I had the worst experience at this hospital, first they lied to me about the waiting time for my lab results. They asked me to come back in 6 hours for my result and before they told me over the phone that it was gonna be 3 hour wait. Then I called before the 6 hours to ask if my results were ready the lady said she sent me the results through email and that they were normal and I that I don’t have to see a doctor. I believed her and we proceed to return to USA after I opened my email for results and I saw my cholesterol level in red I called the hospital and they told me I have to see a doctor because they can’t read the results only a doctor. They wanted me to set up another appointment and waist another day in Tijuana. I asked for an appointment over the phone and they said because I was a first time patient a have to have an in person appontiment. I don’t agree with this because they lied to me on everything, they don’t even help you or guide you when you’re there in person. These people only care about your money please don’t go over here. I regret having my test on this place they are not transparent and not professional at all. 😢

I’ve been coming here regularly for almost 7 months to treat my tumor in my hand, I’ve hand multiple surgeries and each one has been successful and quick. The border medical pass is a huge perk which eliminates the need to wait hours in line to get back to the states.

Had total hip replacement surgery yesterday under Mr Rhodri Williams and Team. The care I have received has been amazing. Everything was explained in detail so I knew exactly what would be happening which really helped me process and deal with post op recovery. Absolutely amazing hospital and caring staff. I was treated amazingly by everyone that I met from the healthcare assistant to the consultant. The consultant was amazing and reassured me all the way through my surgery and the theatre nurse was amazing too as she held my hand and reassured me too as I have claustrophobia and had to have my face covered and it was so reassuring having her there talking to me throughout the operation. I can not thank the staff enough and would definitely 100% recommend the hospital to anyone in a position to be able to pay for treatment

My experience at Werndale Hospital was fantastic. Having never been to a private hospital before it has truly opened my eyes with regards to how nicely I was treated. Always a good service with Mediclinic Welcare. Especially my experience with my Dermatologist Doctor Betsy Narayan.She was very informative, she takes good care of her patients and answers all questions.More importantly she was able to address my skin problem and now i feel amazing. We were privileged to attend an antenatal workshop arranged by the hospital for to be parents. It was a day long workshop and carefully addressed all the concerns and worries a new parent may have. It was an interactive and a very insightful workshop. Many thanks to the team working at Mediclinic Welcare for their compassion towards new parents. I have never felt respected and treated better as I was in this hospital as a patient.

I tried and failed to book an appointment for my daughter, trying to speak German, thought my German is not so good yet, I still have a certification for an A2 level. I have been told in a very rude way that I should learn to speak German before trying to book an appointment. This kind of people makes me vomit.

I had a big femur tumor which needed curettage and plate. I was recommended Prim. Martin Dominkus. I came from Romania for my surgery. The entire process went through flawless: communication, registration, preoperative examination, surgery, post surgery care. Medical staff is extremly organised but very calm. Extremely satisfied, can't thank you enough! Cheers to Station B1 team!

We visited this hospital for outpatient treatment. They have refurbished the interior and looks better than our last visit some years ago. Counter staff were courteous. Doctor was helpful in explanation of the condition and the MRI scan was done efficiently at comparatively reasonable cost.

The staff nurses here are very friendly and jovial, ever ready to help. Old building but well-refurbished. Services are excellent with affordable price. Nursery staff nurse came to ask for suggestions or feedback but can't think of anything that they should improve 🤣

A revisit to Dr Lam since year 2019. Arrived about 7:50am on Saturday and the registration counter alread full of people. Waited about 30 mins for my turn. Direct went into Cardiolgy Unit, reception was friendly. Dr Lam, as before very patience to explain in details for the things I need to know. Done my Stress Test (level 6 in 17 mins) and Echo. Report is very good, according to Dr Lam and need to go back only after 2 years :) . The chief nurse (I guess, based on the color of the uniform), did not ask for her name, is very efficient and friendly to handle the reception area. Thank you Dr Lam and the nurses.

TERRIBLY SLOW!! 1 hour in a queue for payment and medicine collection. I’ve been using this hospital for several years and the service is significantly getting worse. There’s no SMS or any notifications to let you know when your queue is coming up, so you have no choice but to wait patiently in the waiting area. Staffs were nice and friendly but there must be something totally wrong with the system or process. Please take this as a feedback to improve your service.

I prebooked my consultation and surgey from New Zealand at Sikarin Hospital, Their International team made everything so easy for me, beautiful hospital, very clean and all the staff i encounted were fantastic, My Doctor in urology dept was excellent as was his team. I am happy to recommend this hospital to all travelers and of coarse the lovely Thai people. Thank you.

