I’m visiting from USA and don’t have dental insurance in the states. After having a not so pleasant experience at another place with a cleaning that told me I had 2 cavities! These were my first ones and I seat them online and found Kenz dental. The dentist at Kenz and the dental assistant were so kind during the experience. Even showed me on a mode where the cavities were and barely get any discomfort during the process. I would definitely recommend!

Actually, i availed their services since dec. 2020 with dr. Yamin, he was very professional and very accomodating. Until he exit in saudi arabia december 2022. His replacement is Dr. Eram. I booked an appointment for a routine hygiene visit. When I showed up for the appointment I was checked in by the receptionist and told to wait in the waiting area. After 10 minutes I was told that the doctor didn’t show up for the appointment and that they have to reschedule. This was completely unprofessional and didn’t show any respect or regard for the patient’s time. If the doctor called in sick or wasn’t available, then I should have been notified before arriving to the clinic. What’s even worst is that they had me wait for 10 minutes before they realised that the doctor is not in for the appointment.

I gave it 2 stars because It’s my second time visiting the clinic and I don’t understand what’s the use of taking an appointment if every time you have to wait for 30min to 1 hr .

I needed to make an unscheduled visit to a dentist whilst on my travels in South America. After some careful research and a responsive conversation with the Smiles Peru over WhatsApp, I choose to book my first consultation. In this consultation, they provided the most thorough examination I have experienced, with impeccable bedside manners and more than sufficient spoken English skills. Following the consultation I opted for all advised services, including a root canal, post, and crown. They were able to fit my lengthy appointments into a very condensed period of time to best align with my travel plans. I am extremely satisfied with the service; over the course of my treatment I was seen by no less than five dentists with each reviewing and checking the quality of the others' work. I couldn't be more satisfied with the final results, it is without a doubt the best my dental health has ever felt.

I didn't expect to visit the dentist while in Peru, but had a top notch experience when I needed to. I chipped my tooth on my plane ride into Lima and walked in the next day on Saturday morning. They were able to see me, assess and fix that day. Could not ask for more. Oh and the whole space is strikingly clean and white. I've never felt at a more clean and professional dental outfit.

The Doctors and all Staff at Smiles Peru were amazing!!! I had to have very extensive dental work done in a very short period of time, and literally was in the Dentist chair from 9 am to to close in order to get everything perfect before I had to travel. From Lab work, crowns , root canals , oral surgery, and much more , they were so professional and had a plan of action everyday which they succeeded at every given turn. Every single person I came into contact with from the door men, taxi driver that they sent to pick me up, to everyone else I came into contact with throughput the week , I can not express how grateful I was for their patience with getting everything exactly perfect!!! They were so kind and gentle and very concerned with how I was doing and all wanted to make my goal happen, which was accomplished on this trip! Dr. Maja is an excellent dentist and her staff are brilliant too, I met Dr. Lana also. This clinic provides a highly quality professional service with high tech equipment and an ultra clean clinical environment. There's an array of treatment available. The team facilitated my dental work despite my busy schedule of international travel, they always kept in touch throughout to ensure the appointments suit me etc... I'm a very nervous patient and I was put at ease immediately. All my questions and concerns were always addressed first. Everything about my experience with this dental clinic, especially Dr Nasar and Dr Asanga Weerasooriya is par excellence. Their location is extremely clean and sanitized, while the rest of the staff, especially the lady at frontline Ms Nirmala Motha have been very courteous, accommodating and always with a smile. Dr Nasar being the chief always directed and guided his co- dentists in a very gentle and professional manner. It’s been about ten(10) months since I had the work done as it was a dire need for me to be able to smile/speak without hesitation. My family got injured during the visit in Seoul unfortunately. As a foreign visitor, this hospital provide nice service , the people are very nice, we can communicate in English basically , the safety officer helped us to call the taxi back to hotel , thanks for their help. Basically , the basic charge is about 700k won (US$ 520) . There would be additional charges if you need to have further inspections. I hope all of you are healthy and not need to visit hospital during travel. God bless you 🙂

I would rate minus 8f I could. Worst ER experience ever. We had no choice but to come here as per the ambulance staff. The patient was in ER for 5 hours without any communication with the next of kin. No one let's the patient know where urinal was and no blanket available for 30kg patient who was shivering like a puppy. Very rude and blunt staff who were avoiding talking to the patient's family member. If you want to be treated with some dignity do not go to this hospital.

The international clinic was great. They are very organized, they will show you a map where to go and what order. They were helpful and very fast. I had the blood results in one day. The doctor was very kind and easy to talk with, and in perfect english.

My particular experience was with the staff of ward 21. They were like a family. Treated me the best possible way. I have been receiving medical treatment ever since 2010 and this is by far the ɓest hospital experience I had. Awesome. The staff was exceptional. They went far and beyond their duties.
