Additionally, the canteen's occasional service of subpar, even spoiled, food is a concern. Despite these drawbacks, the hospital's cleanliness and luxury contribute positively to the overall experience.

It's pathetic that they don't follow serial at all for Dr. Momenuzzaman. Staff are busy to give their known persons serial. It's costly but the service is below the belt. They don't care about patients suffering at all. It's a chaos in the management. If possible find another doctor to get proper treatment. Highly not recommended. Also before giving Bill, check the paper properly. They always try to put some extra called service cost which was never serve. If you are admitted there and take any package, try to pay the bill before 5 pm otherwise you need to pay the next day charges as well.

Most probably and this is one of the biggest hospitals in dhaka city. They have a big area. Their service is good. Here the cost is so high. If you are a middle or lower class family, you can't make an effort. It's funny but true that this hospital is mainly made for the rich. In front of the hospital they have an emergency unit. It's very useful. They have so many specialist doctors. Overall their service is too good.

Well Furnished! BUT!!! But the management is still low. And one more thing , medicine price inside the Hospital is high. Hospital management should work on pricing and in the hygienic section. according to new rule, you need to pay a portion of your bill regularly and you need to buy medicine separately.

Although the new building is in construction, it serves a great deal to its patients. I wonder how a private hospital serves better than all other big names with great ratings. Most of the local and poor people heavily depend on this hospital. I think the hospital is going to be the best one in Chattogram in no time. I bet the service from the expert doctors will make you feel at home. If you can consider the old clerks, you can feel free to take the service from here. The hospital is building the best labs in the city.

Tried a lot to give a serial for Dr. Panchayat(pshyciatric) but not found any serial.On the other hand at parkview hospital ,it's easy to give serial for any doctor.

Bit too much. The lift as slow as ever. Cabins are especially prizey.

It would be nice to start doing something with the parking spaces, there are few of them, drivers stand where they shouldn't and block the passage of ambulances. The institution itself is great, but due to the ill-conceived parking for so many people, I give it 3*.

Good day everyone. I have been here for more than three days for radiation. And I am very satisfied with how the doctors are very kind in all respects and the nurses are the same. And they cook very well here, so I also thank the chefs or cooks who cook here and the kitchen support staff. And I also thank all the sanitary workers for their willing actions. It was great here. The worst hospital I have ever visited, the staff is thinking that they can figure what problems are important and which are not. They just thought I have nothing important to work with, so just said to visit another doctor. The next day morning another doctor said that I should have come earlier 🫠 I hope they will be treated like they treat other people!

No complaint about medical stuff. They are kind and very professional as always, however woman at reception with red hair at that info point kiosk at entrance is very arrogant and rude not only to us but while i was waiting there same behavior with all other patients.

The worst hospitalization I've ever had. Mean nurses, no one wants to help, one time I was yelling for help from 16:00 to 20:30 to only be said to shut up. BIG THUMBS DOWN

Very disappointing experience. My mom fell very sick while on a bus traveling from Austria to Poland through Czech Republic. She fainted, vomited, had seizures and was unconscious for 40 minutes while waiting for the ambulance. Ambulance took her to this hospital, wasted time on checking her insurance instead of helping first and foremost, and made her wait for a check up for an hour in an emergency department. Later, after receiving medical help my mom felt very thirsty and asked for a glass of water. She had to ask several times different staff, and all of them didn’t bother to help and just said there is no drinking water available (however, my mom could see two bottles of water on a table and an electric kettle, probably the staff’s, but obviously they didn’t want to share). My mom felt dizzy and weak, and yet had to get up and go to toilet to drink tap water. Just after 2 hours of staying in the hospital the staff asked my mom to vacate the bed even though she still felt very dizzy and nauseous. Just a reminder: she was in a unknown city in a foreign country took off the bus because of an emergency medical accident. The hospital staff couldn’t care less, they just asked her to leave because according to them she already “got all needed medical assistance” and “ready to leave”. She had to quickly book a hotel room and leave. When she asked to help at least with getting a taxi, the staff again acted reluctantly and didn’t help in the end. Unempathetic, unhospitable and unprofessional. Me and my family members have experienced medical assistance a few times in several countries but never had such a bad treatment.

Got my Covid (#5) vaccine at this facility. Vaccination center is located in building/pavilion E next door from entrance E7. Hospital is easily accessible via public transport/trams. The service and staff are very efficient. Dr. Mankovecky (fluent in English) and his nurse are extremely friendly and pleasant. Appointment is required and recommended for the vaccination services. I recommend this facility!

