I only visit the hospital emergency when it is very urgent, unfortunately I have never left satisfied. They didn't give me proper examinations, the drugs prescribed for inflammation in the body had side effects of "possible formation of inflammation in the body". If you have to call for the results after 3 days, you have no chance to call. When I passed out in the corridor, the lady from the cafe upstairs had to help me, because two of the sisters had a lunch break, so why should they help me, and the third one preferred not to see me. There is no point in solving anything with management - they will always turn everything against you and sweep it under the carpet.

Recently I took my friend from Poland to this hospital, the doctor demanded 3000 Czech crowns, explaining at the same time that if she was Czech, the service would be free. I’m wondering how much funding for the construction and ongoing maintenance of such a resource in the region comes directly or indirectly from EU resources?

I had a thigh lift in April after a massive weight loss . It was cheaper than the UK but not particularly cheap. The results are awful. Still so much skin left, hardly made a difference. I complained to the clinic and was told by Dr Justan than I expect too much in a very short, abrupt reply. He was the same in person. I was desperate to feel better about my legs so I went with it. I’ve since seen my UK surgeon who did my breast uplift, arm lift, tummy tuck and he has told me the results are awful. Low scars, far far too much skin left, a handful from groin to knee still needs removing. Please do your research. I tried to save money by going here but now need to start again and save money to get fixed !

I thought my friend was describing the bedsores her father had while he was there and that they had to take him away to prevent his condition from worsening. Unfortunately, then a relative of the family went to this clinic for joint replacement surgery, and while being taken from the recovery room to the lower level for recovery, a young girl drove the relative and overturned the wheelchair. Accidents happen, but the behaviour of the doctor standing next to me debating with a lady was outrageous. Instead of being a doctor, he brazenly demanded money, saying he didn't see any other way to help. Not only is this kind of "failure to help" behavior criminal in the Czech Republic, but it shows the human and professional garbage that works there. This is my opinion, after the experience of a relative. And before I didn't believe my friend that this is common there, when she had a problem with her father's bedsores, after our family's experience I have a personal opinion that is never there again, this style of health care and doctors' behavior where I want to put my relatives or God forbid to lie as a patient myself.

I had breast augmentation in October. I was booked in for implants and restructure after substantial weight loss. For the first 3 months everything looked fine but when the swelling went down my new breasts started to droop. I took the advice of Dr Justan who advised me I didn't need implants, just augmentation. This was very poor advice or a money making exercise. The Surgal Clinic now want nearly three times what I initially paid to put an implant in with full augmentation. Very poor advice and after service. They have tried to blame the elasticity of my skin being very good hence the droop but an experienced surgeon should have identified this. I am now booked in to an English clinic, where I should have gone to start with. The clinic itself is extremely nice, like a 5* hotel with excellent staff it's just unfortunate that the surgery isn't the same.

Worse service ever. I had covid symptoms and couldnt breath, the receptionist was unpleasant and sent me to another hospital and from that hospital sent me back to Ružinov Hospital. Half day was wasted and i had to eventually wait for 7 hours while still waiting here and doctors are closing the door so strongly that it just shakes my mind. Toilets are broken no toilet paper even. While im waiting here my health condition has gone worse. I wouldnt even give one star so far.

I found a superior quality Int'l standard Hospital in Chittagong. There doctors nurses very cooperative and helpful. Laboratories are up todate and all equipment and machinenaries are good condition.

Most modern multifunctional hospital in chattogram city. Price is near about 50% higher than other. Service standard is very good.

I was in the one-day surgery department for 4 days because I had a more complicated operation. Many nurses took turns with me and I cannot say a word about their care and willingness. Everyone was nice, helpful and smiling. The food was beyond expectations, chicken schnitzel, steamed buns, gnocchi with meat, of course jam, butter, honey, rolls or fruit. Thank you for the procedure and for the care. I am glad that I chose the second district for the operation.

Today, October 3, 2023, it was supposed to be vaccinated to protect health against covid 19. From 1:00 p.m., approx. 40 people who registered were supposed to be vaccinated, and from 2:00 p.m., it was their turn to come unregistered. Topoľčany hospital was unprepared (one nurse and one doctor, the system did not work). Most of the registered people were elderly people. At 1:30 p.m., the nurse and the doctor started to deal with something... The two of us came from Prievidza and were unregistered. After 14.00 we left with the fact that we have a chance to get in line in 3-4 hours, as 2-3 people were vaccinated before our departure. In a word, chaos. We gave up. But before we left, we spoke to the deputy at the directorate, who, with her incompetence, only stated that the doctor could not keep up. It is possible that such incompetent people work in hospital management. We traveled 60 km there and 60 back and nothing. We will see when and where we manage to get vaccinated. In May 2022, we urgently arrived from Kazakhstan to the clinic. It was necessary to install a drainage to remove bile from the liver. The condition was quite serious, bilirubin was more than 500 units. In Kazakhstan it was not possible to install drainage, it did not work. It’s cheaper to order some types of medicines this way than in our pharmacies, I’ve tested it myself. Prices for treatment are really not low, but by regional standards, we are from Krasnodar. In Moscow, believe me, these are standard prices, there is something to compare with. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.

No one expects to get injured and have surgery however this happens to a lot of us. I'm very grateful for the fantastic treatment, care and attentive guidance from pre to post opp over a span of 12 months. On the day of the surgery, everything started on time; the room was impeccable, and the staff was kind and attentive. They made me feel safe at every minute, and after my dressings changed, I also received the best care possible from the nurses. My dad had called the nurses on the buzzer 20 times they did not attend so he called me. I had to leave my apartment to come and see him so he could go to the toilet very unprofessional.

