A very bad experience, where the professor examined the knee by palpation and established the type of injury without performing an MRI or any imaging of the knee, determined that therapy costing 500e is needed, with 5 injections at a 7-day interval, at the first examination he extracts my synovial fluid and injects, when asked if there are any side effects or if rest is necessary, he said and wrote in the report normal activity, I come home after 3-4 hours, the knee starts to swell and it hurts so much that I cannot independently I am moving, which was not the case before coming to him. The next day I call to tell about the given problem, he tells me that he can't believe it and that I am not the first one he has done this to. And that he didn't do anything special to make it look that way. And that they are there so he won't run away. The swelling doesn't go away, I go to the emergency room, I get a plaster cast from hip to foot, and the agony starts. It happens with my knee. different hospitals. Now, I am currently waiting for another magnetic resonance imaging with contrast to be performed because a piece of metal was observed at the injection site where the professor from VozdMedic poked me. So I don't have any nice comments. Very bad experience!

Excellent service, great doctors and friendly staff! I only perform examinations at Vozdmedik, for a reason. The clinic is superbly equipped and has the best equipment and technology.

Had an appointment Mar.25/22 and have heard nothing since. Decided to call 19 months later and find out that I am not on the list and they advised my doctor 2 months ago but did not even copy me. Great customer service! Time to look for another surgeon.

When going back to the clinic to get stitches removed, we had to wait 45 minutes in extreme pain. When a nurse did finally take us to a room, it was a consult room and had no supplies . She returned with very little and took out the staples without wearing gloves. They took in a lot of patients that need surgery while we were there. They should consider that those same patients will also need post op. And should not make them wait so long, give them a proper room with a real nurse.

My name is Lorne Allen of Edmonton, AB and It appears as though my total hip replacement has been potentially put on permanent hold because of a so-called "fail" on a sleep apnea test. Only problem with that is the test was carried out with only 3 out of 4 green lights on testing device - the last pipette would not lock in place in order to maintain a "closed" scientific setting - which left air spewing into the atmosphere and should have nullified the results. Additionally, when the reporting agent had me falling asleep 3.5 hours earlier than actual time (during which the sleep clinic obtained some of their best results??), I felt like the entire test was rigged! Further, I supposedly suffered some 47 "acute, severe apnea" results over a 9 hour sleep interval when in fact I cannot sleep more than 4.5 - 5 hours a night (testing night was from sometime after 12:30 AM to 5:15 AM at which time test was terminated) due to acute, severe pain in my right hip. groin, right leg and right buttock. Will the caring physician who referred me for this "fixed" test please explain to me how in GOD's green earth this could have happened and why, other than to make big bucks, a senior of 70 years was so maltreated?! Oh yeah, when the testing device was returned to sleep clinic, the receiving agent was informed of the green light problem (as at the time I was ready to repeat the test) whose only response was "oh. I'm sure they obtained enough to work with in order to assess you". Again, I ask you how they were able to diagnose me with a faulty testing unit?? And how dare they, at the same time as revealing by horrific test results, the same agent who reports my results, tries to sell me a CPAP unit only minutes after divulging this very improbable data. Shame and a pox on all those "professionals" who created my results!! Disillusioned!!

I had a Gastroscopy for a week and received very poor treatment. both doctors and nurses. showed he seems mentally unbalanced. treats people degrading situation. without explaining what they should do.

Really not recommended, felt really badly treated.

Has from previous injuries very good experience with the Ringvollklinikken in Hobøl. The choice was therefore easy this time too.. But the department in Oslo is a disaster.. I come for a consultation once and go again with the feeling of not being heard.. I go to the physio, but it doesn't get better.. Physiotherapist has tried to get in touch with the doctor / orthopedist many times.. Promises that he will call back, but never lets up.. for several weeks.. It will be exciting to hear what they say tomorrow.. 6 weeks with very poor sleep..

Was supposed to get a referral for an X-ray, it never happened.

