Yesterday I visited the medical department at Krasnaya Presnya. I have always been pleased with the service in other branches, but this left just a terrible impression. The slowness of the receptionist's work could have been tolerated, but the way the security guard behaved is simply a disgrace to the nurse. I was with an elderly mother and one-year-old son; we were not allowed in with our stroller. The security guard held the elevator and did not let us go up, all the visitors to the clinic swore at him, but he put on a show out of his integrity and rudeness. Then we waited 15 minutes for the stroller from the clinic on the first floor, which is why we were late for our appointment with the pediatrician. The nerves frayed for me, my mother and my son. I'm deeply disappointed. I also don’t understand what kind of rules these are so unique to the red freshwater department. In all other departments they allowed us in with a stroller without any problems. These rules were invented by an idiot who never carried rude children on himself. It was painful to look at the poor mothers who moved with mother's bags and babies from floor to floor. Why are there no free strollers for infants downstairs if you are not allowed to bring your own strollers? What does this ban on strollers save?

My attending physician insisted on pressotherapy as part of my course of treatment (I have a venous circulation disorder in the lower extremities). And I am very glad that he insisted on this. After pressotherapy, the heaviness in my legs that had already become familiar went away, and there was such lightness that words cannot express it (only those who have similar problems will understand). This procedure helped me a lot.

My son is 6 months old, there is slight muscle hypertonicity, our pediatrician advised him to get a massage. We completed a course of procedures in the children's department of the Medsi CDC on Krasnaya Presnya. The impressions from the specialist were exceptionally good, he was very attentive to the children, it was immediately obvious. He behaved carefully and attentively with the child. I will keep this institution in mind for the future.

I was in the emergency room due to a sports injury to my eye, and I can report very good experiences. I knew that I wouldn't be at the top of the priority list (because I wasn't in pain, although it looked pretty bad), but I got in line very quickly. Everyone who worked there treated me with humanity, patience and kindness, both during the traumatological and ophthalmological examinations. The emergency room is cultured (you can read, there is a coffee machine, etc.) and modern (the equipment and the environment are well-kept, new). The tests also went down quickly. I am not saying that I will come another time (because health is important and that no one should be in trouble), but I am saying that then I will work there with an excellent attitude and - as far as I can judge
- they did their job professionally. I thank them again.

My review is solely basednon the eait in the ER , as that is the only place we have seen after 3 hours of waiting. It is dirty, gross and the staff all hate humanity. They also have one restroom for the entire ER waiting room which currently houses 20 or so people waiting to be seen.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!
Worst experience ever.
Father arrived to ER by ambulance around 1 PM for a heart attack!!
No doctor sees him until 5 PM.
Labs were done, notes taken for a cardiac consult and an echo cardiogram. Notes were taken but orders were never submitted!
So the next day was spent in a hospital room with NOTHING being done.
Echo finally done at 3PM. Doctor show up later and hasn't reviewed any notes or tests! He tells us now that they can't do the cath until Monday (this is currently Friday!!). If they had treated his heart attack as the emergency it was, they would have done the cath right away.
Nurse comes in at night with only 2 of the 6 medications needed for my father. Dosage is wrong! ER miswrote the notes for his medication!!
Something very wrong is happening here!!
Hoping this place doesn't kill my dad!!
Avoid at all costs!!
Cleveland Clinic has ruined the hospital!!

Horrible. Horrible experience!! If at all possible avoid this ER. Thought I was doing the right thing by calling 911 for my mother in order to have her seen asap.that might have been the case… but don’t plan on going back to be with your family member. Seriously! Insane the way I was treated. I begged everyone I could to please let me back there to be with my 78 yo mother. “Sorry.. not protocol” zero care from anyone I spoke to. No one cared that my mom was crying for me. They all just kept telling me it’s protocol to wait for an assigned doctor, that they were extremely busy. Well.. I keep pressing the issue and was finally allowed back. To an empty room, almost empty ER.. zero doctors around. Not busy as all. Disgusting the way I was treated. Horrible
They literally coukd care less. I’m sick to my stomach over how bad it went down

Shame and shame on this place, where you are greeted by disgruntled receptionists who probably didn't understand what it means to be helpful and nice when you greet patients and their attendants who come to undergo one or another medical procedure, simple or complex, it doesn't matter - you can't contact or talk to them, make eye contact , and even when you turn and ask, God forbid, more than one question, you are met with disdain, lack of interest, eye rolls, and today, from my experience, it came to her raising her voice, of course. Those who can avoid or ask for another private hospital are welcome. Not getting there, a terrible experience that left me traumatized. It will not pass in silence or on the agenda, I will reach those who need to reach.

Amazing medical center! I had an operation there and was hospitalized for 24 hours after the operation.
During my hospitalization I received treatment, information, personal treatment at the highest level!
Good food, television, toilets and super comfortable beds in every room!
The lobby is designed and pleasant to be there, art depends on the editor of all the rooms and the common area.
There is a cafe at the entrance.
What's more, they don't have parking.
With me I will definitely come back here!

