 3rd floor in Confraternität Privatklinik for an ankle surgery last April. All went well, there were no difficulties. Before my stay, the accounting office was very responsive to all inquires. Nurses and doctors were helpful and always assisted me and my needs; they could fluently speak English. I was impressed by the quality of the food! All comes with a price, but that was somehow inline with expectations for a private clinic.

Went there for a knee operation. The receptionist was unwelcoming and rude. The nurse who took the firsr details seems to have been too tired at the end of his shift. Not only did he forget to bring dinner as promised but put some important derails wrong, e.g. that the right knee should be operated and not the left. After 2 nurses and a doctor all kept saying my left knee was to be operated it was really too much. The floor doctor put a needle for the iv which when the nurse tried to hook up was transmitting the liquid outside the vein - which is quite painful! When i yelped at the pain, and corrected for the x time that my right knee should be operated and not the left one, the senior internist doctor in the room said that i was provoking her (!) Another person came to put in the needle for the iv, and after puncturing me about 8 times in different places said he gives up and the aneastesist will hsve to do it at the OP theater. Honestly if the knee surgery was not an emergency (carthilage broke and fractures on kneecap made any movement impossible) i would have walked out. I have to say however that most nurses were kind and compassionate - however when mistakes are put in the system they seemed unable to rectify, which however could have had serious consequences. I gave this information on their feedback form - but there was no resonance. Since this happened during Easter i assume management does not care and the requested feedback was a waste of my time. No surprise that the final bill was inaccuracte. I will not go into this hospital again and do not recommend it.

I arrived on time for my MRI appointment. Staff very friendly and competent. After that I had to reschedule an operation date in the gynecology department. The ward sister personally took me to the outpatient clinic, where the head of the department immediately addressed my concerns and kindly and even arranged the anesthesia appointment for me. There is so much complaining about outpatient clinics and hospitals, there needs to be some praise. Thank you very much and kind regards! Barbara Munzinger

Very modern, clean and friendly. The staff were all just great! My daughter, 11 years old, has an injury to her foot and was thoroughly examined, including an x-ray - all in about 45 minutes! A huge thank you from all of us!

A big thank you to the entire staff of the Rohrbach Hospital, especially to the surgical team. As soon as I was accepted, I felt understood and I was told that I would be treated with warmth. The inpatient admission was overwhelming. Everyone was friendly, in a good mood, always concerned about their patients. In my opinion, our Austrian health system is currently sliding into the abyss, but the KH Rohrbach has proven to be well organized and stable. Thanks again for the great care.

Nobody likes to be sick, but when they are, they wish they had a hospital like this. Top staff, fully motivated and friendly. It's the same with doctors. These people more than deserve my rare five stars. Only the food could be better. Otherwise, hats off and respect.

Hello, I got a new hip. Been to several hospitals but this one was great. The sisters are always ready, very friendly and helpful. You never heard an unfriendly word, no matter how many times you rang the bell. The doctors calmly answered all of your questions. Bad bad. The treatment is derogatory towards low-income people. If you want to receive good treatment, dress well and show that you are of good economic standing. And if the patients are "eps" things get worse.

An amazing facility with an amazing level of care. Better than any US or German hospital I have ever been in. The office of international patients is very professional and thorough. Dr. Taboada is very thorough and professional. I can't recommend this hospital enough. Super experience.

I came to see if giving birth at Serena del Mar was an option. When I was given a tour of where the mothers and babies stay it was great. I was told to male an appointment to be seen by an obgyn so that they would have a history of me. The nurse took my info days before my appointment but apparently never followed through with setting up my profile. I showed up for my appointment and was never told who I would be seen by. Dr Maria Fernanda Toro Wils was upset that she had to wait on me because the staff had not created my profile. I finally went into my appointment with the doctor and she scolded me and told me she had no time we had to rush. I told her I did not understand whybinwas being treated this way when her staff was a mess. She told me she always does 40 minutes and she dedicated about 20 minutes if that. I left there feeling so upset and totally changed my mind about having my baby there. The treatment from Dr. MARIA Fernanda Toro Wils was terrible. I would not recommend her or her staff in a million years.