Suddenly got an invoice for a summons that I didn't receive, and therefore I didn't show up. They say they sent a letter, which I obviously didn't receive. I didn't get a phone call or text either. When I called to explain the situation, they were very rude and insisted that it was not their fault that I did not receive the summons and that they did not have time to discuss the matter with me. Then suddenly they hung up. Now I have received a debt collection notice for an invoice for a doctor's appointment that I did not know about. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in my life, especially in healthcare. They are not interested in helping people. They are only interested in money.

Very satisfied with how I was met all the way from the first meeting until the operation was completed. Of course I was nervous about surgery on my knee, but the professional staff were safe and relaxed and I felt seen.

Fantastic, clever and pleasant staff. Very skilled doctor, good information, follow-up and is always available after the operation. Had surgery for plantar fasciitis. I have been nauseous and sick from anesthesia before, now I felt absolutely nothing about this. Gives Aleris Rosenborgklinikken my very best recommendation.

I had an operation at Aleris yesterday, visited there another day to plan the operation as well and have returned home with a safe and good experience. The operation went well, I have been given lots of painkillers so I don't have as much pain as I might have imagined. No doubt that I will return here if I sustain such an injury again, and would also recommend it to others!

I visited Perth orthopaedic clinic from a recommendation/referral from my doctor after previously visiting a different orthopaedic clinic.. I would highly recommend Perth orthopaedic as my specialist was very informative, delivered the recommendations in a simplified manner so I could understand and laid everything out in plain English to be able to know what the steps are I need to take to help the recovery of my broken foot.

I recently underwent hamstring repair with Dr Peter Annear. Couldn't fault his bedside manner and that of his theatre team and anaesthetist - thank you.

Had a Total Right Hip Replacement done by Mr Jain, the whole process from the reception staff to Shona who books your surgery date was done so easily and professionally that it made it a great experience, I'm booking in to get my shoulder done it was that good. Highly recommend this surgeon. So I had a left reverse total shoulder replacement done on the 2nd of September, what a fantastic job, from the time I left hospital until the day I'm writing this I have had no pain what so ever, the scar has healed very well and my shoulder hasn't felt this good for a very long time. Thanks to Mr Jain and his highly skilled team for your professionalism right from the first meeting. Highly recommend Mr Jain.

I could not recommend Arvind Jain or his team at the Melbourne Bone & Joint Clinic more highly! Whilst I realise everyone’s healing journey will be different, the personalised care and attention you receive will be of the same high standard that I have experienced. Just three weeks after a total hip replacement (anterior) I am amazed at how quickly I am becoming mobile with minimal discomfort. Arvind, Shiona, Trace and the team at the Clinic provided such excellent support in the lead-up and post surgery. My personal concerns and questions were answered with care and my individual needs addressed without judgment. Thank you so much.

Something shocking, in the corridor in front of everyone they ask you the questions you filled in the questionnaire (!?) intimate, private and about your health... the examination is normal... and at the end the nurse in the corridor in a glass booth shouts your name and your results!!!!!shock

The center as such is excellently equipped, the premises are nice. Receptionist and nurses very nice. I was struck by the attitude of the primary lady, who was obviously in a bad mood. A person will come there with respect from the examination and there is no need to add his bad mood. Instructing me that why am I here when nothing is wrong with me is rather strange, as my gynecologist seems to know why she sent me there. On the one hand, we call women to prevention and when you get there, what are you here for.

Even though it is a hospital, every time I go there I leave pleasantly pleased and surprised by how kindly, respectfully and professionally the patient is taken care of. Thank you for your services and for raising the level of health care to a higher level. 👌

I've had a pretty bad experience with the hospital, I've been trying to call the orthopedics for 3 days now, I want to make an appointment for an infant hip sprain examination, but only the machine answers, it takes hours

I don't have an unnecessary 1 hour to try to reach orthopedics without stopping. :) There is another doctor, another hospital where I get more in half the time than here. It's a bit pathetic that when you try to call them, it rings for a while, and after a few calls you can't even reach the number..😤 This is one of Budapest's "famous" garbage dumps. Rot where you are. :-*

I've been calling them for 79 minutes today! Two out of three numbers are dropped, one is not picked up! It's not enough that the waiting time is 8-10 months, but they haven't answered the phone in weeks! We're already used to the fact that there will be adults...well, children too! 🤮

The care is very bad! Appointments are given months in advance to specialist clinics, but they don't keep those appointments either! Most of the doctors are retired and overworked. The money we pay does not go where it should!