Would like also to thank the staff of ward 7B who are friendly and helpful. However noted that there is insufficient walking frame during my stay. I've limited mobility and this creates inconvenience for me as I have to share with other patients. This should not be happening!
Overall the rooms are newly refurbished and very comfortable. Thank you!

We visited this hospital for outpatient treatment. They have refurbished the interior and looks better than our last visit some years ago. Counter staff were courteous. Doctor was helpful in explanation of the condition and the MRI scan was done efficiently at comparatively reasonable cost.

The staff nurses here are very friendly and jovial, ever ready to help. Old building but well-refurbished. Services are excellent with affordable price. Nursery staff nurse came to ask for suggestions or feedback but can't think of anything that they should improve 🤣

A revisit to Dr Lam since year 2019. Arrived about 7:50am on Saturday and the registration counter alread full of people. Waited about 30 mins for my turn. Direct went into Cardiolgy Unit, reception was friendly. Dr Lam, as before very patience to explain in details for the things I need to know. Done my Stress Test (level 6 in 17 mins) and Echo. Report is very good, according to Dr Lam and need to go back only after 2 years :) . The chief nurse (I guess, based on the color of the uniform), did not ask for her name, is very efficient and friendly to handle the reception area. Thank you Dr Lam and the nurses.

Thank you so very much. I am so pleased with the outcome of my surgery. I am so grateful to you! Thanks also to all your wonderful staff members for their patience with all my questions and support for all my fears. Although it has only been three weeks ago today from the time of my surgery I wanted to let you know how very, very pleased I am with the results of the surgery. I already feel so much better about myself. I also felt the need to let you know how much I did appreciate your patience and the kindness you showed me. Thanks my dear doctor.

Waiting time for the insurance is very long, response from doctor to insurance is too slow, very poor management, you have to wait very long time to get response from the team, I experienced this at Diabetic centre. Similarly experience I faced in the past while my daughter was admitted in August as she is type 1 diabetic, hospital Insurance team is not responsive, they need to update their system fast, as I my insurance send me screen shot on approvals time, still nurses make us wait as they are waiting for response from in-house insurance team. I would like to address CEO of the Hospital, please do something to bring the same quality as it was before as this was one of the best hospital & now in my eyes it is worst with poor service, poor management

Hey... Patient and the patient family members paid money for treatment...not paid money come here and let you order or instruct them with nonsen reason of yours.. but when the family members ask your nurse to do things, they will just know how to say

Eventually nothings your nurse manage to help nor they really successfully help.. Cause after 1000 years also they didn't come to help the family members.

Last month on 17/6, I was admitted to Hospital Fatimah into emergency ward due to intestinal problems gets me into pain for a day. The request is from me to the one of hospital in Ipoh due to family also at home. The surgery has happened on 18/6, and it is OK but I’m not get used to this due to after abdominal surgery, so I was able to get help from the nurse in charge on day and night. The doctors in charge are helpful for the first time into surgery process and it’s been over 3 weeks, I’m moving on for abdominal recovery. But one thing it is discomfort is, the private hospital is becoming other’s patients private hotel. Usually there will be less noise but the patients nearby are quite noisy. But whatever, I hope that I am on smooth and get well soon.

The worst hospital ever. Staff is great but the organization is all about profit. We could’ve been discharged by 11AM. We followed up multiple times. We had to wait til 5PM for someone to show up and check on the patient. Billing said we had to wait til 7PM to pay so they can account for the “necessary” charges. They want to keep you here, I’m telling you. Obviously, the longer you stay, the more you need to pay.

I had a positive experience at this hospital. The guards, nurses, and staff were all very accommodating, and I felt well taken care of. The ER Doctor was particularly impressive, as they took the time to explain everything in detail.
However, there were some drawbacks. The ER bed areas were a bit small, with only one chair, no table, and limited space to walk around. This made the waiting area less comfortable than I would have liked.
Nevertheless, it was still a good experience.

I was discharged from other hospital and was advised to wait for call after 18 hours of excrutiating pain, I was sent home with nothing just that re-assuring words from not-so-friendly nurse that "doctor will just call me" and Leukocytes already almost doubling, CT and UTZ both showing abnormalities, as a healthcare provider myself, knowing something is already wrong, decided to go to Sunnybrook.
The moment you enter ER, you will greeted by friendly old lady who will assist you on their process of registration.

Today, I had an appointment with my MS doctor at Sunnybrook. Having been here for appointments in the past, I've always been impressed with the high-quality service they provide. Parking is conveniently located near the front entrance, and there are nearby pay stations for easy access. Inside, they have hand sanitizing stations and provide masks, and you'll find plenty of helpful staff to answer any questions and guide you through the hospital. Wheelchairs are also readily available at the entrance.
I have the utmost satisfaction with Dr. Lee, who consistently takes the time to address all my questions and ensures I have a clear understanding of my medical plan. I feel incredibly fortunate to have access to such excellent healthcare services.

My worst experience in a hospital for far.
My room is beside a place that are remodeling, 12 hours of the sound of a hammer constantly.
Due my operation I can not eat solids, so the only thing they are offering me is pocket soup, no veggies no fruits, nothing.
And forget about to find the manager, she is never in the office, and she will never pick up the phone.

