A true nightmare. We almost lost our daughter because of this place, which resulted in a few months NICU in a different hospital.

The canteen closed to soon, we were so thirsty and we wanted to buy drinks buy the staff didnt want to sell us any drinks since she just closed at 16:30 pm.. why are u so lazy?

The outdoor COVID 19 testing facility is fantastic. Pre-register and pay in advance, and you can walk up, check-in and proceed directly to testing with a QR code. The testing is super fast with efficient, merciless nasal swabbers. The easy to access results/reports are generated within a few hours and retrievable via the hospital's app. There is usually at least one staff member outside ensuring everyone in line is (i) observing social distancing, and (ii) properly scheduled and checked in with a QR code ready before getting to the testing window.

Super-delayed patient care, I don't want to imagine where a calamity happens and more than 30 people arrive, they will die here, I have a pain in my stomach since 4 in the morning, diarrhea, vomiting, fever and chills, I arrived at 3:00 pm and it's 6:00 pm and they don't attend to me, I have to writhe in pain to be attended to.

God bless every health worker in this hospital, those in surveillance, those in cleaning, those in the nutrition department, and especially the ophthalmological doctors, the retinologist, and resident doctors, and Yenny at the reception. Good hospital services

Very poor attention from the staff in addition to giving the wrong diagnosis, worrying patients about illnesses that are not the case. I have had a very bad experience at this hospital.

The emergency service is relatively good, although they lack a lot of cleanliness in the waiting room, in the hallways and especially in the bathrooms of all emergency facilities, billing is too slow but I rate the medical laboratory and nursing service as efficient and professional.

Bad service, I've been trying to get in touch for two days to request an appointment but no one responds, they just listen to a recording. Please gentlemen, more human quality and user service. Do not enter phone numbers if they are never going to answer. I am at the hospital waiting to make an appointment, but the person attending has preference with friends. It's been an hour and it has only served 3 people with assigned shifts. It's a shame that the tension is under democracy

This hospital was a huge letdown. My aunty had a major brain surgery here on September 13th, but things went downhill from there. She was moved to a normal ward after 24hrs. They completely failed on monitoring her reoccurring symptoms like vomiting and headache on September 16th. Sadly, my aunty passed away due to their poor care. The doctors and nurses were absolutely useless and couldn't even figure out what went wrong. Plus, the staff wasn't polite at all. It's just really disappointing!

A wonderful hospital and a wonderful medical staff, nice and smiling, and they have the best doctors. Their services are great and I felt like I was in a hotel.

A broken finger, they just bandaged it and let it go barefoot!! Without providing shoe covers! They don't have shoe covers!!! Highly skilled and professional doctors and staff . They are very approachable. Hospital premises are well maintained. Seamless internal procedures help to avoid delays. The insurance department and billing section is very helpful in expediting the process . Would like to make a special mention of Samad Shaikh from insurance department for excellent service making the billing process hassle free for us.

The experience was truly excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, and the facilities were top-notch. I must give special recognition to Samad and insurance team, who made the claim process and document submission incredibly smooth for me.

We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

As a person with general insurance, I was in the clinic for a catheter ablation. Was treated very friendly and competently from the moment I was received until I was discharged yesterday. All the employees were always very friendly and well-positioned. Many thanks to everyone. And if I don't like to say it, I really liked it, but hopefully it was the first and last time :) But if it is necessary, this is the clinic where I would like to be treated.

The emergency center at the Hirslanden Clinic Aarau impressed us. When we arrived at 5am we were immediately taken to a room and the emergency team was extremely friendly and accommodating. Compared to the KSA Aarau emergency, there was a world of difference. We were very satisfied with the immediate help and targeted treatment. Amazing hospital - had my first big operation and prolonged hospital stay there and every single member of the staff was wonderful, especially the nurses. I very much appreciate their kindness and care during this stressful time! From the ER, to the MRI and orthopedic team to the operating table - every single person involved was highly competent, professional and empathetic. A big thank-you to all. I have to complain about the food, which was truly awful. Everything tasted of salt and wasn’t good at all. The kitchen was not flexible and I could not order from the menu unless I did so the day or many hours before. Good and healthy food is an important part of recovery and for a private Swiss hospital, what I was served was unacceptable. I am still giving the hospital 5 stars, because the medical care is exceptional and that is the most important thing when facing a health obstacle.

I write this review in order to soften someone's experience of giving birth. Try to avoid Delphine as an assisting nurse while the birth. I understand the whole physical process itself is far from pleasant. There are manipulations which should be done by the nurse regardless the pain I get all that. But she was very brutal, unpolite communication wise as well. She also tried to laugh at me while I had to push. Happily my doctor cut her on it. Delphine, remember the name and try to avoid.

In 2021 I have give birth in this hospital. I had a horrible and traumatic experience, the staff member were not professional at all, lack of communication, 0 empathy, after 2 years I am still recovering because the experience was so traumatic. I ended with emergency C-section and total anestesy, the midwife was not comunicating with me, telling me what she is doing, nurses were always having bad attitude when I was saying I am in pain, they were like: other patients are also in pain! Also no lactation consultat was available, even though when we discussed on the phone they lied that the consultant was there. No help with lactation, because of them my baby starved for 2 day, I didn't knew how to latch and received 0 help. Basic help was not provided, my husband was helping me changing the sheets when it was too much blood, also my husband was changind the baby and everything else. When the nurse was coming they were bothered that we are disturbing them. If you have another option for giving birth, please Don,t choose this hospital. Not sure if I had this experience because I am an expat and I don't speak English, but anyhow I still have nightmares and treating the ptsd, not that they even cared to check-up on me or provide any help postpartum, so I was on my own.