Operated in this clinic at the beginning of October, I learned that their administrative services are overwhelmed and that I have to wait on average 1.5 months to obtain the care billing slips to be reimbursed by the CPAM and the mutual insurance company. On the other hand, the clinic has no difficulty in requesting immediate payment of fees upon your admission. Good to know!

I have been trying to obtain an invoice since June, several calls telling me that I will receive the document by email, still nothing. Today I call and talk with someone who says she is checking my email address, but communication is cut off. I call back, and I've been waiting for an hour to get someone! It's scandalous ! Either we need to recruit people or stop coffee breaks!

The nursing staff at this clinic are not trained in the rules of respecting patient privacy. The nurses don't know how to place IVs, I found myself with veins explored. In short, no one from no one. Go elsewhere if you can.

I have been tryi by to call the clinic for the whole week.I have a problem with my registration and I wanted to clear that up. After one week somebody answered… my french is not perfect and the staff on the phone couldn’t wait until I noted the correct phone number. They just hanged up and I still don’t have a number. It would have been hilarious if it wasn’t like a serious medical place.

Husband went in for a minor procedure with an epidural. The admission forms were filled out accurately but once we were admitted the nursing staff did not understand what the term “ as required” meant when associated with a dosage regime even though we explained it twice politely. The senior nurse was aggressive and hostile tried to gaslight us, accused us of not knowing what we were talking about, effectively implying that we were stupid. So after the staff trying to insult, demean and belittle us, without success by the way, we foolishly assumed the matter as settled. Silly us! The next day, post surgery, a hostile nurse charged into my husband’s room and “told him off”. Unfortunately variations of the disrespectful behaviour continued. I arrived to find my husband upset, agitated and distressed. I came to the conclusion that it would be in his best interest to leave. It was a very unpleasant experience which we would not recommend to anyone. Needless to say we will never go to a St Vincent’s Hospital again! My husband felt disrespected, bullied and harassed.He was right. That is exactly what happened. Leaving resolved the problem with a minimum of fuss.

After staying overnight with my son for an Adenotonsillectomy surgery, I'm afraid to say that I was extremely disappointed with our overall experience. Although St Vincent's was not our first choice, we did not have the option of going to our preferred hospital due to the surgeons availability and the urgent nature of our request. Needless to say, I was not all that fussed initially as I have been an inpatient at many private hospitals and have never had a bad experience. However, unfortunately, St Vincent's did not live up to it's expectations and I've received better care at public hospitals over the years. For a start, the "room service" which requires the patient to phone the kitchen and place the order of their choice sounded like a fantastic idea to begin with however, they failed to advise that the kitchen won't always answer when you call and upon placing your order, there is up to a 45 minute wait to receive your meal. Too bad if your child is hungry or thirsty as we were trying to get through to them to order our breakfast for 1.5 hours with no success only to be told we could not go home until my son had something to eat - not sure how they expect that when there is no food for him to eat?! There's also no set meals so if you can't get through on the phone to place your order, you simply don't eat! Also, the food in general was of poor quality. All the "hot" meals we ordered were served cold and utterly tasteless. My son was in severe pain following the surgery and vomited during the middle of the night which warranted the call for a nurse as his bed sheets were all soiled. Whilst a nurse arrived promptly to our call for help, to clean up the mess, she simply pulled off the soiled sheets, threw a towel on the floor to cover the vomit which spilled off the bed and left the room, leaving my son to sleep in a half made bed with hardly any blankets. The next morning on our discharge day, there was only one nurse rostered on for the entire paediatric unit and she advised that her shift finished at 11am and she has to close the ward down which means all patients had to be discharged by 11am. Too bad if there were complications and your kid was required to extend their stay!! I don't blame the nurses as it's not their fault they are the only ones rostered on and the one who was, was doing her best considering. However, I am incredibly disgusted with the deplorable service provided by the hospital in general, considering we pay an arm and a leg for the best possible health care - it's a disgrace. I will never go back to that hospital and will stick to our preferred option in the future.

