THIS HOSPITAL IS FANTASTIC!!! I have never had such a wonderful experience with medical professionals in Arizona... they have the best staff I have ever come across in this state... from the phone, to the door, to the room... every member of the staff was friendly, compassionate, & sincere... their positivity & kindness are the only reason I survived this procedure mentally... I cannot give enough praise... well done!!! Special shout outs to Hilda, Ellen, Melissa, Char, & Dr. Ayazi *GO TEAM HELEN!!!*

I will have to say I have a high threshold for pain and do not like taking medication of any kind. I also only visit a medical professional if it is absolutely necessary. I have no problems with the total knee replacement I had done in this facility. The doctor knew how to do it since he had many years of practice. I also worked hard on rehab and was hiking again with a new knee 6 weeks after surgery. I see most negative reviews here are patients who claim to have pain. My problem with the facility is a lack of communication with the patients, nurses, doctors and administrators. Seven months after the surgery we finally find out they have the wrong email address for me and there is no medical record on file for me. Just a bill for the day I was there with no reason for me to have even been there. I know my insurance was billed for the procedures, but there is no medical records for me to access. So if you expect to get the medications you should while in this facility, it is unlikely. If you would like to know why your are getting billed and for what, this is probably not the place to go. I feel very fortunate to have come out of there in good shape and attribute that to taking care of myself without drugs of any kind. I believe all the good reviews are due to the hospital's policy of asking for a review two days after you leave the hospital. I have waited the full seven months to see how the billing and documentation went. This organization needs tons of help in that department. I will not be going back and don't recommend anyone else should go there.

Arizona Spine and Joint Hospital gave me outstanding service and care during my stay. I would also like to thank Dr. T, his wife Kate, and Dr. Kralik for their great skills and knowledge. I'm so thankful my wife and I found these skilled surgeons. I'd also like to thank the nurses and staff who took care of me while there: Debbie, Cathy, Karen, Deanna, Becky, Dickson, Katherine and Veronica! Thanks again. My drive from Lake Havasu was well worth it!
