Open letter to Profesor Zielinski I wanted to tell you that I’m very disappointed with you and your clinic. Now, after my father’s death and Mr. Suta’s (the patient from Targu Mureș) also I’m convinced that you are guided only by profits and you are not concerned about the wellbeing of patients. We have sent you translated medical reports, pet CT’s and other imagistic investigations, blood tests and you didn’t even have the decency to look over them and tell us it’s not worth making the trip giving how advanced was their condition. You could have done what the doctors from Szeged hospital did for me and say that there is nothing you could do for my father and with regrets I cannot take your money and leave our country with a negative perception about our medical services. They said that because they looked over the investigations I sent them. But no sir you were too blinded by money and we were so desperate to save our fathers that we believed you. Shame on you. I guarantee these are words well thought and not said in anger.

All the people super friendly. If something took longer, it was only because there were patients who needed to be treated more urgently. Some people probably forget that here in the evaluation. As far as you can say about a hospital stay, I had a good time there.The staff is international and with many languages. I was diagnosed with serous ovarian carcinoma and after resection of the carcinoma by a Romanian doctor, director of a private hospital in Bucharest, in a boundless desperation I contacted the best clinics in the world, specialized in oncology. The commercial representative of the WPK hospital, Mr. Alexandru Pop, was the first to contact us and was the only one who convinced us to buy tickets to Vienna. We had all the appointments made by the minute, he walked with us and empathized every moment. Thanks to him, I got to the best specialist in gynecological surgery, the most wonderful woman who rushed all my procedures in order to be able to proceed with the surgery. In the worst moment of my life, when I read despair on the children's faces and I felt helplessness and frustrated, this wonderful woman, , Prof. Dr. B. Schurz, gave us a chance. The hospitalization period was 8 days and I received the best care possible. The staff was by far very professional and very empathetic, as well as the nurses. I felt treated like a family member. The sales representative came to me twice a day, called me and asked me all the time what else I needed or if I was satisfied. Because of my diagnosis, even if I came at the very early stages, I will still have to proceed with 6 chemotherapy sessions with one of the best oncologists in the world, Prof. Dr. Zielinski. I recommend the clinic with great confidence.

Our two children were born in this hospital in 2019 and 2023. We can only report positive things about our time here. You felt very cared for and the entire team is extremely competent, motivated, courteous and friendly. It is important to me to mention this and thank you for all your efforts. I had the most horrible experience in the gynecology department here, my house doctor told me to go to the emergency room and when I got in for my consultation the doctor told me my problem is not an emergency and that there are people who actually need help. It was my first time seeing a gynecologist and she asked me if I have been before and I said no because I was not financially able to ever before and she almost laughed at me and said „no doctors in your country?“ she was clearly bothered by the fact that I asked her if we can speak in English. After she consulted me she said she can’t give me a diagnostic and than gave me a prescription without a diagnostic. She made me feel very uncomfortable, she made fun of me and where I come from, made me feel like I am not worth helping even tho my house doctor did. That woman should not be a doctor of any kind she was horrible!

We were in the children's hospital last night with our 10-week-old daughter and were really excited. Of course it was to wait but that's the way it is now. The doctors and the nurse were super nice and took really good care of our mouse. Our mouse obviously felt good, despite being in a really bad mood. During the examination she made the whole team and us smile and laugh. We felt very well cared for. Thanks!

This is the worst experience I've ever had in my seven years living in Taiwan. The nurses and all the staff at the front desk (emergency department) are the worst and very slow!!!! I literally cried in pain because I had an animal stuck in my left ear but they still had a lot to ask about my condition like getting fever, nausea, vomiting, etc.. Even though my boyfriend was with me and said he would help with everything but just please get the animal out., they didn’t care because “that’s the procedure”. Very bad attitude. I just hope this has nothing to do with race or anything.

Adequate facilities for the single ward, with bathroom, refrigerator, desk, sofa, sofa bed, TV, and electric bottle in the room. On the same floor you can find clothe dryer. Overall remained in good condition.

apparently, this poor guy took the high speed rail all the way from 台中 to see the doctor only to find out that the doctor in question took the day off or something and the hospital didn’t even notify him that there was a substitute doctor instead. given that it was the same doctor i was scheduled to see, i can confirm that it was indeed a different doctor, but she was perfectly fine for my needs. it is, however, really scummy that the hospital didn’t notify its patients of this swap, and i would have expected far better of a private hospital.

Went to 家醫科 Number 19 . The doctor was superrrrrrrrrrrrr bad . he talked to me with high notes and said "do you understand chinese, you understand or no!" like for hundred times i just asked one part that i rly didn't understand what he meant. and this his job to tell me the detail. why he got angry to me lmao. hate that doctor. gonna remember in my life and won't ever comeback to this place again.Never

Referred over by a small clinic that had already provided photos of the issue - I waited an entire six hours in a wheelchair unsure if I was still hemorrhaging internally while they lackadaisically ran a few tests and at the end I wasn’t even sure if which nurse/doctor was in charge of my case and just sent home with meds. I give a one star because I’m still alive but to wait six hours in an EMERGENCY room is ridiculous.