They neither answer their phones nor respond to emails seeking an appointment! Terrible customer service. I communicated in Spanish as well so not a language issue.

My 9-year-old daughter was hospitalized for 4 days and we did very well. Very good service, we felt comfortable and calm.

Very poor attention from the staff in addition to giving the wrong diagnosis, worrying patients about illnesses that are not the case. I have had a very bad experience at this hospital.

The emergency service is relatively good, although they lack a lot of cleanliness in the waiting room, in the hallways and especially in the bathrooms of all emergency facilities, billing is too slow but I rate the medical laboratory and nursing service as efficient and professional.

Bad service, I've been trying to get in touch for two days to request an appointment but no one responds, they just listen to a recording. Please gentlemen, more human quality and user service. Do not enter phone numbers if they are never going to answer. I am at the hospital waiting to make an appointment, but the person attending has preference with friends. It's been an hour and it has only served 3 people with assigned shifts. It's a shame that the tension is under democracy

Terrible service, it is a clinic of low quality and deficient medical care without professional ethics. Due to malpractice, a great doctor died when he was only admitted for an appendicitis operation, the operation went wrong and it became complicated. All for a hospital without a well-sterilized and clean room to do their operations.

Very professional in patient care and attention. Currently they are one of the few hospitals that has prostheses for knee arthroplasty. They have a very good rehabilitation service. The facilities are very clean and permanently disinfected.

Terrible service, the lady at the checkout and the guards are rude. I am calling the service number to send me my ultrasounds and exams and they leave me in the clouds without any response. I've been waiting for more than 30 minutes and before leaving I went to ask if everything arrived in the mail and they told me yes. I don't receive anything even though a clinic like that can have people with so little education.

Located in the best place, excellent clinic, precise care, they have professionals in the different branches, the issue of the exams to be performed as well, it is located in the middle of the city, one could say, easily accessible, although in the afternoon at Traffic is very complicated either because there is no parking, but everything else is fine.

60 USD for consultation. Receptionist smalltalks so I don't ask the price.

This hospital is amazing! My husband had to attend and I was so impressed with the staff! As we do not speak Spanish, they were all very amazing and did their best to help us. They do not have qualified emergency personnel, only a general practitioner. The Rx service does not work on weekends. If you ask for an X-ray on Friday night, they tell you that you have to wait until Monday when they give you the results.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service at each station they asked me for the same information that I had already given, it took four hours and I couldn't breathe, terrible service, terrible attention I don't recommend at all, the worst hospital I have ever visited

It seems to be the best among the many hospitals in Monterrey for health check-ups. All hospitals are friendly... I was satisfied with the most detailed check. I was able to see the doctor more comfortably than at other general hospitals. The food in the last week was tastier than any other hospital.

Terrible facilities, the room we paid for without heating, the chair old and hard, the recliner broken... a 29-inch television located almost on the ceiling of the room. Not to mention that those who visited us had to wait on the street because their waiting areas do not know who they are designated for... a complete mistake to have chosen this hospital to give birth to my daughter.

The doctor is excellent, but the security personnel are disgusting, zero common sense, they treat you as if you were begging them for alms, at 8pm my sister arrived to greet my husband, but my brother-in-law was there and as he was leaving I went down to wait with her, my idea was to wait in the entrance room, which by the way was empty, and they didn't let us, they told us we had to wait outside, the truth is, that had never happened to me in a private clinic 😡 the security people were very rude