Make an appointment, it's simple... the specialist never arrived, they send you a message to ensure punctuality out of respect for the doctor's time but they do not respect yours, they left me waiting for about 30 minutes, they charge the consultation at $1500, not cheap for the service. a private clinic, anyway, thank you!

I am an American on an extended vacation here in Mexico City and I saw Dr Luis Villalobos Perez. Hands down he was the best doctor I have ever seen in my fifty years of life. He truly took time to discuss my health problem and my history and he gave me a thorough physical exam, I feel like I have not had an actual physical exam since I was in high school. This is the fourth time in this institution, two hip replacements, two repeat hip joints, each time it gets worse and worse, initially cups of the wrong size were placed, when asked why they were asked, there was no other answer at that time, the result dislocations of the left joint began, they underwent re-endoprosthetics in 2019, the right leg turned out to be 2 cm shorter, which caused the ankle to fly, in 2022 dislocations of the right joint began, I was admitted to the clinic on August 30, I just lay in bed for four days, they took a blood test, did an x-ray, That’s it. The attending physician came once and asked what and where it hurt, where the dislocations were going, that’s all. No one really reads the stories, right before the operation they asked which joint should be operated on, right or left, if he hadn’t said that it was right, they would have operated on the left one, since the dislocation of the left joint is indicated everywhere, even in the discharge the left joint appears everywhere, in the department no one bothers to read the medical history, the prescription list contains contraindications for injecting NSAIDs, which I cannot take until the allergy begins and I asked the question what they are pricking, the lack of professionalism of the treatment nurses is off the charts, they punctured all the veins and were unable to place a catheter; a nurse from the intensive care unit placed a subclavian catheter without anesthesia, because... I’m allergic to lidocaine, the second nurse on duty didn’t come on time to the call, the IV ran out, the result was that the catheter was clogged, they couldn’t flush it out, they removed it, they tried to put the catheter in the arm, they punctured all the veins again, they couldn’t put it in, the nurse from the intensive care unit put it in again, for that I thanked her very much, I told her to warn the nurse on duty when she was administering the medicine so that she would press on the vein because the whole boat didn’t go in because of adhesions in the vein, when I tried to show what needed to be done, she threw my hand away and started yelling that she knew better what to do, she started tugging at the catheter, naturally she pulled it out of the vein, and refused to put another one in for me, she screamed rudely that she knew better what to do, he sent her away and told her not to come close to me anymore, my brother came, tried to put an intravenous drip, again nothing worked, the nurse from the intensive care unit did it again, my hands were punctured into rubbish, blue, more than 30 punctures, they react disgustingly to calls, as if you can’t go out into the corridor, the sisters and nannies sit in their little room, either drinking tea or gossiping in the corridor, in general, I was left with a disgusting impression of the work of the LLP2 staff, management conduct a staff certification, many of the staff do not correspond to the position, what they do. This is one of best hospitals in Beijing. Many doctors and facilities. Always available however one would need to pay a hefty sum. I lived next door in Chateau Regency so it was very convenient and go to place.

My husband has been twice to the internal medicine clinic at Oasis with a hernia. Both times they gave him an antibiotic and told him to rest. They are completely unhelpful and won't try and fix the problem. They even said the antibiotic was for the pain. We will never go back here.

Got excellent health care at Beijing United Family Hospital when a blister on my left foot got severely infected (cellulitis) during a three week trip to Beijing. I went to the emergency room and was helped immediately, didn't have to wait a single minute (which made me impressed since I am used to hours of waiting when seeking care at home; politicans and other responsible people in my home country Sweden should watch and learn!). They provided me with antibiotics and tools to disinfect the sore, and it was healed within just a small couple of days. English speaking nurses, physicians, and other staff makes the hospital very accessible to foreigners, which made me very pleased as my mandarin is very limited. Would recommend to everyone with medical problems in the city.

I want to thank the entire team who were with me throughout my hospitalization, who welcomed me with so much affection and dedication. This team knew how to help me when I was really bad, they held my hand, and always gave me words of comfort. Unparalleled empathy. Recently went in as a day case for a diagnostic procedure. From start to finish they made my time there almost enjoyable!!! The reception team, nurses , theatre staff and the Consultant were all brilliant. Communication was second to none and the teams we are all straightforward and uncomplicated. A credit to Fairfield Independent Hospital.

Absolutely shambles of a place can't run outpatient clinics on time .. Seems there time is more important than yours BE AWARE... It like there doing you a favour by operating clinics on a weekend ..!!! Unhelpful staff AVIOD ...

I am completely disgusted at how they view their patients. It seems as though the medical staff only show the care that comes with their job when you are employed or local to the surrounding area. If you are simply an independent carer for your autistic child then they will cast you aside, simply sending you somewhere else without even asking about your condition or symptoms. They truly know how to make you feel like a burden, as if you shouldn't have even stepped foot on the premises and I truly believe they are aware of this. I am a widowed Catholic mother of three with no support, visual issues and am single handedly guiding and aiding my autistic child through life. I come here for extrema pain in my back and they simply send me away after an uncaring talk. The medical staff and those incharge can easily solve this problem by climbing down from their ivory tower and acknowledging that we are all humans and are all entitled to the care we so rightly deserve. Absolutely foul.