Have been passed around from test to test for 3 months trying to get clearance for surgery without any treatment for my condition. Seems like all they want to do is test and not treat problems. Impossible to contact doctors offices by phone. Ordered tests without telling me. Asked for referral to hand surgeon and they sent me to shoulder specialist. Asked for referral to ear doctor and they sent me to throat doctor. Did multiple tests on heart and all good but they are ordering more tests. Think they are more interested in generating revenue than healthcare

My first bad experience, I have been admitted here several times and my stay had always been good, until today that I already have 6 days admitted with my son here we had a double room where the first nights I was touched by very decent and respectful people, the last two nights I have been touched by a couple with their son who leave the light on until late at night, they spend the day in phone calls and with a very inadequate tone of voice, the husband stays to sleep and has an awful snoring because those that are very difficult For me and my baby to have rest time! I talked to the manager who didn't do anything, I don't talk to people or take the delicacy to even see if she could move us to another room I don't care if it was with another person maybe they weren't as indecent as these which the sick people have told her that please if they can keep their composure and they don't even change! The truth is that I would have liked to have another person to help me and be more condescending with the situation, because I have seen empty rooms since last night even double, but according to the person I spoke they were not available! I'm still here and I can't take a break! As a hospital you need to put some rules like do not let man stay at least in double bedrooms, do not permit loudly noise in the room and for the residents on the rooms to keep respect to others and peaceful space appropriate for recovering!

My sister had surgery at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. Her surgeon called me at 11:14 to report that she was out of surgery, and that the recovery room staff would be in touch when we could see her. I did not hear from the recovery room, so I called them. The desk clerk rudely told me that the nurse would call. It is now 2:50 - almost 4 hours since my sister left the OR, and I still have not heard a thing from the recovery room nurse. It is inexcusable to treat family members in this way. In addition - they have a one way texting app for communicating with family members - useless, apparently, because they don't use it. I understand nurses can be extremely busy, but it only takes seconds to communicate to worried, waiting loved ones.

Seems like a reliable place but at 5.5 months pregnant I went to receive a regular check up and it ran me $400. Also, there were tests done in that checkup from blood work. Still have yet to receive any results from the blood work. Also I specifically told the doctor not to tell me the Sex of baby as it’s a surprise & we were doing a gender reveal and she laughs in my face and says “It’s a boy…It’s not a surprise anymore” Ruined my gender reveal for me & my son with 0 sympathy. I never want to go back to this hospital again.

While I appreciated the procedure being done my beef is this places billing department only affords you 6 months to pay your balance. So even tho I have insurance through my place of employment and reached my déductible prior to surgery, and even though I have been making payments monthly for the remaining 20% ... if my balance isn't paid in full within 6 months their "policy" is to send it to collections. Now I was offered 'financial assistance' IF I submit two or three years of taxes, plus several paycheck stucs. (So basically all of my personal information) which is not only time consuming but also invasive. I'm just a single gal trying to make ends meet. I needed the surgery to prevent further complications down the road so I elected to have it done. Perhaps I missed information prior to getting the surgery? But I NEVER thought that even though I am paying monthly a fair amount towards the remaining balance that I would STILL be threatened with having it go to collections. And just for that reason I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Period

The Nurses, CNAs, PTs, & Staff were all AMAZING!!! My mom had knee surgery a week ago and our experience there was great!! Everyone was kind and helpful from admission to post op. I can’t remember everyone’s names but I did take some down! We loved how kind and helpful her nurse Kaylani was!!! The most important part to us was having a Spanish speaking nurse on staff. My mom only speaks Spanish and it was so comforting to us knowing at night she was left with someone she could understand and communicate with! Thank you to Josephina and Nasthja for taking such good care of my mom! The physical therapist, Ruth is incredible!!! My mom adored her and made us feel confident about taking her home!! Special thank you to KASS, CNA!!!! She provides excellent patient care. Spine and Joint hospital provided quality care!

Couldn't visit my grandpa in the emergency room. I drove an hour to get here and then they tell me there is a 2 visitor limit. There is little to no reception in the building so I couldn't even get in contact with who was in there. I called into the room and when I asked about someone leaving she pretended I didn't even talk to her and went mhm mhm and hung up. I love hospitals that won't let a grandson see his grandfather in the ER

During my dad's ICU stay at Brigham and Women's Hospital, the nurses provided outstanding care. They kept us informed and made us feel safe throughout a traumatic time for our family. My experience with the staff was a very special and good one of course there were a couple of not so greats but as a whole I totally appreciated the experience and staff!

