Today I attended the clinic for an angiogram and what might have been a nerve wracking day turned into a totally positive experience. Every member of staff, without exception, was welcoming, friendly, highly professional and efficient. Anyone anticipating a visit to the clinic can be assured that, from start to finish, their concerns will be identified and addressed. My heartfelt thanks go to the whole team.

I had an ablation with an overnight stay last week, from which I am making a good recovery. This clinic is is super clean, really well equipped and comfortable.
The staff were all amazing which made such a difference to the whole experience. It was an anxious moment walking through the doors, but that soon melted away as I was looked after with such professionalism, kindness and empathy. I felt safe and well cared for.
Thank you to all the staff who played a part in my care, from reception, to the cath lab staff, anaesthetist, the nursing staff and to my EP Dr. Haywood.

Always treated well and have had multiple surgeries with the highest level of compassion and care. Couldn't recommend any higher. World class facilities, Doctors and med students/residents, nurses are extremely respectful of patient wishes and exceed professional standards. All support staff I've encountered were extremely helpful and welcoming and would ask you in the hall if there was anywhere specific you were trying to find and if they can help in any way. The Doctors and nurses were extremely accommodating of my specific (non cardiac) issues and needs at the time and worked with me on them for a comfortable experience. The surgeon it's named after actually operated on my Opa (grandfather in Dutch) and the surgeon who did my open heart surgery was studying under the Facility's namesake and remembered assisting on Opa's surgery because it was one of their first surgeries he assisted on. So he opened up and operated on my Opa and myself. Working on 2 generations of 1 family decades and half a Province apart is quite the interesting thing in my opinion. If you or your loved ones are required to be here you're in very good care under MANY VERY SKILLED hands.

Judging by the comments, the doctors are good, the support staff is bad. I am interested in the financial component: we were told the price of the transaction was UAH 145,000 (three stands). Two years ago, judging by the comments, two stands cost 15,000 UAH. Who in general calculates the cost of services in the clinic? I want everything to be transparent and honest and we receive checks, statements for the procedures provided, which I have to officially pay, and not "put in the doctor's bedside table". Where can I find out the prices for the services of the Heart Institute?

Dear people…..this is a death factory. They just buried my father. Half a million was left for treatment. 200 thousand valve replacement and 40 days of intensive care. The man came for the examination himself, but as they say, no one wants to lose their money. But that's not even the point. The fact that no one returned the money is understandable. But on the 7th floor there is an intra-hospital infection that kills all patients. People undergo complex operations, and then everyone develops sepsis, all organs become infected, and the patients die. They were burying my father, the wife of my roommate called and he had also died. Therefore, look for another place for treatment, but not on the 7th floor. But since the intensive care unit is on another floor, the entire hospital needs to be closed and treated for infection, but who wants to lose their money.....

My elderly mother, who is 86 years old, underwent surgery to replace an artificial valve. The reason why I went to a different hospital than the first time was because I judged her to be at high risk due to her age.
I was looking for a heart specialty hospital that performs many surgeries and ended up here.
It was a little far away, but people came from Shimane and Tottori prefectures, so it was still close.
The surgery was a great success. However, there were some difficult times due to complications, but now, almost half a year later, I am doing very well.
The reception desk is efficient, and although the doctor's office is quite busy, the examination and payment process are smooth.
Everyone is relatively kind, and I feel that the hospital is well-trained to handle the situation properly.
The surgeon was also wonderful.

2 months ago was my aunt's valve change operation and it was a complete success.
I am very grateful for everything they did before, during and after the operation.
The months before the operation, each of the specialists showed a very humane treatment, an adjective that paradoxically is seen less and less in doctors.
After the operation, they kept her hospitalized for more than 3 weeks and did not discharge her until the tests they performed daily gave good results, that is, without showing any rush to free up a bed, prioritizing the patient's safety.
Thank you very much to everyone who makes INCOR the hospital it is. Keep going like this!