Due to the unfortunate pressure on the NHS it's necessary to have to fall back on private care on occasions. My Mum was in this situation and went here for a joint replacement operation. Impressed by respectful and professional manner in which she was cared for. Building interior itself is modern and completely spotless.

I was looked after extremely well at The Park Hospital, and treated with respect at all times. My room was very comfortable and the staff were always on hand for any needs I had, not to mention a joke or two! The food was lovely, a good choice of menu and always beautifully cooked and presented. So my thanks to all of the staff who looked after me, with special appreciation to Mr Henley and his team who were outstanding.

Excellent quality hospital. I had stayed here for taking medical treatments for 4 nights. It is not like hospital but 5 stars hotel. Here is very clean, all staffs have nice hospitality. My Doctor gives very clear information about process and step of treatment so I can plan my days, take strictly on her medical suggestion to recover soonest. Nurses on ward 5R I stay very helpful and have very good service mind. Maids is very hard working to make the room tiny and you feel like stay in 5 stars hotel. I don’t feel I stay in hospital except during my fever time keeps telling me that “ Hey guy, you are in hospital “ Excellent !!

Its like a 5 star hotel but Unfortunately, especially pediatric department pediatricians and nurses require further training to comprehend patient psychology. After all, patients pay significant amounts of money for their services.

This hospital it’s nice, but the political rules are verry bath! If you are Iranian or from Azarbaijan than you pay the same price as for the Turkish people. If you are from anather country than you pay the triple. This is rasict hospital. I don’t advice for the people to come to this hospital. And give this hospital advice tho change him racisim rules for the people.

The worst service when I was going out from an ambulatory surgery. The person from collection apartments and invoice was rude and unprofessional. The service was very good.

Ski Accident, got here directly by helicópter. I leave few days after very happy and satisfied. I never felt alone, even my family was 300 km away. High profesionals , motivated and open to support on anything that may help. Infrastructure is new and clean. Many thanks!!

During the restriction of COVID, I wasn’t able to say big thank you to everybody at the hospital. My mother had an operation in this hospital in August 2022. She has problem with her arteries of the legs. Everything was done at an excellent level before the operation during and after. My mother is shocked by such a caring service. Highest level and professionals. Once again many thanks to all your team who were involved in helping my mother.

I broke my leg snowboarding and was hospitalized here. The team knew exactly what they needed to do, very experienced, efficient and professional. I cannot imagine there being a better service than this. Very grateful to the people who work here.

Helpful,polite, professional. Nurses and doctors are reassuring, humane. Believe it or not they even stand up for patients if one of their colleagues is being dysfunctional. You don't need to fight for your basic rights in this hospital. Thank you to the team!

I write this review in order to soften someone's experience of giving birth. Try to avoid Delphine as an assisting nurse while the birth. I understand the whole physical process itself is far from pleasant. There are manipulations which should be done by the nurse regardless the pain I get all that. But she was very brutal, unpolite communication wise as well. She also tried to laugh at me while I had to push. Happily my doctor cut her on it. Delphine, remember the name and try to avoid.

Clearly, one of the best private cliniques in Geneva with state of the art technologies, highly trained doctors and above all, tailored services to your needs especially when it comes to all extra amenities such as catering, accommodation, concierge and etceteras.

Leiden is famous for outstanding education institutions with legacy of scholars in different fields.This medical college is famous for its standards and atmosphere. The resounding aura of nature and botanical garden makes it more vibrant.

In 2021 I have give birth in this hospital. I had a horrible and traumatic experience, the staff member were not professional at all, lack of communication, 0 empathy, after 2 years I am still recovering because the experience was so traumatic. I ended with emergency C-section and total anestesy, the midwife was not comunicating with me, telling me what she is doing, nurses were always having bad attitude when I was saying I am in pain, they were like: other patients are also in pain! Also no lactation consultat was available, even though when we discussed on the phone they lied that the consultant was there. No help with lactation, because of them my baby starved for 2 day, I didn't knew how to latch and received 0 help. Basic help was not provided, my husband was helping me changing the sheets when it was too much blood, also my husband was changind the baby and everything else. When the nurse was coming they were bothered that we are disturbing them. If you have another option for giving birth, please Don,t choose this hospital. Not sure if I had this experience because I am an expat and I don't speak English, but anyhow I still have nightmares and treating the ptsd, not that they even cared to check-up on me or provide any help postpartum, so I was on my own.