My wife and I welcomed our first child with John Hopskins and we were treated exceptionally. Our stay lasted 6 days. Nearly every member of the staff seemed to truly believe in the work they were doing and it instilled confidence in my wife and I. The student nurses were very helpful and what they may have lacked in experience they made up for in drive and enthusiasm! Two of the nurses, who helped my wife in labour, even visited us the next day to congratulate us and check up on the status of our child. It did get busy for the nurses the last few days and we would love to have seen more lactation specialists on staff available to help us but after this incredible experience I will certainly encourage my wife and other parents to include John Hospkins in future family planning.

We had a very nice experience here. Dr Kuwera and staff took perfect care of our toddler. He was competent, thorough and friendly-explaining everything as he went. It’s a large hospital, but with many helpful staff stations throughout, it’s easy enough to find your way around. Must register before entering, which ensures safety. Worse Possible Care Provided: I chose Medicover for my Child Birth Due to below reason. 1. Language Barrier: Medicover People Speaks English so it should be easy. 2. Reviews and Facility : With 1st visit you will be impressed with the facility and I aggree facility was good. What Was good: 1. Initial Checkups to check baby heart Rate. 2. Few Nurses(I can count on fingers) which were really good and served really well (be it Delivery or after care) 3. Alertness of Pediatrec Doc: Thanks to his alertness we caught hold of my baby's sickess at very early stage. What was worst: 1. Except one Nurse : No Nurse speaks English in Baby Care Department and except few no nurse speaks English in mid wife section Inspite of knowing that neither me and nor my wife speaks Hungarian : Out of 3 nights Spend: for 2 Nights there were none of nurse were speaking English and my wife had to make them understood using google translate and that too her already painful condition. 2. Food Quality: Worst possible food is given for vegetarians. One on hand doc was saying to avoid food which could cause gas and on other hand Gaseous foods are being served from Medicover! 3. Here comes my worst nightmare which is still not stopped: My wife's sutures were not done properly and got infection in 2 weeks. for that Medicover re did them again(At Medicover cost) at 3rd week and after that start charging us for control appointment(2 times) and by that time Medicover just wanted to get rid of this case and finally doc said every thing is ok and come back after 3 months but my wife is still in pain so looking at such behavior from medicover we had second opinion and seems there the sutures done for second time also is not done correctly and there is gap and now it might need to lead another round of sutures. So in the end my wife's medical case is ruined by Medicover so I would put second thought for people who wants to go for them and inspite for paying an hefty amount of 800K HUF we are still doing rounds of hospitals just because team in medicover could not do their job properly !

The staff were friendly, professional and attentive. I'm very grateful for the first class service I received.

I traveled almost 4 hours to get to the Medicover for my appointment, from Baranya. And waiting 10 minutes for me, because I was in a traffic jam, was clearly too much for this doctor. We even called to warn we would be 10 minutes late and the reception told us then it wasn't a problem.. Wouldn't recommend...

Just a short talk and that's it! Dr. Papp Gyorgy had not given me the appropriate time or attention for my medical condition. 6min in and out!

If it’s possible to give minus I would do that. I have the most horrible experience in my live. I have an issue with my foot for 4 months. During this period of time I visited THREE(!) different doctors here. The first one gave me incorrect diagnosis, didn’t pay attention to my words and refused to assign me to XRay or Ultrasound or something because (and I quote) ‘Among us only I have medical education’, so I should take her words and leave. Rude and absolutely disrespectful. I booked another appointment and it was pretty nice experience, the doctor assigned me XRay and Ultrasound examinations, proved incorrect diagnosis of the first doctor. I followed the treatment and did physio, but nothing has significantly changed. She said we were not leave it like this and assigned me to MRI examination and advised to see orthopaedic surgeon (huge thanks to her for that). I did an MRI examination which showed a lot of interesting things which I had to google myself as the third doctor didn’t check the scans! He pointed all my issues were because of my weight and I should loose it and it would be fine, but he couldn’t do anything and didn’t have any other plan for me apart from exercise to loose weight and use specific soles. He also made some assumptions about my health and was a bit surprised I didn’t have other issues. Again, he didn’t check scans, just read a brief summary, said I didn’t have any tears in my ligaments (ultrasound and MRI both said different) and actually it’s chronic (how come as I never have any issues before. Never) When I asked why it happened on a first place as nothing changed (no injuries no weight gain no anything I could notice) and why after almost four months of a treatment I had even worse symptoms now there were no reply apart from a lecture about different types of inflammation and that I used my leg every day. No treatment plan, just wait at least three months as other patients dealt with it for a year or two, it won’t be healed in a week (yeah, but it 4 months, sure). He also made a steroid injection and didn’t inform that I have to pay for it separately. When I was practically at home I got a call asking how come I didn’t pay and go away? Well, to pay for something you actually need to be informed about it, no? (The reception girl was nice, no complaints). Overall THE WORST experience ever. Waste of time money and nerves.