If I could give no stars I would this place is absolutely horrendous. My husband is paralyzed and they leave him in his bed no attempts at physical therapy nothing to actually care for him. They did a Foley catheter because it was too inconvenient to do his straight catheter. They leave him ignored at the end of a hallway. The environment is dark and dingy. The parking is a whole other issue on its own. It takes 20/30 minutes for him to be attended to after pushing his call button. They shouldn’t be accepting patients who they aren’t equipped to care for

But, we were terribly wrong the rooms were absolutely disgusting and not being cleaned even the chairs had so much build up I had to deep clean them and the room. The bed they had him in as well was gross and sticky. I unfortunately had to do their job and clean his room everyday. I unfortunately had to also monitor his colostomy bag because they would let it get so full that when they would finally clean when i asked that it overflowed and spilled on the floor. I had help them clean it up because they left it for hours and took them and hour and a half just to get the bag in the first place after i asked them to remove the old filled one with a clean new one. The list goes on unfortunately. In his stay there he also got bed sores i would ask them to help move him often and put pillows under him so that he wouldn’t get bed sores and they never did. The hospital he was at before this was osu. Every hour or two like clockwork osu’s staff would turn him and put pillows under him so he wouldn’t. PAM failed to do this even when I asked especially when I would leave they slacked at taking care of him. I had to move him myself some so that he wouldn’t be uncomfortable. He was in the hospital for months unfortunately and later passed. I’m here 4 months later after his passing to share this because I don’t want this to happen to anyone again. My father didn’t deserve to be treated the way he was at PAM especially being a veteran that served for our country.

They took excellent care of my momma! In a time when time was critical the staff was very quick with their response time. My momma was able to return to her home in a very reasonable amount of time. With out the care and dedication of the staff here she would not be back home with us.

My husbands best friend has been in the Pam Unit for 2 months. Not once was the room cleaned. Floors were so dirty. They would leave their trash laying in the room and on his bed. There was one RN nurse who was meanest uncaring person I have ever seen! They have now moved him to a nursing facility over 4 1/2 hours away that has awful reviews. It is so sad how people treat sick patients 👎🏻 they don’t even deserve a 1 star

DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE!!
If I can give this place 0 or negative I would. This guy named James is a liar, and this lady Rose will not listen to you and dismiss you!
Was on hold for more than 20 minutes, since my brother didn't receive his dinner. This guy named James put us on hold and confirmed that the patient finished his dinner but did not record it, 2 CNAs couldnt remember what food was served or what the patient ate. Spoke with the visitor that was there and confirmed that there were no food.
This lady named Rose, who is the charge nurse after answering the phone told us (without listening what we have to say), that she just gave him a sandwich and some fruits. Mainly to shut us up..
Why did they lie to us and confirmed just to get us off the phone??? They didn't even apologize. If they lie on this little thing, makes me wonder what else they could be lying. This place needs to be closed down or need to replace all the incompetent staff.

My dad has been at PAM's for a little over 2 months and is set to transfer in the next few days. This facility is AMAZING, and my family and I are blessed to have had my dad here. He had a stroke after having a double bypass surgery with 2 valves replaced and was transferred to PAM's. This facility has treated him and us like family and truly taken care of him as if he were their own dad, brother, or uncle. PAM's is extremely clean and has tons of staff that are willing to help! My dad is my world, and it was extremely scary when trying to choose a facility for him to be moved to, and if PAM's is a choice, choose it!!!

This place is an absolute nightmare. One person stood out above the rest and that was Ronnie the CNA. Holly the chief of nursing is a joke and only gives false sense of security but she doesn’t follow through. Most of the nurses are nice, some of the CNAs are helpful. There is absolutely no communication with staff. When you bring up concerns they are brushed under the rug. If you ask a question no one has the answer and they point blame to the next. They bring people in here to die here. Illegal things happen in your loved ones rooms, and the so called chief of nursing is aware. If your loved one is a respiratory patient and on oxygen or a ventilator I suggest you move them to another hospital and fast. I highly suggest if you have family in this hospital you need to be there at all times and keep a close eye on everything they do. They don’t actually care about the patients or the families, they care about the money. Even the staff have made comments that it’s all about the money to this place. Absolute disgrace to the medical community and the sick patients who need actual care and kindness. Ronnie keep doing what you are doing, you are an absolute angel and do not let these people change you. We need more people like you in the world!