This review is for the ULZ department in this hospital. I went several days to the hyperbaric chamber. The team was the best one I've ever encountered in Czech Republic, doctors, nurses, technicians, everyone was nice, positive, polite, helpful, and dedicated. They took the time to explain everything to the patients, are nice and smiling everyday. For the first time I felt they loved their job for both the medical part and the human contact. Special thanks to Mila, the nurse who took care about me all along the procedure. Please do not change anything! And for the hospital in general please take this department as an example!

It’s really a very good hospital. As I don’t speak Czech, it may be a problem in some places. But here it is very good. It’s like an international hospital. Everyone from the reception to the examination doctors all speaks good English. There is no problem with being treated. And the waiting time is not long at all.

Doctors are quite busy but friendly. On the other hand, outside staffs are rude they dont speak english , if you are foreigners or without appointment its gonna terrible .

If you come here be prepared. I came for an infusion and left whit a thrombophlebitis. I waited 11 hours in the emergency and did not get any painkillers. I am working with my lawyer to sue them, don't go here.

Had a bike accident, broke my elbow and collarbone and got admitted to Thomayerova. Very satisfied with the entire treatment from arriving at the emergency until being released 10 days later, after two surgeries. I do speak some Czech but not enough for everything. Neverthless, all the nurses, doctors and other stuff were kind and friendly. We managed to get along using google translate and even have some fun while overcoming language barriers. Been there with severe lower back pain unable to even stand straight. I have been told that it will be some waiting time between 1 to 2 hours and i accepted that. After 4 hours i asked the nurses why noone from the people in waiting room have not been approached by a nurse or some explanation given to the waiting. The doctor was chatting all this time with the nurses ignoring the visible pain suffered by the waiting patients . Only after i raised my voice they decided to call me inside the cabinet for a check. This without carrying that a lady patient who was there before me was visible crying out of pain in the waiting room. The lack of empathy and respect i have never see before in a Prague Hospital. I did heard about horrible stories coming out from Thomayerova Hospital with some high profile cases on national television and i was hoping that after this some measures were taken by the ministry of health. Obviously there is business as usual. Avoid with all costs. Now i came to Neurology Clinic in Prague 2 and i feel better just by the kindness and empathy the staff have showed me here.

I got chest infection and I admitted in this hospital.i am not Czech and I don't speak Cezch at all.But almost all Doctors here speaks good English and Nurses hardly speaks English but they are kind and they know they job well,so no need to communicate much..Here Hospital food is on another level..each food design according on your diet and health conditions..thank you all the team members of this Hospital.🙏

a hospital has it's own aura decorum. the medical staff here are really powerfull not obeying the rules, wich is one of the main building blocks of great morale here and the overall success rate here, where you are in a care of true proffesionals

I tried to contact them for several days!!!! I sent emails, I called to the reception and she redirected me to a wrong department. There they gave me another phone number but they don't pick up for 2 days!!!! Hopefully their emergency department works faster.

Unfortunately we had to visit Stomatochirurgic department on Sunday evening in emergency with our kettle nephew who had an accident and the tooth got broken. The nurse was very nice to us whilst we were filling up all the paperwork. Meanwhile doctor A. Ščerbová arrived and told us her opinion about the necessity to take out the tooth. We were worried to make the decision quickly and she was so nice and patient that didn’t mind to explain everything to our family friend (dentist) over the phone. Whilst the procedure started she was communicating with our nephew, explained him everything and shortly it was done. Really amazing experience and lovely professional, but still kind attitude of the nurse and the doctor. Thank you very much again!!! PS: there is massive car park with 50czk fee.

I want to thank all the staff of the ENT Clinic, the inpatient department, from the doctors to the support staff. Their professionalism, care, empathy and human approach made my stay at the clinic after surgery very, very easy. Special thanks to Doc. Good day, on 11/14/2023, I underwent a prostate biopsy at department 8/3 in Martin. I can't help but write this review for such a super professional approach of all involved. It started already at the reception, the nurse was incredibly empathetic. It's a shame that I don't know her name, she would definitely be named. Also, big thanks to all the nurses, especially one, I think they called her Deniska. Doctor Kliment topka, golden person. Oh and I can't forget the anesthesia ladies, I wanted to thank them right away but I couldn't speak....thank you in addition, you were great! And what to write at the end? Mr. Director, you have such a great staff.