I had my total hip replacement surgery here six days ago and everything went great. Dr.Ravnihar is great and he took his time to make everything perfect for me. His staff at B2 ward is full of love for patients and find it not hard to do their job. One more thing that was very good to me. Food at this hospital is excelent and some restaurants might be envy of the cook here. All in all,if you need some joint replaced,come here and you will not be dissapointed.

Majority of our experience here has been great, however since we spend most of our time in the Nicu with our baby boy, you would think that the nurses who are watching them follow some type of guide to respectfully work quietly so that the babies who needs rest can rest peacefully, but no! That’s not the case, they gossip out loud with one another, they slam drawers, trash lids, and more. Our kid has a heart condition so resting is the best thing for him to get him where he needs to be for his surgery. He is always startled or woken up by all of the noises going on. All I ask is that you guys respect the needs of the kids who needs to rest and try not to make so much noise or talk so loud, especially if is just about gossip. Thanks

UCLA should be ashamed to call itself a hospital . I placed a negative review of UCLA, Ronald Reagan Hospital A few days ago and I see it it has been removed. First of all upon my arrival at the ER, after requesting That all of my doctors be within my network I was told by the person checking me in ( cold As a bottom of a rock ) it is against the law for him to tell me if the doctors are within network. Which I know is against the law in California. This place is basically not any better, and has lower standards than any Third World country hospital. If I was able to give it a zero or even minus I would. There was basically a dozen seats in the ER for waiting so as you are exposed to any illness. I was seen after five hours for a heart problem There is nowhere to charge your phone, so as to keep in touch with loved ones. People are spread out and strewn throughout the hallways ( including tents, just outside the ER ) with no privacy and total humiliation. The ER is full of homeless, looking for a place to sleep. I will continue to post continuously, until my experience is not deleted. If you have or care for your loved ones, do not bring them here like I said, this is below third world healthcare standards

I gave birth to my daughter here in early 2022 & will be giving birth here in early 2024. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for OB care. I live in Tarzana so the drive while in labor was not fun & I could have gone to a much closer hospital but I trust UCLA Westwood more than any other ER/OB department & can’t imagine having gone elsewhere. The labor & delivery nurses are compassionate, informative & kind. My Dr. Is Dr. Zapata but she wasn’t on call when I gave birth so I saw another Dr, so sorry I don’t remember her name, but she was amazing and I felt in very capable & caring hands. I recommend this hospital for anyone I know who’s pregnancy for maternal & postpartum care. I’m very surprised the rating isn’t higher as overall the doctors are wonderful, up to date, the nurses are very capable & always warm in my experience. Also, it’s such a well maintained campus with updated equipment & very clean overall.

Yesterday Drahomir Galbavý operated on my bunions and today it's as if I wasn't even in surgery. He has a nice attitude towards the patient 👌 When the legs are untied, I'll add another photo. This is how they were before the operation. Maybe the only thing I would complain about is that I was loaned crutches who knows how many people😮‍💨. I wouldn't have expected this from a private clinic🤷🏾‍♀️. It lowered the level a bit in my eyes, because crutches can be prescribed without any problems... nurses are fine😉 Today I am a week after the operation and I am documenting a photo of both with the incision🥹

In my opinion, this is the best clinic in Slovakia. Mr. Primár's precise approach came naturally to the entire staff, they are incredibly nice, accommodating, helpful and do their job as best as they can. Mr. Primár is a person with a big heart in the palm of his hand and a huge professional in his obore. Thank you that I could be there already for the 3rd procedure.

Supposed to be the best private hospital in Israel... I doubt it. My recommendation - even if the doctors are great, don't go there for Mei Shafir. You will get an awful treatment of your case. Let's start by the fact that they canceled the genetic consultant a week before the mei Shafir check.. and asked me to find a docteur (genetics specialist) that could see me in the next 3 days, so they could perform the check on time.. No help on their side to help me finding of course. So now imagine yourself calling every hospital of Israel asking for a place in the next 3 days to see a specialist... and how stressed you are. Found a place in Nahariya by chance. The specialist didn't even understand why I was being canceled from the beginning at asuta (what was found in my genetics tests was insignificant) . Even the mei Shafir doctor didn't understand why the genetics consultant of asuta was ever canceled to me!! Anyway check went well and today I am receiving the results... what a shame! 2 pages of results scanned, the second page cannot even be read. The first page is not clear. That's such a shame and so embarrassing. Anyway from my experience and people that went with asuta will confirm, your case with be handled by many people, no one has the same work process, no one will answer you clearly and on a same way. Choosing asuta is choosing to add more stress to your life.