I made an appointment for surgery with general anesthesia in 16.30. I didn’t eat and drink for almost a day before the anesthesia. I called the clinic twice before the surgery to make sure everything was ok. When I arrived at the appointed time, my time had been moved to 11.30! Of course, the operation was canceled. Very unprofessional attitude towards patients.

Yesterday I visited the medical department at Krasnaya Presnya. I have always been pleased with the service in other branches, but this left just a terrible impression. The slowness of the receptionist's work could have been tolerated, but the way the security guard behaved is simply a disgrace to the nurse. I was with an elderly mother and one-year-old son; we were not allowed in with our stroller. The security guard held the elevator and did not let us go up, all the visitors to the clinic swore at him, but he put on a show out of his integrity and rudeness. Then we waited 15 minutes for the stroller from the clinic on the first floor, which is why we were late for our appointment with the pediatrician. The nerves frayed for me, my mother and my son. I'm deeply disappointed. I also don’t understand what kind of rules these are so unique to the red freshwater department. In all other departments they allowed us in with a stroller without any problems. These rules were invented by an idiot who never carried rude children on himself. It was painful to look at the poor mothers who moved with mother's bags and babies from floor to floor. Why are there no free strollers for infants downstairs if you are not allowed to bring your own strollers? What does this ban on strollers save?

My attending physician insisted on pressotherapy as part of my course of treatment (I have a venous circulation disorder in the lower extremities). And I am very glad that he insisted on this. After pressotherapy, the heaviness in my legs that had already become familiar went away, and there was such lightness that words cannot express it (only those who have similar problems will understand). This procedure helped me a lot.

If you're a tourist, for your safety please DON'T go there. No English, not helpful, non professional and most of all they insisted that I pay although I was explaining to them that I have a proof that I have a European insurance card. After a lot of time, they called the only doctor that could speak English and he explained to me that there was a misunderstanding because they didn't believe that I was a citizen of the European union. How is that possible while I gave them many time my ID with belgian nationality and proof of European insurance??? The second doctor also gave me pain killers and apologized that the first doctor didn't give me any and didn't explain me what happened. I will file a complaint mentioning the name of the incompetent nurse and doctor because it's not normal to be so incompetent while having a big "European union" flag in front of the hospital while not knowing the applicable rules. I had to stay there until midnight to solve it while I was I pain. My attempt to give them my phone with Google translate where useless because they didn't want to help. A big thanks to the second doctor.

We have been unable to find a doctor who will accept English-speaking patients and I HAD to use the hospital emergency today. My daughter was ill. I didn’t know which area to take her - adult or children’s - she is 15. The intake clerk downstairs was obviously a bit irritated that I didn’t understand her but she was willing to use her phone to translate and instructed me to go upstairs to the children’s ward. I was a bit confused because there isn’t a check-in window in what appears to be a waiting room. You must press a buzzer next to the closed door. I had to watch someone else who came in after 🫣 to see what to do. The nurse didn’t speak English but the PA (or perhaps she was a doctor) spoke well enough that we managed. (I got the impression that if we had been Ukrainian, we would have had to go somewhere else for treatment. But we’re American and have foreigner’s insurance.) We were treated kindly and well. Fortunately it wasn’t a busy morning so my daughter was seen immediately. I was also pleased by how nice the lady at the pharmacy downstairs was. She spoke English and made sure I understood how to take the medicine prescribed and also that I had a copy to give to insurance for reimbursement. I didn’t know to ask for that and am grateful.

I do not recommend!!! Sonography visit, unpleasant doctor, sono of the entire abdomen done in maybe a minute. Considering that a person comes to the doctor's office with a little apprehension, I would expect a more friendly approach. No one said a word about the examination. They forced me into the waiting room, after a few minutes they shoved a piece of paper into my hand and slammed the door. It was my first visit to this hospital and never again!!!

The clinic offers excellent service, but they lack flexibility when it comes to rescheduling appointments. I understand the importance of their regulations, yet there should be exceptions for situations like the passing of a friend or other emergencies.

They have a designated client parking yet no instructions, I got a parking fine because of it. When I contacted them about it, i didn't even receive a response. Disappointing!

Instead, you will likely be kept in the dark regarding a possible diagnosis. Rather than providing you with crucial information about your health status, they waste their time taking snapshots as evidence of attempting to contact you. Furthermore, do not be deceived by their advertised prices, as there are numerous extra charges, such as follow-ups or additional tests recommended during the consultation, which ultimately increase your bill significantly. As someone with a medical background who has visited public and private healthcare facilities across the globe, I can confidently say that I have never witnessed such peculiar and potentially unlawful procedures. Unfortunately, some medical professionals there prioritize their financial gain over providing quality care. These doctors may pressure patients into unnecessary follow-up appointments, causing stress, anxiety and potentially wasting valuable time and resources. In conclusion, I strongly advise against utilizing this facility, especially if one happens to be an expatriate seeking medical services abroad.

I had to see a dermatologist with urgency, Dr. Boroczván Csilla was extremely thorough, attentious and kind. After living in the USA with great health insurances for a decade, I can confidently say I was surprised by the cleanliness and treatment here.

I have only positiv experiences here, the doctors are very friendly and have a lot of knowledge. The same for the nurses. Indeed if you have to go to the emergency you have to wait, like every where in the world. This is depending on the screening, some cases are more urgent, just accept that. Would be nice to have something to read due the waiting time, but that is the only thing. I was several times here, also for a longer time, and the care is just very good, that is the most important thing.

One of best places in Budapest to get the Covid vaccination. Very efficient and attentive service in a clean and tidy place. All doctors, nurses, IT specialists and soldiers work the help incoming people. No preliminary registration required. Large parking lot located in front of Uzsoki hospital free on weekends only.