And if there were even more stars I would click them, a doctor who is not only competent but of infinite humanity which combined with professionalism makes a doctor an exceptional man

I would like to thank Dr. Mattia Glauber, an extraordinary doctor and sensitive person. My partner had surgery in December (mitral valve prolapse) the surgery was decisive and the recovery was very fast. Within a month he was back to his usual life as if nothing had happened. My health, weakened by oncology, brought me to the 2nd cardiology department. And right away I encountered amazing people. The attentive team that took me from Slabodskaya (thank you for your support), the doctor in the waiting room. I actually had to spend the night in the corridor, it was completely full. But in the morning all my worries and fears were compensated. My attending physician turned out to be Maria Igorevna Guseva. Laconic and calm, warm-hearted and attentive. A true professional and a person with a big and kind heart. At 7 she is already at work. He will find something to cheer you up and how to treat you. Do an examination and consider treatment that is not even your profile. At 19 she can still walk along the corridor and remind her that tomorrow..... Truly a man in his place! A memorable experience for me, my wife and our lovely baby. Nature of medical concern: Baby Delivery, pre and post experience. For context, my wife delivered our baby here but we came endorsed by other clinic once my wife was nearing her due date since her insurance converage is limited only. Having stated this, once we started coming to aster after being endorsed by our previous clinic, I could say it was a pleasant experience. The checkups were hassle free as you can make appointment through their well established system and the receptionist will guide you through. Doctor Jisha Pradeep was our assigned gynecologist who helped us throughout the process. She was well known and always recommended and I can attest as to why. However, I would like to mention also Doctor Sabitha, she was the first doctor before Doc. Jisha who also attended to my and honestly she was very nice and sincere to us. Both Doctor Jisha and Doctor Sabitha answered all our questions with sincerity and care. Additionally, our gratitude also to Doctor Thanuja who was the doctor in the ER/maternal delivery section (i hope i am right) - she was the one who attended my wife during the actual delivery. She speaks calmly, assuring and with sincerity which helps both me and my wife be at ease during a very unerving situation. Special thanks also to all the attending nurses who assisted us all the way, I made sure to get all their names to express my gratitude: Nurse Deepa, Tijii, Rincy, Anjaly, Sonia, Ajini and Tina. I would like to mention also the janitorial staff that night, Ms. Prema, she always assisted me whenever I need help opening the access doors - with a smile. Post delivery, all the staff from the Baby Unit was very courteous and caring. They will check up on my wife every now and then and give us a lot of valuable points/tips for the baby. Our thanks to Nurse Anabelle and Veena. Additionally, the birth certificate section for our baby was very helpful and concise. It was a hassle free process thanks to the assistance of Ms. Shahla. Lastly our overall gratitude to Aster Hospital Mankhool, I would like to point out the cleanliness of every corner of the hospital which is very essential. Also their overall process was seemless especially considering a lot of document works, they will help and assist you all throughout the process. Worth the mention also was the presence of water station and coffee vending machines to every areas which helped me survive throughout the night :) Did I mention that Aster Nurture department through Ms. Shiela gave us a gift package in celebration for our baby. It was an unexpected warm gesture which we really appreciate, our baby says thank you :) Overall, me and my wife recommends Aster Mankhool Hospital.

Wouldn’t recommend as a private patient, during fasting the staff ate in front of you and it was loud and chaotic. It’s outdated and worn down. Worst experience of a hospital I have had. Was offered a sandwich at the end that had condensation on the plastic. Communication was terrible. Sat for 2.5 hours with no updates. The clothes given to wear for surgery was scratchy and uncomfortable. Bed sheets had stains. Understaffed and overbooked.

I stayed overnight in Ward 5D (Orthopedic ) in July 2023. The nurses and other staff were excellent. The only problem I had was the constant ringing of the bell. It was so loud . No one seem to be concerned about it . I did not get a minute of sleep even though the nurse gave me earplugs which didn’t block the noise at all. One staff told me the noise is always ongoing. Can they not turn the volume down a bit ? Unfortunately the specialist who treated me operated at this hospital. I have to change to another Dr and go to another private hospital if I need orthopedic treatment in future. I have mentioned this noise problem in the survey I completed post discharge. I have not received any explanation .

What can I say saved my life end of story great team of doctors, nurse's and support staff I'd love to come back but rather not haha great work keep saving lives your good at it