TERRIBLE SERVICE from the guards, they have ZERO empathy, AGREE in all areas, because before going I contacted them to see if they would let me in, the nurse said no problem, to mention that it is on the second floor in the short stay When the security personnel arrived, they asked me and I told them where I was going. They asked me for the name of the patient and when I told them they started searching and told me in an annoyed tone: “IT'S NOT TRUE.” A tall lady with glasses who was sitting there started rude to tell me that there was only for pregnant women, so I dialed to confirm and the RUDE lady started telling the other guards not to let me in because there was another person there that I was talking to, they really treat you like If you were committing a crime, instead of having empathy, the lady who works there is super rude, YOU KNOW WHO SHE IS because they told me that "THIS IS SHE WAS" I mean, she has several complaints, I told them that they had told me that it was possible, that I would not have gone there without asking, and they would not let me in, and they told me that the nurses and doctors DID NOT HAVE A VOICE OR VOTE, that they should dedicate themselves to their own thing, I asked them to file a formal COMPLAINT or at least a suggestion and With a mocking tone they told me: THESE ARE NOT HOURS and they passed me on to the admission card, for what? If she is the same, she told me that the only ones who had “the power” were the guards and that if they said no, it was NO, so I told her that my annoyance was that I asked if it was possible to enter, before going, and that right there they asked and told me that if the corresponding area and that I had not driven there for this to happen, she told me that she could not do anything, so AGREE IN ALL THE AREAS, so I returned and They marked me again, the nurse said to let me in, OF COURSE YOU COULD, and I told the RUDE guard again along with that lady, and another man arrived and they asked him if it was possible? And he told them yes, to let me pass... COULD NOT? They really have more empathetic and kind staff, because it is a paying hospital, and one does not go there to be treated that way, learn to have adequate service and have a complaints and suggestions department so that they can see all their areas of opportunity and improve them, do not be mediocre and stay with the complaint “that in the end nothing happens” but of course what happens, because voice in voice is the most powerful…. As for the nurses, my respects, but the guards, who are the INITIAL image of the hospital, leave you wanting to burn the bad service they have EVERYWHERE... My husband recently had spinal fusion surgery at the hospital. There are so many great things about this hospital, but other things that need improvement. First of all, Cristina, in admissions is wonderful. She speaks perfect English (a huge bonus as my Spanish is basic) and she's extremely thorough and caring. The pre and post op care was also amazing. The hospital rooms are huge, with English TV stations and the accommodations are quite comfortable. Most of the staff (nurses, aides, etc...) are also very caring individuals. What didn't go so great is: (1) At check in we were given the rules of the hospital which requires a family member to be with the patient 24/7. This should be given in advance as we had to scramble to get a dog sitter. (2) Cristina, in admissions, asked us what we had been quoted for the procedure. This is something the hospital should already have, and in the end we were charged almost 23,000 pesos for the hospital's surcharge on the titanium metal used to fuse my husband's neck. Basically, the corkage fee for the metal to enter their hospital. We were not told about this by the doctor who gave us the quote. (3) Most of the nursing staff was great but some would let me husband's IV's run dry with alarms going off. This would cause them to come in and run saline solutions through the line which was a bit painful. When I'd go to see why the nurses had not responded to the IV alarms or our pushing the call buttons, they'd just be hanging around the nursing station. (4) Discharge was a traffic jam. The doctor said we could leave around 10:30 and that the bill was ready. I went to the nursing station to inquire and the sent me to the "caja" (cashier) downstairs who told me it wasn't ready yet so went back to the room and waited 2 hours until I finally went back to the nurses stations and requested someone who spoke English to come talk to me. After that, it finally got finished and delivered an hour later. All in all, a good hospital experience but if they are going to try and market to expats and wealthy individuals, there are many kinks in their system that they need to work out.

Very professional, clean hospital with caring nurses, doctors and entire staff. You don't feel like you are in a hospital in terms of decoration, environment and even the smell. I had an operation and was taken care of really perfect. Can not thank you guys enough. More than 5 ⭐. ( There are also many doctor offices on the upper floors which my doctors were too. My husband need to see another specialist so it was so convenient. The laboratory works perfect too. All in 1!)

Top class hospital with lots of doctor's offices upstairs. Plus there's a frozen yogurt place out front.