Hello, my son was operated on 3 years ago at the Martin University Hospital, Department of Surgery. We had a personal interview with Mudr. Adamik - surgeon. A doctor with a high level of professional education. Just a top. Now 3.11.2023 again after 3 years we contacted him again. He was extremely willing and accessible. He planned an operation that is difficult and is only performed in Martin and Prešov. The disease is called Hydradentis suppurativa. Since Martin is closer to us, i.e. 300 km from our place of residence, we chose this hospital again. If you suffer from such a disease, I highly recommend it.

I would like to thank the doctors and nurses who took care of me for the last 4 days at the ENT department at the Antol Hospital. They sent me here and there from the reluctant hospital in Ružinov, until I finally got to the Antol hospital through 3 emergency rooms. At the internal reception, they took me within 15 minutes and immediately sent me upstairs to the ENT. the young lady doctor examined me within the next 30 minutes and immediately recommended an operation to remove the abscess, within 3 hours I was on the operating table, very pleasant staff and Mr. The doctor who operated on me, and in the evening everything was selected and the treatment started. All the nurses and the other workers were great, attentive, they came to ask how the person was doing, if I had enough of everything and even gave me an extra blanket for the night because they had not yet heated the room and it was cold. If it weren't for them, I still wouldn't be able to swallow. But I give 4 stars to the management of the hospital and the cooks - it really can't be cooked better? 4 days the same for lunch and breakfast, if only it looked/tastes like it was served to pigs (to put it politely). Sometimes you can make a good meal with little and cheap, you don't have to serve a 5-star course. I've already eaten everything and I won't indulge in specials, but maybe it would be enough to change those foods as well. What is sad, and this applies to all hospitals, is that they don't even have toilet paper anymore? It's about time the Ministry of Health wakes up, because it's a shame that people who spend so much money on health insurance have to wear toilet paper and soap. Everyone from politicians, through state secretaries and companies knows how to pour money into the bag, after agreements behind closed doors, but to provide people with at least basic equipment in hospitals, there is no money for that, tell your high politicians salaries for NOTHING and will be found immediately.

Today's experience with the "willingness" to give advice over the phone really shocked me. "Thank you" goes to the nurse and the doctor on accident. Incredible arrogance. We needed a wheelchair for a patient with a disability. You will be sent to the department where you are to be treated at the Utgen primary. In our case, the 15th floor. On the 15th, they told us that we should ask for a wheelchair at the central department. Then go back downstairs and convince the staff there to lend it to us. Ingeniously solved services for patients who waited outside in winter for 35 minutes leaning against a pillar because they couldn't move. An unknown number of people wait for a CT scan at the orthopedic clinic. I couldn't do it even after two days and 7.5 hours of waiting. There is total chaos here during the reception of patients. Kind staff but the place is in extreme need of reconstruction

"internal" Some patients are tied to the bed. They don't give them anything to drink, eat, anything... they give the patients crap... this hospital is a death factory. On the day of discharge, when the patients are supposed to go home, they are fine in the morning, but in the afternoon they are unrecognizable when picked up. After discharge, in the report, they are supposed to give home medicine equipment for the patient for 3 days....they give empty containers. Apparently, this is how the insurance company makes money... the hospital charges for something it doesn't even give. At the time of the spread of the coronavirus, no nurse even uses a mask and in the isolation room where there is covid I do not use protective suits... now I also caught covid from the hospital. Allow me to draw your attention to the experiences that we, as a family, experienced in the Department of Adult Diseases (ODCH) in Rožnav, under the leadership of Dr. Dovalova. I am writing to you with a sense of sadness and deep concern because we have lost two beloved members of our family in this institution in the last year. In the first case, it was about our grandmother, who was already in advanced age and her state of health was unstable. This fact is understandable in our perception, but the second case hurts us immensely. Recently, here in this department, a young patient from our family died suddenly, without warning and without a clear explanation. We leave these experiences with a lot of unanswered questions. Despite our repeated attempts to get answers and clarity from the hospital management and Dr. Dovalova, we were ignored. At a time when we would have expected empathy and transparency, we were met with reluctance and silence. I would therefore like to express my concern and warn other families. Trust in medical professionals is key, but it is important to remember that we have a right to be informed and to demand answers.
