What a lack of professionalism: - nurses calling each other “amiga” while tending patients in their rooms - residents and nurses rushing into the patients rooms disregarding any privacy and without any education to greet anyone in the room - nurses setting up a workstation in the rooms hallway, meaning they have no respect for patients or visitors need for peace and quiet - poor facilities and lack of maintenance

In general, it is a good service that is provided, with the exception of a nurse who, without having any idea of ​​how to channel, gave my wife her arm with a huge bruise. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are clean and comfortable. The dark one in the rice is the cashier staff, who get annoyed just because, after almost five hours of having discharged a patient, they go to ask them if the documentation to pay is already there. Without any kindness they answer curtly: we are checking, we will call you.

I was here for my first operation. I was a bit nervous, but all the staff made me feel at ease. Couldn't fault a thing. Operation went well, aftercare all organised.

I couldnt have asked for better care from the time i arrived until i left. Staff right down to kitchen were so kind and professional. Thankyou so much.

I have just got home from a 3 night stay at Southern Cross Hospital in Wellington after a scheduled operation. I was blown away by the skill, care, attentiveness, professionalism, kindness and generosity shown by ALL the staff. It was very conducive to facilitating a fantastic recovery. The food was wholesome & delicious and I wanted for nothing. They were welcoming and relaxed as other family members visited and I am so grateful to have had the pleasure of such fine care...and very pleased I didn't cancel my private health insurance when I was about to need it the most! I was very disappointed with the doctor, instead of curing me and solving my problems, he only referred me to treatments that I didn’t need at all. Thanks to the wasted time, my illness worsened. I am very sorry that I did not turn to specialists. I was booked in for a remote consultation where a doctor with 21 years of experience made a diagnosis and told me about the limitations. When asked what limitations I have, she didn’t even answer, saying that the diagnosis was not made accurately. People should not go to this clinic under any circumstances; they will make you worse instead of curing you.

Electronic queue. Comfortable corners for waiting and relaxing. Information stands with indication of specializations and layout of offices. There were no queues during the daytime. I was satisfied with the visit. Called according to appointment time. Gave professional advice and treatment. Received competent answers to all my questions. I recently had an exceptional experience at Signature Advanced Specialty Hospital. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The doctors displayed a high level of expertise and took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan, putting me at ease. The hospital's state-of-the-art facilities and advanced technology were impressive. I also appreciated the cleanliness and organization throughout the hospital.

We visited this hospital for outpatient treatment. They have refurbished the interior and looks better than our last visit some years ago. Counter staff were courteous. Doctor was helpful in explanation of the condition and the MRI scan was done efficiently at comparatively reasonable cost.

The staff nurses here are very friendly and jovial, ever ready to help. Old building but well-refurbished. Services are excellent with affordable price. Nursery staff nurse came to ask for suggestions or feedback but can't think of anything that they should improve 🤣

A revisit to Dr Lam since year 2019. Arrived about 7:50am on Saturday and the registration counter alread full of people. Waited about 30 mins for my turn. Direct went into Cardiolgy Unit, reception was friendly. Dr Lam, as before very patience to explain in details for the things I need to know. Done my Stress Test (level 6 in 17 mins) and Echo. Report is very good, according to Dr Lam and need to go back only after 2 years :) . The chief nurse (I guess, based on the color of the uniform), did not ask for her name, is very efficient and friendly to handle the reception area. Thank you Dr Lam and the nurses.

I recently delivered my baby boy at Kings College Dubai Hills. I had a memorable and an amazing experience and felt so at home. My husband and I were so humbled and couldn’t have asked for more private care. All the staff and nurses were excellent and I was in good hands. However, Leanne my midwife was exceptionally helpful and was like a second Mum to me. She went above and beyond all the time to make sure I was ok. She assisted me with everything I had to learn and know as a new Mum and always made me feel at ease. She is always so hardworking, professional and passionate about what she does. I’ve never met someone who loves what they do so much! Leanne has provided so much care post my delivery as well and she has become a very close friend of mine. I can confidently recommend Leanne as she deserves it. I am convinced that having her as a member of staff will be a valuable asset.