Im a true believer that we are all captains of our own ship. Life is what you make of it. However some circumstances are influenced by others. I was really worried when the doctors at Carolina East suggested that my brother who had been on a ventilator for 16 days and critically ill be transferred to PAM in Rocky Mt NC. Reading reviews only scared me more. However nothing there was working and he was slowly dying. After much prayer and research we ultimately made the best decision of his life. Only after 4 days he is eating and walking. A total miracle. When we first got here I was a little skeptic. Everything seemed old school and I wasn’t sure if I had made the right decision. But within hours I felt so comfortable confident and at ease. These people are so nice and caring. Like every hospital they have some that aren’t as good as others but for the most part we have not had a problem yet. The doctors and therapy teams are absolutely amazing. This is the first facility that encourages family members participation. They provide a place to sleep with your love one and meals all at no cost to the family.A shower and private bathroom was in our room for our convenience. My brother has been sick for over a month and for the first time I am hopeful. Thank you PAM y’all have been awesome 👏 😊🥰

My brother received excellent care last month. He was only there for about two or three weeks but the care and overall service he got was exceptional. During dinner time, we were offered dinner (which was delicious). His Second Floor nurses not only attended to his physical care but addressed his overall well-being too. This was instrumental at how fast he got better.
Thank y'all again for taking such good care of him.

Our loved one was at PAM in Sarasota for over a month in respiratory rehab. The entire team was excellent. They were professional and compassionate. The environment was clean and welcoming to visitors. By the time my parent was discharged we knew a lot of staff by name and had gotten to know some of the staff through their friendly conversation.
I understand that every person's experience in this type of setting will be different, but my family highly recommends this facility based on our shared experiences there.

A friend of mine recomended PAM hospital for my son who was in ICU for a week and needed an additional treatment and monitoring of his condition. From his admittion to his discharge, our experience at PAM was excellent. Staff members are professional, kind and caring. It was easy to obtain info and speak with my son's doctors, nurces and case workers. Everybody showed a great deal of concern for the well being of my son, and we both felt that he was safe and in good hands there. Everyone, without exception, was helpful and treated us with understanding, compassion and respect. In addition, my son's room was always clean and sanitised.
Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to your profession, patients and their families.

My daughter, Katherine, was in a severe car accident in our home state of Arkansas. She was airlifted to OCHSNER LSU and then after she was stable she was moved to PAM. She had a severe brain injur, both wrists were broken, her left knee messed up. She had a feedingtube and a traciautomy even though she could breathe on her own her oxygen levels had to be monitored. The staff was very kind compassionate to us. Constantly telling us not to give up hope. We were there from October of 2022 to January of 2023. I was able to stay with my daughter overnight. I can't possibly name everyone on staff that helped us. Cheri, was wonderful in helping getting all of my daughters paperwork for her transfer to TIRR in Houston. I didn't have to worry about filling out anything, she took care of everything. The physical therapists were wonderful. Even though she really couldn't do anything they worked her muscles just about every day. Julie, Jessica, & Betty y'all are just awesome. And the nurses and nurses aids. You ladies & gentleman have all my thanks and respect. Y'all helped me as much as you took care of Katherine. Wound care y'all were awesome. The doctors that came were kind and understanding. The respiratory ladies & gentleman were wonderful. The janitorial staff were excellent, her room was cleaned everyday . I just can't thank you all enough. This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Half the nurses & staff are horrible & just there for a PAYCHECK not because they care and have a passion for what they do!!!!! My mother was at this facility and let me just say she's worse today than she was when she went in. Observed one nurse on fb, another watching a movie, and the other one texting on her phone. When did the state board of nursing start allowing these things to go on in a facility?? Room was dirty and half way cleaned!!!! Can't tell you how many times the call light was pressed and it took them 30-45 mins to come see what was going on. My mother fell twice out of the bed. Run if you are even considering this horrible place for your loved ones. I didn't even want to give them a 1 star because they deserve a negative !!!!!!!

This specialty hospital provides no privacy for patients in that there are cameras in all rooms. Add to that: patients' visiting families are treated in a way that might be similar to visiting a prisoner. The nurses are amazing they seem to really care but management needs to take some courses in public relations.

This specialty hospital provides no privacy for patients in that there are cameras in all rooms. Add to that: patients' visiting families are treated in a way that might be similar to visiting a prisoner. The nurses are amazing they seem to really care but management needs to take some courses in public relations.

I had the worst experience at this hospital, first they lied to me about the waiting time for my lab results. They asked me to come back in 6 hours for my result and before they told me over the phone that it was gonna be 3 hour wait. Then I called before the 6 hours to ask if my results were ready the lady said she sent me the results through email and that they were normal and I that I don’t have to see a doctor. I believed her and we proceed to return to USA after I opened my email for results and I saw my cholesterol level in red I called the hospital and they told me I have to see a doctor because they can’t read the results only a doctor. They wanted me to set up another appointment and waist another day in Tijuana. I asked for an appointment over the phone and they said because I was a first time patient a have to have an in person appontiment. I don’t agree with this because they lied to me on everything, they don’t even help you or guide you when you’re there in person. These people only care about your money please don’t go over here. I regret having my test on this place they are not transparent and not professional at all. 😢

I’ve been coming here regularly for almost 7 months to treat my tumor in my hand, I’ve hand multiple surgeries and each one has been successful and quick. The border medical pass is a huge perk which eliminates the need to wait hours in line to get back to the states.