Instead - the person who took blood tests did not even wear PPE, the doctor who saw us had not even read our history (having sent if a month before), did not do any meaningful tests that would bring us to the diagnosis, still waiting for the anamnesis (and prescriptions) to be sent to us after over two weeks.

I was forced to stay in the nursing room for 2 to 3 hours without a bed, no toilet, no wardrobe NOTHING.. either , or the operation has to be postponed, I was told.. 😡

The maternity ward is one of the worst departments in this hospital.
The patient is accompanied by many people and they sit for hours with the woman who gave birth to her child, as if they were staying in a hotel, without caring about the feelings and well-being of the other patient who is under their noise and suffers from annoying noises.
The bad thing is, when you talk to some officials in this department, they tell you that people have the right to visit their patients. I tell them that people have the right to visit their patient, but not with the patient to live in the same room.

I'm having an operation today and the preparation is taking place in a nursing room, what a disgrace 😡 Apparently there is no room available from ward 1 to 9.. I was forced to stay in the nursing room for 2 to 3 hours without a bed, no toilet, no wardrobe NOTHING.. either , or the operation has to be postponed, I was told.. 😡
The band that is attached to the hand itself was used by someone else and was attached to me. I only noticed it later 😡 I freaked out 😡

My experience has been nothing but good. Friendly, sympathetic and caring doctors and staff, that in no way seem rushed or annoyed. Never met a rude or inpatient employee during many visits here.
Clean and tidy establishment.
Big plus for using technology (using mobile App for everything from booking consultations or exam, paying invoices and receiving exam results, all in my phone.

It has been a month since my ginecological ecography, and the hospital still hasn´t delivered results. But the invoice yes, oh this they delivered! I had to go there physically, make a special request (sic!) and after a week still nothing. So I paid for the exam that now i cannot even access to see the results and bring them to another doctor. As far as i know, refusing the access to patient´s own health information is a crime in this country.

Whilst on holiday in Portugal I developed an eye infection in my only good 'seeing eye'. The symptoms caused me to have blurred vision and photosensitivity. I was extremely frightened of losing my sight completely. The hospital staff were very supportive and managed to get me an urgent appointments in the eye clinic with two of their ophthalmology doctors ; Paulo Silveira Rodgues & Ana Rito Pinta Barreiros. I can not say enough good things about both of these doctors. They were both extremely highly skilled, professional, efficient , compassionate and thorough. Thank you for helping to save my vision.

I was honestly concerned because of the overall evaluation and some unsatisfied customers.
I visited this hospital recently, and I am satisfied with the services used. Everything was smooth. Everyone was nice and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurse and people passing by.
I have nothing bad to say, but this hospital deserves a higher rate.

Here is an outrageous thing that happened to us at this hospital:
My wife and I went to the hospital as she needed to be seen relatively quickly by a doctor. We asked how much it would cost and they gave us a price. We accepted, went to the waiting area, saw the doctor and went back to the counter to pay. At this point, they tell us a completely different amount (twice what they had previously quoted) and just say they made a mistake. We explained that we understood but that we wouldn't pay this new price as we based our decision on the previously quoted price... Especially since we waited 2 hours in the waiting room and they would have had the time to come and tell us it was a mistake at which point we could have decided to stay or leave. But they just did it after the fact and expected us to deal with it - I think that this is very very poor business manners. You can't quote somebody one price and then completely change after the fact and expect them to pay. Now we have just received a letter from the National Judicial system asking us for an outrageous amount of money because of this incident which was their fault in the first place. One of the worst example of how NOT to run a business.

To make appointment in this hospital is very hard. I was speaking with one person today, after 6 times calling and nobody responded!! Every time is like this. If you want to make appointment you should call in the beginning of the month, if you call after, they alreday made appointments. If you call first days in month the system is not working. The technician can't open the system?? Hey what is this??
If you can't make simple things, give the work to somebody else !!!! That's not normal.....What is working???? I need to make every month calls and calls. Worthless, they can't make for you even appointment.

I went there to give birth and it was a wonderful experience! From beginning to the end I felt heard, comfortable and taken care of by a very professional and kind staff.
I have to mention specifically the nurse David de Sousa, who goes beyond his duties to make new parents feel secure. He is so helpful and always kind and highly professional.
Also the nurse Angela Mendonca who is so passionate to help and make a great environment for the moms to be.
Of course Dr. Paula Pinto, who was so professional but also kind and supporting during the whole process. Overall wonderful experience. Would highly recommend it.

Booked an appointment for 10:30am, by 11:45 I had still not been brought in to see the doctor. Since I took time from work for this appointment, I had to leave without seeing the doctor. There are much better private hospitals n Funchal that keep to their appointments. I recommend you go elsewhere. Da Luz is often a good option.

Thankful for the dedication of all the doctors & nurses here. My newborn daughter was seen by ear, nose and throat specialists & speech therapists for a feeding assessment. Both encounters were great, staff were friendly and welcoming. They were able to provide answers & recommendations to us. The only negative was the shuttle service, it’s a great idea. But it was either too full or not on time, and waiting with a newborn on a cold wet day is not ideal.