I delivered my baby with King's in July 2022. I highly recommend the hospital and stuff working there, everyone was very supportive and kind. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Esra for my delivery. On a separate note, I sincerely want to thank Mary Grace for her kind support. As a first time mother, even whilst I was attending Antenatal classes, I lacked practical experience of how to take care of baby. Mary Grace was very attentive and showed us how to bath and change the baby, explaining many interesting life hacks. Her support and explanation how to breastfeed the baby was indispensable, without her I would not be that lucky to establish breastfeeding which I continue to date.

Dr. May Ali has been an incredible support throughout my twin pregnancy journey. Her professionalism and unwavering support guided me every step of the way. Her expertise and care during the C-section brought my beautiful baby girls into the world safely. I'm immensely grateful for her dedication and expertise. Additionally, her assistant Princy was always attentive and supportive, making the entire experience even more reassuring. I'm definitely continuing as Dr. May's patient for any future needs🙂

Its like a 5 star hotel but Unfortunately, especially pediatric department pediatricians and nurses require further training to comprehend patient psychology. After all, patients pay significant amounts of money for their services.

This hospital it’s nice, but the political rules are verry bath! If you are Iranian or from Azarbaijan than you pay the same price as for the Turkish people. If you are from anather country than you pay the triple. This is rasict hospital. I don’t advice for the people to come to this hospital. In March 2023, stay in the room at Jaime da Forte hospital for 5 days. Note thousand. All very good. From the cleanliness, the nurses, tasty food, for both patients and companions, the nurses score 1000. Thankful for everything.

Hospital and team of muquiranas, they are truly starving. My wife was starving from 4 pm until 8 pm, due to mistakes made by the planting team. There is a very arrogant and arrogant nurse there.

Terrible phone service. It took me more than 45 minutes for the first person to speak on the phone, adding up to more than 5 calls (as several dropped) and a lot of time listening to "little music". Whatsapp service is also non-existent. It is very difficult to have information about recovering patients, regrettable.

Lack of empathy with patients on the part of reception. We arrived at 4pm, as my husband had a procedure scheduled for 6pm, and according to the instructions received in advance via WhatsApp, we would have to be at the hospital 2 hours before the time given by the doctor to carry out the administrative procedures, the time being documented by the surgeon at 6pm. An attendant asked to wait, as they would call by name. At 6:05 pm we went to question the delay in being seen, and were informed that the surgery was scheduled for 9 pm and that it was not a priority. Therefore, my first experience at the hospital was unpleasant until they showed no interest or concern for the time we were waiting. I cannot direct the complaint to the attendant in question as they do not have identification on their uniform.

Night nurse Robson, totally unprepared, passed, my wife underwent a procedure in this hospital and was very poorly treated by this professional, even he and nurse Renata were just making fun and laughing at my wife. Total disregard. I would never recommend this rubbish.

In my first two visits, I was impressed with their quite efficient system. But not today, looong wait for my medicine. Apparently, after certain time ( 8.30 or 9 pm ?) Pharmacy service for BPJS and non BPJS was combined with only one staff delivering the medicine. Kindly revisit this. People deserve what they pay for.

your procedure for KIS patient treatment sucks btw. you have that bunch of patients, so u know what u should do to reduce it. also the service of the staff to inform the schedule for surgery especially for cardiac specialist, plin plan gak jelas infonya. big evaluation for the KIS patient procedure is needed.

Super-delayed patient care, I don't want to imagine where a calamity happens and more than 30 people arrive, they will die here, I have a pain in my stomach since 4 in the morning, diarrhea, vomiting, fever and chills, I arrived at 3:00 pm and it's 6:00 pm and they don't attend to me, I have to writhe in pain to be attended to.

During the restriction of COVID, I wasn’t able to say big thank you to everybody at the hospital. My mother had an operation in this hospital in August 2022. She has problem with her arteries of the legs. Everything was done at an excellent level before the operation during and after. My mother is shocked by such a caring service.