Be careful in this clinic!!! Due to staff shortages, employees are prohibited from taking sick leave. Serves employees with ARVI, influenza and other seasonal diseases. There is a real risk of not only not being cured, but also of catching something contagious as a gift. For me, this is a so-so bonus program!

We had an appointment with the surgeon on October 23, 2023, paid for the consultation, and the operation was scheduled for October 24 at 21:00. In addition to the cost of the operation, the cost of the consultation was also included in the bill. When asked why there was another consultation if it was yesterday, and today we came for the operation, the administrator’s answer was that this was a repeat consultation. Actually, the doctor performed the operation, no so-called consultation was carried out, but an extra 2200 rubles. no one removed it from the bill. There are no complaints about the doctor’s work; the operation was performed well.

If you're a tourist, for your safety please DON'T go there. No English, not helpful, non professional and most of all they insisted that I pay although I was explaining to them that I have a proof that I have a European insurance card. After a lot of time, they called the only doctor that could speak English and he explained to me that there was a misunderstanding because they didn't believe that I was a citizen of the European union. How is that possible while I gave them many time my ID with belgian nationality and proof of European insurance??? The second doctor also gave me pain killers and apologized that the first doctor didn't give me any and didn't explain me what happened. I will file a complaint mentioning the name of the incompetent nurse and doctor because it's not normal to be so incompetent while having a big "European union" flag in front of the hospital while not knowing the applicable rules. I had to stay there until midnight to solve it while I was I pain. My attempt to give them my phone with Google translate where useless because they didn't want to help. A big thanks to the second doctor.

We have been unable to find a doctor who will accept English-speaking patients and I HAD to use the hospital emergency today. My daughter was ill. I didn’t know which area to take her - adult or children’s - she is 15.
The intake clerk downstairs was obviously a bit irritated that I didn’t understand her but she was willing to use her phone to translate and instructed me to go upstairs to the children’s ward.
I was a bit confused because there isn’t a check-in window in what appears to be a waiting room. You must press a buzzer next to the closed door. I had to watch someone else who came in after 🫣 to see what to do. The nurse didn’t speak English but the PA (or perhaps she was a doctor) spoke well enough that we managed.
(I got the impression that if we had been Ukrainian, we would have had to go somewhere else for treatment. But we’re American and have foreigner’s insurance.)
We were treated kindly and well. Fortunately it wasn’t a busy morning so my daughter was seen immediately.
I was also pleased by how nice the lady at the pharmacy downstairs was. She spoke English and made sure I understood how to take the medicine prescribed and also that I had a copy to give to insurance for reimbursement. I didn’t know to ask for that and am grateful.

The girl at the Cup center gave me some WRONG information yesterday in a rather annoyed manner, as it is no longer possible to book visits and tests at the counter. So I queued for check-in, only to be told by a more knowledgeable colleague of his that for a week it has been necessary to book visits and tests by connecting to the Lombardy region's booking site or calling the toll-free number... terrible service!
I wonder, but is the Cup now only used to collect the ticket at the time of the visit to be carried out? You are also NHS, you generally go to hospital when the citizen is not well, he is not there to go for a walk, give an empathetic communication course to the employees who are at the CUP, it will be useful for them and for the citizens who go there , 90 percent elderly people.

The lack of communication on the part of some hospital employees, nurses and doctors led to a deep mistrust of the medical act. At the same time, the existence of infections in the hospital and the lack of knowledge of the minimum procedures in patient care led to the granting of this negative rating. The lack of empathy and the lack of understanding of the emotions that patients go through make me believe that the hospital employees are not properly trained to care for patients who are between life and death. For some hospital employees this job is like repairing a car or a broken fence, no difference.

Unfortunately, I'm not Italian. To be able to fly to Spain it is mandatory to present a certificate of a negative qPCR test that includes your name, your ID number and the date, in English. Apparently 92€ don't include printing the ID number, and they didn't print it even I insisted. Thank you so much.