My son aged 6 had a Adenotonsillectomy which required an overnight stay. The Children's ward was cheerfully decorated in a dinosaur theme which also included a games area. The nurses were lovely and very thorough. We had a lovely experience. A great hospital and a fantastic Children's ward.

Recently had surgery and spent the night. Thanks to all the caring nurses, Kara, Sam and Emma. They truly care for what they do and it's a reflection on the hospital.

I had a 4 night stay after total knee replacement surgery in June 2023. It was the first time ever in hospital I did not mind being there. Meals are 'room service' on demand and were consistently very good. The nursing staff was lovely, attentive and communicative. Admin was atop everything. The facility was clean, tidy, and well maintained. Well done St Vincents Kew.

I had the best experience with really lovely staff and a room to myself as requested. Jill the receptionist is amazing and came to say hi after we had a great chat at check in. The food was incredible and I don’t want to go home. Extremely impressed with my stay here. Carolyn the manager is also lovely. Thank you for looking after me.

They are thieves, I paid to schedule an MRI for which they never gave me an schedule for which I requested a refund of my money and this is the time that they have not returned it. They make excuses and excuses but do not return it. thugs!

To consider It is not a clinic! It seems more like a medical union... I only saw one for a nurse with secretarial functions, they are offices with office furniture and diplomas on the walls. Better to evaluate if it is the appropriate place for the need for care; personally, even the insurance company is wrong to send a patient to this place.

Very complicated for attention. They send wrong schedules. It was a holiday... they say it started at 8 and then at the last minute at 9. People's time is valuable... improve that!

Unfortunately, I have to state that the approach at the aftercare center is absolutely disastrous. Obnoxious nurses, leaving patients in their own feces for many hours (really many hours), arrogance, blaming patients for their own condition (diarrhea, inflammation), huge stench throughout the ward. Patients are afraid of nurses, my grandmother developed a stress condition from defecation and was afraid to eat. If you love your loved ones, don't put them there - the elderly, sick and immobile people are at serious risk of death there. A large part of this state is borne by the extreme level of employees (the existing ones are exhausted, demotivated, overworked and without empathy). My opinion: send a consistent, random check(s) there and, based on the results, possibly close the entire department and remove the title from Mr. Mayor

I was on the 4th floor in acute neurology with pain with a herniated disc. I understand that they can't keep me there for more than 10 days, but instead of helping me with that, they gave me medicines like aulin and zaldiar, which I could easily take at home. They didn't do a CT scan or an X-ray, they just didn't do anything.. And they let me go home, even though my back hurt like hell and they didn't care at all, they just wrote me to take zaldiar at home.. And they said that it hurts only because the cold front (weather) is coming. OK thanks to this I know that next time I won't Privamed.

I have to write here the experience with one-day surgery in private medicine. Thanks to the entire staff, including the doctor, the primary care manager, and the nurses for everything. Everyone is very nice, helpful, they will help with everything, they will explain everything. Pleasant, modern rooms. I have nothing to complain about and I certainly do not regret choosing the procedure here! Thank you again for people like you!

I highly recommend this clinic. I had hip replacement surgery in August 2022 and spent 3 weeks in the hospital and rehabilitation center. I received the best care and attention. Because I did not speak Czech, I was given a translator who accompanied me to doctor's appointments and rehabilitation. Today, 9 months later, I have no pain and have recovered fully. I am most appreciative!
